Bought this month 1st week then after 2 weeks of use (not everyday) a black thick line suddenly appeared on the screen. Already checked device care and diagnosis as per customer care advice but the problem still the same. Sometimes when some apps are left open it felt that the tv lagged when using another apps. Sometimes when some apps are left open in the,background it lagged. USB, HDMI connections are good. Remote controls has too many buttons which sometimes you press the wrong buttons because they were very close. But shortcut buttons was ok.

I've been a loyal customer of Samsung TVs for many years now, mainly because of the Smart Remote and Bixby. My 2021 50"UHD TV comes with Smart Remote My 2024 55" QLED TV also comes with a Smart Remote But my 2025 65" QLED TV only comes with a Standard Remote I bought a TV mainly because I would want to upgrade, but this one's a major step back for Samsung! Is there a way I can swap the Standard IR remote to a Smart Remote? Please help me with this 😢

To be honest, I’m not impressed at all. The pitch is very dull lifeless the older TV I had before which was a Samsung. I’ve got an older TV in my bedroom which is a Samsung much brighter and sharper very disappointed in spending the kind of money I have on this particular model. I’ve tried everything to make it brighter. The display is dismal not very happy at all.

This is the worst Samsung TV i has ever bought. Never have been so disappointed with a Samsung purchase! The display quality is so bad that i have to manually adjust the brightness, contrast, sharpness, colour tone...in fact all the Picture settings available. Resetting to try again and again, but the display never seems right. When it is a outdoor scene, the display is extremely bright, but when the scene changed to indoor, it becomes to dark! The colour tone is too yellowish at times and at times to reddish. Sharpness is worst. It seems never sharp enough, unless it is 4K picture, not moving scenes. The marketing of the product is totally false!! I guess it is what you get with a low priced product. Set your expectations lower of you plan to buy this.

Upgraded my 2024 Crystal 4K to this model and im extremely underwhelmed. Less HDMI ports, no digital optical port which meant i couldnt connect my samsung soundbar which is pmly 1 year old - (had to fork out more money to get a usb to hdmi connector to use my soundbar) and the remote is like an old school brick remote and not a smart remote. How my 2024 model had better and newer features compared to this 2026 model makes no sense at all. Biggest purchase regret ever!

The TV is also very buggy. It has frozen on me and gone blank screen on several occasions, and yes I have rebooted, updated, clear cache etc. How can my TV from 7 years ago have a better picture quality? I only got it for the price but even still I am very disappointed with this

The interface is extremely easy to use- Samsung made it very simple and if your like me coming from a tv without interface, this is extremely modern and easy to navigate. The screen is fantastic, I play alot of games/ watch documentaries and while online reviews I’d seen didn’t rate this tv too high for gaming I’m happy to say this surpassed and exceeded my expectations, it’s extremely good for ps5- and the resolution is fantastic. The speakers are surprisingly good- I have a medium sized room, and it’s absolutely more than enough for what I need. Obviously a sound bar would make it better, alot of reviews noted the speakers as this tvs weak point but I honestly can’t fault them. The screen and design is very sleek, I love the titanium grey look. I love this tv, and am so glad I got it!

Picture is bright and super colourful—looks awesome for movies and streaming. Setup was easy and apps run smoothly. Sound is decent but nothing amazing, so a soundbar helps. Also not quite OLED-level blacks, but honestly still looks really good. Overall, really happy with it for the price 👍

I am extremely happy with the acquisition. My only complaint would be that it is a bit slow on channel changing as compared to other Samsung TVs I have owned. Having said that though, it is not too bad and something I got used to.
