This watch is premium quality, and very easy to pair and set up with my Samsung phone. Big clear face very bright screen which is easy to read whilst running, and working out. The battery lasts ages, and the titanium body feels like fort Knox. The blood pressure monitor is very accurate when I compared readings with an actual blood pressure machine. The titanium grey looks and feels. This watch has everything you need. The speakers are amazingly loud and clear. I'm very happy with my purchase, for the price you're getting a lot of watch.

It is a real encouragement to keep fit and healthy and helps keep me on track also when at the gym. I normally like wearing watchs but I have found this watch is very comfortable and not too heavy. When shopping, I love to make payments with ease and not get my phone or wallet out. One tap and its paid! I will never go with out now without it. It has a charge that lasts all day so i never have to worry about not being able to ise it when its improtnant. I really enjoy this watc and its adaptable display features. I can pick a face that suits my style. My wife has apple watch and now wants to change to a Samsung. Ibe had a lot of admirers of my new watch. Samsung all the way 👌

Losing the bezel was a bit disappointing but I think accessing features is handled well enough that it im adapting well. It's also really durable. I work in a shipyard frequently and bang it regularly, no scratches or anything so far. And the band that comes with it is the most amazing thing ever! Well worth it!

I have had this watch for a few months. 1) Battery sucks unless you have Battery saver on in which case you don't get to use a lot of the functions you want. 2) Full of Samsung bloatware. They try to steer you to a Samsung acct (I don't want or need one) 3) This is the most annoying. Without doing anything I check my time on the watch and I have a new watch face, I did not ask for. I have to go back into my phone, click back to the watch face I have, then delete the watchface I dint want from the watchfaces I have. (I only have one) When will Samsung learn most of us want our own stuff, not theirs since they want you to have an act for theirs. This WILL be the last watch I get from Samsung!

Today, the innovations in the mobile world are much more discreet and incremental, which means it can be hard to differentiate generations, especially in the form factor-constrained world of smartwatches. So what sets the Gen 5 Samsung smartwatch apart from the Gen 4? - Battery life (Massive battery), From personal experience, i got at best two days from my Gen 4 46mm Samsung smart watch, with the 45mm Gen 5, I easily get three days! - Aesthetic Design , this is personal preference, but I love the aesthetic of the gen 5 pro compared to the Gen 4 46mm. - Skin Temp, another metric for monitoring your health and comfort! - Bluetooth 5.2, slightly better connectivity! - New clasp design, magnetic clasp mechanism is so much better than the older tongue and hole strap style!. So realistically, if you have a gen4 45mm, I would say this is not worth an upgrade for any reason but battery life, however, if you own any other generation, the incremental improvements are huge! So to speak to my personal thoughts, I genuinely live the Gen 5 watch, it just feels and looks better than the Gen 4. In terms of software there is 0 difference, i would not be able to tell the difference from the interface. I miss the click-wheel interface of the older generations and the classic. Do i think it is worth purchasing, Yes I do! Do I think it is notably different to previous generations, yes, the battery is soo big!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having had used the Samsung Galaxy Watch5 Pro for just under a week, it is safe to say that I am extremely pleased with the results. Whilst unboxing the watch, I immediately loved the clean, polished and simple yet elegant look of the watch. On my relatively average sized wrist the 44mm watch face looks rather large, however, I am a fan of the real watch look it gives. The watch was relatively easy to set up to my phone, which isn't a Samsung. I had to download a Galaxy watch plugin as well as the Galaxy Wearable app, to ensure compatibility with my phone. After that the watch went through all the options to set it up. I only came across one problem when setting up and personalising my watch, this was with Samsung Pay not the watch itself. Samsung Pay doesn’t except some Bank cards (like Metro bank) so I thought I wasn’t going to be able pay from my watch. However, after some playing about I realised you could download app directly onto the watch, therefore I downloaded Google pay and set up my payment. Also, unfortunately due to not having a Samsung phone, I am unable to download the Samsung Health Monitor which means I cannot use the Blood pressure and ECG feature on the watch. The watch was perfect to take to the gym, as it has a plethora of work-out options to fit with the form of exercise that you choose. The watch tracked the precise measurements of treadmill including the speed and the calories expended. Whilst using the weights the watch track my heart rate to convert into calories expenditure. The watch also has a sleep tracker function, which tracks the length of sleep and splits the sleep into stages: Awake, REM, Light and Deep. It also records any snoring/ noise and tracks blood oxygen during sleep. These are quite interesting to explore and find out how to improve sleep. Through-out the day, I only charge the watch for 30/45mins maximum and the battery will last through the night and next day. If I am not too active with recording/tracking exercise the watch will only lose 30% charge over 24 hours and when active it will lose 50%. The fast charging and long battery life are so impressive and extremely helpful for someone who is always on the move.

Firstly the style is an incredible titanium grey colour which looks amazing on my wrist it's stylish modern bold and just a stunning watch to have on your wrist the straps are made from a soft feel material which hasn't caused me any iretation to my skin. Set up was very quick and easy had alot of the most used apps pre installed already it connected to my WiFi no problem haven't had any connection issues yet You can personalise your smart face and apps to give it your own look and style to make it feel like it's made for you Has loads of apps the fitness tracking is amazing it's very accurate heart rate ecg sleep tracker all worked great without any issues this past week love being able to go onto the app on my phone and track all my sleeps calories burnt activities done walking distance daily and can also see the last week of walking I've done aswell to compare which is very useful and handy to have The sleep tracking has been very accurate aswell shows you your sleep score and helps you on how to improve your sleep score aswell with tips The battery life I was sceptical about but I have to say I am very impressed with the battery life compared to previous ones I've had I can get 2 to 3 days using it daily before I have to charge which is a massive improvement from getting one day charge before The speaker quality is great too loud enough for Spotify to hear calls and notifications love getting email alerts and text and call alerts incase I don't hear my phone and miss any important calls I've no longer got that problem anymore I've not had time to use or try all the features it has to offer as it has alot of stuff on here but overall the apps tracking sensors speaker display has all been amazing It connects by Bluetooth not had any disconnection problems as yet and everything it gathers goes onto my Samsung health app so I can keep a track on everything I need to including my weight calories burnt heart rate sleep tracking can also add what food you have ate so it can keep a track on your calorie intake for the day I would highly recommend this watch to any Samsung fan or even someone wanting to start out as a newbie to the smart watch world I've been very impressed with this smart watch so if you are looking for one but can't decide then this is the perfect one

Great for walks and workouts. It his alot chunky than the previous galaxy watch but still looks great. Highly recommended stylish watch. The battery life is really second to none and this makes it the ideal smart watch for long runs or in the gym to track performance. What is also great is that you can change the face of the watch through google you can purchase designs for the watch face in order to really customise and personalise the style of watch which is beautiful. I love the functionality to be able to track my steps and activity as well as getting e-mails and texts without having to open my phone. I am also able to have phone calls and the mic quality is second to none when conversing with friends and family. In conclusion, not only does the Samsung Galaxy Watch5 Pro BT look good but it has brilliant functionality for everyday use as well as being extremely resillient.

Coming from 46mm Galaxy Watch it is an upgrade to me. Overall is fine. AOD turn off do give me 3 days battery life(include sleep tracking) If with AOD on it last around 2 and half days. Accepted the fact no rotating bezel habit and it does look more modern compare to older GW. Performance wise is see it don't really have the buttery smooth as I was expecting but definitely best Android watch yet. Hopefully temperature sensor will be available soon. It is 1 of the reason i buy GW5 Pro. Hope future GW will have that buttery smooth experience that i will be expecting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old Samsung Galaxy Wearable was the Galaxy Watch 3, which I was a big fan of but I wanted to upgrade and the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro was something that greatly appealed to me with it's improvements in both the hardware and software departments. The first striking thing about this Smart Watch is it's aesthetic design. The Titanium build is instantly noticeable and compared to the Aluminium chassis of my previous model, I really can notice a difference. In addition to the solid Titanium body, having a sapphire screen adds even more safety in regards to durability of this wearable. Another big upgrade from the Gorilla Glass on my previous model. I have to say how impressed I am with the included D Buckle strap. The magnet works fantastically well, very easy to adjust, and never comes undone, even during vigorous hiit workouts or playing sports. The quality of the strap is great and both looks smart while being extremely comfortable for activity, and the colour really matches the Grey Titanium body of the watch. The new Google Wear Operating System is something I was eager to try, having always been used to Samsung's own Tizen OS which had been ever present on my previous wearables. But I am delighted with the software on this watch. Having access to Google Pay, You Tube music and Google Maps has taken the functionality of this watch, for me, to a whole different level, to what was previously possible for me with previous Samsung devices. The user interface is much more friendly, as well as looking a lot better on the eye. The widgets are great and the pre-installed selection of watch faces and integrated personalisation of those is fantastic. With the ability to download hundreds more, there really is something for whatever I fancy and mood I am in. The improved health tracking was a big selling point for me. Body Composition to easily keep tabs on my body fat and mass is great and allows a much more regular and up to date progress report of how I'm getting on. The sleep tracking improvements are also noticeable and the battery life has impressed me aswell. Easily getting 2 full days and nights before needing a charge. But even when charging has been required, it reaches 100% in no time at all. All in all, absolutely thrilled I have upgraded and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking about getting one.

I like the extended battery life - it happily lasts up to 3 days now, which is a huge improvement. Water resistance is good too and the general health functions all operate well. However, I dislike the over-sensitive buttons which frequently firer up Google Assistant when i just move my wrist. Also the loss of a genuine rotating bezel is a shame, the touch based replacement doesn't really work well. The design itself seems to be heavily dictated by the larger battery, making it quite bulky and not overly attractive, although the screen is well protected. Finally, also find it a big 'laggy' when moving my wrist to look at the time - the screen seems reluctant to open snappily.

No iPhone compatibility (I don't use iPhones, but removing this is just not playing nice). Doesn't work with a Samsung tablet (can't see a good reason for this). But most importantly, no physical rotating bezel. I've got both an S3 and an Active 2, and I can say for sure that a physical bezel is far, far more practical. And lastly, the design aesthetic...if there was a 'classic' option like for previous models, that would have been great, but now there's no choice. Improved tech - 1 star, adding 1 more star for the much improved battery life. But overall, it's a very disappointing result from Samsung.

I only have to charge it every 2-3 days which is amazing. As well as another feature that I really like is that it says on my phone if I left the watch somewhere and whenever it is fully charged. Other than that it has a good screen, easy to take off and put on watch band and has many amazing features thaf can help with daily tasks.

Great build quality with very good software. Battery life has always been an issue but not anymore. 4 days easily achieved with everything turned on. Strap design is absolute genius. Be wary the watch edge can get very easily damaged/knocked due to the square edge design, the only little downside I would say but there is a 3rd party who make a edge protector which is very subtle and protects the watch.

But even when it was current gen, it couldn't last more than a day. This thing can last 4 days and it charges super fast. This is the pro model, so it is a bit bulky. And the band i got smells a bit funky after long wear and sports especially. So now I only wear it for sports mostly.

I've had my Watch 5 Pro for about six months now and, without being dramatic, I think it could have just saved my life. Last week, I had pain in my chest. After initially ignoring the sensation, it was the AFib result from the ECG function on my smartwatch that pushed me to go to the emergency department. After returning to normal, my watch reported back that I was back in normal rhythm. I’m surprised by the accuracy of the Watch 5 Pro, and I can honestly say Samsung has a customer for life! I haven’t taken the watch off since and I can 100% recommend it and other watches from this line.

Hi, I decided to replace my Garmin watch as health tracking seemed more upto date on the galaxy. So I've tried the blood pressure monitor and to be fair I'm impressed it seems to be accurate against my omron machine. Has really good sleep monitoring. I find the rotating bezel function annoying and moves to quick so switched it off. Ok now in to the important stuff. I want to monitor my heart rate real time so to do that I really need Bluetooth on. But you will find the battery depletes pretty quick and you won't achieve the spec they are saying. So I have WiFi and blue tooth switched off most of the time which sort of defeats the purpose. Still I think it has some great features and a great watch.

I pre-ordered Galaxy Watch6 Classic but I read online that the battery life is not any better than the vanilla Watch5. Upon receiving my GW6C, I swapped it for a GW5Pro. Great watch, charger design could be better. Bought an aftermarket wireless pedestal style charger for neatness as the watch band being a clasp style meant it had to lie on its side with the charger cable sticking up and causing clutter. Very first world problem but something to consider.

For the first 4 months the batter lasted for 2.5 days. After that and probably after the update in Oct 24, the battery started draining very fast. Now it can last only 18 hours with minimum usage. DO NOT BUY!! with 18hours of battery life and 2.5 hours charging is completely useless.

This watch is indeed one of the best and beautiful watch in the market now, big big improvement as compare to Glaxy watch 3 I traded -in, the look and the feel is amazing and so are the functions, literally many of friends and family ask me about the the watch and and couple of them actually bought as well. I have been using samsung mobile and watches for over a decade, after upgrading from note utlra s20 to glaxy s22 was the biggest disappointment (i mentioned in to my review as well, the quality and durability of the phone is miserable, I m actually moving to Iphone till samsung either bring back note series or next phone is better) but equally amazing this watch is, great great watch, a must buy !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am throughly enjoying the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 pro, I purchased this as an upgrade as my previous Samsung Smart Galaxy Watch - Rose Gold no longer works. As soon as I unboxed the watch I was in awe, the watch came very well packaged, it has a nice design and a soft and sleek strap which I found very comfortable. So far I am loving the features of the watch, especially the sleep monitoring function, this really impressed me even the snore feature. I love that there are so many features to the watch, the watch face options as well makes it feel as though you can customise to your mood or liking. One of the biggest additions I have noticed is that there are a lot more workouts to choose from, as well as rope skipping which my previous watch did not have so I'm over the moon to see it on this one as it will support me with my exercising. Battery life seems to be fine to me, last around two days or so and charging is quite quick. There are plenty features I have yet to explore but overall I'm excited for this new watch😊

I had low or no expectations for the Pro 5. It was replacing an aging Gear S3. But wow, I've gone from three to four days on a single charge. Yes, it has gone up! The OEM band is very comfortable and is easy to put on while standing with one hand. The OS could be a little faster/snappier but it is not terrible. The watch also charges back up very quickly so even if I was only getting a day on a charge it would be an issue. I have the LTE version and the only thing I don't have on all the time is the display. Samsung is really finding its groove on smartwatches.

Nice watch with great features but samsung have given a not very good charger... it doesn't hold well to the back of the phone and no plug with type c cable... its no longer a cradle and doesn't sit in older watches cradle any more.. very poor design. Plus one of Samsung biggest usp is the reverse charging some of their phones have and now due to the poor design of the watch strap it doesn't allow the phone to charge the watch without removing the strap which is fiddly to keep putting back on... If you can live with these issues then great if not then avoid!

Even though blood pressure measurement fluctuates a little bit from a physical bpm monitor at times but most of the time it's spot on. Seems pretty scratch resistant and cofortable to wear even all night as I have been tracking my sleep, stress level and heart rate. The only sad thing is that it doesn't have a facebook messenger app. But still we can reply if anyone sends a text via the watch. The battery is great, charges fast and gives backup for 3-4 days with always on display.

It is fast, sleek and very easy to use. The battery life is also good, compared to some other watches, but not as long as the likes of Huawei's devices. Sleep tracking is rather dreadful when using the Samsung software. I use 'Sleep as Android' in conjunction with the watch, and that is much better. Samsung need to urgently update their firmware, as this will stop me buying one of their watches again. Also, blood pressure monitoring and ECG is only available if you have a Samsung Galaxy phone. However, you can sideload the appropriate app to your watch and then use those features flawlessly with any Android device. This is disappointing, as it appears Samsung have locked these out for no reason besides trying to force the user to buy a Galaxy phone.

If it can tell the time and what date it is, I'm fine with it. It was a learning curve at first. I can say for my self I'm not a cave man and have some experience with electronics in general. So if I didn't knew somethings as simple as changing the watch face a Googled. It was interesting to find new thing at first as I was getting used to with the smart watch. I notice its tracking my sleeping state and that is kinda nice. I don't have time to exercise and regarding the running and overall sport aspect... This review will not give you information. Bigsby works better and listen. For some reason Google assistan didn't cut for me. I like how I can seek to Bigsby to put reminders or set timer and alarms. The photo app is kinda amazing. It's connect via Bluetooth so you can set your phone ( rear camera), away from you. Tap your watch and have a live preview of the picture you will take or video. You have 3 sec deley and that's nice. You can '' watch YouTube '' on it and that was kinda shocking. The talking function is nice. If I have my phone on charge or not around me I can get calls and make calls from the watch. Fb messenger you can read the messages and decide if you want to type a response and send it or voice msg it. That's working well. Didn't test the what's up app but I receive massages and its all right. The sound is good, considering its a watch. In the end of the day. It all depends what are you going to use it for. The battery is around 2 days. Maybe you can push it more. Depends how you set up your notifications and sound/vib settings. Some Bluetooth headphones I noticed didn't wanted to connect while the watch was connected but most of my devices I didn't had issues with. Mostly mu frustration from this product is software reletaed that can be fix. For hardware and general feel I enjoy the watch and ware it every day. Hope this helps some old people who want to '' spice" there life and look cool :) it have its charm and potential to be useful in your every day life.

I had the 4 but returned it right away. It didn't hold a charge long. The Pro is great! I've been topping it off but I don't have to. The D- band is great. It's easy to put on and take off. The features are awesome. I had the Fitbit Sense since it first came out. This is a nice upgrade and I'm enjoying the change. I have the Galaxy S22 Ultra and it works great with it. I like not needing a paid subscription for the advanced features. Wish they had more colors available in the D- bands. I'd buy extras!

I purchased this watch after owning a watch 4 & deciding to get fit again for masters competitions at the age of 70. It's the best bit of training equipment & companion to assist me that I could have wanted. Statistics, data & general, condition, well-being & health monitoring, has been invaluable, not only to my fitness & training but my everyday life. Most of the time you don't even know your wearing it. So light & fits very comfortably. Would certainly, recommend to anyone in the market for a smart watch.

About Galaxy 5 pro watch so I could use it while I was playing golf I've been managed I've managed to download the app onto the Watch but unfortunately when my phone times out I can't control the act from my watch therefore I have to keep getting the phone out and turning it on so I can then control it through the watch this really defeates the objects of having the Watch if I have to keep getting the phone out of my golf bag what I need if it can be done with an update later in the future is being able to turn the time Out off so where it says 15 seconds to ten minutes I need to be able to turn it off totally so the phone never times out unless I press the button therefore the app will stay open and I will be able to continue using my watch without taking the phone out of my bag

I had high hopes for this product, but it's a surprisingly terrible smartwatch. Too many things simply don't work for no good reason. I can't get Samsung pay or Google wallet to work despite resetting the watch to factory defaults. I just get pointless error messages or processes that load and never resolve. I also keep getting a message that "account action is required" but when I tap "open app", nothing happens. Note that I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 phone, so there really should be no compatibility issues. Visibility in bright sunlight is terrible - basically the screen is unreadable. This was never a problem with my old Garmin watch. I would consider myself reasonably technologically savvy, and this watch just doesn't work for some of the most basic function. Overall, it's an awful product.

Splashed out and bought this when it was first released. It's been a year now and feels like such a waste of money. Its sluggish and impossible to use the on screen swipe bezel. The Spotify app runs so slowly on it . Today the Galaxy wearable app on my phone would not connect to the watch.I was forced to reset the watch which is an absolute pain. A quick google showed others experiencing the same issue. Oh and when the watch screen is wet, even a tiny bit, good luck trying to use it.

Now I don't know if I'm behind the times but if it was a normal USB charger I wouldn't mind but receiving a usb type c charger without a plug has left me unable to charge my watch?? Now my partner got the watch 4 and his came with a plug so find it crazy this one doesnt. After spending this much on the watch I didnt expect to have to spend more money to charge it slightly disappointed.

This watch suits my needs right down to the ground. The battery watch is much improved on my previous galaxy watch, which was the initial reason for my upgrade. I love the watch face, which is also slightly larger than my previous watch, but not too big on my wrist. The face that I have selected is perfect for my day to day needs, with further options should they be required. The only constructive feedback that I can offer at this time after it's first month of use, is that it would be difficult for newbies to Samsung devices to initially use, due to no plug being present. The charger does not fit into standard generic USB chargers, only to the Samsung plug adapter with the smaller options, but luckily I have a Samsung phone so this was not costly for me in this instance. I am very happy with my purchase.

Having a large set of sensors built in means when I travel for work, I can leave things like my blood pressure monitor at home. The display is crisp and bright and the battery lasts 2 days between charges, meaning I can assess my sleep quality every so often. I wish the blood pressure calibration was only needed once, rather than monthly, and that more free watch faces were available through the app, but this doesn't change my total satisfaction with the watch as a whole.

The Pro 5 watch is an absolutely amazing device, from its ease of use to its power packed health applications. I find the battery life good to excellent as I usually get 3 days usage on a single charge. The only negative I have and why i can only give a 4 star rating is the navigation side of the watch. Loading a GPX file can be taxing at best and infuriating at worst. I believe if samsung could make Loading of gpx files easier then they would receive a 5 star plus rating.

I feel like the watch hasn't really changed since the galaxy watch 3 and watch 4. The battery is better which is good but I have the Pro which doesn't live up to the name. As a smartwatch it is good as a fitness smartwatch it is poor. The GPS real time pace always lags when running, consistently showing me times 20-30 seconds slower on display than what it tells me I have actually run at the end of every km. One key stay missing is HRV. Most other watches incorporate it into recovery scores and give you the metric. The Pro uses it in stress management's but you cannot see your actual HRV which is a useful stay to track. It also very inconsistently tracks resting heart rate. Other watches seem to track in the sleep but this requires you to be sat completely still for 5 minutes and goes for days without tracking.

The battery life is awful. I have to charge it 2x a day so how I'm I supposed to track my sleeping pattern if every morning I wake up the watch is dead? The sad part is the know the battery life is bad and that won't tey and help. They just send another poor battery life watch to replace the other poor battery life watch. I need ot for health reason if I fall and I'm not close to my phone I could use my wat h to call for help...yeah right I'll have to charge it first.

This is my third Samsung watch, and I like it. At unboxing, I wasn't sure about the size, because I don't prefer the large watches and the Watch 3 was a 41 mm watch. But, this one does look good on my wrist. I do wish that it had a slimmer profile, but it isn't perceptibly higher than the Watch 3. The features are similar and only took a few minutes to get it set up where I wanted it. The display is clear and the buttons are easy to find. I do like this watch.

Stylish watch, battery life good given the things it is supporting, integration with Samsung phone is good. Most features work well. Sleep tracking unfit for purpose, takes hours to detect onset of sleep, fault logged with Samsung. Samsung health app is not as good as Garmin Connect - especially lack of pc version and ability therefore to examine health data over time and export it to spreadsheet. Samsung health only exports some data as pdf or html.

Great device, very smart and the tracking seems to be quite accurate, for step count and blood pressure reading. Easy to set up and configure. Wouldn't be without it now. Find the sleep monitoring useful ans interesting as gives good insights and helps to find ways to improve sleep. Would highly recommend. The only thing I haven't liked is the silicone wrist strap as my skin seems to react to it. But changed over for fabric and had no further issues.

Quality you can feel and experience, with battery life for days! This is my third Galaxy type watch, and by far this one is the one. Yes, it's a little big on the wrist, but it fits snugly, which helps. So feel isn't really an issue. The app on this seems better than that of their regular watches (have a LTE 5 and an older Active). Really like the screen and the responsiveness of the watch, but the kicker is the amazing battery life. My LTE watch will just barely give me a day, with just generally wear, no major tacking/usage. I easily get two days with this watch. I actually got sick over the holiday, and the watch lasted just over 3 days in stand by mode, which I couldn't believe. Whereas my LTE doing the same thing, will be dead the next morning. If you've ever thought about getting this watch, do it, you won't regret it.

The watch is great for general functions and ease of use is fantastic, but when it comes to using the watch for running it is wildly inaccurate. I have been wearing my galaxy watch plus my polar for comparison for the last few runs, and the gps on the galaxy is not the best. It ads a few hundreds of meters to runs as it goes off track a lot of the time. The watch would be fantastic if you could fix the gps issues!!!

Watch5 Pro exceeded my expectations to the point that I swapped my Garmin fenix 6 x Pro for it. A very descent battery, fast and responsive with absolutely amazing strap. Actually the strap made go for it as my not only every day watch but a training device as well. You can take it off and put back on with your eyes closed. Also, it is mega light which makes it very comfortable during longer runs or trainings.

This watch is amazing! I'm having issues receiving messages with the lte version and att. If I turn off my phone, I don't receive most of the messages, I did un sync and sync again and nothing. Please, update that feature is crucial, we really need it! That's why I bought the lte, hope you can fix it before my youtube review. Also, I love the band, hope it will come in many colors. Best Vic

Still experiencing heart rate "freezes" while working out. Have updated my Samsung Health software, have the watch settings on "Monitor Heart Rate Continuously" "Detect Workouts", High and Low Heart Rate alerts and it runs fine for 10 minutes or so then the heart rate abruptly "hangs" or freezes. I love everything else about the watch except this is getting very annoying

I'm happy with the watch itself. However the D-Buckle strap that is the only option in black currently causes me issues when using my laptop pc as the magnet on it is so strong. I was about to take it in to be repaired, and it was suggested to me to try using my laptop without my watch on. Eureka!!! Please can you release a normal black silicon strap for the watch 5 pro!!

Style, clarity of display and overall appearance. The accuracy of the BP and ECG monitors is excellent. Very comfortable to wear, even in bed. Loud speaker quality also very good. The only real issues I have are that the original watch strap was not very comfortable nor easy to fasten/undo and there doesn't seem to be the facility to install a VPN for security.

Was sold on the premise of Blood pressure (bp) and health monitoring. The BP is a gimmick and simply mimics manually entered data from a genuine BP cuff. However, as a tool to support my diet, training and health regime it is pretty good and fun to use. 2 stars docked for no charger though, USB C chargers are not as ubiquitous yet so an extra cost is incurred.

First smart watch and its "ok" but stupid charger setup that is stupidly expensive! Should come with some type of stand as you can't lie the watch flat on the charger unless you undo the band completely. USB-C connector on charger means i can't use it with current bedside accessories with USB A outputs either. Nice product let down by some silly accessories

I haven't properly used it yet. However, straight away I noticed something that is a really big inconvenience. You use type c for the plug. However, I do not have a plug for that because it's not main stream yet. So, I have to charge it using my power bank. If you use something that isn't main stream, you should include the parts that required.

I have had my watch for three days and there is a lot to like. however, it is frustrating that it can share steps with MFP but not my exercise for example. It is also very disappointing to not have the ECG feature in New Zealand even though the sales rep where I purchased it said it did. When is this feature going to be available in New Zealand?

Ultimately was hoping this would be the perfect watch. Came from a Huawei GT2 Pro which I loved the watch itself just missing a few things. Sadly after 6 months the Watch 5 Pro become erratic with HRM and the ECG didn't work any more. Would not start workouts. Complained to Samsung, all they did was try and teach me how to use the ECG function. Unfortunately I've never had a smart watch that scratched so easily. I only ever took my watch off to charge and yet the entire underside covered in scratches. Hence rendering it useless. 3 stars for the features and connectivity with my Samsung phone. Accuracy of watch when it worked was very good. Sleep tracking info was great. Very bulky though. Missing crucial HRV monitoring or usage within a body battery like garmin or recovery time zones. Running metrics are also lacking. For such an expensive watch I was disappointed. Have since switched to Garmin and love their app and fitness metrics. Much much better.

I am really disappointed with this version of the Samsung smartwatch. Galaxy 4 performs much better than this one on many health features. In terms of accuracy, Galaxy 5 Pro could be better, such as heart rate and sleep cycle analysis. Sleep cycle data and GPS are even worse. GPS is far behind the accuracy, and it also takes a lot of time to start navigation until I reach my destination. The most significant disadvantage of this watch is that it is non-supportive of ECG on non-Samsung smartphones. Even though I have a Samsung smartphone with the Android 11 version, I cannot use ECG and Blood Pressure features. I emailed customer care with screenshots but have yet to receive satisfactory responses. We definitely have many options in the market in this price range. However, the build quality, design, look and style-wise, this is a killer product. But then, this is no more a smartwatch but a simple, classy watch. I hope Samsung will improve through updates.

It's a nice looking watch but, the battery life is useless. The notifications are being sent even though I have all permissions switched off. I would persevere with it but, the battery life is dire. Phone calls are very quiet. Messages do not display properly. The list goes on. I have tried it for a month, but enough is enough.

Great phone. Would've given it a 5 except I had to drive back 15 miles to the store in Buckhorn, PA to buy a charging plug that didn't come with it and being they changed to a C connector, the 10 I had at home wouldn't work. That would probably be a good thing to mention before your customers leave the store.

Three weeks of wearing and I am using everything, only have to charge it by the end of the 3rd day. Unlike older models, the ecg, blood pressure and heart monitors work flawlessly. I have linked to my mobile using the LTE and now mostly leave my phone at home, sorting and earbuds and your sorted.

I love my Galaxy 5 Pro watch. I upgraded from an Active 2 which gave me about 2 days of battery life to the pro which gives me 5 days of battery. I usually charge every 3 or 4 days by choice. The screen is a great improvement. Very sharp images and noticeable improvement to the resolution.

HUGE battery improvement over my Watch4. Battery life was my biggest complaint on my old Watch4 and I had turned off a lot of its features just to have the watch survive 24 hours. Not with this watch. This watch lasts me up to 3 days with all proper functions turned on. I love it.

Opened the box and the space where i expected the d buckle band to be was empty. Put up 2 cases about it only to be told the watch doesn't come with bands. Makes it hard to wear n makes me wonder if the empty hole is for hopes n dreams. Severely disappointed

I purchased this watch for health features. EKG is nice, blood pressure was my primary concern. It is shameful that Samsung would put out a product and advertise it as having the blood pressure feature when they haven't even filed with the FDA for allowance.

Great smart watch , very easy to set up and use. Great features. I use the health bits all the time to records steps, heart rate, cycle rides etc. The phone app that goes with it is very easy to use too. Battery life is excellent too. Great bit of kit !!
