Screen Replacement and Repair

Sometimes life may bring an unexpected incident to your Galaxy Z Fold2 5G, Galaxy Fold or Galaxy Z Flip. Fret not. You are entitled to a one-time screen replacement or repair within 1 year from the device purchase date.

One-time screen replacement or repair is applicable to the internal, foldable screen of the Galaxy Z Fold2 5G, Galaxy Fold or Galaxy Z Flip only. Customer is liable to pay a deductible amount of SGD$200 for the screen replacement or repair for the Galaxy Z Fold2 5G and Galaxy Fold, and SGD$180 for the Galaxy Z Flip.

Revised operating hours during Circuit Breaker
To prioritise the health and well-being of our customers and staff, our 4 service centres located at Causeway Point, Plaza Singapura, VivoCity and Westgate will remain open but their operating hours will be revised to the following until further notice:
- Mon to Sat: 11am to 7pm
- Sun & PH: 11am to 5pm

Door-to-Door Delivery

Saving you time and trouble is our priority – our dedicated service staff will pick up and deliver your Galaxy Fold or Galaxy Z Flip at your convenience. Our delivery service will operate as usual in the following timings:
- Mon to Sat: 11am to 6pm
- Sun: 11am to 3pm

With effect from 14 February 2020, the Galaxy Fold Premier Service will be re-branded as the Galaxy Z Premier Service. The Galaxy Z Fold2 5G, Galaxy Fold and Galaxy Z Flip will qualify for the entitlements under the Galaxy Z Premier Service in accordance with the terms of the Customer Agreement for Samsung Galaxy Z Premier Service.

You can also enjoy other complimentary customer service benefits, such as 30-day 1-to-1 exchange for functional defects, data transfer assistance, diagnostic checks, one-time 1-to-1 in-box accessories exchange, and dedicated and priority queue at authorised Samsung Customer Service Centres at VivoCity and Westgate.
