Bose SoundTouch won’t discover

If your Bose SoundTouch won’t discover, ensure that SmartThings Hub is installed and follow these steps:

1 Make sure the Bose speaker is set up and working in the Bose SoundTouch app
2 Make sure the Bose speaker’s firmware is up to date
3 Make sure the Bose SoundTouch is connected to the Connect Home’s WiFi
4 Reboot the Connect Home from Samsung SmartThings, Devices at the bottom center > Tap your Boss SoundTouch device > Tap the picture of Boss SoundTouch device > Reboot Device > Reboot
5 Reboot the Bose SoundTouch

a. Unplug the Bose speaker’s power cable

b. Tap ± > Add Device Manually > Speakers > Bose

c. While the Connect Home is searching, reapply power to the Bose speaker
