How to accept/deny Apps Permission on Samsung Mobile Device?

Last Update Date : Oct 08. 2018

Since Android 6.0 Marshmallow, a new permissions model with the addition of runtime permissions is being introduced.

Until Android 5.x Lollipop, you had to accept all permissions (such as accessing camera, data network and more), which an application ask for during the application installation procedure. But from Android 6.0 Marshmallow, the pop-up for each permission appears when the application request to access that permission for first time.

To accept or deny each permissions of the application, follow these steps:

1 For newer models, Settings > Apps > Select the Apps > Permissions
For older models, Settings Apps > Settings > Applications > Application manager > Select the Apps > Permissions
2 Toggle the switch to enable/disable the permission
