How to return to Home screen of previous style with Apps button in Samsung Mobile Device?

Samsung Galaxy Devices applied new screen concept of cleaner home layout with simple widget and fewer icons, convenient home/app tray transfer by swiping. 

Without using the Apps button, you can open the Apps screen by swiping upwards or downwards on the Home screen. To return to the Home screen, swipe upwards or downwards on the Apps screen. Alternatively, tap the Home button or the Back button.

Please note: This article is applicable for Galaxy models such as S9/S9+, S8/S8+, Note8, A8/A8+, J2 2018 etc

Swiping upward and downward to access Home or Apps Screen

If you want to open the Apps screen using the Apps button, follow these steps:

1 On the Home screen, tap and hold an empty area, or pinch your fingers together to access the editing options
Tap an empty area of the home screen
2 Tap Home screen settings
Tap Home screen settings
3 Tap Apps button
Tap Apps button
4 Select Show Apps button
Select Show Apps button
6 The Apps button will appear as a favorite app at the bottom of the Home screen
Favorite app appears at the bottom  of the Home screen
