Samsung SmartThings Motion sensor isn't reporting or is stuck on or no motion detected
If your Samsung SmartThings Motion sensor isn't reporting or is stuck on motion or no motion detected, follow these steps:
Tap Devices at the bottom center > Select the Three Dots icon at the top right > Edit > Remove the device using the minus sign on the right > Confirm delete
a. Tap Add device > Add Device Manually > Motion Sensor > Samsung SmartThings
b. While the Connect Home is searching, hold down the Connect button on the Motion sensor for 5 seconds
c. Release the button when the LED light starts blinking red. The LED should blink green three times when it connects to the Connect Home
