Last Update date : Oct 08. 2020

If your Samsung SmartThings Motion sensor isn't reporting or is stuck on motion or no motion detected, follow these steps:

1 The sensor may be out of range. Move it closer to the Connect Home, or extend the range of your Zigbee network using repeaters
2 Check that the battery is not drained and is firmly seated within the casing. If the battery level is low, replace it (1 CR-2477)
