Philips Hue Bridge won’t discover

If your Philip Hue Bridge won’t discover, follow these steps:

1 Make sure the Hue Bridge is set up and working in the Philips Hue app
2 Make sure the Hue Bridge firmware is up to date
3 Make sure the Hue Bridge is connected to the Connect Home’s network
4 Reboot the Connect Home from the Samsung SmartThings. In the Home screen, tap Devices at the bottom center > Tap the Wi-Fi Hub > Tap the Hub Icon > Scroll down and tap Reboot device > Tap Reboot
5 Reboot the Philips Hue Bridge

a. Unplug the Hue Bridge’s power cable

b. Tap Add device > Add Device Manually > Light Bulb > Philips Hue

c. While the Connect Home is searching, power on the Hue Bridge
