Philip Hue Bulbs are not responding

If your Philip Hue Bulbs are not responding, follow these steps:

1 Make sure the Hue bulb is working in the Philips Hue app
2 Reboot the Connect Home from Samsung SmartThings. In the Home screen, tap Devices at the bottom center > Tap the Wi-Fi Hub > Tap the Hub Icon > Scroll down and tap Reboot device > Tap Reboot
3 Update Hue Bridge’s firmware

a. In the Hue app, go to Settings > Find Bridge > Search > Select Bridge > Update

4 Remove Hue from Connect Home and re-add (last resort)

In Samsung SmartThings, My Devices > Menu (three dots) > Edit > Select Hue Bridge > Select - to Delete

b. Re-add Hue Bridge, Tap + > Add Device Manually > Light Bulb > Philips Hue
