Samsung SmartThings Outlet is showing the incorrect status
If your Samsung SmartThings Outlet is showing the incorrect status, follow these steps:
a. Tap Devices at the bottom center of Samsung SmartThings
b. Tap the Three Dots icon at the top right > Edit > Remove the device using the minus sign on the right > Confirm Delete
c. Unplug the outlet
d. Tap Add device > Add device manually > Outlets > Samsung SmartThings
e. Hold the button down on the outlet and plug it in
f. Once the LED on the outlet turns on, immediately let go of the button
g. Let the LED flash 3 times and then turn the outlet on and off until it connects
