The suction level buttons are easily located on top of the ergonomic handle. Pet hair does not stand a chance with this high powered suction stick vacuum! The first swipe on my furniture brought up hair that the naked eye could not see. I was totally amazed!!! The attachments that come with it easily attach to the wall mount charger. The option of the smaller beater bars or the large beater bars is a welcomed option! The battery life is long enough to sweep a coule times without needing a recharge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i absolutely love this new samsung jet cordless vacuum. it picks up quicker and more efficiently than my normal vacuum. i also love the 3 speeds that this cordless vacuum offers. i prefer using the max speed, but the battery will only last about 15 minutes, without having to charge again. i also love that the filter and the dust bin are both washable. it’s also quick to charge and a full charge last me about 35-40 minutes, on the lowest setting, which is perfect for me to have enough time to vacuum my whole house. it also works very well on my rugs and my hardwood floors. i would definitely recommend this vacuum to all of my friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good Points: Great suction, easy to handle. Improvement Points: Battery life. On the medium power I get 7.5 minutes before the battery runs out. That's enough for me to do most of my small 3 bedroom house but somebody with a larger house would struggle The tools are very useful and easy to change and store. Really good battery storage and charging dock. It charges quickly enough for short bursts of use and will fully charge in just 3-3.5 hours. The only drawback I would consider is that the fill line is about halfway up on the dust container therefore needs emptying fairly frequently. It’ is however very easy to empty and wash if needed

I find myself much less upset about kid and dog messes that require a good vacuuming because of the Jet 70’s sleek and easy to move around profile and efficient suction power, plus it’s cordless! I can easily grab it for a quick job anytime during the day, and thanks to its super quiet suction, I no longer have to worry about interrupting my kids during online school or my spouse’s work meetings. I now find my myself able to vacuum in tight spots which before I couldn’t adequately reach. I highly recommend the Jet 70 for any household, especially one full of kids and pets like mine.

I love the versatility with the different attachments, specifically the one for tight areas. I especially love the easy wall mount cability. This is by far the lightest vaccume I've ever had. It's super easy to maneuver around the furniture and through the house, it makes vaccuming stairs a breeze! I also love that it has different levels of suction for harder to reach areas. The battery life is impressive to, I can get multiple small rooms done on one charge. I am all around thrilled to have this vaccume!

We bought this product about 2 years ago and noticed that some of the key pieces of the vacuum cleaner such as the rubbered wheels are the bottom of the vacuum cleaner machine teared apart after certain time. The worst part is these are non replaceable as individual pieces. To make things worst the parts are anyways not available, nor on the Samsung website or anywhere else. The canister to collect the dirt is made up of plastic whose lock can knock off so easily, Again, unable to just replace the canister just by itself. No option left other than to buy a new one. I know for sure, which brand I need to avoid now for buying my next vacuum cleaner

I first vacuumed a rug we recently cleaned with a traditional vacuum and were surprised by how much dirt and dust was left behind! And this vacuum is half the size. The stick attachment also comes in handy for very hard to reach places, and I will definitely use the brush to clean the webs from my walls. When looking for a vacuum I was debating on others but ultimately decided to go with Samsung for its value and reliability, and I'm glad that I did. It's such a powerful vacuum for such a lightweight design and it will definitely be put to good use. I just hope it lasts!

The clean station is great, unfortunately the dust bags for the clean station are unavailable. So when I have used up the 2nd one, I will not be able to use the Clean station at all. The bags have been unavailable for a very long time and I have read that Samsung is no longer going to produce them. If that’s true, the expensive Clean station is useless. I recommend the Cordless stick vacuum only and that is why I’m giving 3 stars versus 5. I would not purchase a Clean Station if the dust bags are still unavailable.

For starters, it is lightweight... which was a real important factor when I was deciding which vacuum to purchase. Yet, I was pleasantly surprised by the suction power and the battery life. I had just vacuumed a room using another brand name vacuum and the carpet looked spotless. I wanted to put the Samsung Jet to the test and boy did it pass. It really sucked up dirt and dust that the other vacuum left. You can literally feel the vacuum gripping the floor/carpet. Finally, the kit comes with an attachment for basically ever surface. I hope this vacuum lasts me for a long time.

I usually use it for quick bursts of cleaning while feeling ok. It's also great that there is an on button - no trigger to hold down! That so great news for those with carpal tunnel. But honestly, the best part is the low maintenance. Anyone with somewhat long hair knows what a pain it can be getting it out of the vacuum. This stick vac was DESIGNED to be easily taken apart for quick cleaning like getting the hair off the roller. The optional clean station is pretty cool too, though I don't always use it to empty the canisters.

But I now use this over my big plug-in vacuum what makes me want to use it over that is easy of us you just pick it up and start using it no cords then you have a 3 power level I use the low or medium on the tile floor and medium or high on the carpet and it powers through. I am always amazed at the stuff it picks up that I can't even see. I highly recommend this to anyone I have sold it to 2 family members that have tried they buy one now.

Figured it could be an issue with this specific battery so I contacted customer support who gave me literally no help and lied stating that an additional higher up team would follow up with me in 48 hours. 3 weeks later still waiting for that call. On top of barely being able to use the vacuum, the main brush broke in its second use, super brittle plastic. Was really looking forward to having a small lightweight vacuum with this sleek design. Very dissatisfied both with the vacuum overall and how Samsung handled my issue.

I can vacuum my entire 1700sqft house on one battery (I use the medium setting, which has a lot of power, I shed hair like crazy!) and still have battery left over. This thing is simply amazing and I got the deal that included a free extra battery. It's great for stairs and cleaning air filter vents, which are on the ceiling, for some reason. And it's very light, which is a plus. You also don't have to hold on to the trigger the entire time. My only negative is it doesn't stand up on it's own, but it's really not that big of a deal.

I love the fact we can store it with the attachments in our small laundry room. The dock station is mounted on the wall and charging at the same time. I can quickly grab it and clean up pet hair or any other cleaning to keep our floors and rugs clean. It has several attachments that allow you to adapt to using the short or long nozzle. You can quickly clean out the dirt and debris and go back to vacuuming. My biggest issue is the battery life doesn’t last long. However, you can charge it and be back to using it in a short time.

We spent good money buying a DYSON and have used it as a supplemental unit to our main corded Eureka vacuum. This is until the Samsung Jet 60 arrived. In a side by side comparison, the Samsung is much quieter than the DYSON, more powerful and the battery lasted much longer. Last but not least, the canister does not required cleaning/deep cleaning as often. The Dyson is constantly clogged up. Requiring it to be taken apart and pulled the dirt out by hand. No such problems with the Samsung. My wife promptly pitched the DYSON. My next cordless Stick vacuum will be a Samsung for sure.

It's easy to change attachment configurations: the long vacuum pipe can be detached to the main body & the floor brush attachment & crevasse tool can be attached to the main body or the long pipe; great for use in a car or truck. The waste canister can easily be detached from the main body vacuum motor for quick emptying & cleaning. That battery lasts long enough to vacuum my whole RV & most of my car. I'm not sure if the 60 is still available, but an upgrade to a higher model includes an extra battery & more attachments. I highly recommend whichever model one can afford.

i haven't had this vacuum for 2 years don't use it all that often, while i was vacuuming i noticed the motor wasn't flush so i took off the ring. i thought the motor had come unclipped from the handle. turns out the plastic for the screw had just broken, i opened it a little to look inside and the rest of the plastic had broken off from the other 2 screws. this vacuum was pretty pricy at the time and the fact the point of failure was some plastic screw housing is just laughable. tried looking on samsung parts for a replacement motor/handle and nothing has pictures or descriptions. if i can't find the part i need this will be the last samsung product i buy

I primarily got it for my main floor which is hardwood and tile. On the main floor it is easy to maneuver around kitchen bar stools and dining room chairs. II love it because it gets under the kitchen cabinet area, that is hard to reach with a full size vacuum, without hitting the cabinets. On carpeting, it's powerful suction pulled more dust than I can to share out of freshly vacuumed carpeting. The light weight stick vacuum makes cleaning so easy and effortless! I have recommended it to several friends!

It started off as a good product, with no issues relating to battery. But one day during normal vacuuming, the two pieces of plastic which click together to hold the attachment in place, snapped/sheared and it is now not usable. Going through the returns process with Samsung (not Argos's fault) the warranty is NOT VALID because a broken product is classed as damage which in turn is classed as "misuse". I escalated this 3 levels higher and they wouldn't budge. It is a design issue and the product is not robust for normal day to day use. And on top of that, DO NOT BE MISLEAD BY THE 2 YEAR WARRANTY. It is absolutely not worth the price. Cannot recommend.

the first few months with this vacuum were amazing. we were recommending it to friends and family over the dyson at every opportunity. about 8 months into ownership we noticed that there was a bit more flex at the joint between the 'stick' attachments and the body of the vacuum. after taking off the 'stick' component we noticed a small crack developing right at the connection on the vacuum body. after a couple additional months of use the crack is substantially worse and we are very concerned it will break off. this is the most important point on the vacuum and it is clearly designed to be the most fragile. we are extremely disappointed in this product.

Can accomplish nearly all household vacuuming with just the Soft Brush for bare floors and the Turbo Action Brush for carpet, but the other tools have come in handy for more area-specific cleaning. Multiple configuration options allow for flexibility to clean hard-to-reach spots. Battery life is more than capable for cleaning multiple levels of our home. Appreciate its lightweight, and seems sturdy enough, but would like it even better if the canister and rubber seals were a bit more sturdy as I'm not sure how well they'll last over long term use.

In general purpose, it did very and it is very easy to manage, goes under the table or other furniture very well and has enough power to hoovering the carpet, and I am very happy with that and with peace of mind due to the 5-year warranty, it comes with. Negative: On the website, it says it comes with 2 batteries of 60 min each of autonomy, for my surprise when I opened the box I just find one battery. I will return after 3 months for reviews.

The vacuum was purchased for use in a small apartment. It lasted a little longer than 1 year and then it failed to start. Changed the battery and it still will not start. This was lightweight and easily stored which was a plus in a small apartment. However, the battery charge does not last that long and it needs to be charged numerous times even for a small apartment. Then it refused to work when I needed it most. Had to use my mother's old stick vacuum. Would say the brand but I don't want to advertise in this forum. Looking for a brick and mortar place to get the vacuum serviced as well but that has been futile.

Vacuum is stylish, works well on hard floors and carpet, and is almost a full-size vacuum replacement. I kind of prefer the trigger power button style found on Dyson and Tineco, but that's just a personal preference. Emptying the dust bin is fairly easy and touchless. Just not sure we will keep this vacuum due to the lack of dusting head accessories. I was specifically looking for a soft dusting head to use on delicate items, but they don't offer that on the Jet series.

after reviewing many other cordless stick vacuum options, i am so glad that i chose the samsung jet75. not only does the vacuum do an excellent job of picking up most debris with just the mid-level power setting, but the vacuum holds a charge for a very long time. all the accessories are a welcome addition that not all other stick vacuums in this category offered. while i do wish the canister held a bit more, i will take the slim design and lower weight and just empty the canister more often. i couldn't be more satisfied with my new vacuum and recommend it highly to anyone considering a samsung cordless stick vacuum.

Provided attachments are good, and the emptying the canister and cleaning the filter are very easy. I did purchase a spare battery, but I haven't even taken the spare out of its box yet due to the superb battery life. If there was one knock on the product it would be charging. It might be a personal preference, but I think I would rather have a standalone battery charger or a charger that wouldn't require it to be mounted to a wall. Overall, I would rate this as an excellent buy.

It is lightweight and easy to maneuver, and it gets into all of the cracks and crevices of a floor. The suction is powerful and quickly scooped up all dirt on the floor. It is easy to empty and recharge. The charging station is sleek and stylish and is able to be left out in the living room as a decor piece, one that has sparked questions from several people about what it is. I would highly recommend the Samsung Jet 90!

Not familiar with these price points for these types of things but I've been mostly satisfied with what it does. If there were any downsides I'd say it's battery life and the intake. Battery is good as long as you remember to charge it after very use, but you forget to do that and it's dead and useless. If you're doing a small room or space, then yeah, definitely a great vacuum. Intake is also not a problem as long as you're doing small things. Your kid just spilled the dry fruit loops? Gonna clog up the small intake on the dust container. Anyway, this is easily worth 4 out 5 of stars, easily.

It makes cleaning so quick and painless that just getting up from my work-at-home desk I'm inspired to do a quick vacuum. The attachments on this blow the competitor away though---the spare battery is fantastic, since these things don't last long at high power, and I particularly like the rotating mop attachment. My only complaint is that there isn't a separate stand or shelf for holding all of the attachments, so I currently don't have a great solution to keep it all organized.

I really like the buttons that mean I don't have to hold down a trigger throughout. It is so quiet I don't think it is working on the lesser power, but it IS. So far, though, I don't believe I am getting the battery life promised. I would like to buy an additional battery so I can pop it in,,when the first is spent. There appears to be a wet attachment for mopping floors, but mine didn't come with that and I haven't seen where to buy it.

been very happy w the purchase about a month in. vacuum works very well and is used at least once daily on floors with 4 kids and a dog. i would say the unit is a bit bulky when trying to vacuum w the small, upholstery attachment bc of how large the catch basin is. we also purchased the cleaning tower. i would say this works pretty well. when the long dog or kid hair gets wrapped around the unit it seldom clears spontaenously when placed in the cleaning tower. however, all the dust and small debris always is…so even when i need to open it to clear hair, it’s not messy. as w so many vacuums like this, we will see how it holds up over time. so far so good.

i've been through so many vacuums, as i have dogs and cats. i cleaned a few hours prior with my corded vacuum then went over the same area with my jet 60 and it picked up so much fine dirt that the other vacuum missed! it's honestly was amazing, and that was on the medium setting. i vacuumed my entire house and some before the battery died and it was on the high setting most of the time. it's only been a few days but hopefully it withstands my pets fur! i also vacuumed my car floor with it and it worked great. i love how lightweight, quiet, and versatile the jet 60 is! especially for the price; you can't beat it.

In only 3 months of use, just cleaning our downstairs area, the wheels have developed a very loud screeching sound when in use. The wheels have developed a major resistance, so it's hard to push. Today, the rubber covering one of the wheels sheared off, which ended up scratching my Amtico floor. I guess this is what I get for not using my Dyson instead. Stay well away! On the feature side, I was extremely keen on the mopping attachment. Unfortunately in use, it's a major gimmick. I need to walk around with a spray bottle, or when the floors are stained, a mop and bucket, in order to sufficiently wet the floor. This of course defeats the purpose of having a mop attachment!

Easy to use, light weight and versatile, it out performs previously owned stick vacuum cleaners by a country mile. In our family we have a dog who sheds profusely, and this cleaner does a wonderful job in picking up all that fur, from carpets, rugs and hard floors. I am sincerely amazed at how much fur and dust gets collected from what looks like reasonably clean floors. For a small machine this has all the features I need - variable power, useful attachments, easy to put together, easy to empty the bin, does what its meant to do.

in terms of value for money, get yourself a rubber broom. the rubber brooms works better at picking up debris that the jet 75 missed. the dustbin doesn't latch correctly anymore in a few months of use. the battery life is subpar, you will most likely need an extra spare battery to finish cleaning your house. or you can recharge and wait hours to clean the other rooms. the wheels on the brush, debris get stuck on it and there is no instructions as to how to clean it. good luck trying to get support for instructions/ guide to doing so. over all i wasted my money on this product, just get yourself a rubber broom.

It’s lightweight, easy to maneuver, and does a great job picking up pet hair and debris on both hardwood and carpet. The battery life is decent for daily cleanups, and the suction power is impressive for a cordless model at this price point. My only gripe is the size of the brush area—it feels a bit small, so it takes a few extra passes to cover larger spaces. If the brush head were just a bit wider, it would make cleaning more efficient. That said, it’s still a great value for what you get.

i have owned so called high end vacuum cleaners before which turned out to be brightly coloured plastic junk but this one is really awesome. i did a lot of research before i bought the jet 90 and there was a good deal to getting the extra battery and the clean dump which i really like. the jet 90 itself is beautifully engineered and designed. i have it just inside my front door and quite a few visitors have commented on it. we have a multitude of different surfaces in our home, but where this thing really shines is when i'm doing the car. the attachments are very high quality and not just an afterthought like other brands. i actually look forward to cleaning now!

I use to lug around my Dyson every night to vacuum since I have a baby at home who was crawling and it took forever. Now, I quickly zip through my evening vacuuming. It's wonderful! The head tilts so you can get in just about any space. It does a great job picking everything up. Charges quickly on the included wall attachment for easy charging. I can just grab it and go. It's easy to clean the collection cup although sometimes it's a little tough to perfectly line up the cup to put it back on the handle, but definitely not a dealbreaker. Overall, I've been super impressed with this vacuum after having it for months.

It provides a great suction power and I love the option to increase or decrease the power as needed. The battery provides enough power to go through the living and dining rooms, but of course, getting additional battery will provide extend operational time. This vacuum is light weighted, with comfortable handle and it comes with variety of tools with flexible connection that lets you reach under the furniture. The spinning sweeper brush is great addition to the tool set. Swapping between the tools and cleaning the vacuum is pretty easy.

But mostly I have to dust mop and sweep and use this vacuum to just do really basic, high traffic areas or clean up the piles. I cannot do my whole 1200 square foot apartment with this vacuum, the battery doesn't last that long. But it is great for spills, for just pulling out and cleaning up a small area. If you're using it and need to switch to something else or set it down it's very awkward, it won't stand up easily, it is not well balanced and really only sits well anywhere in its charging hanger. When using it's very heavy in the hand because most of the weight is at the top which makes it even more awkward to use.

Putting the vacuum together was very simple, not but 3-4 minutes and I did not even read the instructions. Easy. I used it first on a thick wool rug in my living room. I was immediately impressed with the suction. It performed just as great on my hardwood floors, picking up even the dry leaves that have made their way inside my house this fall. Being new to owning a stick like this I was most impressed with maneuvering it around dining room chairs! I used the wand attachment and cleaned the cracks between the cushions of my sofa too. No more popcorn :) I am wishing I would have purchased the model that had the mop too!

My only complaint is that I purchased it with the Clean Station and it came with two bags. Getting replacement bags is like an act of congress. My replacement bags just shipped a couple of days ago. Another unnamed robot vacuum I own has so many aftermarket bags available supply is not a problem. If Samsung cannot supply the bags readily I believe they need to allow an aftermarket company to produce a bag that will work with the product. Otherwise this is the best vacuum I have ever owned. I listed the design as fair due to the availability of the dust bags.

I only wish i had one sooner - it looks beautiful, sucks up every bit of dirt and dog hair easily, its really easy to empty the dustbin, the filters are washable and its rose gold - what more could you want? The attachments that come with it are super useful also. I can easily vacuum the whole house without the battery running out, and the vacuum can "flatten" out to vacuum under lounges & beds. Its super quiet on the medium setting too and the high setting is really powerful. Looks great wall mounted too. Love it.

this is the first cordless i've ever used. i got tired of going through so many cordless. it's amazing. setup was super easy out of the box. after charging my wife went on a vacuum spree. as long as you use the right speed for the right job, battery life is good. be warned, the highest setting is only about 15mins. it's way too strong for normal carpet anyway though. she filled the canister a few times. that's how well this thing cleans compared to the vacuum's we've been using. you can use the charger base on a flat surface or hang it on the wall which is also easy. overall, it's worth the money. get one.

No way does the battery last as long as suggested, biggest failure is the Jet head. Any sign of human or pet hair the three rollers underneath jam and makes it impossible to roll along or if on anything that isn't carpet it will mark the flooring... further more the felt got ruin within days rendering it useless. No option to upgrade the head and complaints to Samsung well your just wasting your time and energy. Ive had this cleaner a month and I live in a small flat and it just can't cope. It's frustrating every time you use it. expect no more than 15 mins runtime on medium setting Ive wasted my money, please don't make the same mistake I did and just look for better options.

It’s lightweight, easy to maneuver, and does a great job picking up pet hair from both hardwood floors and carpets. Good value alternative to “leading” brand, feels very well built and has plenty of suction power. I did some research before buying this as it has some mixed reviews online. I am very impressed with it so far considering its price point is a lot less than others on the market but don’t let this put you off as it’s a quality item. All I will say is the motorised brush is not as aggressive as the “leading” brand it has replaced however it still picks up pet hair and dust very well. Only gripe is I want to buy a set of spare filters and they are a 1/4 of what the vacuum cost to buy so I will give that a miss.

I have various types of flooring in my home and the vacuum has no problem spotlessly cleaning each room effortlessly. You do not need to press and hold the power button anymore One of the best feature is easy to cleaning in my opinion. Other brand you must disassemble the whole unit. However this item you can just disassemble without any tools and just clean under water and it clean deep inside. I have a dyson and ai need to deep clean once I can smell some odors and it is not easy to do deep clean to everybody. I really highly recommend everyone who wants to clean the house and this vacuum.

I love it, while most of the house is bare hardwoods or LVT we have some throw rugs and an 8' x 10' living room rug that has an off black background. This vacuum does a great job om med or when I have waited too long on high. The suction is tremendous, the tools are very well designed, so is the charging station. On high it does use up the battery pretty quickly so we appreciate the double charging station. I love the cleaning station, as mentioned the dust bags are in short supply but they do last a very long time. I expect Samsung to fix that issue.

I have replaced my current Vacuum Cleaner with the Jet 60. The amount of fine dust that this picks up compared to my old Vacuum Cleaner is amazing....I had thought that the carpet was clean! I only use the Jet 60 on the medium setting as I find that this is more than enough. The Jet 60 is supplied with a Crevice tool and a Combination tool The Crevice tool is great to vacuum up the crumbs that fall between the seats and the centre console in my car, and with the Jet Fit Brush attached to vacuum my car mats I find it ideal. Even though it's quite light the quality seems good. I haven't yet run the battery flat so not sure how long it will go between charges. Altogether a great vac!

Also purchased an extra battery which is a must to have if your house is more than 2000 square feet like mine. When it is time to do the regular maintenance I take it all apart and rinse it with the tap water, that simple. There is one thing I don't like. The accessories holder it come with doesn't not have enough slots and I ended up storing some of the attachments in the closet, not a big deal if you dont use them often. In conclusion, I would hardly recommend to buy this product and if you have a bigger house go with a jet 90 instead since it has a base with an additional battery charger.

i was looking for a cordless, light weight vacuum to replace my dated canister vacuum and this jet 90 is really good. i didn't realize how much my old vacuum wasn't picking up until my first use of the jet 90. when i was shopping for a new vacuum i looked into other brands but choose samsung jet 90 because of the reviews and am very happy that i choose samsung jet 90. recently i was prescribed o2 therapy and trying to use a canister vacuum with electric cord and o2 tubing was quite exhausting. i would have given this 5 stars except replacing the canister after emptying sometimes takes a couple try's.

I never thought I'd use my wife's house sweeper in our vehicles and love it!! Very versatile with the multiple attachments. The smaller size beater bars works excellent on the car seats to remove dog hair and on the floor, while the expandable long stick attachment reaches under and beside the seats! The battery life is excellent! I can sweep both vehicles and still have battery life left to bring it in the house and sweep! I highly recommend this sweeper if you have animals! Socks up the hair that you did not even see!

I used to be a Dyson owner, but my last Dyson had the shortest battery life and lots of issues. So, I thought I'd give the Samsung a try. I love the different suctions settings, so that on lighter rugs I can use less suction, and stronger suction for dirtier/dustier spots in the house. It's easy to see when the filter is full and easy to empty before the next use. We have a two-story 3000 sq foot house and I've been able to vaccuum through all the rooms on a full charge no problem at all. I'm eyeing the mop as my next purchase!

I bought the Samsung Jet 70 a couple of days ago and I am absolutely delighted with it. It is easy to assemble and the suction is powerful, even on the medium suction level. I always thought my carpets were clean but after using the Samsung Jet 70 I found out I was wrong! I was ashamed at how much dirt this cordless vacuum had managed to pick up. The battery level is good on the low and medium levels but it does drain away quickly if you use the turbo setting. I live in a one bedroom flat so a vacuum like this is absolutely ideal. A great purchase - I only wish I had bought this years ago!

Filters everything out and finds dirt in my carpets that my big Kirby missed. I use it more that that big heavy vacuum. One or two rooms at a time on high, then recharge for 2 hrs. I can take a break and wait, my house isn't that dirty. Love the way you can hang and charge this when not it use. I got the Pet model, unfortunately there is no hanger for the Pet attachment, so I made one, no problem. Just wish my Kirby's roller bar came off to clean like this Samsung, super easy.

My only complaint is the battery life on max is not great, at like 5+ minutes. The cleaning station is interesting but ultimately I don't think it's worthwhile and feels superfluous. Yes it keeps dust from flying into the air when you empty your dustbin but now you have yet another device plugged in and taking up space. Plus you have to buy new bags for it. The worst part about it though is that its suction isn't great so I often have hair leftover in the dust bin.

its quite powerful and super easy maneuver. on hardwood im able to pick up large debri using low power mode, on medium carpet medium power does the trick. in fact, even on our hogh pile carpet i havent found a reason to switch to max power, so the battery life is more than sufficient to vacuum my house. some things i didnt like as much: the soft roller attachment doesnt have a light, its such a useful tool for hardwoods, not sure why they didnt add that. also, emptying the dustbin is a pain. with our previous stick youd just puch a button a drop the dirt out, instead samsung opted to have you disassemble the unit and it can be a bit of a pain to latch back in. overall, very happy with this!

We could clean up quick messes but could never clean the whole house in a single go. The Samsung 75 provided a much improved duration and suction when compared. The ability to swap out the batter was also appreciated. It also came with the wall holster which was a nice bonus considering we had to buy it separately from the last manufacturer. I also like that its not purple or yellow or some other jarring color and blends in pretty well in our laundry room. We are pretty pleased with the purchase.

I use it on tile floor with easy changeable parts at the end of the stick. Most of my house has tile and it's great picking up dust, or other things that will find it's way to the floor from living life. It's awesome with the carpet attachment & cleans the bedroom carpet better than a plug in vacuum. It also has attachments for me to clean my car carpet & truck area which I do all the time. I also received a spare battery but unless I'm doing the entire house and going to do the car one battery is more than enough power to get the job done. I love this and have left the corded vacuums for good~!

I bought the Samsung Stick vacum cleaner to help me keep my hardwood floors clean. I have three little dogs and two cats in the house. I cannot believe how much hair they drop on the floor. The vacum cleaner does an amazing job of cleaning the floors. My house keep won't use the vacum cleaner her agency gives her--she wants to use the Samsung. I brought all of the attachments which make it my go to vacum for eveything from vacuming to mopping. Definately worth every penny--and more!

the samsung vacuum is amazing. it offers easy to remove attachments and i love the fact that you get not only the regular brush head but the extra soft roller attachment as well. it is quiet, and has great suction. if there was anything to complain about it would have to be the telescoping pipe. its a great idea but it starts off super short to begin with and when you extend it fully it is basically a normal height. i was hoping for it to be taller for my husband who is 6'4", however, my 3 year old is able to use it on the lowest height. the place where the two pipes meet/slide could also use a little more attention to get it a tighter, stronger fit. otherwise, i am thrilled with my purchase.

Sadly, sweeping wasn’t enough and the carpeted stairs were awful to clean with my bulky, heavy vacuum. Enter the Samsung jet 90. First of all, it’s so light my small children can use it. It’s great for getting under furniture, cleaning steps and the attachments are stellar. This has all but replaced my full size vacuum and gets up everything my robot vacuum misses. I love the heads included. Especially the one with no bristles. I used to dread vacuuming 3600 sq/ft of house, but this has reduced the time and effort spent. No more aching back. No more dust under my sofas. I’m sad it took me so long to try one.

I would compare it to the Dyson cordless vacuum with a better price. I've used it in my car, around the house both on tile & carpet. The suction on this little guy is AMAZING to pick up crumbs on tile & the carpet is 2nd to none. Plenty of attachments for whatever you need to do around the house or car & light enough to use anywhere. I put on the brush attachment to remove dirt/dust from my baseboards with ease. The battery life is great but the back up one that came with it gives me peace of mind that I will never not finish any project. I would recommend this & I certainly would buy it again.

It has changed how we clean the house - it's so much easier to take this off its' charger, vacuum one or two spaces as needed, then put it back to charge for next time. It will also hold enough charge to cover the same area as our old plug-in vacuum for a full-clean too! The included accessories and wall-mount charger are great for options, and being able to mount the vacuum charger to the wall to increase available floor space in the closet was a big plus.

my daughter in law checked consumer report for stick vacuums and after reading all the reviews, she seleted this one. she raved so about it that while i was visiting, i had to use it to see for myself. she was 100% correct. for an older person of my age, the weight and easy of use is amazing. the power is plenty and the attachments are wonderful. living on the beach, we have plenty of sand tracted in and blown into the tracks of the sliding glass doors. the crevice attachment is great for cleaning these out and keeing those doors opening smoothly. wish i had bought this before now.

In the highest mode the battery does drain significantly faster but I still get most of my home done, then I just switch batteries and finish the rest. The dual charging station and clean station are very convenient. No more dirt and dust all over my garbage can, just drop in the canister and let the magic work. I really appreciate the flexibility, it can get under my barstools without having to pick each one up. My mom has a Dyson and swears by it but this was a great purchase, no regrets.

The Jetsick does a great job picking up. The station I do like even thought something it will not get the dirt all sucked out even after trying a couple of times. The one thing I do not like is the fact that it will not stand up when not in use . I also wanted to purchased an additional warranty, which when I did the chat I was told I could but after I purchased it I was told that for some reason it didn't qualified for that. Over all I am pleased with the performance and would recommend it but these few cons does need to be pointed out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Jet 90 over a half year ago, and it is still running great. It came with several attachments which are all so very useful. There is one for carpet, one for bare floor, a smaller one for seats, an attachment piece which is bendable so any of the attachments can be used with for example on a room fan. Another smaller attachments works wonders on the blinds. Another thinner long one, and I am not quite sure why it has holes on the side on the far bottom opening which I think adversely effects the suction, so that is no too useful. However what is great, that you can wash everything out. I feel the container may could be more sturdy, the plastic feels a little thin. Great battery life !!!

the vacuum itself is nice. it’s light, got three power settings, good size dust bag and nice accessories for dusting. battery life is on a shorter side, but i found it to be just enough for basic cleaning. the cleaning station is a cool feature however there are no dust bags. meaning that you can’t use it after you use up the dust bags. i haven’t been able to find them anywhere in the past few months. it’s a shame that a nice vacuum like this is not worth buying if you can’t use the cleaning station. i would not recommend this product until you can find dust bad for the cleaning station.

Out of the box I tested the suction on a welcome mat that my German Shepard loved lay down on while leaving her hair deep in the bristles. On the medium setting, the Jet 75 sucked up all the hair out of the mat. That was my test and it passed with flying colors. However, the unexpected bonus was the ease and freedom of the cordless vacuum. It is literally grab and go. I love it! My only 'negative' experience so far is having to clear the long pole because some debris got inside and blocked further use. I highly recommend the Samsung Jet 75!

samsung has really dialed-up the technology on this one. i wouldn't ever have thought that vacuuming would actually be 'exciting'. bizarre, yes, but they have made it so convenient. so efficient. the styling is spot-on. powerful device, cannot believe how much crud it captures. they have really focused on the filtering as well, no dust and dirt filling up the room as you vacuum. the clean station is well worth the price also, it really compliments the jet well, keeps everything nice and tidy. i just can't figure out where to buy the replacement bags that go into the clean station.

I purchased this product about 3 months ago. Before I went to the store I did a lot of research on vacuums to see which one was best for me. I have some Samsung electronics and home appliances so I was excited to try the vacuum. The reason why I am giving this a 1 star is because the vacuum doesn’t last 40 mins and I have to constantly use scissors to cut hair at the brush while using it. Samsung says this is great for pets but I would disagree. I waited and tried multiple ways throughout the past 3 months and every time I use it, it’s the same issue. This is a poor product for Samsung.

My daughter owns and loves her Jet 60 Pet Stick. On her recommendation, my wife and I also bought one from the Samsung site. We picked it up at a Best But store. We charged it per all the directions. It operated very well on the first use. We recharged it after that use to a full charge. The next time we picked it up to use, it was COMPLETELY DEAD! We attempted to charge it again many times.using different outlets and checking all the wiring and equipment. IT WILL NOT RECHARGE! No lights ever go on. PLEASE tell us what to do or else we must return it! We can't tell whether the BATTERY or the CHARGER or BOTH are defective. There is no visible damage to any part of the system. Samsung, please respond!

bought mine on sale, otherwise i wouldn't have fronted its cost. the stellar consumer reports review is what sold me. but for me, it's a bit of a let down. i can feel such a difference when vacuuming carpet versus hardwood/tile. i can literally sense in my hands that the vacuum is struggling to create as good suction, even on max mode. for that reason, i knocked off a star. but it is really great on hard surfaces, plus easy to maneuver since it's fairly light. easy enough to empty the canister, and (at least so far) i'm satisfied with how long a battery lasts in my 2 br, 2 ba home. but, given the price tag, i expected this vacuum to perform excellent on all flooring surfaces, and that's not reality.

the website says that battery life is up to 60 minutes. what it doesn't tell you is that when using the vacuum like a normal person - on max, with the turbo brush for carpets - battery life is a mere 9 minutes. nine. minutes. what can i clean in nine minutes? one room. out of four that need vacuumed. so i can clean one room, swap out the battery, clean another room. recharge time is 3.5 hours. and since i can only charge one battery at a time, i then have to wait seven hours to get enough juice to clean the other two rooms. by then, the first room has been re-filthed by the toddlers.

i absolutely love this vacuum. i’ve been skeptical of cordless vacuums with bad experiences w/shark and dyson. this thing blows them away big time. its actually too powerful for me to use on high on my carpets + battery time is awesome. i have a 4 bed 2 bath home 2,000 sqft & a single charge on med is enough for my entire home & still not die. cleaning is a breeze and goodbye foam filters! 1 thing i need help with if possible is i want to buy an extended warranty but i don’t know how to do this. can someone help me and direct me where to go? thanks for the amazing device samsung!!

so the vaccuum works great on floors. i also used it to vaccuum my fabric sofa and from what i could tell, great. i like that that head of the vaccuum is small and the vaccuum is super light weight, battery is great also. i wish the vaccuum had a light on the bottom so you could see what you're cleaning or missing. the pet hair also gets stuck in the wheels and on that felt pad at the bottom. it's really flexible and makes it easy to reach under furniture. but for the price, i would've rather purchased a different brand that the hair doesn't get tangled on and one with a light.

i'm disabled with cerebellar ataxia...in other words i have no balance and not much coordination. i purchased this in the hope that i could use my rollator to assist me in doing some cleaning. we have all wood floors. so far so good. it's powerful, on high it'll suck a watermelon through a swizzle stick. of course on high the battery will last about 5 minutes. on medium about 20 minutes. on low it'll go about 45 minutes. it's light enough to use as a handheld and not unwieldy at all. my only minor complaint is the expense of a spare battery. i highly recommend this to friends.

this is hands down the best stick vacuum i have ever used. i was using a dyson stick but this one is far better.. i love how quiet it is and how easy and it is to use. it really picks up everything on the floor and carpet. the battery last the entire time that i am vacuuming. i absolutely love this vacuum and i am very happy with this purchase. fyi. i especially love that when i press the power button the vacuum stays on and i appreciate the 3 settings. it is so nice to have to keep pressing down on the trigger button to keep a vacuum on like the dyson models. thanks samsung.

Having previously owned a cordless D**** vacuum cleaner. I am really happy with this upgrade. The accessories that come include are extremely useful however, what really separates this vacuum from my previous D**** is the LED display panel. It gives you a percentage charge reading and a cutdown on how much vacuuming time you have left depending on the suction mode selected (low, medium, max). The noise level on this machine is also an improvement on my previous vacuum. It's quite to the extent that you're left wondering whether it's picking up any dirt at all. Clearly it is :-)

This vacuum is just okay. We got it on discount (I want to say it was like half off) and I'm thankful we did because it is not worth the full price. Samsung sent a second battery with it so at least we get a decent amount of cleaning time between the two batteries combined. The brush head is easier to clean than some other vacuums which is a plus. The vacuum head does great with dust/dirt but it definitely struggles with anything bigger. The upholstery/stair attachment isn't the best and I find I struggle to clean my furniture with it because it does seem to want stay in contact.

The wall mounting and charging system keeps it fully charged any time it's needed. My house is ~1,500 square feet and I can easily vacuum the whole house only using ~1/2 of the vacuum's battery (probably 30 minutes running). Only complaint is that the Clean Station struggles to remove long hair from the vacuum canister. Overall, the Clean Station is good... but it often cannot remove the long hair which wraps around the canister. Overall very good vacuum and clean station. Happy with the purchase!

I really enjoy vacuuming it on the carpet as it deep cleans it and removes 99% of the dust and small particles. The soft brush is good on hard floors and few attachments for couches and places hard to reach. It removes the hair really well and cleaning the brush is a breeze. It holds the charge for 45 mins on mid-power and 25 mins on high power which is good enough to cover a large area. Not sure how the battery will hold the charge in the future but hey it's Samsung so it should be fine. Cons: Auto Dust bin should be part of the package to justify the cost.

I have only had my Jet 60 for a few weeks but I am definitely impressed with the battery life of 40mins and the ergonomics of not having to hold a trigger as with competitor brands I've used in the past. The light weight 2.3kg is perfect for me and my mum to use on the stairs and in our cars. I am also impressed with how easy it is to open the bin and clean all the parts, this was one of the reasons I returned a competitors product as it was messy and not easy to clean. I had a demonstration on this Samsung and made the purchase with the online store and I'm really glad I did.

i like the vacuum it does a pretty good job, but one big negative for me is that fact that it does not have a light on the head so that you can see what you are vacuuming. every other vacuum that i have owned had a light, it's extremely helpful in seeing the dog hair, dust and other items that i want to make sure are picked up. for the price, i probably would not buy this exact unit again. i previously owned 3 sharks and they are cheaper and do the same job, but with a light so that i can see. my husband rigged a light onto it, but it doesn't work that great. it's also a little top heavy, so if you have carpel tunnel syndrome it can become painful. i do like that it's lightweight, but not that it's top heavy.

I bought the vacuum thinking it would hold a charge at least and it didn’t. I only got one battery which lasts maybe 15 minutes in the medium setting. One month in the vacuum broke and I tried to fix it with the self diagnostic help on the site, but those are just chatbots with knowledge articles that don’t help. I have only been able to use the vacuum at low power and it powers off frequently during use. The website doesn’t provide any service centers near my zip code and my only option is to send it back. Not convenient and never purchasing a Samsung appliance again.

Samsung has changed not only my mindset but they have made whipping out this lightweight unit a pleasure! Super light weight and it easily maneuvers in between and under hard to reach places with ease! I am blown away by the suction power and I am convinced I can donate my full size vac and replace my Samsung Jet 60 for all my clean up needs! I would day for the bigger house you may need second battery because the baterry drain is visible looking for indicator. But I would suggest doing test before committing to second purchase. The vacuum is the game charger if you were using the corded one. It is relatively light weighted and have a few attachments. What I like now I can easily vacuum under the furniture.I like the vacuum but the cleaning station is a game changer for me. You just put vacuum container into clean station and it vacuums the bin. It is like having second vacuum :). Overall I would recommend. 4 stars because I would like to see battery with bigger capacity.

I did buy a second battery. 1 battery gets through everything but my bedrooms and master bath its a 2500 sq ft house. We have 2 labs and they shed alot but this has had no problems getting dog hair up and the kids like how easy it is to use. Just grab it and it's ready to go. The carpet attachments work really well on the regular rug and the kids fuzzy looking rugs. I use the medium suction on the rugs if you put it in Hugh it sucjs down to the rug and you can't push it it has alot of suction.

This vacuum is good, but does not do so well on hard floors without the fluffy head attachment. I came across the Samsung Jet 75 which came with both the carpet and the hard floor head attachments along with others. This vacuum is amazing and picked up even more dust and dirt than my Dyson V8 could! I also love how the Samsung has a remove able battery that can be swapped and replaced in a few years. I would definitely recommend the Samsung Jet 75 if you are in the market for a new cordless vacuum

Always bought Dyson but when several Samsung Cordless models scored in the top 8 in Which, I decided to buy a Samsung. It is a great vacuum. It comes with a good array of tools and a standing charging station. All the tools fit on the charging station so it is neat and tidy. It is a really powerful vacuum and I only need to use the 2 lowest settings on hardfloors and rugs and carpet. The digital display shows how much time you have left to vacuum and when charging it shows when it is at 100% and you can stop charging which will save the battery life in the long run. Only drawback for me is when I vacuum the stairs with the pet tool to remove cat hair, as it is very hard to push rwhen it should glide across the carpet..

I have no negatives. Extremely powerful. It beats the carpet as you go over it. No dust goes back into the air. This means I have less dusting to do, and no setting of allergies.It is light and agile. It can be hung on the wall, making storage easy. The battery charges quickly, and lasts more than long enough to did every room. It glides effortlessly over non carpeted surfaces. My carpets are brighter, and my home feels and looks so clean. We were happy with the promotional price. The delivery was also super fast. I love Samsung phones and now I love Samsung Vacuums

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Jet 75 vacuum cleaner has strong suction, which is requisite for high cleaning performance. It's also a good value, given the high quality tools and attachments that the vacuum comes with. The battery life is good as well. The multiple cyclone technology of the vacuum enables less frequent cleaning of the filters as it efficiently separates dust from the air. One thing that can be improved is the design of the dust bin as it relates to emptying it. One needs to first detach the dust bin from the vacuum, then remove the cyclone from the bin in order to empty it.
