Bought a few weeks ago and i would of been better buying something cheap from kmart. Doesn't vacuum properly unless it is in the power mode and the power mode lasts 5 minutes. Ive cleaned the wheels 3 times already and seems to get stuck. Its scratches the tiles and floor boards. Half decent on carpets. Doesn't pick up the dog hair from the couch either. 60 day money back guarantee says no cosmetic damage is allowed. There is a scratch on the head from using it in the past few weeks, which now means the 60 money back guarantee won't be warranted? Looks like I'll buy another one and through this one in the bin. What a waste of $500!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i absolutely love this new samsung jet cordless vacuum. it picks up quicker and more efficiently than my normal vacuum. i also love the 3 speeds that this cordless vacuum offers. i prefer using the max speed, but the battery will only last about 15 minutes, without having to charge again. i also love that the filter and the dust bin are both washable. it’s also quick to charge and a full charge last me about 35-40 minutes, on the lowest setting, which is perfect for me to have enough time to vacuum my whole house. it also works very well on my rugs and my hardwood floors. i would definitely recommend this vacuum to all of my friends and family.

That's enough for me to do most of my small 3 bedroom house but somebody with a larger house would struggle The tools are very useful and easy to change and store. Really good battery storage and charging dock. It charges quickly enough for short bursts of use and will fully charge in just 3-3.5 hours. The only drawback I would consider is that the fill line is about halfway up on the dust container therefore needs emptying fairly frequently. It’ is however very easy to empty and wash if needed

Figured it could be an issue with this specific battery so I contacted customer support who gave me literally no help and lied stating that an additional higher up team would follow up with me in 48 hours. 3 weeks later still waiting for that call. On top of barely being able to use the vacuum, the main brush broke in its second use, super brittle plastic. Was really looking forward to having a small lightweight vacuum with this sleek design. Very dissatisfied both with the vacuum overall and how Samsung handled my issue.

It started off as a good product, with no issues relating to battery. But one day during normal vacuuming, the two pieces of plastic which click together to hold the attachment in place, snapped/sheared and it is now not usable. Going through the returns process with Samsung (not Argos's fault) the warranty is NOT VALID because a broken product is classed as damage which in turn is classed as "misuse". I escalated this 3 levels higher and they wouldn't budge. It is a design issue and the product is not robust for normal day to day use. And on top of that, DO NOT BE MISLEAD BY THE 2 YEAR WARRANTY. It is absolutely not worth the price. Cannot recommend.

The vacuum was purchased for use in a small apartment. It lasted a little longer than 1 year and then it failed to start. Changed the battery and it still will not start. This was lightweight and easily stored which was a plus in a small apartment. However, the battery charge does not last that long and it needs to be charged numerous times even for a small apartment. Then it refused to work when I needed it most. Had to use my mother's old stick vacuum. Would say the brand but I don't want to advertise in this forum. Looking for a brick and mortar place to get the vacuum serviced as well but that has been futile.

I bought this a month ago. Courier left it in the rain and after some time delay for a replacement was a hassle, HV came good with a replacement. Must say here that the Lithgow store were great with making this happen and Penrith did too after chasing up. Great communication from staff. Vac is great, I love my old Miele and was sceptical but this Samsung picks up extra dust you wouldn’t think was there. Battery is sucked up by full power but I think average power does the job. I get more out of it by going easy early then max power later. Love the weight and its swivel head. Rose gold just looks like a show off!

i've been through so many vacuums, as i have dogs and cats. i cleaned a few hours prior with my corded vacuum then went over the same area with my jet 60 and it picked up so much fine dirt that the other vacuum missed! it's honestly was amazing, and that was on the medium setting. i vacuumed my entire house and some before the battery died and it was on the high setting most of the time. it's only been a few days but hopefully it withstands my pets fur! i also vacuumed my car floor with it and it worked great. i love how lightweight, quiet, and versatile the jet 60 is! especially for the price; you can't beat it.

This little beauty came into my life a few weeks ago, and while I seldom get excited about a cleaning appliance, I am excited about this one. Easy to use, light weight and versatile, it out performs previously owned stick vacuum cleaners by a country mile. In our family we have a dog who sheds profusely, and this cleaner does a wonderful job in picking up all that fur, from carpets, rugs and hard floors. I am sincerely amazed at how much fur and dust gets collected from what looks like reasonably clean floors. For a small machine this has all the features I need - variable power, useful attachments, easy to put together, easy to empty the bin, does what its meant to do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this vacuum works great on pet hair as well as dirt, dust, etc. the suction power can be adjusted with the tough of a finger. it is lightweight and easy to handle. comes with attachments that go on and off with one hand. clean high spaces with no problem. the charger plugs into any outlet, it can be portable or fix mounted. the battery holds a charge long enough to clean all my floors and more. the canister comes off easily for emptying and for access to the washable filter. it is the perfect vacuum for small as well as big jobs. i received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review.

I've been using this wonderful vacuum for a couple of weeks now & can safely say it is amazing! I only wish i had one sooner - it looks beautiful, sucks up every bit of dirt and dog hair easily, its really easy to empty the dustbin, the filters are washable and its rose gold - what more could you want? The attachments that come with it are super useful also. I can easily vacuum the whole house without the battery running out, and the vacuum can "flatten" out to vacuum under lounges & beds. Its super quiet on the medium setting too and the high setting is really powerful. Looks great wall mounted too. Love it.

No way does the battery last as long as suggested, biggest failure is the Jet head. Any sign of human or pet hair the three rollers underneath jam and makes it impossible to roll along or if on anything that isn't carpet it will mark the flooring... further more the felt got ruin within days rendering it useless. No option to upgrade the head and complaints to Samsung well your just wasting your time and energy. Ive had this cleaner a month and I live in a small flat and it just can't cope. It's frustrating every time you use it. expect no more than 15 mins runtime on medium setting Ive wasted my money, please don't make the same mistake I did and just look for better options.

Good value alternative to “leading” brand, feels very well built and has plenty of suction power. I did some research before buying this as it has some mixed reviews online. I am very impressed with it so far considering its price point is a lot less than others on the market but don’t let this put you off as it’s a quality item. All I will say is the motorised brush is not as aggressive as the “leading” brand it has replaced however it still picks up pet hair and dust very well. Only gripe is I want to buy a set of spare filters and they are a 1/4 of what the vacuum cost to buy so I will give that a miss.

I have replaced my current Vacuum Cleaner with the Jet 60. The amount of fine dust that this picks up compared to my old Vacuum Cleaner is amazing....I had thought that the carpet was clean! I only use the Jet 60 on the medium setting as I find that this is more than enough. The Jet 60 is supplied with a Crevice tool and a Combination tool The Crevice tool is great to vacuum up the crumbs that fall between the seats and the centre console in my car, and with the Jet Fit Brush attached to vacuum my car mats I find it ideal. Even though it's quite light the quality seems good. I haven't yet run the battery flat so not sure how long it will go between charges. Altogether a great vac!

I ordered this online after the lovely lady I spoke to at Samsung recommended it when the one I had previously looked at was discontinued. I had a look at it in the shop and was very happy so ordered online. There was only the gold one which was not the same as the grey one in the shop but I thought it was just a different colour. The one in the shop was lighter and had an extension pole. After 3 hand operations I wanted a light one. After choosing the date of delivery it did not arrive so I rang Samsung and the date had been changed but no notification. During the extra week I had to wait for delivery the price had gone down $100 at Samsung and in the shops. I was not happy about that. The vacuum works ok but it is a little heavy for me.

Filters everything out and finds dirt in my carpets that my big Kirby missed. I use it more that that big heavy vacuum. One or two rooms at a time on high, then recharge for 2 hrs. I can take a break and wait, my house isn't that dirty. Love the way you can hang and charge this when not it use. I got the Pet model, unfortunately there is no hanger for the Pet attachment, so I made one, no problem. Just wish my Kirby's roller bar came off to clean like this Samsung, super easy.

I purchased this product about 3 months ago. Before I went to the store I did a lot of research on vacuums to see which one was best for me. I have some Samsung electronics and home appliances so I was excited to try the vacuum. The reason why I am giving this a 1 star is because the vacuum doesn’t last 40 mins and I have to constantly use scissors to cut hair at the brush while using it. Samsung says this is great for pets but I would disagree. I waited and tried multiple ways throughout the past 3 months and every time I use it, it’s the same issue. This is a poor product for Samsung.

My daughter owns and loves her Jet 60 Pet Stick. On her recommendation, my wife and I also bought one from the Samsung site. We picked it up at a Best But store. We charged it per all the directions. It operated very well on the first use. We recharged it after that use to a full charge. The next time we picked it up to use, it was COMPLETELY DEAD! We attempted to charge it again many times.using different outlets and checking all the wiring and equipment. IT WILL NOT RECHARGE! No lights ever go on. PLEASE tell us what to do or else we must return it! We can't tell whether the BATTERY or the CHARGER or BOTH are defective. There is no visible damage to any part of the system. so the vaccuum works great on floors. i also used it to vaccuum my fabric sofa and from what i could tell, great. i like that that head of the vaccuum is small and the vaccuum is super light weight, battery is great also. i wish the vaccuum had a light on the bottom so you could see what you're cleaning or missing. the pet hair also gets stuck in the wheels and on that felt pad at the bottom. it's really flexible and makes it easy to reach under furniture. but for the price, i would've rather purchased a different brand that the hair doesn't get tangled on and one with a light.

This vacuum is just okay. We got it on discount (I want to say it was like half off) and I'm thankful we did because it is not worth the full price. Samsung sent a second battery with it so at least we get a decent amount of cleaning time between the two batteries combined. The brush head is easier to clean than some other vacuums which is a plus. The vacuum head does great with dust/dirt but it definitely struggles with anything bigger. The upholstery/stair attachment isn't the best and I find I struggle to clean my furniture with it because it does seem to want stay in contact.

I have only had my Jet 60 for a few weeks but I am definitely impressed with the battery life of 40mins and the ergonomics of not having to hold a trigger as with competitor brands I've used in the past. The light weight 2.3kg is perfect for me and my mum to use on the stairs and in our cars. I am also impressed with how easy it is to open the bin and clean all the parts, this was one of the reasons I returned a competitors product as it was messy and not easy to clean. I had a demonstration on this Samsung and made the purchase with the online store and I'm really glad I did.

Recently looking for a stick vacuum. Lots of research, reading reviews, speaking to family & friends? Many options however chose the jet 60 pet. Things that stood out was the 40-minute run time compared to other options which had 30 minutes. The product when arrived looked great, especially the design. The light weight of the product and when used on carpet and tiles it ran smoothly. Great storage option as well screw onto the wall and leave for charging. The dust bin was quite large and easy to dispose and remove waste. The extra components made cleaning other areas of house a breeze, couches stairs, ceilings and hard to reach places under beds & tv units. The pet stick was a bonus and great to pick up hairs. Lastly the price was also reasonable and most importantly the other half was happy with the product.

This has to be one of the flimsiest cordless vacuums I've ever used. I'll cover the pros first because that's a short list: Pros - it charges quickly, nice display on the top of the vacuum Cons - even on it's highest level it struggles on carpet, flimsy, small capacity dirt tank, very confusing to use I 100% regret buying this, has to be one of the worst vacuums I've had in a while. I have to make several passes over my carpet for it to pick up anything. If you're going to use this on laminate, LVP, tile, hardwoods it may be better, but don't buy this for carpet

The fact that the charger cannot be detached and charged separately is one of the worst design flaws. There’s no docking stand, and the unit can only be charged using a wall-mounted charger, which becomes extremely inconvenient whenever you need to change its location. The suction power sounds strong on paper, but in reality it doesn’t clean well. On hardwood or laminate flooring, its performance drops significantly. Instead of picking up crumbs, it often just scatters them around. It’s nice that the brush can be removed, but cleaning it is not easy at all. On top of that, the replacement brush is sold at an absurdly high price—and because this model isn’t mainstream, there are no compatible third-party alternatives either.

We replaced a Ryobi stick vacuum that was OK but the power head usually didn't work. It was definitely a surprise to see a huge wad of cats hair get pulled from what we thought was a clean rug as a first test, that was using the standard head on medium. The ease of use, emptying & additional pet head (I've got a Kelpie who's hair sticks to the carpet in the car like velcro) makes this probably the best value stick vacuum available at the moment.

After 2.5 years of usage, the brush broken. The replacement costs almost the half of price of a new vacuum cleaner, so it doesn't make sense to buy it. There are other heads in the package, but they're of no use. Also, the construction of the charging stand is disastrous. I'm surprised about how they managed to design something that can't just stand still without falling down. Yes, I'm aware the charger is supposed to be attached to a wall. Well, I'm not going to make holes in my wall just to charge a vacuum cleaner, so it's not the case. So the design only works normally for a very specific use case, which seems a weird decision to me. Because of the broken brush, I'd say this vacuum cleaner is dissapointment and not worth the money.

We have stained concrete floors and when this is used on the highest settings, it sticks to the floor because the suction is so good. This can handle any sized job, can be used as a dustbuster as well. The only drawback is that the battery doesn’t last long on the highest setting, for this reason I feel like Samsung should provide an addition battery with this stick, given the cost of the unit. We have paired this with the Bissell Crosswave and our home has never felt so clean. If you’re on the fence, try it out. I’ll most likely be purchasing an additional battery as I don’t want to get stuck waiting for this thing to charge to finish cleaning the home.

We have had our stick vac now for over 1 month and are very happy with it. We use it in the main areas of our home (Kitchen, dining, living area) on the daily and have even used the attachment parts to clean crumbs and dirt off the car floor. It works a treat! It is so easy to pull apart for cleaning and emptying of the dirt canister and charging it is very easy too. The battery life lasts a good 30 mins on normal mode before going flat. Overall, it's very lightweight to hold whilst cleaning, the manoeuvrability is great, the head is very slim compared to other vacuums so fits well in tight spots or under cabinets, gaps under bed etc and you don't have to hold down the trigger constantly, just press the power button and release.

Either battery is faulty , or It just does not hold up to what is stated. Have looked into trying to buy a extra battery, and this on its own is becoming a nightmare. The company does not even have them. All this is extremely disappointing indeed, as I LOVE THE VACUUM ITSELF. . What to do??? Only had 2 weeks from new, just seem to be getting the run about.

Included attachment come in handy and charging station is neat and tidy for all the attachments, except the motorized attachment. The only drawback is the low battery life. On max power I'm able to get about 15 minutes of continuous use. Might not be so good for larger homes. Samsung had a promotion offering an additional battery for free! I can interchange the battery and finish cleaning, which helps alot! Over all this is a great product and really enjoy using it!

Its lightweight, easy to store and maneuver since it's cordless. I've used it instead of a broom and it gets all the pet dander and dirt. The only negative I have is that the battery life drains more quickly if you use the higher speed setting and it can't be used while it's charging. To resolve this issue I plan on buying a second battery. But overall 10/10 would recommend.

Easy set up, does a decent job with pet hair. If you have a lot of carpet this might not be for you as to really get up as much hair as you can you’d want to be using the max settings which lasts about 6 minutes or so. You can get a lot done in that time tho something to keep in mind especially when it takes a while to charge the battery. I own a small apartment and was just looking for something above basic to achieve the job. I guess we’ll see how it goes in the long run with overall battery health, but for now it’s pretty good.

Before having this, I had an electric broom from another relatively famous brand that didn't work that well. The suction power was not great and often I found myself mad because it wasn't doing the job. The Samsung jet is quite the opposite: this vacuum is powerful, lightweight and does the job. It made cleaning so easy that even my husband help more during the cleaning process. The vacuum is lightweight, very easy to transport and excellent on hard wood, vinyl or ceramic floors. The suction is powerful which is awesome if you have 3 furry kids, as I do! Not to mention that is always being charged, since the wall mount is the charger! You will definitely need to have this vacuum!

Its a lot lighter than it looks, it’s very easy to clean stairs, window blinds and ceiling fans. I use it at the front and back doors, the stairs, and in the kitchen every day, instead of sweeping. The battery lasts about 30 minutes on low, about 10 minutes on high. But, low is strong enough to get small areas. I still need to pull out the regular vacuum to get the carpet really clean, but now only once a week instead of 2-3 times. I highly recommend it.

Bought this Samsung Jet 60 as a 2nd vacuum for the house. Had the Dyson V7 in mind however, the lightness of the unit 2.3kg and the fact it has no trigger made picking this over the other unit so much easier. 40 min run time on low gives me plenty of time to clean my floors. With one figure I can power up the suction if I'm in a rush. Easy clean filters and the 180 degree swivel head makes getting under the sofa so much easier. Gave this to my elderly inlaws, both in their 80s and they prefer this over their much heavier Shark as they live in an upper cottage flat with stairs. I've recommended this range to a few of my friends as from the Jet 60 to the Jet 90, Samsung has a vacuum for everyone's needs. Best light weight cordless vacuum I've came across in years.

I received my Jet 60 yesterday and it works very well though, after installing the wall charging dock and giving the house a good clean, I noticed that that 2 attachments are missing. I tried to reach out to Samsung Australia about this but they refused to support me as I did not purchase the product directly from them! As the product is now used and packaging discarded i'm unable to return the product to Amazon due to missing parts. Samsung tell me its not their problem as I did not purchase from Samsung, what a joke!

The Samsung stick is much lighter than my previous stick vacuum from another company and charges much quicker than the one before. I also like how quite it is compared to my last vacuum. I didn't realize how much i hated holding down the trigger on my last vacuum until I used the Samsung stick- which only requires me to push an on/off button for it to work.

However, it is very nice to go any where I want to clean. It comes with three other accessory head types so depending on your needs, you can swap them out. I got an extra battery so that I don't have to wait to charge. I think getting an extra battery is a good idea. so far so good. my family likes it. whenever we see a dust, we just grab it and pick it up instantly. very satisfied.

Best Pet hair Vacuum cleaner I have ever used and I have used all the good ones, Cleans surfaces other vacumms do not and fits under low furniture it is also much lighter and quieter than other vacuums, it also has an easy to clean dirt container and power head, it is a very well thought out product I was extremely Surprised and Pleased with the Samsung Jet 60 Pet Stick Vacuum Cleaner and will be staying with the Samsung Jet 60 Pet from here on in providing parts are available as its just a great product so far.

Brush head broke within 4 months. I have spent the past 9 weeks trying to get Samsung to replace it. I've sent 15-20 emails and I always get told they will look into it and I have to keep chasing them. Hopefully someone from Samsung who knows how to post out a replacement part will read this review.

My children purchased this for me and after waiting 7 weeks for it to arrive we are pretty disappointed. The vacuum looks really nice and the suction on it is brilliant, however the battery time is ridiculous. After the first full charge it lasted what we thought was around 5 minutes. Placed it on the charger again (probably close to 3 hours to fully charge) and timed it's usage after fully charged. We got 6 minutes 40 seconds before it was Disappointing considering how long it takes to charge the battery.

I really like this vacuum. It's very strong and powerful. It has the biggest dustbin I've ever seen on a stick vacuum (2 x any competitor's dustbin) which I'm so excited about. I think it's so light and easy to use. I can do my whole 3 bed 2 bath 2 living house with the one battery, although if it's super dirty it might need some extra charge, I don't mind as I think that's how it is with all stick vacuums and we can't expect miracles. I like it and I'm happy i chose it over its more expensive competitors.

If you have and old Dyson and want to buy something new, stick with Dyson. So many issues with this but just starting with the design. 1 example- it must be charged using the whole wall bracket which must be pushed up into the machine. Dyson allows the plug to directly connect to the machine or feed into the wall bracket so you have both options. I have concrete walls and I don’t want this low quality vacuum to be drilled into the wall. Also as it must be loaded upwards onto the vacuum, it means it falls off just due to gravity. So yeh basically you are stuck with this screwed into the wall or you get the wall bracket and connect it to the machine then lay the machine down on the ground otherwise it will fall off. Just a small example but a fail that Dyson figured out every solution.

we decided give samsung a try and it does not work with pet hair. :( it just drags it around (see photo). it also won’t pick up anything larger than a small crumb. and it doesnt have any kind of wheel so it feels like youre dragging it on hard floors. super disappointed we didnt stick with our tried & true shark. this would be good for someone who is very clean and does not have pets or children. might be ok for dust. as a stay at home mom on a budget, i am devastated i spent so much on this vacuum.

Firstly, my vac arrived WITHOUT any instructions. I visited the store (5 miles away) they showed me the very basics and said ‘go on line’. I did and the first thing I noticed was that I should read these instructions first. I’ve used it for 15 minutes and then while I wait for the battery to recharge I’m writing this. Charging is a MAJOR disadvantage (imo) as it has to be on the machine, in the docking pad for 2 and a half hours. Presumably a second battery would need to be charged this way as well. The power point connection to the docking pad is in a most obscure place.The docking pad needs to be wall mounted or when charged flat on the floor the device disconnects easily from the charger, it needs gravity to work! Otherwise the suction is good but all else is pending the battery charging.

After researching this vacuum and liking the fact its battery time was up to 40 minutes i have been left very disappointed as the battery only lasts 10 minutes on low power and less if you have it on high. I barely get 1 room vacuumed before I need to charge it for 2 hours plus so I can vacuum another room. I have never been disappointed with Samsung products and I own a lot of them but this vac is not worth the money I paid for it. Yes, Its light, easy to hold and easy to use I liked that. I had no problem removing the dust bin to clean it out. The suction power was exactly what I thought it would be, strong enough to get rid of the light build up on your floor. This vac is not meant to be used for deep cleaning I knew this from my research. Its that quick, light and easy vac you do when you only want to get rid of visible mess on your floor. It looks great, goes together easy and is totally let down by the battery. less than 10 minutes no where near the up to 40 minutes the advertising promises. Sorry Samsung but you have finally let me down with this product.

I have this Vacuum for two weeks now, it is great and very practical! The design is beautiful and not very loud, amazing entry-level product from Samsung, I honestly think the best of this product is that my young fiancee loves it and she actually helps in the cleaning of our apartment because she just loves the tecnology so much. 10/10 this product delivers. The battery is enough to clean our full apartment (60m2) but it could last a little longer though, so my adhd brain could be satisfied

Worked ok but really cheap plastic. Not even a year in and the bottom half broke off without even being excessively used (once a week) and being very careful with it as it's so flimsy and scratches easily (all that lovely gold colour comes off with the slightest rub accidently on something like under your couch. Anyway it's disappointing for a samsung - I have quite a few samsung appliances which is why I bought this. Battery life also not great. And of course I'm just out of the warranty.

this thing actually has some suction power for the whole 20 seconds the battery lasts. currently writing this review as i wait for the battery to recharge...again. if you have pets that shed this is not for you. i usually use this in the second highest power and the battery does not last for deep cleaning of one room (and mind you, my house is pretty small) and to make matters worse samsung doesn't even carry the extra battery needed which would make cleaning a little bit less frustrating.

Love it love it. I do wish the battery did last longer. If I use the regular mode, it is fine, but if I try another level/speed the battery drains faster, mind you I charge this all night and use it the next day. And when I finish I put it back in the charger. Other than the battery, everything else is amazing. It truly works on cleaning my 3 dogs hairs.

Simple charging method. Very convenient to use-don’t have to lug my regular vacuum out, unwind the cord, find a plug, only to have to do it all over again. This vacuum is very easy to use. Always right there when I need it. No cords, light-weight, and so easy to clean up messes. Truly very happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend this vacuum!

The attachments have a storage place on the charger when I’m not using them. We fixed the charger to the wall of the kitchen so I can literally pick it up easily anytime there is a mess. It seems pretty powerful - we have two dogs and two kids so I’m using it daily! Works just as well on our hard floors as on our carpet. I love how easy it is to empty when I’m done. Great design!

The horrible battery and suction reviews are 100000% accurate. Warranty doesn’t cover it either. I’ve had my vacuum less than 6 months and the battery is unacceptable. You use the lowest speed, hardly picks anything up. Fastest speed, lasts 5 minutes. I can’t believe they can get away with selling such an expensive vacuum that almost 100% of customers say has a terrible battery life then have the audacity to make you buy a new battery that costs half as much as the vacuum itself.

I bought this vacuum a month ago and I am already ready to throw it away. Battery life is terrible, terrible suction, steady have to be cleaned out because the power will shut off. I don't mean the dirt removal but the full vacuum has to be taken apart after every use. If you turn it on the second level will only complete one 8 by 10 rug. Then the battery needs to be charged. The worst vacuum I have ever purchased. Went to the store for a full refund and was denied. So frustrated

we bought this vacuum for small chores and to be able to use something lightweaight. it is definitely lightweight. however, the advertised “battery life” of 45 minutes is absolutely false. when running in low speed (barely cleans any dirt) it only lasts 25 minutes. on medium, 15 minutes. on high, only 5 minutes. the instruction manual clearly states these run times. but the advertised battery life is a joke. only buy this if tou plan on using for chores for less than 15 minutes.

Wanted something light to make vacuuming easier and that's exactly what I got. What I wasn't expecting was just how powerful this little beauty is. I like the fact there is no trigger which helps since trigger models hurt my hands. My son says he misses the trigger so Samsung why not have a trigger that can be locked on or off. This would give you the best of both worlds? So impressed with the power and suction, that I might buy the soft brush head for my hard floor kitchen.

received this vacuum cleaner and auto emptying dustbin from Samsung for product testing purposes. First impressions, very easy to put together and very lightweight. Liked the touch control pad for controlling the on/off and the amount of power. I wad excited to try this cleaner as I have 7 cats and 2 dogs in a house with 3 adults. That equals a lot of fur and therefore daily hoovering. Whilst I was impressed with how light the vaccum was and how powerful it is for a cordless model the battery life really lets this down. Maybe I had a faulty model but the battery lasted literally 10 minutes from a full charge. In a house with so many animals this barely allowed me to do 2 rooms thoroughly so in order to do the whole house it would be a full day job which obviously isn't feasible in the slightest.

Bought this to replace an old Vax model that had died and I must say this is far more powerful, even on the low setting it picks up much better and the battery lasts long enough to do my whole house in one go. The whole thing comes apart really easily and being able to rinse the dust collector and filters under the tap makes it so easy to clean. The extendable thin attachment means I can get behind the radiators much more easily. For the price it's fantastic value.

I am truly amazed at how wonderful this Samsung Stick Vacuum is. All the attachments are perfect too. And the fact that I have a choice on charging the battery on or off the vacuum is a game changer. Samsung has changed not only my mindset but they have made whipping out this lightweight unit a pleasure! Super light weight and it easily maneuvers in between and under hard to reach places with ease! I am blown away by the suction power and I am convinced I can donate my full size vac and replace my Samsung Jet 60 for all my clean up needs! The washable filter will save money and the environment and wow, it's slim profile fits perfectly in my small space. The battery last long enough for a full run through at night before bed and is ready to go again when I am up! My floors did not look dirty but look at everything it pulled up! Samsung you hit a home run with this! I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.

Best stick vacuum I've owned. It was wonderful, and especially loved that I was able to buy a spare battery. Well it was wonderful, up until the Jet Fit Brush broke. Go to samsungparts.com they say, well, the replacement part is not listed on the site. I'm concerned about grey market buying from other sites. And OMG the replacement part is very expensive. Spent a lot of money on the vacuum just to have a poorly designed expensive part break. .

I liked this vacuum cleaner for my hard floors. It’s lightweight and swivels beautifully. It grabs pet hair, dry crumbs, and dust very well. It struggles with some debris such as cat food, but it’s a stick vacuum so that’s to be expected. My only complaint is that it lasted two years before coming apart in multiple places. To be fair, it comes with a one year warranty so it did last beyond its stated lifespan. I guess I’d just hoped that if I maintained it well enough, I wouldn’t have to buy a new one every year or so. The vacuum mechanics still work as well as day 1, but the molded plastic body just becomes brittle with age and snaps apart. I tried using a plastic bond product, but that only got me another week before it came apart again due to the torsion of the vacuum’s swiveling. Great little vacuum, but sadly not made to last.

let me start by saying this stick vac has supplanted a shark robot vacuum and a black and decker had vac. we received this vac 2 days ago. the black and decker was just too loud and the shark too erratic . anyway this device it quiet and effective. we have two dogs, a husky and a lab mix, it is also shedding season. the jet stick is a game changer. it gets everything. it is maneuverable and has great suction. extremely pleased. great product

I think this is a fantastic stick cordless vacuum cleaner... BUT............ PLEASE NOTE!!!!!!!! The battier does not even last me 10 mins.... (If that)....I'm guessing you need the extra batteries, and that again comes at a extra cost.... BUT....... The vacuum itself as a tool, is FANTASTIC.... Love it, I cannot understand why I waited so long to buy this product ..... Just extremely upset, about the time of power over the cordless battery.. : (

Very stylish appearance, with a nice rose gold color on the main stick! This vacuum by itself is very lightweight and when you press the start button, you don’t need to hold that button all the time. Start sound is not noisy at all, I got a small bunny at home, he won’t be bothered at all while I’m vacuuming. The attached brush heads are very versatile as well and it meet all the needs for daily use. only thing to prove would be the battery time.

It's beautiful and it has features that just make sense. It's very easy to take pretty much all of it apart, brushroll unlocks and pops out for you to easily cut hair/ thread off of it. I have 4 cats and this vac, while the little debris canister is small, can handle a lot of fluff. I love the replaceable battery, a lot of brands aren't doing that. It handles my rugs and hardwood well, and my curtains. Going to buy my dad one for father's day :)

Ive been a loyal samsung user for 8+ years and this is my first shot at their vacuum. -Feels more sturdy and firm. -looks 100 times better. That awful purple wasnot my faborite. - suction is good and consistent. -battery life: TBD I've only owned it for 3 weeks and I'm please to say that its been better than the old vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Jet Pet 60, as I call it. My 21+ year old Oreck was on its last leg. It was great and lightweight. But the Jet Pet 60 is lighter. And much quieter. If there's a small area with crumbs its so easy to grab it and do a spot vacuum. It fits into small areas..perfect for my Cali flooring and tile. And being able to covert it to a hand vac is just too awesome. That will make it easy for my fabric loveseat and chairs. Im.solo happy!

I love the fact that it's wireless and I can take it anywhere in the house (or even out to the car) without having to worry about where to plug it into. The only downside is the canister is a little small, I can't vacuum the whole house without emptying it a couple times. But the good definitely outweighs the bad with this vacuum.

The battery life is not that great, but if you get two batteries, you will be set. If you make sure to have one battery on the vacuum and one on the charger, youll be set to get the most out of this vacuum. There are two modes, low and high, both are powerful enough to pick up messes on the ground or in your car. Overall this is a very good light-weight vacuum.

The hoover battery is fine, lightweight. However it is not good if you have pet fur or long hair as every time I use it I have to cut the hair out which takes away the convenience. I know it is not anti hair wrap however I have a shark which isn't anti hair wrap and only have to remove the hair about once a month and it's only my long human hair not pet hair, this Samsung vacuum almost wraps every bit of hair around it every time.

Does a good job, was really surprised that it vacuums a shaggy carpet if u pull it one way. 4 start rating due to its inability to pick up the heavier bigger crumbs. The other issue I had was using it with the carpet attachment in the car. Its didnt do so well. Currently I'm trying to figure out how well the battery is really doing. But overall for the price point, i'm pretty happy and it's been great to use in our lil unit.

Very light weight and easy to handle. For the price I paid this is an excellent product. It's a great value and I highly recommend it! Suggest you go a model up for telescopic wand, but this model does great as presented.

this vacuum in my opinion really hits the sweet spot for power, convenience and weight. i find it perfect for stairs, and quick clean ups. half of my house is tile or wood and it is perfect for that. i have also used it on carpet and it gets a good amount out. i still have my non battery vacuum and plan on using for less frequent deep cleans. however, this vacuum is so convenient i find myself avoiding my other one.

So far, not impressed. This vacuum is light and easy to use. Unfortunately, it shuts off in the middle of cleaning after about 15 minutes. Read up and I still can’t tell if it’s the battery or if it’s overheating. I got the Pet Jet version because my dog is shedding, but this doesn’t get the dog hair that easily, even on the highest setting. I’m not sure if I got a lemon or if this thing is just not that great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since we received this vacuum, we have really given it a workout! It is quite powerful, especially for the small size and light weight. As a test, we used this on a carpeted area immediately after using our regular corded vacuum and were pleasantly surprised at the additional dirt that was picked up. The different vacuum heads included with the unit seem to cover every use, and we are especially impressed with the power head included for the floors. The size and weight of this vacuum make it perfect for many of the more difficult jobs, such as stairs and vacuuming hard to reach areas such as the tops of window and door moldings, The unit charges quickly and storing it in the included wall mount keeps it fully charged at all times. The mount also keeps all the included accessories in one place. Overall, we are very pleased with this product and would gladly recommend it.
