Подарував дівчені цей телефон на День народження, вона дуже задоволена! Все подобається, і те що він може складатися і займає мало місця. Єдинє чого бракує це те що він трохи за вузький і в деяких додатках, іграх видно не всю панель керування. Якщо його б збілшити мо ширині хочаб на 5мм то було б дуже супервого - ціни йому б не було.

I was unfortunate enough to lose the screen on my original Z5. I was even more unfortunate to have to deal with EE to get a replacement. I had to return the broken phone when I received the new one. So at this moment in time I've lost all my pictures going back years, a lot of contacts including work ones as I'm self employed, whatsapp has gone and I have to wait until I see my 11 year old Daughter who will try and restore this information but I've no idea how? So right now I'm not enjoying my phone or anything else because of the complete lack of support or customer care from EE.
battery is very good for i need camera is pretty decent for what i use it for display is a lot better then expected durability is very good so far but i don't want to push it performance is very good so far

As I have had my phone for 2 years this is poor . The battery, camera, display, durability & performance is a joke.

It folds and goes in my pocket better than a normal phone, but the battery life is TERRIBLE!!! I would not buy this phone again. It is not worth the money.
Can't change the annoying font on the cover screen if I use a photo. Screen fold seems bigger- not as flat as my old Flip4 - hopefully it won't t break this time that turned the phone off every time it was opened.

Fabulous display. Less impressed by the battery life..often less than a day. Excellent camera resolution. Still haven't figured out how to put apps on the outside display or upgrade to android 15 - is it possible?

Phone dropped once and whole main display went blank. Not great as phone is unusable without replacing the complete display.

Would never buy a flip again. Still have roughly another year to pay off on it and i have had to have the screen replaced under warranty because of faulty screen, which i had to factory reset for and loose all my stuff. Few months later same issues. Such a crap phone for the price. Can't even get the screen replaced for the second time because itll cost more to do than the phones worth. Waste of money.
Enjoying using Flip 5. Battery is long lasting. Great photo's. Generally very Happy.

I had this phone for 10 months when it shut down due to broken hinges which were no fault of mine. Samsung repaired it, I have had it back 2 months and it's done it again. Will never own a flip again.
Its super nice and camera is better then I expected. The bend screen in middle sometimes i can see it but i got used to it

If I could give this a zero score then I would have. This is one of the most shocking handsets I have ever had! I am advising other customers not get the z flip 5, as it is too delicate and not worth paying the money. This is such a rubbish handset. Not recommended!

the screen just stopped working and Samsung don't oblige their warranty if there is even a. slight scratch to the case- unethical and on the verge of illegal as against the consumer right acts which says mobile phone less than 2 years are covered if faulty but Samsung will claim anything to get out of this- I'd avoid them again for this reason. A really unreasonable company

A pritty machine but really disappointing. The inside screen cracked without a scratch on the outside. Other brands replace quickly , Samsung would not replace it. Luckily, I had insurance . A lesson learned . Stay away from samsung flip phone

After only having the device for just over 12 months. A screen bleed appeared where the phone folds. This since has led to the full screen. Meaning I pay a contract for a device which is totally unusable.

The phone was very good. I didn't have any issues with the display and also has a great battery life. The phone camera was pretty cool. The phone has a good performance for gaming and It also comes with top notch durability....

I actually really love the function of this phone and the size of it means it fits snugly in my pocket, however, the quality of the phone is awful. I have had this phone for 20 months. After 8 months, the inside screen started to flicker constantly. I took it to be repaired but they would not cover it under warranty as it had a few scratches on the outside fold (where the samsung logo is). They were small scratches from keys in my bag but they insisted I had dropped it and I ended up paying a lot of money to get it fixed. 6 months after the repair, the inside screen started to develop what looked like an ink spillage by the hinge. Then a green line started to form along the fold and the protective plastic cover has started to peel away. There are also a few splits in the black trim around the screen. I have not dropped the phone and it is in perfect condition on the outside but I haven't taken it back for a second repair as I have lost all faith in the phone itself and I do not trust that Samsung won't try to wriggle out of the warranty. Plus, I found it very difficult the first time round to get through to the right people to get a repair. Very disappointed!

The display seal broken after 6 months, not covered by warranty and after 1 year and 6 months the display stop working. And again not covered by warranty because of broken seal...

Screen has gad a green line from the top of the phone down till the crease, I was told that just because it was stlii in its 12 month warranty that they will send it away for repair but they said that there is no guarantee that it won't happen again.

Great little phone until the screen failed at the fold in the middle. Made a cracking noise and the screen went unreadable and no touch function. Still in warranty, but due to a tiny mark/scuff ,samsung will not repair. So repair is more than the phone is now worth!. Can't even trade it in as it needs to be factory reset which is not now possible. So basically throw away. Thanks for that samsung. Any small marks or scuffs/impressions invalidate all warranty i am told.

Love the flip. It's fast. Camera is really good. And storage isn't too bad could be improved. Battery is not great on them.
I love everything about it. I love the fact it is a bit thinner than the Z flip 4. I am still to discover all.the features.
The rubber strip has fallen out on the left hinge. It's not been dropped and always had a case. It's sat in the box I have gone to the s25 ultra. This flip 5 was a disappointment 😞 and would not recommend

I love the phone, but natter how careful you are the screen will start peeling right in the middle where the phone bands. As there is 2 years warranty , at the second screen issue will be no warranty and therefore the phone will need to be replaced before the 2 year expires.

Good build quality. Batteryvlife good for a day. Front screen useful especially when you download ' good lock' which enables most apps to launch via front screen. Nornalnscreenbis good too. No issues. User type non gamer but use a lot all-day for other stuff.

Okish I keep losing photos in Google photos but they are in galaxy photos which I don't really use. The main front screen when closed, I can answer a call but can't cancel a call after I finish the call. I have to wait for the off call to hang up

I love that I can easily fit this phone into my front pocket of my jeans, and I know it's safer than being in my back pocket. I do like how you can fold it and have it sat on the kitchen side while cooking and I can facetime on of my kids hands free. I still have a lot of features to explore and try out but so far I absolutely love this phone

Not even 2 months after I got it. The screen suffered from foreign objects under the screen. But it still functions for the most part..

I wanted Z flip model since it came out . I wated patient untill now hopping the "teething " problems would be resolved by now . Unfortunately, despite being protected by the case, small pieces of metal chipped off by the fold . I didn't notice it ,closed the phone only to find out that it pierced the screen, resulting in black dot and green line across the screen. I love the phone and very careful with it .But if something like this happened after a 2 months

Phone functionally very good, screens not great fount and back screens damage too easily. Always have Samsung. Had flip 4 and now the 5 and screens damaged significantly easier than the other Samsung phones
terrible battery life.....photos are very poor quality......screen becomes hard to use....not a good phone at all
I love it because it fits into my pockets and being the pensioner I find it safer that I can keep it in my pocket Out of Reach of anyone and the front of it looks great

I find it very easy to use its a great phone only thing I'd say could do with improvement is the cameras if it had the same as the s20 upwards phones with the better zoom and quality it would be even better and be able to expand the memory with a memory card but other then that it's a good but I'd still give it 5 stars as it's still a really good phone

I have had my phone for a year and 1 month I am very carful with it and looked after it really well. Woke up this morning and along the fold my phone has lines and spot like it has been damaged from being folded and open. I love my phone but feel that only after a year of owning it the screen should not just get damaged for no reason especially when I've looked after it really well and ensured to not cause damage.

I really love how compact it is in my pocket, it now feels like a bizarre concept NOT to fold to phone in half inti a handy size haha!! The front screen is really handy to use the calculator, make calls, and use the alarm clock without having to open it up at all!! As with all Samsungs I've had it's very touch responsive and fast, and has a decent camera!! As a first time flip phone owner the hinge resilience test is still to come, but I love it so far!!

Very disappointed with my z5 flip I have had the phone for about 14 months the battery life is not good I have to charge it every day I make sure that there is nothing running in the background to drain the battery, I have charged it as per your instructions yesterday I fully charged the phone I didn't use it for about 4 hours when I did the battery had dropped to 68% very disappointed with my phone. Sadly you don't make the galaxy Note any more I had 4 of them and they were one of the best phones you made in my opinion, not sure I will be buying another Samsung phone, I have been a Samsung customer for many years

It's not bad but my only fault with it is that it is easy to damage the main screen and have it become unusable. I've had mine break 3 times in the year I've had it and I'm just lucky I got insurance.

I was on the fence about this phone, but decided to pull the trigger on the impulse! Slightly disappointing is the number of features for the second screen, especially when open there seems only to be the photo preview where it shows your subject what they look like. The day to day use of the phone is extremely enjoyable, with the hinge feature being both satisfying and sturdy. The phone is actually extremely powerful, able to easily run games. The screen's aspect ratio is surprisinglg good for wide screen movies etc. One feature I really enjoy is the separation from your phone when closed. The physical movement to open and access the device is a psychological and physical barrier to overuse, which I really enjoy. Finally, the crease in the middle of the screen is not noticeable when looking at the screen dead on, or unless you touch it (which is surprisingly infrequent). Would be nice to see this even less in future models.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately we had the phone for around 8 months before the screen gave up across the middle (exactly as our flip 4 had previously). Only to find out that because the back glass was broken it would not cover the screen any longer. The worst part is you can see the impact point on the glass where my partner dropped something on to the phone after 2 months of owning it. Now Just A paper weight. Beautiful Phone if you want something just to play with at the weekends, However can not handle every day life !!!

I bought this for a few months and wish i didn't get it. The battery life is awful. The phone basically lives on the charger and always needs to be considered before going out. And the phone fold glares in your eyes when driving with maps. With the benefit of hindsight i would of bought a standard phone with a higher battery life and storage space. Lesson learned...
The front panel is great so easy to use I love the size.

I love the zflip 5. Firstly it's stylish and compact design, yet once unfolded there is a lot of usable screen space. Compared to the Zfold, it is light and easily holdable. The camera/video is great, I have been using it for tik tok videos, live and pre records. It has a fantastic battery, it's a stylish, smart workhorse and I love that.

Love the look of the phone and flip is great but software is very frustrating. Help desk are hopeless 😔 issues with temporary mute. Issues with email. Certain saved samsung old ringtone etc won't work on new phone even after downloading. I like the feel of the phone. The flip thus far is great. I'm a long time samsung user and this is the first time I'm disappointed with my upgrade. I'd still be with my A8 2018 but it ran out of space even with a 132GB SD card for all my photos etc but apps took up too much space. This flip5 is huge 512GB so that is not an issue. I feel that integration with some previous apps I used now pose problems so it is a software problem not a hardware problem.
Loved the phone initially but the green line appeared down the centre so now can't see the screen very well, white line appearing down fold flickers on and off. Won't charge properly due to always thinking moisture in phone when there is none. Very dissapointed
Very good upgrade from my Flip 3. The larger front screen is a great addition. Inside screen protector is still pretty poor though...it delaminates after a year.

The convenient size. It fit easily in my hand and in pockets. I like the ability to answer the phone whilst it's folded. I always had a folding Motorola phone many years ago and an so glad that Samsung have the flip phone.
Small ounce plastic snapped off by hinge Samsung refuse to fix wear and tare complete joke been in case since day 1 clearly design fault and look on Google ! Lots of same issues! I will never buy a Samsung again and I have had one since the S9!

I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones.
