  • Q. My payment has been taken more than once. How do I get my money back?

    A. If you believe a payment has been taken more than once, please contact our Customer Services team on 0330 726 2677 (Samsung Business Shop) and they will be happy to investigate.
  • A. It can take up to 15 days for refund to be issued, but it is quite often sooner (within 3-5 working days) depending on your card issuer.
  • A. Payments are taken when your order has been confirmed, at which point you will receive an email confirmation with an invoice attached. When this is shown as being debited from your card or account depends on your bank.
  • A. If your payment fails, we would first recommend contacting your bank to rule out any problems with your card.
  • A. Credit and debit cards
    Payment for all products must be made by credit or debit card. We currently accept payment using the following cards:
    • • American Express
    • • Maestro
    • • MasterCard
    • • Visa Credit
    • • Visa Debit

    We only accept UK registered cards and payment on these cards is collected on our behalf by Adyen. As soon as your order is placed we request authorisation for payment from your bank. This includes orders that are to be delivered on a specific date.

    To reduce the risk of your authorisation being rejected by your card issuer please read below:
    • • Make sure your personal details are correct and match those registered to your bank account.
    • • When pre-ordering items, ensure the expiry date of your card is not outside the expected release date for your items.
    • • Make sure your card is registered to the billing address.
    • • Sign up to a card authentication scheme such as Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode.
    • • If you are placing a high value order, consider informing your bank before purchase.


    B. Quotes and Bank Transfer
    Quotes
    • • During payment we now offer the option to send a quote from your online shopping basket with no upfront payment required.
    • • Choosing the quote option will send a detailed breakdown of your order with a unique quote reference and an expiry date for that quote.

    Bank Transfer
    • • During payment you can now select payment by Bank Transfer.
    • • Once selected you will be asked to select your bank and follow the online prompts.
    • • On successful completion you will be sent a confirmation email and will be able to track your order via your ‘My Account’ page.


    C. Samsung Finance
    Upfront payment for all financed products must be made by credit or debit card.

    • • Available for Sole Traders only currently
    • • Available on baskets between £150 and £10,000. For purchases between £250 and £10,000, you can pay a minimum deposit of 10% (you can choose to pay more upfront) and then spread the cost over a loan term of 12 to 24 months. For purchases between £750 and £10,000, you can spread the cost between 12 to 36 months with a minimum 10% deposit.
