    I have miracast compatible wireless dongle as made by prestigio pmd1 I have looked at the phone settings there is no mirror function and the native android wireless display facility has been removed i have used the facility with my other android devices please advise how to mirror my phone - maybe there is an app or hidden settings I await your reply

If your faulty phone is under 2 years old and a Samsung you can contact our mobile support team on local rate 03307267864 to arrange a warranty repair as long as the damage is not caused by physical or accidental damage.     Are you going to do a dock/stand for this phone? I'm using one designed for Note II but there's no physical support which could lead to strain on the usb connector.

    Hey, I am now on my 2nd Galaxy Ace 3 due to the last one having terrible WiFi a week in to buying, the first week was fine and i could use WiFi as i wish and it was as fast as it should be but then everything stopped working. Youtube videos took hours to load and when it did I could only watch 3 seconds before it loads again. Due to this problem i took it back to the EE shop and they had it renewed. I have had this 2nd handset for about 3 weeks now and the same problem has just risen. It is not the connection of my WiFi because i have attempted to use 3 of my friends WiFi but it still intercepts the same problem. Please help me if you can, I do not want to have to get a completely new device.

    when i recieve an email, i do not get a notification. it is only when i go on my email account and press the refresh thats when i see my latest emails. however i dont know how to change the settings in order for me to recieve a notification as soon as i recieve an email. pleasse give me clear instructions. much appreciated, T

    Hi Tahmina, Please check your Email check frequency. To do this please navigate to the following menu: Touch apps > Tap on Email > Tap on the menu key on the bottom, left hand side of the handset > Tap Settings > Tap on the required email account > Tap email check frequency > ensure the desired option is highlighted. This will change the email sync settings on your phone. Thanks
