    I bought mine from Currys. I finally tried this fromSamsung support and I could now get BBC iPlayer and all the UK apps that I did not have before: Menu-Smart Features-Reset Smart Hub

    I am just buying this awesome tv and have an older series 7 on my wall at home with a Samsung slimline wall mount (where u hang it like a picture) Will this new 2014 series 6 work with the same bracket?

    Hi, I'm afraid that the ultra slimline wall mount will not support your new tv. Have a look at the vesa wall mount as this will support the h6400. Hope this helps.

    How do I stop a beeping sound which is heard at 7am each morning? It stops when I turn the tv on - this has happened whilst we were on holiday and apparently had a power cut. Or could be that daughters have somehow been messing. Thanks.

    Hi, You could try resetting your TV. You can do this by; Pressing Menu> Support> Self Diagonosis> Reset. If the problem still persists please check out this link to find your nearest service centre http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/servicelocation/. Hope this helps.

    Hi, You change this by; Pressing Menu> Picture> Picture options> Motion Plus. Have you checked if your firmware is up to date? The most recent fimware for the H6400 is 2115.3.     I was hoping to mount a wall bracket before my new UE48h6400 arrives and am looking for a diagram showing the dimensions on the rear of the TV so i can position the bracket in the appropriate place on the wall. I need to know the location of mounting holes in relation to tv frame. Does one exist or will I have to wait?

    Hi, I'm afraid that you will need to wait for your TV to be delivered for the correct specifications. The H6400 supports the Mini wall mount and the Vesa wall mount. Hope this helps.

    The H6400 suffers from terrible lip sync issues that cannot be resolved with the in-built audio delay in the sound menu. This is because the lip sync delay is different on each Freeview channel. This problem has been reported on this model by many people (type into google Samsung H6400 lip sync). Will this issue be resolved by firmware update?

    Hi Ronan, The latest firmware for the H6400 is 2116.1.This will help resolve the lip sync issue, Please check out this link on how to download this from the website http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/skp/faq/1057760.
