Galaxy Z Fold3 5G

Bought it last week and i am still amazed by the size and features i discover each day

This is the most expensive phone that i have ever brought in my 20+ yrs. I regret purchasing this phone. I bought the phone in Jul.2021. Since 1 week now, my wide screen auto mute's as soon as i open the wide screen. The wide screen is working fine, but the audio auto mute's itself. The moment i try to fold the screen halfway, the audio unmutes itself. I visited the Samsung service Centre in MOE yesterday and showed my phone. I was first asked whether i have Samsung care. I said i don't have. So then they examined my phone and said that the wide screen will have to be replaced and the cost will be AED 1800. Why on earth will i pay such a huge amount to repair such an expensive phone that i ever bought in my lifetime??? What a waste to buy this phone. FYI -I have never ever dropped my phone which could have resulted in my phone to have any such problems.

I sent my z fold 3 for a battery replacement, but since the cost was too high, I declined the service and had it sent back. When I received it, the phone’s sound had stopped working. I sent it back again, but they didn’t take responsibility and refused to repair it free of charge. Less than a week later, the Wi-Fi also stopped working. Now the phone is practically unusable. I’ll never buy a Samsung again, thank you.

I was an apple user ever since but i wanted change so i tried the fold 3. And boy i didn't regret it. The galaxy z fold 3 is an all around phone. And it is an amazing one. The only problem is battery life is short, for a phone of this magnitude it should have bigger battery capacity. And camera can still be improved because this is an high end phone. But overall i love my fold 3. And didn't regret switching.

I love being able to switch back and forth between a smaller screen to the big screen. But now twice the fold in the middle has turned to a black line and you can use the big screen. I am sadden by this. For this replacement phone has been less than a year long of having. I will be looking into a different phone I don't want one breaking before a year is up.

I had 1 year and now it is 2 year of using device phone but inside starting have a problem like liquid expose on your right screen way. I try to figure it out if it was water or else. I still like Galaxy Fold 3 5G is awesome phone. Sadly for me with this start to have issue. All of the service was prefect till it exposed liquid somehow.

At first I was skeptical in getting the device but I took the risk and, guess what? I am so glad I risked it and now I am enjoying with the best smarthphone I ever had. The multitasking features really hits the right spot. Also, it's so fast that it can accomodate 3 applications at the same time. It's very versatile and so awesome!

It's speed and size when folded are both great assets. The cameras are just what I expect from the Samsung stable, and the size of the expanded screen is taken full advantage of when you edit your graphics The price is perhaps a bit more expensive than a lot of phones with these specs but it's a good price for what you get.

I bought this on first day of pre-order. It's an amazing powerhouse of a phone.. Especially, the way it easily integrates into a tablet.. the use cases of this phone can be realized only when it's Daily driven.. one thing is sure, once you start using it, there is no going back to normal slab phone..

Dear Sir/Madam, I bought this phone in August 23 from Canada, now I am residing in Iraq. It has lost volume, speakers do not work at all but on hands free it is working. I am so confused on it being Samsung user over years and years. Kindly advice easy method to fix it. Regards, Khalid

I bought this phone almost a year ago it is great large screen with the pen and small screen very enjoyable with throwbacks are the battery and small screen does not right with the end and the pin is large and you have to attach it outside otherwise outstanding very strong

It's a phone & a tablet in one. At first it took me a week to get use to the size and weight but then magic happened and now I can't hold any phone but the Zfold3 .. and awesome all rounder of a phone. However wish samsung could integrate the S_pen inside the phone.

Waste of money. Fold After a few months, it slowly started not opening all the way. Eventually it was pretty bad, and I sent it in for warranty repair. They saw nothing about it, Its like a 170 degree angle instead of a 180 degree angle.

phone is great but it could be faster , slow updates and i regret as my S21 Ultra 16 GB Ram is way better and the screen more beatiful, dust resistance is an issue as i cant take it to the beach and you cant see under sunlight

I only use this device to do everything. When I'm out, it's my phone & tablet. When I'm at home I connect it to my monitor with DEX & I'm working. I don't think I'm gonna be able to go back to a single use phone anymore.

Hands down a brilliant phone. S Pen is an after thought which is also fine but atleast design a cover which can hold it decently. The cover that came with it is horrible in every sense from material to being practical.

The camera quality was so bad. I wish that the pen would be built in the phone instead of flip cover, i dont want to have double flip phone !! Battery live was average, i would like to have a better sound system.

I had the Z fold 2 , much better battery life than the fold 3 The camera on the fold 2 and 3 are terrible for such expensive phone I don’t understand why they don’t just put the S21 ultra cam in the fold series

Very bad..nothing good about any fold or flip phone.reparis are too expensive and no warranty. Phone gets display problems all the time and service centers don't do a good job... They only want money for repairs

I've bought my Z Fold3 almost 3 month back from shop. I noticed that it doesn't have Samsung Care package. And cannot activate online! I call Samsung support and made a complaint with no response upto now!??

I been using it for 2 months now and trust me I wasted all my type using non foldable phone this thing is future technology the only 1 issue is battery life it can be improved and fold line will be rocking

I brought this phone about a month ago and it's the best phone I ever had. It's fun to use. I don't think I'll ever be able to go to regular phone ever again. Nice job samsung. You converted me from apple.

The phone’s outer shell is not durable at all. I noticed scratches on the hinge on the 2nd Day. There is also a dent on the hinge and I did not drop it or hit it with anything at all since I got it. Phone is kept in Samsung’s original Silicon Case bought from Samsung store in Abu Dhabi Mall. I am very surprised with the build quality and materials used. There is no way to get it fixed or scratches to be removed. Me and my family of around 13 people are Samsung customer since 10 years but now i am starting to question the durability of Samsung phones. Even while filling this form I noticed that DURABLE is one of the Pros. With my experience, NOT DURABLE should be in Cons. I understand that Samsung wants the user to believe that their phones are DURABLE but the reality is far from it. If such an expensive phone scratches in 2 days than what will happen in 2 months? I am Super disappointed and I started telling friends and family not to buy it. I am very sure my review will not be published but I have started sharing my experience with friends, family and soon I will start sharing on social media.

It is a good overall change from the Fold2, battery life is much better and the screen for one is brighter. The stylus option is my favourite. Overall the phone has improved a lot.

I have enjoyed using this phone, and I feel proud of having this phone and proud of Samsung is launched a phone like that. In my humble opinion, the outside screen better be wider

The galaxy fold 3 is my 1st fold device and I'm loving it. My only complaint is that the spen needs it's own case. Other than that I'm happy I purchased it.

I got the mobile in September 2021, I think its so much expensive compared to the features, I feel that all this money could get much more better phone

Inside screen broke and got replaced. Then the outside screen went unresponsive but wasn't repaired under warranty. Not expected on a premium phone.

Love the galaxy fold 3. Features and software are great. The build and functionality is excellent. It does use up the battery quite quickly.

Having this phone already gives you that luxurious feel, and as a phone user for a lot of things opening the fold is a really nice feel

The phone is nice, but it heats up quickly when its in use and not convenient enough to use by one hand because its heavy

High price, at this PKR it must be 512GB ROM, And Snapdragon 888+ it should be, But Overall good for business users.

The last time I referred to a device as being 'magical' was way back in 2007, when Apple released its first iPhone. Pinch to zoom, use two fingers to rotate an image, play music, organize photos, etc. etc. were all features that blew me (and millions of others) away. I've been an avid user of Apple devices ever since then, and no amount of convincing or new features could get me to jump over the walls of their garden (read 'ecosystem')....until I laid eyes on the first Z Fold. Just the concept of a folding device was enough to get me thinking of switching (something I never actively did in the past). Eventually, a couple of iterations later, I decided (after a TON of hesitation) to take the plunge. I pre-ordered my phantom black Z Fold 3, and after waiting for a few agonizing weeks, I got the notification that my order was out for delivery. Now, a few weeks after using it, all I can say is that if anyone wishes to witness real-world magic, unfold a Z Fold 3!! It's nothing short of awe-inspiring and I think that THIS is what innovation ought to look like. Kudos to Samsung for pushing the envelope!! Now it's time for me to go back to my e-book on my Z Fold 3!

I got it in August and it is amazing. The best phone ever. For Fold 4 please add a place for the S pen.

i love this one soo much but there is problem of copy you have to take strict action against copy cats

I bought these 13 months back and now no sound on media and phone. Phone has become useless for me.

Appalling-wifi failed, screen has dead spots, cracked along the fold. Take responsibility Samsung.

Once you use this phone, you will feel the difference. You will never go to non folded phone.

Loving using the device, but the battery drain issue needs to be addressed quickly by Samsung
