Ya está de camino, de vuelta con vos. Cuando el modo Lost está activado, el NFC (Near Field Communication) de Galaxy SmartTag2 muestra la información de contacto que registraste y el mensaje (que también definiste previamente) en el smartphone de la persona que lo encuentra, independientemente del sistema operativo.

*La información de contacto y los mensajes deben registrarse previamente en la aplicación de SmartThings, para que así se puedan mostrar en el dispositivo de la persona que está usando el modo Lost. Lacking the ability to use the location in automations is a major drawback on these. With the modern age of home automation why would the location data not be made available for a geofence (defined area to be marked as present) to be used in automatons in SmartThings. Makes these far less useful than I had hoped. Only the button press is usable in automatons which if rmt use case is no where near as useful.. Should have bought another tag or waited for the google ones in case they could be integrated into automatons.. I wish I read this limitation before buying as this came a a surprise for a location based device that works in SmartThings. .

We bought these tags months ago and we have one on our blind elderly dog who loves to wander in inclement weather, and my husbands wallet which he is notorious for losing. My only caveat is the sound when it needs to be found. It's not very loud and especially if you're hard of hearing which both my husband and I are and especially if you're outside with the lost dog. You cannot hear the tag unless you're right next to him and even then you have to strain to listen. The life 360 tags are much louder and cheaper. We use those for our kids and our keys. We can't use it for the dog bc it doesn't let us track it in real time like Samsung or I would.

Muy útil para tener la tranquilidad de tener las llaves o una maleta localizados. También sirve para ponerlo al collar de tu perro. En principio veía difícil que otros teléfonos Samsung te enviaran la ubicación de tu localizador (esa es la forma de localizarlo, otros Samsung envían la señal aproximada de donde se ubica a la App Finde). Parece ser que cada vez más Samsung tienen activada enviar localizacion de otros dispositivos en Smarthing. Eran el principal inconveniente que no tienen los Airtag se la manzanita. Pero a mi me llega la ubicación con frecuencia, no creo que mucho más que los localizadores de la manzana, pero bien.

I guess i need to look up youtube videos, because after opening, and linking it up to my phone... it will let me know im "close", but doesn't give details, like am i above it, below it, to the left? Also when we put it in my son's car, it does not show the location. So perhaps i need to watch videos, but the instructions were not specific or detailed, so they are not actually helpful to me. Kind of useless at this point... i hope i can figure these out better with others' videos. They could provide step by step or a easy video to figure this out, that would have been helpful... unless these don't show precise location, and if not, kind of pointless for me

El material es muy bueno, la sincronizacion con Samsung perfecta, Puntos a mejorar: La interface de la app tiene puntos malos, el tramo de cercanía del producto con un círculo que empieza desde abajo y no llega al final por cercanía da a confusión. El no poder disminuir el área de no aviso es un fallo grande, solo deja mínimo 150m. El NFC al leerlo te redirige a la web de información cuál es limitada y pone lo que Samsung quiere wn letra pequeña mezclándose con letra de otra información que nada tiene que ver. Tengo que asegurarme bien que avise al estar fuera de rango ya que no lo veo claro que este funcionando.

As a tracker, it isn't too bad, provided it can connect to the internet and/or a bluetooth device that is also a Samsung device. About a year ago, they updated the app that you use on your device to track your item and you can no longer ring the tag. You can still find it by playing "Hot or Cold" with your phone, but that will only get you to within a few meters. Once you are near it, it jumps between hot and cold so fast that it makes finding it impossible. It is nice that you can replace the battery without buying a whole new tag, but you have to find the tag first. Works overseas and it is great when tracking luggage through airports. Also good for package tracing.

Lo probé en un lugar concurrido por 20 minutos y no reporto ubicación. Al parecer si no pasa cerca un celular de alta gama no reporta ubicación. Lo probé en un recinto con aulas y lo mismo el UWB no reporta ubicacion ,una puerta es suficiente para inutilizarlo. Para lo único q sirve es para encontrar una llave en un departamento pequeño. Una desilusión.

Pues eso que depende para quién y qué es más o menos útil, te avisa si te dejas las llaves, la mochila del portátil o a lo que lo enganches. El posicionamiento al no poder emitir por gps, pues es lo que es. El poder localizarlo por la app, también es interesante. Tiene muchas funciones, le encuentras la utilidad seguro. Pensaba que funcionaba con batería, pero no es con una pila 2032, que se supone que dura más de un año, será según el uso.

Been using since Tag 1 and now Tag 2, no more lost house keys and car keys. Have more than 10 tags in total. With the extra loop at the end of Tag 2, I can hook my keys to it. Looking forward to a slim version. Not sure why so many -ve reviews? This product is a life saver and I do hope Samsung continues to develop on this, despite all these negative reviews that doesn't seem to make sense. Just tested a few tags again just to make sure and they work. Only complaint is the find my tag sometimes receives strange "ghost signals" which detects a tag that isn't there. Not often but it does.

El dispositivo tiene buena construcción y es robusto, quizás algo grande de más, pero con prestaciones de formato que otros dispositivos similares no tienen. Este tipo de equipos no nos deben llevar a confusión, pero creo que aún se aprovechan poco de la red de teléfonos que existen para poder dar una localización más aproximada y fiable.

It works but it's not worth the price. It essentially does what others do but just costs more and will likely come with an issue. You'll get notifications saying the tag battery is flat 2-4 weeks after putting a new battery in. I just ignore it as it's perfectly charged, but this seems to be a common issue, judging by the posts online dedicated to this issue. So now it's a guessing game of when the battery will genuinely deplete. Defeating the purpose of what this product is meant to offer, which is peace of mind. As the issue relates to reliability, this gets the lowest score.

Excelente, puedes usar para encontrar tus llaves perdidas dentro del mismo lugar, como también para chequear algo fuera de tu alcance (visión en mapa). Personalmente, lo uso como llavero y les he puesto en la mochila a mis hijas pequeñas (que no usan celular aún) para tranquilidad y puedo chequear cuando llegan y salen del colegio. Recomiendo su uso para personas con alzhaimer, que se lo pongan sin que les moleste, como collar, reloj, con mosquetón en la pretina del pantalón, etc. y si se pierden les sea de utilidad dar con su ubicación que es bastante precisa.

The tags are an improvement from the previous verson. I like the bigger hole but maybe a bit to big. Setup is good however navigating some options is odd, for some options you have to go into the map to see more options of detail tags. The NFC tap on any device like PETs is great but how will any non Samsung tag user know this. We need a case or abilty to write on the tag -Tap on any NFC device- or have it preprinted. If i have it on a pet or key chain and an iphone user finds it. How will they know what to do with the tag?

Only kind of useful for finding something within a few metres of where you are stood. If you intend to use this for location tracking of anything further than that then it's absolutely useless as it relies on Samsung's 'Find' network which is disabled on every Samsung phone by default. To allow for other devices to locate you smart tag so you have any idea of where it is requires other Samsung users to turn this feature on, which they will have no idea about, unless they have also purchased a smart tag and are as disappointed as I am with it. Good in theory, and maybe if you live or intend to lose your items in densely populated city centres, but otherwise it'll only be useful to play a tune on the tag if you've lost something in the same room you're currently in.

I love my tags. I have them in my wallet which I leave around the house or in the car all to often and in my cases which I can then see where they are in the airport whilst I'm waiting for pickup. I recently had them at the other side of Atlanta airport and could also see the old buds at home in the UK so the range is global. The smartthings app works great with them and you can share that location for super easy tracking. I have found the battery life to be ok, but I do eject the suitcase batteries when not travelling.

I had one on dog's collar which I lost. On searching with the app it turned up 20 miles away at the recycling centre! Obviously I'd binned it accidentally. Bought another and it regularly tells me where my terrier is in our fields. Also if I call her and she ignores me then I can ring it and it breaks her rabbit concentration and she cones back. He also went in a stream with it and it's still working. I don't know about battery life yet. The karabiner is a bit big so I'm getting a smaller one.

This was my first foray into Samsung’s next generation of trackers, and overall, I’m impressed. The Galaxy SmartTag2 brings solid improvements with the expanded color options, sleeker design, noticeably better battery life, an added button option, and a wider tracking range. I’ve always preferred Galaxy trackers over Tile, and this new version continues to prove why. That said, I do wish the Galaxy Find network and app were more efficient—sometimes it feels laggy and slower than it should be. It would also be a great upgrade if Samsung expanded the network to include other devices for stronger coverage, and added more customization options for the button function. Overall, the SmartTag2 is a step forward and worth picking up, but there’s definitely room for improvement on the software side.

This pointless piece of crap is no better than a decorative keyring. I bought it to track my cat who gets let outside during the day. When she's roaming about, and I try to use this thing to track her, it constantly just says she's in the same location I am, which is false. I try to track it, it doesn't work. I try to ring it, it doesn't connect. It has absolutely no use or function apart from being able to ring it when she's FIVE METRES away from me. Pointless garbage, waste of money.

Averigüe antes de comprar de las limitaciones y beneficios del producto, soy de Chile y viaje a Francia de vacaciones donde paradójicamente lo extravié y me di cuenta cuando ya estaba devuelta en mi país. Sin embargo aun tengo contacto con el desde la app FIND de samsung y he visto como se mueve por todo París por la persona que lo encontró gracias a que utiliza el GPS de los dispositivos bluetooth cercanos, también se que para recuperarlo deben acercarte el modulo NFC para que vean mis datos pero es difícil si no saben que tiene esa función, por lo que no creo recuperarlo, sin embargo a 12.000 km de distancia sigue cumpliendo su función, definitivamente comprare 2 o 3 mas. Nota: seria bueno que impulsen una campaña enseñando como leer la información de un smarttag2 perdido para encontrar al dueño

One of the most useful products Samsung ever created. I keep a pull tab on the right side of my screen. When I need to find my keys, or my badge for work, or the remote, whatever...I just pull the tab out and I have little pictures/icon that go with each tag. I click on say..the car key 🔑 pictures, then hit find, and then ring. I follow the sound, and BOOM, im on my way. No more losing half an hour while trying to leave the house. Samsung..."The way of the future".

Lo compre para rastrear a mis perros y es simplemente inutil. A diez metros del celular se pierde la señal, y como sólo funciona si hay un dispositivo de Samsung cerca (solo Samsung, cualquier otro celular Android o lo que sea no sirve) no se detecta ninguna señal. Como máximo solo sirve si se te perdió algún bolso o maleta importante dentro de tu casa/apartamento o en la de algún amigo o familiar, lo que no lo hace mucho mejor considerando que lo más seguro es que vaya a preguntarles de todas maneras, y si es algún desconocido le pueden quitar la batería fácilmente. No tiene ningún tipo de sentido limitarlo a solo dispositivos Samsung, y mucho menos considerando lo medrioque que es el rango de la señal. Incluso sería mejor si funcionará con gps mediante una tarjeta Sim, sale más caro pero por lo menos se podría usar.

Excelentes productos de fácil configuración y ubicación precisa, es una excelente opción en lugar de pagar algún sistema de rastreo para tu vehículo además de lo prácticos y discretos, son fáciles de ocultar en una mochila o alguna prenda , le coloco uno a mi hijo cuando salimos a lugares concurridos por seguridad, tengo en mi mochila, las llaves y mi motocicleta, la batería es de larga duración y reemplazarla es muy económico!!! Además el diseño esta bonito!!!

I bought these to track keys around house but then also used to track kids while skiing. Helped to track them when doing ski school pick up. When outdoors it would track over 100m. In ski resort it provided almost real time feedback on location. Often meaning I could squeeze in another run. Works great in the house too when looking for the keys. Worked great in luggage when flying too. About to buy 4 more to save connecting and disconnecting from keys.

El smarttag está genial, es muy útil para localizar los objetos y preciso con UWB. Aunque como par de contras solo veo que podría avisar un poco más rápido cuando el smarttag se aleja de ti y que es un poquito caro. Por el resto genial, aparte me pregunto y espero que se integre a la red de dispositivos de Android que se está desarrollando para ampliar aún más los dispositivos que ayuden a localizarlo, no solo los samsung. Sin duda muy buen producto.

Funciona bien, tarda un poco en decirte dónde está y en actualizarse pero vaya para no tener GPS está muy bien, lo único que a mi con el S24 Ultra que tengo cuando te acercas no se activa la opción de la cámara, he cambiado dos veces de SmarTag y sigue sin activarse debe ser algún problema o de mi móvil o de software, he preguntado en dos ocasiones en el servicio técnico de Samsung y en el foro y no han sabido darme una solución, por lo demás bien.

My sister and were going Kenya on safari. I'm a gadget gal and decided to buy these smart tags to put in our checked luggage. Due to missing one of our connections, we were put on another airline. When our bags never appeared, I opened the app and it showed they were still at the last airport. I could even show them which teeminal they were located in. I followed them until they arrived at their destination. I'll never travel without them again.

I purchased 4 Samsung trackers and in my opinion they are not worth the money. The location updates were sketchy at best and most of the time inaccurate stating last know position was at my home address when the tag was a long way from home at a shopping mall where there were hundreds of people that would have had Android/Samsung phones. These could be invaluable if they worked but they definitely need more work and they are not cheap.

I bought this product before heading from Sydney to Canada, on the 6 flights that we took in total we were able to use the LIFE button within the Smartthings App to see our suitcases travel to different locations within the airport that we were at. We could also see that the cases were directly underneath us, clustered with all our other devices, when we were sitting on the plane at the gate waiting to depart.

Nice little device, but doesn't work very well. I bought it to help keep my elderly father a bit safer when out walking, but as it relies very heavily on other people, it's absolutely useless to keep track of him in our sprawling housing estate where apparently only one in every three streets has a Smart Things device enabled. A good tracker for use in London, useless anywhere suburban, remote or rural.

Buen producto. Las típicas cosas que sueles olvidar dónde están, las encuentras al ponerle el smart tag. Yo lo utilizo para la mochila, las llaves o el coche, según necesidad. He probado también a hacer escapadas por el monte con mi perro, y al llevar el tag en el collar te sientes más seguro por si lo perdiera de vista, ya que te indica por dónde lo puedes encontrar. Yo lo recomiendo

I bought the tags for our luggage as we were travelling around Europe for 5 weeks and heading to multiple countries. We experienced no issues while travelling. The tags locations updated within minutes and we received notifications once we moved any distance away from our bags. Now we have returned we have re-purposed a tag to track our dog. No issues so far tracking him either.

Got one of these with my S24 Ultra plan. Swapped out the battery when it died, and it never turned back on - checked the battery was correct and all that... Still dead. Great device, but with such a short lifespan - I could never recommend that anyone ever spend any actual money on it. Luckily they let me "try it out"! I would have been very upset if I had actually purchased it!

So far so good. Till now i haven't lost anything yet to fully test it, but the capability to find something that has the tag on is perfect. I need to check if i leave it behind at a whole other place that i'll be able to track it. Only thing i wished that i could get all the tags in the same color (in this case black). But will update as I use it in different scenarios.

La smart tag funciona buen pero no todo lo que te ofrece la del iPhone. es una pena por la idea esta bien,pero si no hay un dispositivo samsung con una opción activada ,no vale para nada si está lejos de ti. Esa función tendría que venir activada,en todos los moviles y darle compatibilidad con todos los Android. Pero bueno esperemos que desarrollen mejor todo el tema.

En terminos generales he tenido una muy buena experiencia con el SmartTag 2 pero me ha presentado problemas que he tenido que quitar y poner la bateria un par de veces para que ande de nuevo. Me gustaria que fuera mas en tienpo real la posicion por ejemplo cuando se lo dejo a mi perro y necesite ver la ubicación. Pero en terminoa generalea es muy buen producto

Adquirí el dispositivo a través de la tienda OnLine, con fecha de entrega 3 de noviembre 23. A día de hoy (7 noviembre 23) no ha llegado nada, y llamo a Samsung y lo único que me dicen es que "no hay stock" y tan siquiera saben cuándo les llegará. Tampoco saben si es falta de stock en un color concreto o de cuál si hay... todo se convierte en un "vuelve a llamar"...

Set up for these was extremely easy. It literally took about 1 minute to set each one up. So far, these have been such a time saver. Seriously cut down on the amount of time I spend hunting for my keys, and my daughter's wristlet. I've used these for items misplaced in the house as well as one left behind at a store. The locate feature has been accurate each time.

Totally useless, doesn't update. We purchased 2 to put in our cars. We both travelled together yesterday & parked next to each other on 2 occasions. Now one car is about 40 mins up the road. Today is Wednesday 6th Nov & it's still showing where we both were yesterday at 7.45am Tuesday 5th. So should the vehicle get stolen we would have no idea where it would be

Absolute rubbish!! I put it in a vehicle that has two occupants, both with Samsung Galaxy mobiles and the location data is useless. you'd think being in close proximaty of TWO Samsung Galaxy mobiles the updates would be accurate and immediate. Sometimes hours go by before it updates. Save your money and get a proper GPS tracker - far more accurate.

I bought 3 weeks ago, works perfect, the extended battery life is a +. The only drawback is the new keychain ring form for pets. With the previous Smarttag + you can insert in a cover and strap it in the collar pets, now if you want to do the same it looks awful, please, made a smart tag designed to pet collars! Other than that, it is flawless!

I receievd my smartTag2s back in February as part of complimentary item with my new phone. Only recently activated them and now very impressed with the features. Much better than a very well known popular bluetooth tracker. Much easier to share tracking with family. Easier to trace SmartTag with others. The list goes on. I keep finding new ideas.

I purchases these items and they work very efficiently and effectively. Easy to setup on a relevant product and it does what it describes. It is not foolproof and it is NOT theftproof. It is another method to try and locate important goods that you need. If you have a Galaxy Ultra 21, 22, 23 or other relevant phones it is highly recommended.

When I got a new mountain bike I bought the tag and its bike holder as a sort of insurance case it got stolen. Any who its been a year since then and I went to the gym as I usually do and got distracted and forgot to lock my bike. During my time in the gym some low life stole it. Waited some time and got a location for it, we went their to have a look and said low life and a friend rode past on bikes one of which was mine. Now here is my only grip with the tag, we tracked them for a bit following them, but at some point my phone (s22 ultra) started to track its own Bluetooth/UWB instead of the tag (Hopefully Samsung fix this). We gave in that night. Next mooring it pinged again, reported to the police and the next hour got a call back, it had been recovered. I have to say that although the tracking wasn't amazing, especially with the aforementioned issue I am extremely happy as I would have never seen that bike again had it not been for that tag.

Yo compre el primer diseño y aun funciona, mi abuela es una mujer que olvida su teléfono en la casa y se imaginan la desesperación de mi madre y de mi cunado no responde, gracias al SmartTag es fácil encontrar sin teléfono, moralmente no es correcto rastrear a una persona pero ella es de la 3ra edad, solo lo uso como último recurso

Podría mejorar la ubicación ya que si no está cerca que eso sí que lo hace bien eh no coge bien en dónde está ya que triangula con otros dispositivos y al final estás defendiendo de otras personas si las hay si no las hubieran no hay manera de encontrarlo tendría que llevar algún sistema de GPS para poder encontrarlo más fácilmente

Pésimo producto. Tengo un teléfono con Android 15 y al intentar agregarlo a la app Smart Things me dice que el SmartTag 2 sólo es compatible con dispositivos Galaxy con Android 9 o superior. Dos veces me contacté con el servicio al cliente y no se pudo solucionar el problema. Tendré que devolver el producto y comprar otra marca.

El SmartTag es de gran utilidad, yo suelo perder las llaves de la casa y gracias al SmartTag ya es más fácil encontrarlas. La duración de la batería es muy buena, llevo usándolo 6 meses y no he tenido que cambiarla. I previously had the galaxy tag+ and I really had no issue with it but I noticed the battery would drain pretty fast, but these new galaxy tag 2 have been great so far in battery and I love the design and the fact the circle loop is larger so you cab use different carabiner. I'd definitely recommend this lil tracker.

Bought it to track my bike while travelling and the first trip I took, it already lost location before I got to the airport (last known location), even while I was with the bike while checking in at the airport. Needless to say I've lost my bike and I've had no updates since I departed my original port.

These are good until they malfunction. I have left my wallet at home several times, but instead of showing my wallet at my house, it shows it a few blocks away. It is way beyond the Bluetooth range at times whenever it disconnects from. Then I freak out and drive home just to see it's on my kitchen table or so.

Tiene poco rango de localización, pero permite ubicar fácilmente a tu mascota y marca la última ubicación en donde se encontró, indicando cuándo se encuentra cerca. Small and can operate other functions when programmed with other appliances like my S90C QD-OLED , they work VERY well minus One ISSUE the AR feature doesn't work on my Samsung galaxy S25 Ultra which is a downer. Other than that cant ask for anything more if ine is invested in the ecosystem.

Llevo utilizando los smarttag de Samsung hace años, y el unico problema que tenia era la batería, parece que ene sta versión nueva lo han solucionado. El resto de cosas igual, funciona por Bluetooth y si estas lejos del móvil, utiliza la Red de samsung con otros móviles para localizarlo.

Love it. I keep misplacing my keys and this is awesome to have. Attached 1 to my wallet, another to my carry on luggage and the other one to my husband's sling for travel which he could use to track me when we tend to lose each other while shopping. He has the Smart Tag 1 which he loves.

I bought my smart tags on Feb 8, and I am already getting low battery alerts less than a month later. These tags are 1000 percent better than the google tracker ones, but the battery life is horrendous. I'm done with android trackers for now, hopefully something better will come along.

Solo funciona si pasa cerca de el un galaxy con la opción búsqueda sin conexión y el GPS activado. El caso es que que opción búsqueda sin conexión viene desactivada cuando lo compras y poca gente suele activarla.... Total, que es complicado que te lleguen notificaciones o se actualicen.

Work as advertised, simple to setup and use. I have placed them in my checked luggage and so far for 2 flights I have been able to keep tabs on my bags as they navigated through the airport. I knew when they were about to exit the baggage carousel as well, which was a nice bonus.

Tracking and last location is not consistent. I have four tags. Two are usually with me or in my vehicle. The two are usually at home. When i open tracking, the map shows all four are with me. Not sure if I have a bad setup. If that is the case these are not very intuitive.

Excelente producto, ubicar el tag funciona hasta sin internet. Lo probé en un sótano 3 sin señal y logré ubicarlo. Es pequeño y fácil de colocar en cualquier lugar. La experiencia de configuración es excelente, con solo prenderlo el celular lo detectó y lo añadió.

I'd like to see a few usage examples. After I stumbled around configuring the first two, the second two were straightforward. Once I set them up, I tried them out and they work. But finding something that isn't lost is not the same as finding something lost.

The battery lasted 1 year and when I changed it the smarttag2 stopped working and is now out of warranty - it's a shame the product life is 1 year for this cost. It was also always a bit hard to use and the 'double click' to find my phone often didn't work.

Absolutely worthless unless the tracker is sitting right next to your phone. Especially in a rural area. I wanted this for keeping track of my dog, who likes to wander. This tracker does nothing. Zip, nada zilch, unless she is sitting right next to me.

These smart tags are surprisingly accurate. I was able to locate my waterproof pouch in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean on a cruise near Bermuda. This was a life saver because my passport card was inn the pack so Thanks U Thank U Thank U samsung

Good if you have lost tag within your immediate area. Bad if lost some miles away, as the tag will not show up on the map. So if you lost your keys put shopping, you get home, you can't track where you left your keys, unless it was on your doorstep.

The smart tag 2 is a lot smaller then the pictures lead you to believe. I'm still not sure on the ring. It does make easier to put on key rings. I haven't had much time to play with the software but it is a lot better then the original smart tag.

Useless. Inaccurate to within 100m bought it for our son and watched him go over 100m away out of sight and the location app showed him still at home with us. The recall function works although takes several minutes to activate. Galaxy S23 Ultra.

I hide a Samsung SmartTag2 in my truck, my backpack, and each piece of my luggage. This paid off well on my last trip when the airline lost my suitcase. I was able to tell them exactly where it was and it was returned to me the next day.

I put one in my car console that stays in the garage. The battery says it's low within a week. Also I'm disappointed that the purchase doesn't include a protective case or holder. It's like something this small was meant to be lost.

Hi Harrjei, Thank you for sharing your experience with your Galaxy SmartTag2. The battery in the SmartTag2 is a typical CR2032. It is easily replaceable with a few simple steps. Insert the ejection pin supplied with the product or a clip into the battery tray hole, and gently pull out the battery tray from the slot. Insert the battery (CR2032) with the positive terminal adequately aligned with the + symbol inside the product. Insert the battery tray back into the battery tray slot. Depending on the battery, it can last for up to 500 days.
