This is a great TV. We upgraded from a 2016 model and were impressed with the profile, weight, and all the smart features! We specifically like the integration with our smart home via Alexa. I bought this TV based on my great experience with its sister model the slightly larger 77" version which I have in my living room. The TV is super bright and the crispest sharpest image I have seen on a sub 2,000 dollar tv. There is a little glare but the brightness of the screen compensates and I don't see it as a problem at all. The image quality is true to colors and does not have image lag or stuttering that I saw on my previous tv. The biggest reason beyond the image quality that keeps me coming back to Samsung TVs is the UI which meshes fairly well with my Samsung phone. Smartthings isn't the best but it is a lot better than anything else I've seen in out of the box integrations. I love the responsiveness of the UI and depth of the user experience. Samsung TV has entirely replaced my cable TV provider long with my usual streaming apps. My only complaint would be I want a HULU button on the remote, or at least a programmable button so I can make my own.

The colors are rich without looking overdone, and the contrast is excellent. Dark scenes look deep and clear, while bright scenes really pop. Whether we are watching movies, sports, or everyday shows, the 4K picture reveals details we had never noticed before. One of our favorite ways to show it off is during parties. We turn on YouTube 4K art channels and let Impressionist images rotate in the background. The artwork looks stunning on the screen and always becomes a highlight of the gathering. The large 77-inch screen also makes a big difference, creating a theater-like experience at home. Fast-moving scenes look smooth, clean, and natural, which makes everything from movies to live sports even more enjoyable. Overall, this TV has exceeded our expectations. Bonjour! J'avais opté au départ pour le modèle 55", malheureusement après vérifications le 55" aurait dépassé du meuble de 10cm de chaque coté! Pour le 48" je suis très satisfait de l'écran et de l'image, c'est un vrai plus par rapport à mon ancien téléviseur! Cependant après usage je me suis aperçu de certains manques par rapport au spécifications annoncées! C'est peut être de ma faute car j'ai d'abord lu les spécification du 55". Mais je suis un peu déçu par les prises pour installer un casque: mes casques actuels n'ont que des prises cinch ou 3,5mm. L'autre déception, c'est l'impossibilité sur ce modèle d'obtenir les sous titres automatiques. Dans mon cas, étant mal entendant c'est un handicap! Cependant même s'il n'est pas parfait, cela reste un beau et bon téléviseur!

This TV completely exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is incredible, with perfect contrast and deep blacks that make movies look cinema-quality. The brightness level is impressive even in a well-lit living room, and the colors are perfectly uniform across the entire panel. I am also amazed by the Al upscaling, which makes older HD content look remarkably sharp. Navigating menus and switching apps is incredibly snappy, and the gaming responsiveness is top-tier. It is worth every penny!

My only complaint is that we can't get Alexa voice control to work. We have tried following the Samsung instructions. but it doesn't work. Alexa can make life a lot easier when we are trying to find new streaming movies or series where we don't know the streaming carrier.

Colors are great and the black areas look so good. I only worry about burn in but the screen saver works well. The media player is ok but could be better with some formats. Some videos have a stuttering. The screen is bright and very clear.

Great picture & functionality. However, I'm disappointed that Samsung does not have a function to play a photo album as a screen saver (Sony does!). I loved the function with my Sony, and enjoyed family photos on the TV.

Given my experience with reliability/quality of this model, I cannot recommend it. I purchased the S90F back in October of 2025, it has decent picture quality and features but quickly started showing defects in the panel. Vertical lines would be visible at times, more pronounced on certain background colors. Samsung replaced the TV under warranty after repair parts proved too hard to come by and I received a second S90F a few weeks ago. This second unit did not power on correctly at all. The screen briefly flashed and went dark, but the audio was still present. I am now waiting on a 3rd unit. I have several older Samsung TVs, and they have all held up well, so I don't know if there is something specific to the S90F build quality or a larger decline in quality at the company in general, but I wished to pass along my experiences. On another note, Samsung support team members are very helpful, but the policies for warranty repairs, replacements, and exchanges are very time consuming and convoluted, so you may also be better off shopping at a retailer if you do choose this model in case something does go wrong and you need to exchange or return it.

TV has a great picture but being responsive it’s very poor. It freezes a lot when changing channels and it takes over a minute before you can continue using it. Sometimes the sound will increase from 18 to 45 by itself and then will decrease after 10 seconds. This makes it very annoying. At the moment I would not recommend to anyone to purchase.

It has many features and settings, so there is a long learning curve. I'm still learning new things so thanks to AI internet searches because the manual is difficult to understand. The remote has a lot of things to learn, and it is a bit on the small side. It would have been nice if two were provided so I wouldn't have to get up and try to find controls for features that my wife likes..

The TV is a good size for a secondary location such as in an office for background noise (which is what I use it for the most). It is on the smaller side (42") but great color and brightness. Biggest thing is to not forget to put the remote upside down on the windowsill to charge!

Der Umstieg von Full HD auf 4K hat mich wirklich überrascht – für mich ist das inzwischen ein absolutes Muss. Besonders beeindruckt bin ich vom OLED-Panel. Ich hätte vorher nicht gedacht, wie kräftig, lebendig und gleichzeitig natürlich Farben wirken können. Am meisten begeistert mich aber das Schwarz. Durch die OLED-Technik werden dunkle Bereiche wirklich tiefschwarz dargestellt und nicht nur dunkelgrau, wie man es von vielen anderen Fernsehern kennt. Gerade bei Filmen, Serien und Spielen sorgt das für einen enormen Kontrast und ein Bild, das teilweise wirklich atemberaubend aussieht. Auch die Einrichtung war angenehm unkompliziert. Dienste wie Netflix, Prime Video und Co. lassen sich schnell anmelden und direkt nutzen. Insgesamt bin ich mit dem Fernseher sehr zufrieden und der Wechsel auf 4K OLED hat sich für mich definitiv gelohnt.

Ongeveer vier weken geleden hebben wij de Samsung 65S85F OLED 4K (2025) aangeschaft als vervanging van onze Samsung GQ43Q60. Die televisie heeft ons jarenlang uitstekend bevallen en werkte nog steeds perfect. Na de aanbouw van ons huis is de kijkafstand echter flink groter geworden en daardoor voelde 43 inch steeds kleiner aan. We besloten daarom om voor een grotere en meer toekomstbestendige tv te gaan. Na een maand intensief gebruik kunnen we zeggen dat deze Samsung echt een geweldige aankoop is geweest. Het eerste wat opvalt is natuurlijk het formaat. De overstap van 43 naar 65 inch is enorm. Films, series en sportwedstrijden voelen veel meeslepender en zelfs het gewone journaal kijken is prettiger geworden. Het OLED-scherm is wat ons betreft de absolute ster van de show. De zwartwaarden zijn indrukwekkend diep en de kleuren zijn levendig zonder onnatuurlijk te worden. Vooral 's avonds is het beeld werkelijk prachtig. Bij natuurdocumentaires, actiefilms en series zie je details die ons op de oude televisie nooit waren opgevallen. En zoals Jules Deelder zei: 'Wat zwart is moet zwart blijven', Wat we ook erg waarderen zijn de slimme functies. Dankzij het Tizen-platform staan Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video en YouTube direct klaar en schakelen we eenvoudig tussen apps. De Vision AI-functies lijken het beeld automatisch aan te passen aan wat je kijkt, waardoor zowel sport als films er optimaal uitzien zonder dat je zelf allerlei instellingen hoeft aan te passen. Mijn vrouw is vooral enthousiast over het gebruiksgemak. Alles werkt snel en logisch. Zelf vind ik het prettig dat de tv soepel reageert en veel instellingen automatisch optimaliseert. De kinderen genieten ondertussen van het grote scherm tijdens YouTube en het gamen. Dankzij de hoge verversingssnelheid en vloeiende beelden ziet alles er strak en soepel uit. Ook op het gebied van geluid heeft Samsung ons positief verrast. Hoewel een soundbar natuurlijk altijd meer biedt, is het ingebouwde geluid verrassend vol en helder voor dagelijks gebruik. Dialogen zijn goed verstaanbaar en films klinken prima. Qua design past de tv perfect in onze woonkamer. Ondanks het forse formaat oogt hij dankzij het dunne OLED-paneel modern en elegant. Bezoek merkt regelmatig op hoe mooi het geheel eruitziet. Zijn er minpunten? Eigenlijk niet echt. De eerste dagen moesten we even wennen aan het grote formaat, maar inmiddels vragen we ons af waarom we niet eerder voor 65 inch hebben gekozen. Kortom, de Samsung 65S85F OLED heeft onze verwachtingen ruimschoots overtroffen. Het schitterende OLED-beeld, de slimme AI-functies, het gebruiksgemak en het grotere scherm maken deze televisie voor ons gezin een perfecte upgrade. Na vier weken genieten zouden wij hem zonder enige twijfel opnieuw kopen. **Vijf sterren meer dan waard!** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hoi RuudVal! Wat fantastisch om te horen dat de Samsung 65S85F OLED 4K TV zo goed bevalt! De sprankelende kleuren en diepe zwartwaarden van het OLED-scherm maken het kijken een ware belevenis, en het gemak van het Tizen-platform met al je favoriete apps is echt een pluspunt. Het gebruiksgemak is ook een groot voordeel, vooral voor het hele gezin! Vergeet niet om af en toe de instellingen te verkennen voor de optimale kijkervaring. De makkelijke installatie maakt het inderdaad leuk om direct te genieten van een fantastische beeldkwaliteit. Wat betreft de calibratie, dat is een manier om ervoor te zorgen dat het toestel altijd de beste kijkervaring biedt in jouw specifieke omgeving. Elke ruimte is anders, en met een kleine aanpassing kun je het optimale uit je TV halen! Geniet van je kijkervaring!
