Fácil de instalar y de controlar desde el mismo mando de la TV o de la aplicación de movil de la TV Me hubiera gustado una pantalla un poco más grande en la barra, no sólo las 4 letras que muestran, e igual connexión wifi para la actualización automáticas, pero son complementos prescindibles cuando lo que se trata de una barra de sonido

As of right now I rate the overall experience absolute garbage. I connect via hdmi e/ARC on both tv and soundbar it doesn’t connect properly. I checked all connections to ensure the proper hdmi slots, have the setting turned on for eARC. Can get the audio but when I choose sound settings it will only show audio output as tv. I pair with Bluetooth to see if it would show that way and it does exactly as it’s supposed to. With Bluetooth though it’s not as good quality compared to hdmi, it won’t turn off automatically with my tv and doesn’t have the q-symphony setting either. I have submitted a ticket and await the response as I have loved Samsung for many years and this is the worst experience with any of their products.

Don’t get me wrong, the hw-q59ct is an amazing model and I was very happy with it. However, this product is a definite upgrade. The Dolby Atmos and the auto sense feature is awesome. The device detects the input codec and adjusts accordingly. Dialogue is super crystal clear and the included sub bumps sick. Deep bass without much distortion at high volumes. This paired seamlessly with my Samsung rear speaker extension system for an even bigger soundstage. The Q symphony feature works great as well. If you want to get in the weeds and fine tune your EQ, this system also can accommodate your needs. Overall, I Highly recommend this sound bar.

It sounds like a VIP concert playing in the comforts of your home. One of the best features is that you don't have to play at a loud volume and disturb your neighbors. Or even better, invite them over and turn it into a party. With 3 front-facing speakers, 1 subwoofer and 2 up-firing channels for a true Dolby Atmos experience you just have to experience. The HW-Q600C/ZA paired easily with my firestick. I want a separate one for my game room. This is one purchase that you will not have buyers remorse.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited when I got this sound bar. The system comes with the bar, a remote control, the subwoofer, hdmi cable and 2 power supplies. The setup was easy. Just plug and play. My TV automatically detected as external speaker. Its really easy to use the soundbar as a speaker for playing music via bluetooth. One of the best features is the wireless conection to the subwoofer. No more extra cables. I didnt how far apart they would stop working. Its great for gaming and for movies. I highly recommend this product.

We’ve been through quite a few soundbars through upgrading and this has the easiest setup by far and also included a wall mount which others don’t include that. Right now we just have it sitting ontop of our projector to test it out in different rooms to see where it sounds best. Bass module packs a lot of boom for being such a small size. We had it plugged in through HDMI to our TV outside and it definitely made a big difference while watching movies outside and still kind of gave us the feeling of being submersed by sound even though it’s outside and not reflecting off walls. Overall, it’s a pretty good bang for your buck and would highly recommend this to anyone that’s looking for a quick plug and play solution to have decent sound in their house.

Mediocre device for sound. The sound bar never worked properly when I hooked it up to the original TV that I purchased with it it kept saying attached to an arc which it was attached to that set up. I attached it to a separate Samsung TV. Every time I turned on the television, I would have to turn off the sound bar turn it back on and then press on the sound and the sound would come on. After 13 months it just quit. Of course it has a one year warranty. I’m sure a very limited warranty at that.

First, you will want to download the latest software for your Soundbar. You can download the firmware directly from Samsung’s website by clicking “Support” in the top right corner. Then go to “Manuals & Software” > “TVs & Home Audio” > “Home Audio” > “Sound Bars”. From there, you can select the HW-Q600C under Q Series. Download the update and install it via USB thumb stick to your soundbar. If you need additional help, there are how-to instructions on this page. Please know that Samsung Customer Service is here to assist as well. Alternatively, you can download SmartThings on your iOS or Android device. This will allow you to update your Soundbar automatically or manually right from your phone or tablet. Please verify that you are running the latest firmware on your TV. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update. First, try doing a soft reset, unplug the soundbar from the outlet for roughly 30 seconds and then plug it back in. If this still does not correct your issue, then do a hard reset. While the Soundbar is On, press both the Vol+ and Vol- buttons on the unit simultaneously until the display shows "INIT", then release. If this doesn’t work, then try using the remote control: While the Soundbar is ON, press and hold the SOUND CONTROL ("Gear") button on the Soundbar remote for 10 seconds. You will see "150HZ" on the display. Keep pressing until you see "INIT" on the display, then release. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you. I was a bit intimidated with how to set this up but the directions were pretty easy to follow. I really have not had a high quality speaker or speaker system with newer technology TVs that I’ve owned in the 10 or so years. I was impressed with the lightweight feel of the soundbar and that it was easy to place. I played around with the placement trying to maximize the acoustics in our space. I was particularly impressed with the clarity of sound. It really made a huge difference from the standard tv built in speakers I’ve become accustomed too. I am continuing to learn about the technology and experiment with different movie sounds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Q600C is a great 3.2.2 Atmos sound bar! It fits perfectly under my 55" QLED and pairs up with out any fuss. Simple easy connection all connected via a single remote. The automatic detection of Atmos and sound formats makes it a cake walk. The looks make for a simple understated look, and doesn't stick out but blends well with the TV. Q-Symphony must be heard to be appreciated, as it allows the use of the TV spears along with the soundbar created a bigger immersive experience . Adaptable sound allows for the best sound mode for all occasions, for sports, games and entertaining movies with out the loss for voices and dialog. The integrated tap to play feature is great for when you want to plan some music by simply tapping the soundbar with your phone. It's a neat trick to show fiends and family. The sound quality is great too! It bring movies, TV shows and music to life. Coming from no soundbar to this makes a leap in how much better TV can sound when paired with a proper soundbar. Samsung does not disappoint here, I would highly reconnect anyone looking for a great soundbar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Samsung HW-Q600C/ZA soundbar has really surpassed my expectations. It was so easy to hook up, just unbox, plug in the two power adapters and one HDMI to my Samsung TV and everything automatically detected and it was up and running! It not only sounds great but looks great as well. It blends into my TV area without needing a bunch of dangling wires and picky placement of speakers. The audio quality is great, my wife and I tried both regular TV programs and music streamed to the speakers and both sounded great. The bass control is done via a simple up/down toggle button on the remote so you can easily turn it off for some late night viewing without disturbing anyone else and turn it back up when it's time for some music or a movie. The packaging was easy to get open and it came with batteries which was great. I haven't used the wall mount adapters for my installation but it's great that they are included in the package as well for those who choose to wall mount. If you have been putting off getting a soundbar, I highly recommend you check out the new series from Samsung, it is an awesome addition to our living room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A miniature powerhouse, the HW-Q600 soundbar significantly impresses with its broad soundstage, all compactly packaged. The unit was a breeze to unbox, and I had it up and running in under 10 minutes, a testament to its user-friendly design. The sound levels are fully adjustable to cater to your preferences and room sizes. I found the sound quality significantly improved when I adjusted the center and top channels to +2, and the sub to +1. In comparison to a TV's regular sound, this soundbar stands victorious. When playing music its performance is excellent in standard mode, offering a high-quality audio experience. When switched to surround mode, the sound separation is commendably distinct, earning it a gold star in my book. The center channel projects dialogue with crystal clear precision, even at lower volumes. The virtual sound and Atmos tracks are noticeably different from the standard stereo audio, creating a more immersive audio experience. Close your eyes and it's almost hard to believe that there aren't any surround speakers involved. That being said, it isn't without its faults. The bass, while satisfactory at standard levels, doesn't quite hit the mark when turned up, particularly noticeable during scenes with heavy explosions or bass-laden music. It's performance above a volume of 50 at a gain higher than 0 or +1 can be underwhelming. Overall, the HW-Q600 soundbar stands as an exceptional choice for medium-sized living rooms and apartment viewing. It truly shines in its delivery of clear dialogue and its surround sound capability, positioning it as a frontrunner in the lower mid-range soundbar systems category. However, for the next generation, it would be highly beneficial if the subwoofer could receive a performance boost. Also, I would recommend discarding the lint-collecting fabric for a more practical and cleaner design. A larger 3"x 2" LCD display would be awesome! In conclusion, while not perfect, the HW-Q600 offers a robust sound experience that far outweighs its minor flaws.

He tenido modelos mas basicos que este de la marca Samsung y sonaban mucho mejor que esta. No se percibe diferencia entre los diferentes modos de sonido, el subbuffer tiene un volumen demasiado bajo y casi no se percibe, los altaboces del televisor tienen un sonido muy superior al de esta barra. El soroun no funciona como tal. Me ha decepcionado por mucho. estoy evaluando devolverla, pero primero quiero que me contacten de soporte tecnico para ver si se pouede configurar mejor y elevar la calidad el sonido...

O produto parou de funcionar 5 dias após a entrega exatamente como aconteceu em diversos outros relatos, portanto obviamente não se trata de um caso pontual e sim de um defeito grave nesse modelo. Entrei em contato com a Samsung sete dias após o recebimento para devolver o produto, e para minha supresa o prazo para devolução de 7 dias deles é contado como dia do recebimento+6, portanto terei todo o prejuízo de ter que me deslocar diversas vezes para outra cidade para levar para a assistência. Péssima experiência.

Comprei e durou 2 dias, pedi para trocar e a nova durou outros 2 dias. Pedi para trocar novamente e a terceira soundbar que recebi durou 2 horas. É uma vergonha uma marca como a samsung colocar um produto assim a venda. Acabou com toda a credibilidade e carinho que eu tinha por essa marca. Infelizmente vou pedir reembolso pelo produto na fastshop e nunca mais compro outro produto da Samsung.

La experiencia en líneas generales es muy positiva. La barra es muy elegante y su color negro permite que no desentone en ningún tipo de mobiliario. El sonido también está muy por encima de las expectativas. La sensación de los graves es espectacular y se siente con muchísima naturalidad. Tiene una opción de configuración muy sencilla de seis niveles para una mejor experiencia dependiendo de su uso. El cambio de la conexión por cable al bluetooth es casi inmediata y la calidad el sonido sigue siendo excelente independientemente de la fuente. El único aspecto a mejorar sería una mayor configuración que puede quedar un poco limitada para los más exigentes. Sin embargo, la sensación de profundidad y de sonido envolvente que ofrece la barra de sonido lo hace más que suficiente para un uso cotidiano dentro del hogar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow I am just blown away by this soundbar! This is true Dolby Atmos surround sound at a very affordable price. There are two upfiring speakers, a dedicated center speaker, and even side-firing speakers for a truly immersive sound experience. You really get the best out of the soundbar when connected to a Samsung TV. The sound quality, is more immersive and louder thanks to the new Q-Symphony features. The mids and highs are very crisp and the bass from the subwoofer shakes my bed in my room. I can only get to volume level 50 before the other people in the house start complaining that I need to turn the volume down. With 360 watts of power, this is more than enough sound for your room, or even living area. I think it's even loud enough to play music for a party outside connected to bluetooth! I'm very happy with this product!

I would recommend as a quality soundbar that works as advertised within this price range. A bonus for those tight on space in their setup... the subwoofer is compact and fits nicely behind a chair in my office within the wall indentation. We had difficulty with people in the back hearing the sound clearly without overwhelming the people sitting in the front. The soundbar provided a full room of sound with clarity not just volume. No matter where you are located in the room, the sound is optimized for ultimate enjoyment. We are able to keep the volume at a comfortable rate where conversation can still occur but everyone in the room can clearly hear the sound. The sound quality is superior whether it is a sporting event, concert, or movie. This soundbar has made the family room the top choice for my family viewing experience.

Ganhei o produto na compra da Tv Neoqled de 55 polegadas, que não foi nada barato. O produto demorou um mês pra chegar após a tv. Quando chegou liguei e funcionou por 1 hora e só. Agora o aparelho está aqui de enfeite não funciona e não é justo ter eu que correr atrás pra resolver isso. Agora tenho que levar o aparelho em uma assistência técnica em menos de 1 hora que ficou em casa.

Escolhi o produto como brinde pela compra da TV QLED GAMING e o mesmo parou de funcionar em menos de 6h de uso. Testei todas as formas de conexão, busquei informações por reset na Internet e mesmo assim nada. E pelos demais relatos aqui postados a Samsung colocou de brinde um aparelho que não funciona. Infelizmente os relatos são reais... comprei uma e no 2o dia ela começou a soltar um barulho super alto do nada e parou de funcionar... Outro ponto, Já pedi a devolução e a Samsung pede para levar aos correios - um aparelho de mais ou menos 30kg e bastante grande... deveriam pensar numa logística reversa.

Ganhei o produto em um resgate da SAMSUNG pela compra da nova Q-LED de 55 polegadas. Quanto ao acabamento da barra, achei bom, bem construído e dá sensação de segurança, quanto ao acabamento do subwoofer, achei ruim e parece frágil. Quanto ao designer, achei bonita a barra, embora a fixação da barra na parede pareça inusual, não fixei e deixei-a apoiada no home da sala. Quanto à potência sonora, achei o subwoofer pouco potente. A barra de som é razoável, tendo em vista o preço dela. Se fosse para comprar, eu preferia a J B L por já conhecer a qualidade e a potência sonora. A SAMSUNG poderia investir na qualidade sonora de seus produtos, pois cada vez mais os clientes estão interessados em soundbars, sendo que a SAMSUNG é uma empresa forte e conhecida. Quanto à conectividade com TV, achei ruim via HDMI, a TV da SAMSUNG, mesmo atualizada, demora um certo tempo para reconhecer que o som está saindo pela soundbar e o Q-Symphony, embora dê a impressão de conectividade inicial, também demora um certo tempo para reconhecer. Bom, quanto à conectividade com o aplicativo SmartThings, achei péssimo. O aplicativo SmartThings reconhece a TV, mas não reconhece a soundbar. Fiz a atualização manual (inclusive para conectar a barra com o subwoofer após a atualização manual é necessário resetar o subwoofer e apertar o botão para cima no controle da soundbar até aparecer IDSET, e essa informação não estava no manual, a que constava era outra informação a qual não funcionou) e, mesmo após a atualização do firmware, o aplicativo SmartThings não reconhece a soundbar. Fiquei na expectativa sobre a atualização da soundbar via aplicativo, o que seria sensacional se funcionasse, sem precisar que se faça manualmente, mas até o momento não consegui. Esse inclusive seria um ótimo diferencial diante das concorrentes. Quanto às funcionalidades, a leitura da função de som adaptável da TV na soundbar é um pouco lenta, preferi deixar configurado no sorround, pois assim é mais responsivo e mais rápido. Sobre as respostas do controle da TV na soundbar, achei bom, as respostas são imediatas.

Compramos esta barra de sonido para sustituir el sistema que teniamos (com más de 15 años) de 1 subwoofer + 5 altavoces (cableados). El objetivo es tener una calidad de sonido envolvente pero sin cables. La barra de sonido tiene una muy buena calidad de sonido. No subimos el volumen a más de 30 y ya se escucha el sonido muy fuerte. La calidad de los graves es muy buena. El único "pero" es que no se escuchan los sonidos del lado izquierdo y derecho como antes. Al ser una barra de sonido que se coloca delante de la TV (y del sofa), el sonido viene todo del mismo sitio. Vamos a comprar unos altavoces laterales para complementar la barra de sonido.

I purchased a Samsung soundbar approximately a year ago, and I've been experiencing recurring issues. After just two months, the soundbar had problems, and the store, "thegoodguys," replaced it. Unfortunately, I'm now facing the same issues with the replacement unit. There are instances of no sound or severe cracking noises, negatively impacting the overall audio experience. Given that this is the second occurrence of such issues within a relatively short time frame, I am genuinely concerned about the product's reliability and performance. I believe it's reasonable to expect a product of this nature to function seamlessly for an extended period.

Apesar da Soundbar ser um brinde da compra de uma TV ela veio como recondicionada/consertada... na caixa tinha uma etiqueta colada escrito "sem áudio/travado" e outra etiqueta colada de uma transportadora escrito Remetente: "Samsung" Destinatário: "Assistência técnica não lembro o nome". De qualquer forma a Soundbar funcionou perfeitamente, mas funcionará até quando ? hehehe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first impression of the HW-Q600C/ZA 3.12 Ch Dolby ATMOS Soundbar was that it was very long in length. I purchased this as a upgrade from my old system. It took a little effort to install because I had to purchase the optical cable that was not supplied. Once I returned the soundbar connected to my firestick. The soundbar remote is still not working. Will have to continue trying to troubleshoot that. As far as the sound goes, the subwoofer and bar pair together are a dream made in heaven. I have a new appreciation for movies and music. I hear everything and I do mean everything. The chimes in songs to utter in scripts. I'm amazed that I missed all of this before. I can't wait to test out all of the features.

Watching movies and series is exciting and you feel like you are part of the action. It's a beautiful, sleek looking sound bar and the subwoofer is small enough that it fits in our entertainment center, however it produces larger than life sound for all of our entertainment needs. I particularly enjoy the fact that it has perfect levels for both dialogue and music or sound effects. Which is one of my most important factors in choosing a sound system. I highly recommend getting this series! You won't be disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our Samsung HW-Q600c soundbar a little over a week ago. The setup was a breeze. We were upgrading from the Samsung HW-T650 soundbar. The improvement in sound quality was immediate. The voice enhancement setting allowed us to clearly hear dialogue even from our kitchen. The adaptive surround sound setting is amazing! Movies from our streaming services and blu-rays were dramatically improved. I had some concerns because we used the Samsung SWA-8500s wireless rear speaker kit with the HW-T650. The rear speaker kit was already mounted in our family room. The manual for the HW-Q600c recommended the use of the SWA-9200s wireless speaker kit. I decided to try and connect the SWA-8500s to the HW-Q600c. Low and behold they connected. The sound from the rear was much better than it was in the past. We decided to have movie night and the sound was truly immersive. We felt as if we were in a theater. My stepdaughters and I enjoy using our gaming system. The game setting on the HW-Q600c took the gaming experience to a whole new level. We could hear sounds from the games that were not noticeable in the past. The HW-Q600c is a phenomenal soundbar! If you enjoy watching movies at home or playing games the HW-Q600c will engulf you in sound!

Tras probar la barra de sonido HW-Q600B/ZF me queda claro que existe una mejora de sonido más que notoria. El altavoz central de la barra sale del centro hacía las personas que ven la TV y los altavoces laterales salen hacia arriba, haciendo que el sonido ambiente rebote y llegue al espectador de una forma más realista. Además el nivel de personalización del sonido, con el mando de la barra de sonido, hace que cualquiera se lo pueda modificar según gustos personales. Tiene diferentes modos predefinidos para momentos puntuales, destaco el modo nocturno que puede ir muy bien cuando la gente de casa se ha ido a dormir. El sonido es más suave y no llega a otras habitaciones de una forma tan clara como otros modos de mayor disfrute.

Yes, you read that right. I, a tech enthusiast, was blissfully unaware of the mediocrity of the tinny, underwhelming audio that my otherwise superb 4K TV was throwing at me. By fortuitous happenstance, I was able to give the Samsung HW-Q600C/ZA soundbar a whirl. First impressions? It’s like a breeze in a summer heatwave – you never really know how much you’ve been missing until you experience it. Granted, the installation had me trying to decipher their graphics to figure out which audio setup was correct for my case, but eventually, I managed to get it connected it via HDMI to my TV. Just like magic, my Samsung TV detected the soundbar, and I was thrust into a world of immersive audio I never knew existed. The design, too, is something to admire. It subtly blends into the setup like the final piece of a jigsaw puzzle. Aesthetically pleasing and, more importantly, no more labyrinth of wires! It’s just as easy on the eyes as it is on the ears. What about the sound quality, you ask? Let me put it this way - remember that time when you heard a song in your car and you thought, “Wow, this is my new favorite,” and then you heard it through a good sound system and realized you’d only been experiencing half the song? Yeah, it’s kinda like that. The balance between the bass and the mids is near perfect. Dialogues pop, action scenes rumble, and even the faintest whispers are clear as a bell. Content from just about all genres benefitted from the audio upgrade. The bass control button on the remote proved to be a convenient little feature for late-night binge-watching, too, ensuring I didn’t wake up the whole house when things got a little too explosive on screen. É, assim como nos vários relatos citados, o meu também parou de funcionar com pouco tempo de uso. Recebi o produto como brinde, na compra da TV, e pouco tempo depois, ele parou de funcionar! Levei na assistência técnica e o produto foi condenado! Aí veio a primeira surpresa: eles ligaram querendo me reembolsar o valor contido na NF, que era menos da metade do valor que o produto custava na época que comprei a TV. Tipo, o produto custava 2.400,00 e na NF veio 1.050,00. Então rejeitei a proposta! Pouco tempo depois, voltaram a ligar pra mim, com uma nova proposta, dessa vez para trocar o produto por um outro igual, novo! Aceitei a proposta, mas confesso que ao ler os relatos das pessoas que avaliaram o produto, já estou arrependido de ter aceitado, pois provavelmente dará problema novamente!

When I do get good sound, it sounds perfect, and I can enjoy the sound that emulates the whole room. Volume features are annoying sometimes, but it is easy to figure out. Bluetooth is a little hard to set up, and when I turn on my TV, it disconnects right away. Nothing too crazy for it not to work, or to troubleshoot. Overall it's a wonderful item, and would reccomend.

Pairs easily with a Samsung TV with onec-conmect, such as the frame. Only done side I have started to experience is that when I wake my TV from picture mode the soundbar does not respond, unless I turn the power on and off again on the TV, or manually press power on the soundbar. Other than that small but annoying inconvenience, this soundbar is great and I would highly recommend.

Since I already had the 9200S wireless rear speakers I chose this soundbar. All I have to say is WOW what a difference Dolby Atmos makes. The sound separation is amazing! There's been more than a few times I've been caught off guard and had to rewind the movie to make sure what I heard was from the movie and not in my house. Lol I'm using this with my Samsung AU6000 55" TV. The Q Symphony compatibility is an added bonus. With it on it adds even more depth to your sound experience. If you're on a budget and want to upgrade your viewing experience I'd 1000% recommend this.

Only thing I can say I wish was different is I really wish someone would come up with a mount that would attach the sound bar to the bottom/Top of the tv and not have to put more holes in tour wall just to mount the sound bar but besides that I recommend everyone buy one of these sound bar and sub packages. The sound is absolutely amazing. As I say in all my reviews I absolutely love any and all Samsung Products. Trust me I have tested a huge amount of dif Samsung phones and tablets,headphones and every smart watch except for the watch 6 which hopefully I'll be able to get one very soon, and tvs and sound bars, and Even the washer and dryers but hopefully I'll be able to get a Samsung refrigerator soon as well but got to save up the money lol. HOWEVER, maybe I have some settings wrong or something, but on my Q6CT that I had, when connected with my 2016 Samsung TV using dts 3.0. I couldn't turn the volume above 6 without rattling the windows in my apartment. I know these speakers have the capability to be the best on the market - over Bose, over Yamaha, BUT Samsung has done something with their software that doesn't allow certain codecs to play - causing a major loss in sound quality. My terminology is probably wrong, but if I really knew what I was talking about then I would likely know how to bypass Samsungs software woes to begin with. But that's not the case and I'm stuck with a subwoofer that I literally have to hold my head up to or hand to just to see if it's playing. I really wanted to give 5 stars too.

my review score is temporary and conditional, and i explain why below. when it worked, it worked great, but... i bought and returned two units in less than a month because both failed soon after arriving, in precisely the same way. on setup, everything was great, including the sw9100s rear surrounds i bought. days later, it stopped playing sound from any source, including optical and bluetooth. every review here seems to say the same thing. maybe it's terminally flawed firmware and that updating via usb before using it might address the issue, which seems to require a few hours of use before it happens.

Barajé todas las opciones posibles de varias marcas y al final me decanté por este modelo de Samsung. Sin duda fue todo un acierto. Es increíble que en este rango de precios se pueda encontrar un equipo con Dolby Atmos que suena realmente bien. PROS: - Buena calidad de sonido. Los bajos son increíbles. - Diseño elegante y sobrio. - Con Dolby Atmos y HDMI eARC que realmente funciona. CONTRAS: - La barra es algo voluminosa comparada con otras. - No dispone de WiFi ni Alexa/Google Assistant integrado. Obviamente no es perfecta al no disponer de WiFi ni de otras características más avanzadas que se encuentran en otras barras de precios muy superiores, pero para un usuario medio, es más que suficiente.

Vengo de una HW-B550 y se nota la diferencia entre ellas. Primero la Q600B tiene mas claridad en los dialogos, tienes mas canales 3.1.2 (antes con la B550 2.1), la tecnologia Samsung Beam (los altavoces superiores) se notan que estan y hace la experiencia mas inversiva. La unica pega es que el subwoffer es mas pequeño y menos potente que la B550 y se nota un poco a volumen mas bajo, pero en cuanto la subes ya casi que no se nota.

This was bought to get rid of all the wires from my previous surround sound system that included a receiver. What a blessing! No more wires hanging everywhere and the frustration of detailed configurations. This speaker set up was one plug in the outlet and one hdmi to the tv. Boom, Done! The sound was nice and loud with crisp clarity. Perfect for what I needed. It had ARC support, so it works well with my Apple TV box and remote. The small input display made it easier for me to see what input I was on without being any fuss. The sub woofer is adequate and acts well with Video Games and a Big Blockbuster movie, just ok with tv shows. Blows the TV speakers away. For the price this system delivers. For the value of what you get, I am very satisfied with the purchase.

It looses connection at variest times, even after it's been on for hours, sometimes won't connect with tv. It was professionally installed with the TV. I hope it does not get worst. When an update is available, you can update the Soundbar by connecting the USB drive that contains the update firmware to the SERVICE port of the Soundbar. 1.Go to the Samsung Electronics website (www.samsung.com) → click on the “Support” option in the upper right corner. 2.Click on “Manuals & Software” from the pop-up list > TVs & Home Theater > Home Theater > Select your model 2. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This soundbar is impressive! With the subwoofer connected, I FELT the sound and it was awesome. It's easy to disconnect the woofer and still have better sound than with the TV's speakers. The con is in the setup and the unclear instructions. They don't seem user friendly unless you're a technology geek. I am a geek and it still took several read throughs to understand which setup was going to work best. Sadly, having an older TV meant using the audio port, so I had to order that. It would have been nice if the soundbar came with cables for each setup, considering its cost. Another con that wasn't referred to anywhere is if you turn the soundbar over to access the usb, power, etc ports, you better not press down on the bar, because it goes into some test mode that blasts it's own test music at the loudest volume. That volume could be heard in the neighborhood.

It works seamlessly no matter what application I am using it for. It sounds absolutely SUPERB at all times. From ease of set up, to overall use, sound & aesthetic. I have never had a product that was so simple to connect to and set up. Out of the box to plugged in and running took less than 10 minutes! Exactly plug & play! It looks great in my TV stand and doesn't take up a huge amount of space or stick out like a sore thumb! It is extremely easy to use on a daily basis on my TV. Adquirí esta barra con dudas, no me fiaba mucho de los comentarios que leía, hasta que la instale y puse videos de prueba, principalmente la utilizo para ver películas y series, y el sonido es increíble, la recomiendo, es muy buena, puedes colgar la barra (viene con los soportes) y el woofer al ser inalámbrico te da mucha libertad a la hora de colocarlo, la conexión entre la barra y el woofer se hizo automáticamente.

Recebi o produto através da promoção da Neo Qled 55, inclusive esse foi um dos motivos da compra. Ao estudar sobre o produto aqui vi muitas reclamações mas ainda tinha esperança que o produto viria funcionando, não tive sorte. O produto já chegou com defeito. O subwoofer não funciona. É uma pena mesmo com tantas reclamações não só aqui mas em vários sites o problema persiste. Me admira uma marca como essa com esse tipo de problema recorrente.

Ofrece lo esperado por su precio. Se mejora el sonido del TV sin duda (qn90b en mi caso). La altura del sonido es más que suficiente para un salón pequeño o de tamaño mediano, no he pasado del 25. Tengo ganas de adquirir los altavoces traseros 9200s para completar el conjunto. Estoy satisfecho con la compra, pero si eres muy exigente, debes ir a por la serie 8/9.

I have this for 1 month now. It is absolutely the best and only soundbar you will ever need. I added the 9200 rear speakers that improve the experience 2 fold. Voice is clear in every mode. The adaptive sound mode is unlike anything I have heard, in a great way. Listening to music is a joy. I listen to a lot of 60s 70s rock. Great bass, midrange and treble.

La tengo conectada por HDMIarc y la barra se enciende cuando enciendo la TV y lo mismo al apagarse. Vengo de una barra de sonido sin subwoofer y vale mucho la pena el cambio. Dialogue in movies comes out with such clarity that it feels incredibly lifelike. Al comprar una tv Samsung Q series hay que incorporar una barra Q symphony necesariamente, no sólo para ver peliculas o programas sino también para escuchar música. Aunque el sonido de la tv es bastante bueno la mejora con la barra de sonido es radical. Mi modelo es HW-Q600B/ZF del año 2023.

What Samsung don't tell you is this Soundbar doesn't fit under a Samsung TV even 55-inch because the TV legs hit it as its far too long even though they falsely advertise it with it there images and videos. Its a huge design fault by Samsung which in all honesty is surprising considering Samsung. Guess the designer did no QC and Samsung just went with with. According to Samsung Support its only meant for wall mounted TVs which is not shown anywhere. The sound is OK even with the subwoofer and rear speakers not as good as Bose. I'm sending it all back and going back to trusty Bose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung sound bar, I bought the add on rear speakers Atmos surround is absolutely incredible Samsung is not only the king of phones but kings of audio as well. Atmos movies are incredible but I use my sounbar for music as well very crisp acoustics so happy with the product.
