I love love love it. I wear it 24/7 and take it off only to charge. Its part of my jewelry routine i cant do without. I almost considered it my engagement or wedding ring while still being unmarried haha hahaha Hahaha that's how close and addicted i am to my ring. Its amazing functions are numerous for me to type. I monitor my sleep, heart rate, steps over stress and energy level daily. I would highly recommend to friends and family. It fits well on my desired size finger, i even shower with it all the time and easy to clean. I'm very careful so i don't loose my precious jewelry.

Don't buy this ring. It won't track your heart rate during a workout even if you follow the 6 steps exactly that they tell you too. I do intense cardios and it doesn't register above 109 or so. If I pause midway through and measure it's accurate but the point of this is to track my health. Since it doesn't do that all the other tracking is off and the energy scores and such are useless. I sent it off to be repaired but it didn't fix this. I really regret buying this and not the Oura. I question the accuracy of my heart rate for the rest of the time too.

General Review: This ring is a really good tech device for tracking heart rate and sleep as well as exercise. You are supposed to forget about this titanium-plated ring and let it passively track your heart rate, sleep and exercise. And at only around 3 grams, it's really easy to forget about. Battery: I've only used this ring for a few days and over around 30 hours the battery has only depleted by 20% meaning on a full charge it will last me around a week or even more. If you wear your smartwatch while wearing this ring you can also make the battery last even more as the ring only tracks sleep and heart rate to reduce inaccuracies. Design: The ring has a concaved design which means that the sensors and parts of the watch would not be damaged if it has a collision with the wall or something. The cradle for the ring also looks amazing. It is like its own jewellery box for the ring itself. The ring also fits a lot better than a smartwatch and also tracks heart rate more accurately seeing as though it makes direct contact with your skin from all sides. Value: It's worth it if you want a non invasive and small tech product that you want to be able to completely forget about. However if you just want your average health tracker you'd be better off going with the Samsung watch.

The sizing kit is a great idea and ensured that the final ring fit well and is really comfortable. The ring looks really nice and is a comfy wear day or night. From using it appears the watch hands over tracking when the watch is off or charging and also the ring appears to do most of the sleep tracking. I think this would appeal to galaxy watch users but also people who just want a stand alone fitness device with no screen. Battery has lasted me 8 days from initial use which is great. Overall is a great product and should be a great product category moving forward.

Da kann man dann aus 9 Ring Größen die passende wählen. Hat man das gemacht kann man sich die passende Farbe aussuchen. Meine Wahl vie auf die goldene Version. Fangen wir mal bei Design und Tragekomfort an: Der Ring ist leicht, schmal und sitzt fest am Finger. Sein Design ist eher schlicht gehalten. Mir persönlich gefiel er soweit ganz gut. Funktionalität: Der Ring erfasst zuverlässig Vitalwerte wie Herzfrequenz und Schlaf. Die Genauigkeit der Messungen ist vergleichbar mit der von Smartwatches. Interessant war es vor allem nach dem Schlaf zu sehen wie da die Werte sind. Am besten gefallen hat mir auch jeden Fall das Schlaftracking da ich dieses am meistens genutzt haben. Gemessen wurden die Schlafzeit, Schlafergebnisfaktoren, Schlafphasen, Blutsauerstoff beim Schlafen, Schnarchen, Hauttemperatur im Schlaf sowie Puls und Atmungsfrequenz Bedienung: Er wird ausschließlich über eine App gesteuert, und ein Samsung-Account ist erforderlich. Die Einrichtung erfolgt über die Wearable App auf dem Smartphone. Mein Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra erkannte den Ring direkt und die Kopplung war somit ein Kinderspiel. Danach geht es dann mit der Samsung Health App weiter. Diese liefert nämlich erst die Daten Akkulaufzeit: Die Akkulaufzeit hängt von der Ringgröße ab, diese war bei mir mit 8 Tagen ein Spitzenwert. Allerdings trage ich auch noch eine Smartwatch und der Ring hat somit nur die Aufgabe des Schlaftrackings übernommen. Fazit: Netter Begleiter für den Alltag mit Hoher Akkulaufzeit. Ein tolles Produkt

The ring charge case feels very premium and came charged so I could use the ring straight away. Also included is an USB charge cable. Pairing was simply a case of holding the button down on the charge case for three seconds, a popup appeared on my phone (Samsung 24 Ultra) and then the rest of the process was guided. The Samsung Health app is installed if you don’t have it already. I was up and running tracking heart rate, steps and sleep tracking within minutes - a seamless process. Very happy with my new ring!

In went back and forth about the ring and if I wanted to buy it or not. I have many of the samsung devices so for be it would be just past of the ecosystem. After back and forth I decided to get it in gold, when I first saw it I was impressed by how pretty it looked in person. I have my wedding band and I gave into the watch just because I was planning on getting a titanium ring to preserve my real wedding band. Story short I bought the ring just for the built and look (similar to a titanium nonsmart ring) and did not have big expectations. Yet I was wrong and it actually is a grwst piece of tech. I will take a star off because other ring companies have better tracking features like the Ultra ring, yet it's not IMO a deal breaker since that ring is rather inaccurate according to some.

Superbe bague connectée. Je n'aime pas les montre connectées mais j'aime avoir le suivi santé comme le sommeil, la fréquence cardiaque, les activités sportives, l'oxygène dans le sang etc et elle permet tout ça et en plus de façon très précise ! Elle est classe et le boîtier de recharge est superbe. Contrairement a des infos erronées que j'ai pu lire ailleurs le boîtier est bien compatible avec la recharge sans fil.

This watch does everything it's supposed to very well and efficiently. Battery life is really good. It does as good of a job tracking sleep as my watch ultra and it's way less invasive. I actually think it tracks my heart rate during sleep and oxygen better. And lastly it just looks really good. I love the concave design that keeps it from getting scratched up.

Dank der Probierringe (welche man vorab bekommt) kann man sich die perfekte Größe bestellen. Der Ring kommt mit einem schönen Case zum laden und der Akku hält knapp 6 Tage. Die Einrichtung ist easy und die Messwerte sehr genau. Der Ring kann alles, was auch eine Smartwatch messen kann. Dies soll sogar noch genauer sein. Also perfekt für Menschen, welche noch eine analoge Uhr tragen möchten. Der Ring ist schön leicht und stört trotz der Größe nicht. Schade finde ich es, daß man mit ihm nicht bezahlen kann. Man wird sehen, ob hier seitens Samsung weiter investieren wird und es Nachfolger gegeben wird.

The ring size I got was a 13 which is the biggest Samsung do but having big hands, meant I could only fit this to my right hand ring finger. Not a big issue but ideally would have liked the one size up for my index finger. From opening the box to fitting the ring was just an experience in itself especially when you open the charger case and the halo ring lights up. It's just too cool Fits great and purchasing it in black was definitely a good choice for me. Samsung have definitely opened themselves up for a game changing product. The only thing I would want from the ring would be it to have NFC enabled too.

Ring has been replaced twice due to sudden battery failures. You can tell because the battery life drops from about 7 days down to one to two days overnight. Extremely disappointed about the longevity of this ring for the cost. I luckily I bought the extended warranty and the second time it was replaced it was one year and one month after purchase and just outside of the warranty from Samsung. Extended warranty covered it but you had to pay a fee to get it replaced. Very expensive toy but no longevity at this point. Will not be looking at another in the near future. Aside from that when it works it does what it's supposed to do quite well.

Yes, I took off three stars for it not collected my skin temp for my period prediction data. I used to wear a watch so I made sure I told the app to look at my ring data instead. When that didn't work, I ensured the watch was completely off. Then, I completely disconnected from my account. Still no skin temperature data in the period prediction. It is taking my skin temp overnight for sleep, as you can see by the pictures I've added. The period predictions and such were the main reason I wear this tech. I'll return the stars when they fix that. Otherwise good piece of tech that's comfortable to wear. I did buy the sizing kit prior.

So after 2 LOOONGG months of waiting for this ring because of an error on Samsungs part....I finally got it. Long story short, I like the ring....but it definitely doesn't look or feel premium. It looks and feels like plastic. I have the silver color. Initially I wanted the black but the size(13) wasn't available for purchase at the time. I really didn't know what to expect but I didn't think it would look and feel like this. It's not a deal breaker for me but just an opinion. It is very lite weight and almost don't realize I have it on. I've had it for 4 days now and it's at 78%.....from 100%. So far I like it and time will tell if it was worth it or not.

The Ring itself is made of Titanium where you have the choice of three colours, Matted Black, Silver or Gold. I opted for the Matted Black. I would suggest when ordering your Ring to purchase the Ring Sizing Kit. This was free of charge when I ordered mine and is very helpful when choosing the right size. The presentation of the sizing ring kit appears to be very simple and sleek. When making your choice, it would be prudent to wear the Ring for a week or so, just to ensure that you have made the right decision on your chosen finger and ring size before placing your order. The Ring itself is very well packaged similar to the Ring Sizing Kit. As you open the packaging, you are greeted with a Crystal-Clear Charging Case. As you open the case, you are again greeted with a gentle glow surrounding the Ring itself. The Case itself has several functions; short pressing the button in the middle indicates the battery level of the ring with a slight glow. If you long press the central button, this allows for Pairing Mode. The Case acts as a wireless charger for the Ring and also can be wirelessly charged itself if you have a Charging Pad. The Ring has a sleek concave design and is very comfortable to wear. It is very light in weight to the point you can forget it is there like a standard Ring. Contained on the inside of the Ring is three sensors: 1. Accelerometer – Tracks our Movement 2. Optical Bio-signal Sensor - Monitors our heart rate 3. Skin Temperature Sensor -Provides regular readings on our skin temperature changes. In addition to the above, the Ring is waterproof. From experience of the Ring so far, I have no issues while wearing the Ring in the shower or in a swimming pool. The battery lasts between 5-7 days. The Ring is easy to connect to the Samsung Health App which provides a lot of information in terms of Sleep Tracking, Stress Levels, Step Count, BPM and also provides an Energy Score. It is still early days but the Samsung Galaxy Ring is definitely an interesting piece of kit!

Das Titan hingegen wirkt optisch eher wie Kunststoff und in der Haptik weniger hochwertig. Das transparente Ladeetui mit LED ist ansprechend schick, wertig gebaut und robust. Die Inbetriebnahme ist kinderleicht, der Galaxy Ring hat sich via Bluetooth sekundenschnell gekoppelt und war sofort einsatzbereit. Beeindruckt hat uns die sehr akkurate Messung - die Datenwerte/ das Tracking ist sehr genau und steht der Messung durch eine Smartwatch in Nichts nach - sowie die Puls- und Körpertemperaturmessung und die Möglichkeit, auch nachts sein Schlafverhalten zuverlässig zu tracken auch hinsichtlich der Körpertemperatur und des Auskühlens des Körpers. Wir hatten z.B. das Fieberthermometer verlegt, aber da hatten wir mit dem Galaxy Ring am Finger sofort Abhilfe parat. Spülen, Duschen, Händewaschen ist kein Problem, da der Ring wasserfest ist und somit bestens alltagstauglich. Störungen oder Messabbrüche bei Wasserkontakt konnten wir zu keinem Zeitpunkt feststellen. So leicht und angenehm tragbar er ist, merkt man nicht einmal, dass man den Ring beim Duschen überhaupt noch trägt. Was ist Akkulaufzeit betrifft, so hält der Akkku des Galaxy Rings bei einer Akkuladung mindestens starke 7 Tage und auch das Wiederaufladen in der Ladebox geht sehr schnell. Das hat uns tatsächlich sehr positiv verblüfft. Etwas Bedenken haben wir bezüglich der Sensorik, wenn sich der Ring beim Tragen leicht verdreht und somit von der vorgegebenen Markierung am Ring, wie er am Finger zu tragen ist, abweicht. Aber auch da haben wir keinerlei Abweichungen wahrgenommen. Insgesamt misst der Galaxy Ring für uns stets einwandfrei ohne Unterbrechungen oder Störungen; die Verbindung steht stets stabil. Unser Fazit? Der Galaxy Ring ist ein cooles smartes Wearable, unauffällig dezent, an der Hand kaum spürbar, mit einer starken Akkuleistung! Es liefert einwandfreie Mess-Daten, kann sogar Fieber messen. Und er ist natürlich perfekt für jeden, der gerne die Smart-Mess-Tracking-Funktionen nutzen möchte, aber nicht immer nur eine Smartwatch tragen will. Preislich als kleiner Wermutstropfen tatsächlich etwas hochklassig. Sehr schade finden wir, dass keine Bezahlfunktion verbaut ist, und dass - da mein Freund und ich zuhause mehrere Betriebssysteme nutzen, er nur in der Android-Welt funktioniert. Absolut empfehlenswert!

I love this ring as it does exactly what was promised. I do not have to charge it for 7-8 days. Charging only rakes a couple of hrs to do I love how it tracks my sleep in the app so now i can tell how well I am sleeping. I wear it everywhere swimming and, in the shower, or doing dishes. Samsung was great when I wanted to return my black for gold without an issues. My only complaint is I wish there were a few more larger sizes like 14 and 15 as I wanted to wear this on my index finger but had to settle for ring finger.

The deisgn is reqlly elegant, smooth and flush it doesnt feel like you are wearing a piece off jewellery certainly not one with the amount off tech packed in it. Samsung have released a feature where you make a pinch gesture to mute alarms but also to take photos, lets say you want to take a family photo but want to get in frame this feature allows you to do so. Overall i 100% recommenend this device !!!

Being able to automatically track workouts, my cycle, heart rate and sleep benefits is brilliant. Waterproof means that you can do more than you think too, being able to analyse my data whilst swimming, showering and paddleboarding is going to be a huge benefit for me. The ring comes with it's own charging case which can also be used wireless as well as with the cable, making it a dream to take away with you and keep it charged without taking up lots of room in your bag. I love that I can pair it with my other devices seamlessly too, which will give me the all round support and insights that I have been after.

The long-story-short is, do not buy this ring, because it has one fatal flaw that renders it useless: battery life. I've had it for a little more than a year now, and for the first, say, 9 months, I loved this thing. It was comfortable, accurate, useful, durable. The app was excellent. But after a year... the battery capacity kept going down, down, down. Then it fell off a cliff. Now, after about 15 months, the ring doesn't hold a charge for more than a few hours. If I charge it before bed it's dead before I wake up. If you're willing to get a new ring each year, by all means order this. Otherwise, don't waste your money.

I was very pleased with my ring during the first several months of use. It performed well, and the battery life was excellent, lasting up to four days on a single charge. However, after about four months, the gold finish began to fade significantly.Now, at approximately 11 months of ownership, the battery life has declined dramatically. I've had my ring for ten days. Four days after purchase it scratched and silver shows through on the black. Had I known that would happen, I would've minimally ordered the silver ring since I think the ring looks cheap now. I paid too much for this to happen. The ring is also quite uncomfortable. I'm glad I can at least switch the finger I wear it on to allieve that some what. I am deeply hopeful that the app will improve as well- the app crashes frequently when I try to look at stats, despite that I am accessing it on a Galaxy S24. I've been a Samsung fan for years, but this is not my favorite samsung product.

The health tracking has been super accurate in my testing, and the battery life amazing compared to a smart watch. It charges wirelessly in the provided portable case which illuminates to show the current charge status and I've been getting around 5 days battery life between charges. Wearing it overnight is also incredibly comfortable, the Galaxy Ring tracks a lot of data while you sleep (for it's size!), including your blood oxygen, sleep stages, skin temperature, respiratory rate, and heart rate, and I love that it gives you a sleep score each night (on a 1-100 scale). If you're looking to purchase a smart ring, you really won't regret this purchase!

This is definitely one of those.That's a big package on a small item. The ring packs a lot of features that I like.I personally I got it to help me track my steps And sleep since before I would always rely on my watch.And my phone and sometimes my sleep would not get counted.Since the phone would die at the middle of the night or the watch. The case being a charger as well is a huge plus since sometimes I just charge the case on weekend trips and don't have to worry about carrying an extra cable.The ring has a very good battery life as well and can go up to a week without needing charge. The only downside the ring has is that mine has is that the color has started to fade from the bottom where it normally Hits my desk or from grabbing things. Thequality is super durable and the design is very comfortable to wear.

Adquiri o SAMSUNG GALAXY RING TAMANHO 11 TN PR em Novembro de 2024, utilizo apenas para monitoramento do sono, pois tenho outro Wearable (SSG WATCH ULTRA 47MM LTE PR PPB/P291/14) que uso para atividades físicas, sou cliente da Samsung desde 2010 com o Galaxy Tab, primeiro Tablet da Samsung no Brasil, além também primeiro Galaxy Watch Bt46mm em 2018, diversos da linha S e Note (ate quando existiu) como o Galaxy S5, Galaxy S7, Galaxy S8, Galaxy Note 9, Galaxy Note 10+, Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy S22 Ultra, Galaxy Zfold 6, além de Tv's e smartphones, smartwachs e tablets de minha esposa que também enfrenta o mesmo problema que o meu com o Galaxy Ring e o uso dela é apenas para monitoramento do sono assim como eu, mas a bateria de ambos meu e dela não duram nem durante o sono e a caixinha do meu aguenta 2 cargas, o dela não aguenta 1 carga completa, o que deixo claro com meu histórico é que sou cliente da Samsung a 16 anos e sei da qualidade de seus produtos, no entanto esse Galaxy Ring infelizmente decepcionou, a propaganda é uma, se durasse a metade do tempo, já nao estava bom, mas passar pouco mais de 1 ano e a bateria simplesmente não valer nada é um absurdo, vejo que esse problema ocorre com usuários de todo o planeta onde produto é comercializado, diversas reclamações semelhantes a minha, vejo ate com menos tempo de compra que o meu, que trocam a bateria e o problema persiste pouco tempo depois, acredito que a Samsung em respeito a seus clientes deve tomar providências para que isso seja solucionado, vi que sempre respondem aos clientes com situações semelhantes que deveria ter comprado o serviço do Samsung Care+ que não é nada barato e parece que a Samsung está fazendo produtos "descartáveis" afim de vender esse serviço ou invés de investirna manutençãoda qualidadede seus produtos, isso é lamentável.

I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy Ring and so far, I’m really impressed. The battery life is a big win, it lasts about 4–5 days on a single charge, even with me wearing it nonstop. I keep it on while washing dishes and showering, and it holds up well without any issues. The insights it provides are great, very similar to what I get from my smartwatch, but honestly, better in some ways since my watch usually dies in under 48 hours. Having something smaller and longer-lasting is super convenient. My only real complaint is the style. I chose the black version because it matches everything, but I do wish there were more color or design options beyond just silver and gold. It would be nice if we could customize or change the color to fit different looks. Overall, it’s a great device, functional, comfortable, and reliable. Just hoping for more style options in the future

As if by magic, once I put the ring on my finger, it popped up to sync on my phone. The ring is incredibly comfortable. I didn't expect this as I don't like wearing any rings at all. But I never notice this one. So sleeping with it is easy. Additionally the slight bevel makes it easy to reposition the ring without looking if it moves out of place. It continually monitors your biostats. It is the most accurate sleep recorder I've had yet due to this. It can even alert you if your heart rate is too high or too low. I bought it specifically to get a better tracking of my periods. Previously, I only use a tracker that guesses based on previous periods. This one, however, tracks based on body temperature as well - giving a much more accurate timeframe of ovulation.

Love all the insight it gives me into my sleep as my watch is old and the sleep data was no longer accurate, nit as I refuse to upgrade my watch until the bring out a new rose gold I decided to go with the ring. My major gripe is that the finish isn't robust enough. Got my ring in July and it's now October and the ring os showing h signs of wear on the edges. So unless you get silver I fear all rings will suffer this problem. I would also like to point out it's not on my dominant hand and I tend to remove it when interacting with water. Or doing lifting anything awkward/heavy because it cuts in. So to have significant signs of wear so soon is disappointing for the price point paid.

This ring is interesting, I like the fact that samsung gives you a free sizing kit to test out the fit of the ring. I love that you can get the benefits of your sleep score and your energy score just from wearing the ring to bed. I do wish the color or sheen was more of a metallic look then a matte finish. Much nicer than wearing my galaxy watch while I sleep I have to say it's a purchase I don't regret.

I am very disappointed with Samsung. This was a gift to me from my partner and I loved this ring for the first six months. The battery lasted 5 days and I could track my sleep regularly. Recently the only way I can measure a full night's sleep is if I charge it every single day! This is not acceptable. I expected something better coming from Samsung. I don't recommend this.

I honestly love it even more than I thought I would. It has most of the same tracking features as my watch but is SOO much easier to wear. With the amazing battery life, I essentially have health tracking metrics 24 hours a day. I normally wear my watch, to gather all my health data however I do find it irritating at times, and uncomfortable during sleep. Therefor I am really excited to be able to wear this watch to sleep, and for it to record my vitals, especially in predicting my period. I am impressed that it is so comfy, and unnoticeable that you are wearing it. Also I am impressed that I don't have to remove it when washing my hands or jumping in the shower. I really enjoy wearing this smart ring, and I am so glad that I don't have to subscribe to any subscriptions like other brands too. I would definitely recommend to a friend, and have already suggested to my mum and partner to get one!

Functionality There really isn't much from a visual functionality The Ring shows, however, as I don't like to sleep with my watch on, wearing the ring is so much easier to sleep with and can now track my sleep pattern. Battery Battery life has been great so far, however not having it for long it's hard to tell how well it will last, I've had it on since 100% charge for 24 hours and it's only lost 15% batter, so this will last most of the week. Overall opinion Overall I'm very impressed with the ring, it's more than what I expected for such a small piece of technology, impressed all round with it so far.

This looked like it could help me with keeping a general log on my heart rate. It can even send you alerts to your phone if you're heart rate goes too high or low. Apart from this it also tells you how many steps you do, also how you sleep, telling you your sleep patterns through the night if you get enough hours. It comes in a lovely sleek presentation box. Er ist sehr leicht und angenehm zu tragen, ohne "billig" zu wirken. Um die Akkulaufzeit braucht man sich keine Gedanken machen, der Ring hält fast eine Woche. Meine Fitnessaktivitäten wurden zuverlässig aufgezeichnet und dadurch das er wasserdicht ist, kann man ihn auch problemlos reinigen. Der Energiewert der per AI und allen Daten wie z. B. Schlaftracking berechnet wird ist ein spannendes Feature um sein allgemeines Wohlbefinden berechnen zu lassen. Mit dem Ring kann ich endlich meinen Schlaf tracken, was ich mit einer SmartWatch nicht machen konnte, da sie mich beim Schlafen stört. Mit dem Galaxy Ring konnte ich problemlos schlafen. Einen Kritikpunkt habe ich jedoch, er ist leider sehr Fingerabdruck anfällig, das stört ein wenig... Alles in einem ein super AI Galaxy Ring und ich kann ihn definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Love using the ring although I have a smart watch I like to use a regular watch occasionally but the ring keeps my data going. Very comfortable and never feels exhausting to wear. Definitely try out size before since it runs different than standard rings. You may need to do a wet fit test if you have thicker knuckles and skinny fingers like me. 7 was right to go over my knuckle but fits just right on my finger. So I just use a little water to go on and off, no big deal and I feel like it's secure on my finger rather than going too big and worrying about it falling off.

And when connected in conjunction with my watch igive the best experiance. The overall weight of the ring is almost nothing after 3 days i didnt even notice it. I am yet to try in while showering , swimming etc. but washing hands and washing up. No problem. im not convinced about the 7 day battery life the most i have got out of it is 5 but that is still good enogh . overall very impressed with my latest samsung addition

Aesthetics wise it is lightweight, easy to wear, and fits comfortably. The downside is, I got the gold and the Titanium casing is minimal making it look cheap. Battery life is good. A day takes about 14% of the charge so full charge should last 6-7days. Find my ring function is cool. I wish it vibrated. Samsung health features are limited. The ring will not record your heart rate if you are wearing a galaxy watch. Autodetection of exercise is limited to running and walking ( and didn't work again assuming it was because i was wearing my galaxy watch). The ring came into its own at night when I took off my watch to charge. I could see the sensors flashing and measuring. Sleeping with the ring was seamless and natural(outstrips the watch in this regard).It gives you an energy score and you can drill down into specifics. I also liked the explanations and tips. Overall verdict Underwhelming. It should be updated to work with the Samsung watch otherwise save your money and buy the watch instead.

It arrived in plastic free packaging, and on opening the black ring has a very premium feel. The ring works in alone or in conjunction with other Galaxy devices you may have, to provide a great health insight, especially during sleep. I'd recommend using the free ring size kit in order to get the correct fit, before finalising the ring order. The ring fit's extremely well, I've forgotten it's on when going about my daily routine, and it's surprisingly slim and lightweight. I'm not a natural ring wearer, so am pleased with the un-intrusiveness of this piece of tech. Charging it is easy in the protective case (which also contains a battery) so the actual case doesn't need plugging in very often at all, and when it does, its via a USB-C port. The actual ring I've got is a size 12 - which has the biggest battery - smaller sizes do have smaller batteries for obvious reasons, however my ring is dues to last about a week without re-charging, and all features switched on. If you've got other Galaxy items, or want a start at health tracking, I'd recommend the new Galaxy Ring!

The ring is the child you've always wanted! Good looking, smart and understated. Design and weight were important for me, and the ring is amazingly light and comfortable. I chose the silver colour as it matches my other rings. The ring feels good quality, if not a little plastic feeling. Make sure you get your hands on a sizing kit, very important to double check the ring fits comfortably on your finger. Once on your finger, you do not notice it is there. The wellness tracking, steps and sleep stats are amazing and i imagine as i wear more and the stats build up, i will become more impressed. Ranging from Heart Rate and sleep score, to a step counter. So far after three days, battery is still at 75%, and claimed battery duration is 7 days. The charger is very practical, as I easily lose or knock things off the desk. Even if I do this with the ring and charger - they should stay together. Overall, this is a great device for track, monitoring health/sleep statisctics. There is some basic interaction, e.g. double pinch to take a photo, and assume this will get better as the software evolves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, the size is not a normal ring size due to the sensors, so make sure to use the sizing kit or order a size bigger. If you are a Samsung user, it will work and pair flawlessly. It integrates directly with Wear and Health. I find the form factor of a ring great for getting the extra data, amazing for me as I don’t want notifications, just the health data points during the day and when sleeping. This has been great during my first 48 hours with the ring. The size and technology are truly outstanding. Also, the battery life looks to be in line withh the promised seven-day battery life. The charging case is also a nice touch, with the ring around the case showing charge levels and when charging is complete. The case is USB-C and Qi compatible and can itself charge the ring a couple of times. The device, tested in water, in the shower and the Center Parcs pool, has not missed a beat and provides heart rate data even when going down the rapids! The only letdown so far is the black paint; my ring appears to be chipping already, which raises significant concerns about how long this version will retain its attractive appearance. I can reconditioned the ring to Samsung users after health data without a watch, but with a warning that the black version maybe not be the best bet if you want ot as a fashion statement long term.

However for texting fitness it is terrible, I ran several times with it with a GPS Garmin watch which showed 5k and the ring said I had ran 4.2k. I then wore my galaxy watch on the same run and even though it had the same steps as the ring, the ring once again inaccurately said 4.2k. My step count is also massively out on the ring despite all my credentials remaining accurate. Disappointing as I want to ditch wearing a watch for fitness/step and sleep tracking.

A ring testing kit delivered in a slick black box followed by the product in an equally stunning presentation case was exactly what I expected from a high value premium product. Not a lover of wearing a watch to bed but interested in my sleep patterns and health, this does it in an extremely comfortable way. The data collected via the app is amazing and interesting and displayed in a very understandable way. It brings a sense of excitement in the mornings to see how my night had been and in comparison, to previous. The app gives as much as the product itself. I opted for the Black version, and I am not disappointed. It is durable, scratch resistant and easy to setup and use. The battery life is fantastic and having a charging station/dock provided makes this an item that can be taken everywhere. The light sensors are raised towards the inside of the ring and take a little getting used too. However, in lowlight you can see them clearly working and measuring data and lighting up the base of the finger. The Ring has been beautifully designed, and the performance of the smart aspect is much better than I original thought and gave credit for. I would recommend this to others that have a Samsung Smart Phone as the interaction between the 2 devices is seamless!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my smart ring and upon opening the box, you see the ring inside the elegant charging case, it arrived fully charged and upon opening the charger and removing the ring, I automatically got a message on my phone to add my ring, within around a minute, it was synced and working, I'm amazed by the power, spec and battery of the ring considering its size. After 1.5 days, I suspect the battery will last over 6 days, this will be extended when wearing with my Galaxy watch apparently, but I wanted to test the ring without the watch to start with as I know some features of the ring and watch get disabled to preserve the battery of both devices. The main reason I wanted the smart ring was because I've always disliked wearing my smartwatch in bed as its not comfortable, however, I find the ring comfortable and now have all the same stats I had before. I also find the blood o2 sensor is more stable, as before my watch was always too tight, or moved in my sleep and didn't record fully, I no longer have that problem. My steps seem to be accurate and I'm looking forward to trying with more physical activities to see how this effects my energy score There are features that aren't enabled yet, but Samsung say they are coming soon. These include taking photos or snooze alarm clocks by pinching my fingers All in all I'm extremely happy with my purchase and looking forward to the added features coming soon.

The charge lasts a long time, the ring and case both charge quickly, and I prefer the portability of the Galaxy Ring + charging case setup over my old Oura Horizon Gen 3. The paint is starting to scuff off on the edges a little bit, but I expected that to happen as wear-and-tear from normal usage. Would recommend this as an addition for others already in the Samsung product ecosystem.

The brushed titanium silver is beautiful. The ring is incredibly lightweight, and the sizing is perfect. I wore the sizing ring for over 3 days to ensure the fit was going to be right, and I am glad it is. The ring feels natural and comfortable to wear all day. It is durable and hard-wearing, waterproof and easy to clean. It does capture fingerprints, but a quick wipe and it is good. I have a Samsung phone so the pairing was very simple. The ring was detected instantly by the Wearable app and was set up ready to go within a few minutes. My health data and targets etc were synced too. Having Samsung products already makes a huge difference as they all talk to each other within the ecosystem. My phone, watch and ring are all in sync and work together seamlessly. The ring is intuitive and has measured heart rate and workouts very well. The sleep measurements on snoring and blood oxygen is very insightful and I am looking forward to a fuller picture in the next few weeks. I like looking at the energy score and hope future updates capture more health data and workouts. I have had it for over 24 hours and the battery life seems to be great so far. The case itself carries charge so doesn’t need to be plugged in for over two weeks! I am pleased with the ring and I am sure it will get better with future software upgrades.

Even so the ring was much tighter when it arrived then the ring sizer was on my finger. I would also say the sizes are limited and not made for people with larger fingers. It has a good price point compared to other similar smart rings as there is no monthly fee. I was very impressed with the look of the ring. I got the Titanium silver one. I was quite surprised at how flimsy and light it was when I picked it up and very plasticky. It is very easy to wear and looks good on my finger. It tracks health and wellbeing although is quite limited on which workouts it can track compared to other smart rings. The best part of the ring is the sleep tracker. Each morning, the Ring feeds information about your previous day to the App, which gives you an Energy Score comprised of the following factors: Sleep time average, Sleep time consistency, Bed/wake time consistency, Sleep timing, Previous day activity, Sleeping heart rate, and Sleeping heart rate variability, or HRV. It gives you lots of useful information and also there is a temperature tracker and it tracks runs and walks. It also provides well being tips based on your data. It is a shame that it is only compatible with Android phones and this may put come people of buying it. Hopefully in future there will be software updates to enable more people to use it.

Having access to their ecosystem and tying all my devices together is a great selling point and the ring works out of the box with their watches to provide a seamless experience. Battery life is great, easily lasting several days and when it does come time to charge it, just throw it in the charging case for an hour or so and your good again for another week. Luckily if you have also purchased their Watch, you won't lose tracking whilst it's charging since the watch and Ring work together in tandem. The health tracking looks great too. Able to track your sleep, heart rate, skin temperature and other things too. The sleep reports are detailed, and provide easy access to analytics showing you where your lacking and need to improve. It's also allows you to track your average heart rate whilst sleeping. Improvement wise, I'd like to see blood pressure monitoring included. This is a feature that appears to be coming to some other competitor devices, but I get that Samsung needed to deliver a solid offering here for their first attempt and that future versions could introduce additional features like this. Same goes for NFC payments, it would be very useful to be able to pay for things with the ring. Overall this is a solid effort from Samsung and a great first attempt to get into the smart ring market. Like their other devices, I expect they will quickly innovate and then refine their rings over the next few years.

The instructional video for sizing was simple and easy to follow! After 24 hours of testing (as ring size changes between day/night and at different temperatures) I was confident of my ring size and confirmed it on my order. The ring itself has a beautiful sleek design and doesn’t clash with other pieces of jewellery. The reason why I bought the ring was to get the same benefits of health tracking that you’d get with a smart watch without constantly feeling that it’s there and the Samsung ring absolutely achieves this. I barely noticed that I was wearing the ring as it’s really lightweight and comfortable to wear. The battery life is great as it has only depleted by a few percent after just over a day of use so I’m sure the ring would stay charged for well over a week. In regard to tracking, the insight that the ring provides in terms of sleep quality and exercise is good. After analysing my sleep patterns and sleep score, I realised that my sleep is more interrupted than I thought it was so will be making changes to help with that. The ring recorded my workout pretty well so I had an accurate measure of my heart rate throughout, exercise time and approximately how many calories I burned. I think I’ve finally found my perfect health and fitness companion and I’m super excited to test the ring out more and get properly acquainted with all its features!

The battery lasts for quite a few days, and you can easily check it by placing it back in its case. The ring syncs with the Health app without flaw and uploads the data to the phone. It has taken me some time to get familiar with the app, but after a few days, I have familiarised myself with most of the features but I am still learning. During the day, it tracks steps and calculates activity time, beats per minute, stress level and oxygen levels, although I'm not really sure how accurate the stress indicator is. The app gives supportive notifications once you have reached your daily goals, steps, calories and minutes and prompts you to move if you have been inactive for too long. You can record workouts like walking and running and more, and it gives a lot of information about them; here I may be missing a graph of the heart rate, but still, there is a lot of data. It has a great section about sleeping. It calculates a sleeping score and shows the different stages of my sleep: deep, REM, and light. It also shows graphs with oxygen levels and beats per minute across the night. The graphs look a bit small on my phone. Snoring detection is not activated by default, and you need to have your phone nearby to detect it when sleeping. You can also compare and check the data from previous days. Overall, I think it is a great device. It has exceeded my expectations regarding the data that it tracks. The learning curve of the app has been a bit steeper than I initially anticipated but worth the time to understand better my sleep habits and physical activity.

My ring sits comfortably and discreetly on either my index finger or ring finger constantly recording a good deal of information. As a piece of jewellery, it is fairly non-descript, it is plastic, coloured to look like various metals. I’d like to see them embrace the “plastic” and perhaps offer some funky colours, or pearlized finish, rather than trying to pretend it is metal. That said, my colleagues at work commented on how robust it looked, and were genuinely surprised when I said it was plastic. It comes in a great little charging case, which sits by the side of my bed. The charging case looks expensive, and will ensure that I won’t lose my ring when charging it! It’s also great for travelling, ensuring my ring is always protected when not on my finger. The battery holds a decent charge, and I get about 7 days before I’m reminded by my phone that my ring needs charging. Set up was super easy! I took it out the box, my phone beside me, and it connected immediately without me actually having to do anything! The data it collected is very insightful, helping me with my weight loss programme. It tracks your activities, monitors heart rate, calories burned and gives a good insight into your sleeping habits, including recording your snoring habits, much to my amusement! The app is intuitive to use and it’s easy to track improvements in your health. Having used the ring for about two weeks now, I’d definitely recommend this as a fitness tracker, but I would like to see some creativity in the plastic body of the ring.

Pairing the ring with my S24 took just a few seconds through the Wearable app. The seamless health tracking integration with my phone, watch, and ring has been impressive. The ring's lightweight nature makes it comfortable for wearing all-day and all-night, and its battery life appears to be excellent, likely lasting at least 8 days before requiring a recharge. Tracking health metrics with the Galaxy Ring has been insightful. The sleep measurements provide a comprehensive view of my sleep quality, which is especially useful as I suffer with Severe Obstructive Sleep Apnoea. I used to rely on my Galaxy Watch for tracking my sleep, now I can put the watch on charge and use my Galaxy Ring. The Galaxy Ring is proving to be a fantastic health and fitness companion. Fortunately, Samsung appreciate that you need to get this right and give you the option to receive a ring sizing kit prior to choosing the actual ring size you want. This came through very quickly and comes in a box with nine different sizes to try on. This ensures you can pick the right ring for the right finger and is a great idea. Upon receiving the actual ring i was impressed by the charging case it comes in which feels premium. The ring upon first putting it on felt a little bulky and definitely took some getting used to despite having already had a trial with the dummy rings. However, after 24 hours of wearing the ring it has already got to the point where I forget it is there similar to my wedding ring. The main benefit that I was looking forward to with the ring was finally being able to track my sleep at night which I had never been able to achieve with a watch. The ring tracks multiple different criteria such as your sleep stages, your blood oxygen and your skin temperature. It even can track when you snore and much to my embarrassment get your phone to record the audio so you can play it back to hear exactly what you sound like! The battery on the ring is very long lasting. Upon receiving the ring it had 80% battery. A week later and without having yet charged it, the battery remains at 26% charge. This is despite wearing it at all times, visiting the gym twice, going on multiple dog walks a day and then normal every day activities in between. Overall the ring achieves what it sets out to do which is be a discrete smart tracker and it does this well. Given that this item is new I am sure there will be further updates to the software to bring even more features to the ring. I am glad I made the purchase.

It is available in 3 colours - black, silver and gold. I decided to get the free ring sizing kit to help confirm what ring size I needed. These rings are a plastic replica of the galaxy ring. They came promptly in the mail and neatly packaged. I was able to try the various size rings to determine what size of galaxy ring I needed and which finger I preferred to wear it on. Once I had worn the sizing ring for 24 hours as Samsung suggest I went online and ordered my correct size knowing it was going to be the right size and comfortable to wear whilst doing my usual tasks. The Galaxy Ring arrived a couple of days later and I was very excited to start wearing my new piece of tech. I opened the box to find it in all its glory inside and neatly packaged charging case. It looks so beautiful in its charging case, an ingenious design by Samsung. Once I opened the charging case it easily synced with my Samsung phone and was able to start the software download and in less than a minute it was ready to wear. If your phone doesn't detect the ring, put ion back in it's charger and press the button in the case for 3 seconds and your phone with connect. Super simple and easy to connect and set up, another great quality about Samsung. I've been wearing the ring since it arrived. I have to say I'm very impressed with the ring, the design, colour and stylishness. It is super comfortable to wear throughout the day and during sleep. I'm also impressed that the galaxy watch and ring will disable features to preserve the battery life between the devices extending the health data your receive on your phone. I can't wait for the new added features coming soon for the ring. The ring is great for anyone looking to improve their health and for any tech head like myself. I chose the Samsung Ring because I like smartwatches, but I dislike the daily charging, sleeping with a watch on, and the constant vibrations and alerts. I'm still interested in tracking my wellness and sleep patterns. The ring allows me to wear jewellery and traditional watches with less maintenance. I used the sizing kit before ordering the ring, and I'm glad I did because I changed my mind about which finger felt the most comfortable. I ended up choosing my middle finger over my index finger. I was between sizes 8 and 9 but chose the smaller size for a better fit. The samples are true to size, but the actual ring is even more comfortable. The ring features health tracking, including activity, heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, cycle tracking, and blood oxygen level monitoring, all synced with the Samsung Health app. The best part is that I get all this data from such a tiny product, without any added subscription costs, and the battery lasts several days on a single charge. It pairs seamlessly with Samsung devices, offering intuitive app integration. Pros: - Stylish and comfortable - Comprehensive health tracking - Long battery life Cons: - Lack of contactless payments feature - Limited display interaction Conclusion: I highly recommend the Samsung Ring for making my life easier, and blends style with functionality, making it ideal for Samsung users seeking a fashionable tech accessory. Despite the premium price, it offers excellent features and convenience, providing a breath of fresh air in the oversaturated smartwatch market. The ring is still in its early days of development, with many more features and functionalities to be developed.

I love this ring. It does so much. It captures information while I sleep to then create an energy score for the day. Galaxy AI combines sleep information, heart rate, exercise, body temperature and other measurements to determine my energy score each morning. When I am not wearing my Watch 7, the Ring tracks steps and exercise also. This Ring is amazing and a great complement to my Watch. I absolutely love it. The battery lasts for days before a charge is needed. It charges quickly in the case. Buy the Ring, you wont regret it!

I love my ring, it's far more comfortable to wear while sleeping to track. And just love wearing it more then my watch. It's nice to have the option to wear something less noticeable and still be able to track thing. The only thing I dislike about the ring is how quickly it's wearing i purchased black and after 1 week I can see scratches of silver coming through on the bottom side (palm side) I do remove my ring and use my watch for tracking when doing fitness activities so this is just from other everyday activities. It would be interesting to see what more samsung can do with the ring as time goes. Being able to snooze my alarm or take a photo by pinching my fingers is neat but I thought being able to pinch my fingers to forward a call would be cool too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung's entry into the smart ring market has been long awaited and I was thrilled to finally get to try it out. The sizing process for the Galaxy Smart Ring was handled well - a small box with plastic replica rings from sizes 5-13. I tried on a few sizes and on different fingers before settling for the one that fit comfortably both day and night. I did the sizing before ordering my ring, but you can also get a sizing kit as part of your order and they will ship the ring with your chosen size. Unboxing is always fun, and I love the case that the Galaxy Ring comes in. This doubles as a charging cradle and on the go charger for the ring, due to its built in battery. It's still early days with regard to testing battery life, but it is rated for up to 7 days on a full charge. I'm one day since a full charge showing 87% remaining, so that's within the expected range. The ring is comfortable to wear (helped by choosing the right size before ordering!) and looks quite nice - not too thick or conspicuous, which is what I wanted. The main features are of course the health information that is tracked by the ring - primarily activity, heart rate and sleep. Sleep tracking seems to be quite accurate, although I'll need to track it over a longer period to get some practical insights. Heart rate tracking is displayed in graphs with Min/Max per hour as well as a rolling daily resting average. This is all tied together through an "Energy Score" which takes in all of the tracked metrics and gives suggestions based on this (e.g. "Don't overdo it!" which I received the day after a long run). This also highlights areas that require attention (sleep, recent activity etc) Unfortunately some of the gesture features that I have looked forward to (tap index finger and thumb together to take photo or cancel an alarm) are not yet supported on my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra phone, but this is expected to be added in the next software update (One UI 6.1.1 ). So far I'm really impressed by the ring and am looking forward to getting some more insights into my current sleep and activity habits. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who likes to track these sorts of things, but perhaps doesn't want to wear a smart watch all of the time.

The charging case is a proper touch, so simple to keep it by the bed and even carry around for it to charge when it's out of battery. It may be unfair to give it 4 out of 5, because my odd rationale is that it's not as smart as a smart watch and perhaps I expected it to do more, even though it does exactly what it says on the tin - I am just glad not to have to charge something every couple days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being an Samsung Android user it's been great to get the Samsung ring. My main use case was to provide a view into sleep anbd step tracking, without having to accept wearing a big smart watch 24/7. The ring form factor works brilliantly for this and is a much more convenient way to constantly generate this insight in a subtle way. The ring sizing approach from Samsung was excellent and I definitely recommend grabbing the free ring sizing kit. I ended up with a size 12 worn on my middle finger after expecting to use a smaller size on a ring finger so the chance to trial was valuable. Unboxing experience was positive and the supplied charger case felt premium and will be useful on longer trips to easily recharge the ring. This won't be often however as battery life has proved to be excellent, usually lasting 6+ days between charges with all tracking options activated (aside form snore tracking!). The ring itself is very light and comfortable with an understated design. It also appears to be pretty robust with no sign of wear after nearly a months solid use 24/7. Sleep tracking, my main interest from the ring, appears to work well with some interesting insights in the Samsung health app. I'm not sure how much "use" some of the details about blood oxygen and skin temperature are, but they are interesting to look through. There has also been a good correlation between nights where I have not slept well and woke up feeling groggy with the ring showing issues in my sleep (awake time, not enough deep sleep etc). More than anything though I've definitely found that since having the ring I am more conscious of trying to get good quality sleep. Step and activity tracking is super handy to be able to track all the time without needing to wear other devices like a watch. One small issue is that I'm not yet convinced though that the workout tracking works perfectly. I have not always seen "walking" workouts be auto-detected reliably. Finally in the last couple of days the software upgrade has enabled gesture control on my Samsung Ultra S24. While it only supports alarm cancellation and taking a picture, these are suprisingly convenient. Overall, it's a good device in an excellent form factor and offers an interesting insight into sleep and activity. I'm not sure it's something to use though, if perfect activity tracking accuracy is what you need.

Der Ring selbst, liegt in einem sehr hochwertigen, durchsichtigen Ladecase, mit LED Anzeige und einem durchdachten, wunderschönen Design. Alles wirkt sehr wertig und sehr ansprechend. Im Vorfeld sollte man sich natürlich einmal das Size Kit bestellen, denn dieses ist eine sehr gute Möglichkeit um vor dem Kauf herauszufinden, welche Ringgröße am besten passt. Da sich die Dicke der Finger über den Tag ändern kann, sollte man den Probe-Ring mind. 24h tragen. Ich konnte den Ring nun einige Tage testen und bin mehr als begeistert von den Auswertungen des Rings auf der Wear App. Der Ring zeigt mit sehr detaillierte Auswertungen über meinen Schlafzyklus, das finde ich sehr bemerkenswert und super interessant. Die Daten werden übersichtlich in der App erfasst und ich kann täglich auf diese Daten zugreifen und mir über alle wichtigen Vital Werte einen sehr guten Überblick verschaffen. Der Ring ist sehr leicht, schmal und besitzt ein sehr geringes Gewicht, war das Tragen in der Nacht und im Alltag sehr angenehm macht. Eine Smartwatch legt man in der Nacht auch lieber ab, da ich sie oft als störend empfinde, aber dieser Ring und diese Leichtigkeit, machen das Tragegefühl in der Nacht sehr angenehm. Außerdem arbeite ich in einem Büro, die Arbeit dort ist an manchen Tagen sehr anstrengend und wirklich arbeitsreich, der Ring liefert mir auch hier detaillierte Informationen über mein Stresspegel, Sekunden genau. Das finde ich wirklich beeindruckend. Ich kann durch den Ring nach einem langen Arbeitstag punktgenau nachvollziehen, wann mein Stresslevel besonders hoch war und mir für die nächsten Tage als Ziel setzen, mich in solchen Momenten mehr auf mich zu achten und kurz mal eine Pause einzulegen. Der Funktionsumfang im Vergleich zu einer Smartwatch ist eher eingeschränkt bzw. begrenzt, aber ich finde den Ring sehr wertig verarbeitet und sehr schlicht in seiner Optik. Ich trage gern schwarze Kleidung, daher bindet er sich super in meine täglichen Outfits ein. Auch das tragen während des Händewaschens oder Duschen stellt kein Problem dar, da der Ring wasserdicht ist. Die App arbeitet natürlich vorrangig lieber mit Samsung Handys, ich konnte aber bisher auf meinem Honor keine Einschränkungen feststellen. Ich würde den Ring uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und bin wirklich sehr zufrieden.

[Diese Bewertung wurde im Rahmen einer Werbeaktion gesammelt.] Insgesamt bin ich bei der Testung des Samsung Galaxy Rings (in der Farbe Silber) auf folgende Ergebnisse gekommen: Zuersteinmal war die Einrichtung und Verbindung mit einem Smartphone kinderleicht und in wenigen Minuten geschafft. Das Design des Rings ist sehr schlicht gehalten, was ich erstmal sehr gut finde. Er passt zu jedem Anlass und zu jedem Outfit. Etwas störend finde ich aber das sichtbare, schwarze Innenleben, wenn man seitlich auf die Hand schaut. Auch trage ich gerne mehrere Ringe gleichzeitig, wobei der Galaxy Ring etwas "billiger" aussieht, im Vergleich zu den anderen Ringen. Er wirkt nicht so glänzend wie ein Ring aus Edelstahl, sonder eher etwas matter. Er fühlt sich sehr nach Plastik an und sieht leider auch ein bisschen so aus. Zu der Form ist mir aufgefallen, dass er anders geformt ist, als meine anderen Ringe. Wenn man ihn seitlich betrachtet, wirkt die Krümmung ein wenig konkav (in der Mitte tiefer als am Rand). Dies würde ich an sich als neutral bewerten, da man ihn selten so genau betrachtet. Das Gewicht vom Ring ist wirklich super. Er ist sehr leicht, wodurch man ihn kaum am Finger merkt. Generell ist der Tragekomfort hoch, wodurch man ihn auch super zum Schlafen und Sport machen tragen kann. Ich persönlich trage ihn deshalb vor allem lieber zum Schlafen, als die Smartwatch. Auch das Health-, Schlaf- und Fitnesstracking funktionieren super. Es ist alles so, wie man es von der Galaxy Watch kennt, wodurch man sich nicht umstellen muss. Man erhält einen sehr detaillierte und übersichtlichen Bericht über alle gemessenen Daten und Körperfunktionen. Zusätzlich zu den Funktionen meiner Watch, kann der Ring die Körpertemperatur und Atemfrequenz messen, was ich als einen netten Zusatz betrachte. Die Sensoren funktionieren dabei sicher, zuverlässig und in Echtzeit. Besonders gut finde ich den Wasserschutz. Man kann den Ring in jeder Lebenssituation tragen; sei es unter der Dusche, beim Schwimmen oder bei abspülen von Geschirr. Man muss sich keine lästigen Sorgen machen, den Ring ablegen zu müssen. Auch der sehr lange haltende Akku trägt dazu bei. Man kann ihn tagelang tragen, ohne daran denken zu müssen, ihn aufzuladen Hauptsächlich benutzte ich den Galaxy Ring als kleineren und leichteren Ersatz für die Galaxy Watch, um Schlaf und Fitness zu tracken. Insgesamt bin ich sehr positiv überrascht von dem Ring. Ich trage ihn fast durchgehend und will ihn nicht mehr missen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a diabetic, monitoring my health has become an important part of my daily routine. My smart watch has been invaluable for this but I don’t always remember to charge my watch and I don’t like wearing it when I sleep. A smart ring therefore seemed like a great alternative. When ordering you have the option to buy a sizing kit comprising a number of plastic rings so you can determine what will fit you best and which finger you want to wear it on (it does recommend using your index finger for gesture control functions but it will work on any finger or thumb). I strongly recommend doing this as the sizing system wasn’t one I was familiar with and the sensors on the inside of the ring may affect the fit. Once you’ve worked out what fits you best, you confirm the size and await delivery. The ring arrives in a gorgeous clear charging case that has an LED ring around the centre displaying how much charge the case has left in it or how much charge the ring has when it’s placed in the case. The case supports wireless charging or USB C, handy if you need to use your phone to reverse wireless charge. You use Samsung Health and Wearable to interact with the ring and access the data it tracks, such as heart rate, blood oxygen levels, sleep analysis etc as well as setting alerts reminding you to move, drink water or if your heart rate goes above or below a specified level. If you’re managing a diet you can also use the app to record what you’re eating too which is quite useful. The ring automatically detects walking and running and proved very good at recognising when I broke into jog while walking. It can track other activities too but these need to be manually selected from the phone app. The real stand out for me though was the sleep analysis – it gave me an incredibly detailed breakdown of the different phases of sleep, my skin temperature during sleep (which helped me to spot what was waking me up) and it provides tips for getting better rest. Battery-wise I comfortably got to the end of 6 days before it hit 20% and I felt the need to top it up. Overall, it’s an incredibly easy device to integrate into your daily routine and you can happily put it on and just let it do its thing. I’d like to see a little more functionality and I look forward to trying out gesture control when my S23 Ultra receives the appropriate update but in the meantime it's a useful tool when you're managing your weight or living with certain conditions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's a lot of competition in the smart ring market these days, and I was concerned that Samsung's attempt would be met with turbulence. However, I'm happy to say I think they've done a fantastic job. I opted for the matte black ring, and after wearing the sizing kit for a few days chose a size 9 for my finger. The ring itself is much more comfortable than the sizing kit, so don't let that put you off if you choose to check your size first. The packaging is very on brand for Samsung - minimalistic, functional and timeless. The box that houses the ring itself is almost like a wedding ring box, as you open it upwards to reveal the ring inside the charging case. Everything you need is in the box (excluding a mains adapter, so you'll need a USB-C plug on hand). The charging case has some weight to it, which adds to it's premium design and feel. The hinge for the lid is smooth and tactile, which feels great to use. Once open you're met with a ring of light which shows the charge percentage of the case. When placing the ring on in the case it will show the charge percentage of the ring before fading out. I've not tested the actual capacity of the charging case, but it is stated to hold 1.5 times the charge of the ring. The ring itself is incredibly light, surprisingly so in fact. The material doesn't feel like titanium, or metal at all actually, but this is due to the scratch resistant coating that Samsung have applied. I absolutely forget it's on my finger sometime, which is surprising because of the sensors mounted to the inside of the ring (not to mention a battery too). My Samsung S34 Ultra detected the ring instantly, and within seconds I was connected and being taken through the basic info of the ring. So far it's been very interesting, and while coupled with a Samsung watch the pair communicate to give you accurate and up to date readings. My first night sleep with the ring was my biggest highlight though, as it tracked my heartrate, blood oxygen, body temperature and sleep quality; wrapping everything up in a sleep score. It told me what type of sleep I had and what the benefits of each were (light, heavy, REM). And I think the cherry on top is that there is no subscription fee for this, setting it apart from the competition. Overall I think Samsung have done a great job with the ring. It's missing some gestures that were advertised (coming soon to UK), and some types of sensor readings. But all in all I'm very impressed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ring is wonderful it keeps the health features continously connected and the readings consistently monitored and updated especially when paired with the watch 7 a great addition to phone and watch as the AI makes the connections seamlessly automatic between the s24 watch 7 and galaxy ring the battery life is phenomenally long maintaining continuity so sleeping with it on is no problem less worry about it dying and the comfort makes it seem as if I didn't notice I was wearing it and it looks great with other accessories bracelets rings watches etc......contently comfortable delightfully durable makes health regimen and exercise activities worth the extra push

Something so small that can measure; heart rate, sleep, blood oxygen, mentrual cycles , workouts, energy score, oxygen levels, stress levels, works with other samsung AI devices. Really enjoy the health AI features how it works together with my Samsung Fold 6, and samsung smart watch 7 AI features work together to compare & summarize your health results. The ring stays charged for 5 days, and when ring needs to be charged it charges quickly in a neat looking smart case. Which wireless charges too. This ring is so comfortable I forget that I am wearing it. I strongly recommend this ring when tracking your health.
