[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never knew a refrigerator could have this many features! The Family Hub is so useful and easy to use, I had no idea what to expect. I Never would have thought I would want a refrigerator with features like a touchscreen, but now I don’t think I could have one without it! From being able to put to-do lists on the home screen to keeping track of expiration dates, this feature is super convenient. Moving on to the inside of the fridge, it is massive inside. Where we used to not be able to see everything we had in our old fridge, to now being able to clearly see everything due to the amount of space and the bright LED lights, we couldn’t be happier. We are able to organize our fridge how we want to maximize all of the space, along with not wasting as much food as we did before. Now for the freezer, I was skeptical because I’ve never had a bottom freeze and I didn’t think there would be as much space as a side-by-side, but boy was I wrong. We put everything we had in our old side-by-side freezer into the bottom freezer and still have space to use (photos taken before!). Also, we love the different types of ice, especially the Ice Bites. I found that using the Smart Things app is very helpful with remembering what to put on a shopping list and uploading photos that show on the fridge door. Gone are the days of magnets holding photos up, you can easily and quickly put them on a screen! We have only used the Power Freeze option one time, to speed up the making of ice because we had family over and that worked great! We never ran out of ice and that was a feature I didn’t even know about originally! Overall, we love this fridge, the size, the amazing features, the brightness, and the Family Hub makes me highly recommend owning this refrigerator!

I always buy Samsung genuine filters. I know you are fighting thefts but at what expense. Honestly I have to work hard to get the filter out of the packaging. The plastic is so hard and no way to open it so I have to cut open the packaging which creates sharp edges and points. Honestly, this is at best dangerous. I really would not want to injure myself just to get the product. Can you please do something to make this better?

Word of warning, when you place your order make sure you get the correct filter by calling. Do not go by the recommendations online. I bought a two pack and they sat for a couple months till I got back from out of town and they were the wrong filter. You only have 15 to 30 days to return so I was out of the window. I am very pleased with this filter and the taste of my water. Having the indicator light in the fridge has been a great help since I can be away for months at a time. Love my new appliance suite!

The water filter is so hard to get on. I just replaced mine a month ago left for work on Friday came home after 9hrs to find i has w inches of water in my kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and living room. I have water damage to everything carpet has to be replaced and cabinets and since it was the weekend have to wait till Monday for insurance and hope they will cover it. I am scared to leave to house now. O yea not mention my neighbor also have water damage. This all had to do with the water filter.

I inserted my genuine Samsung water filter. Went out to run some errands. Came home an hour later and there's water dripping out of the ceiling in my basement. The genuine Samsung water filter didn't seal. I have replaced water filters my entire life, I know how to do it properly. Worst product ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we bought this filter from samsung after doing some research. there are a lot of 3rd parties provide same model filter, but some of them has fitting and leaking issue, so we decide to buy the original samsung one to avoid problem. but we are wrong!!! this water filer doesn't fit our samsung fridge perfectly even it's same mode.it won't go all the way in after install the new filter. we don't have the leak problem so far, but it just does't give us the original feel. it's a bit disappointment.

Totally worth the change! The inside is big and holds a ton! The bottom skinny drawer holds my plastic egg cartons like a dream! We go through a ton of eggs! But the three ice makers will sell me every time. The other luxury items are cool. Not sure they are necessary but certainly makes things easier and neat.

I also love the Smart Hub feature as I get to put photos of our family on (very easily with the Smart Things app), create grocery lists, create expiration lists, and put little reminders on the fridge for our entire family. This has been one of the coolest features that I never thought I needed. I am also very impressed with the different ice features, especially the Ice Bites, they remind me of getting a drink at my local gas station and I prefer that ice over any other. The capacity of this refrigerator truly is "Mega" as I have more room with all of the drawers and ample shelf space to put whatever we want in there. I have only needed to use the Power Freeze feature once as the freezer makes plenty of ice, but I did need it for a family event and it did not disappoint. We never ran out and it made it very convenient to be prepared for the family! I would highly recommend this refrigerator to everyone!

I had always loved Samsung products so we have purchased several through the years but the standards recently have fallen short over the past few years. The dryer heating element went out in the first year we purchased our Samsung washer and dryer and the design they used on our new Samsung Refrigerator leaves alot to be desired, the ice maker especially!! Our old refrigerator (Amana)lasted us over 25 years and the icemaker made it to 20 years. We had had success in other Samsung products so we opted for the Samsung Refrigerator we have had it less than 3 yrs and have had trouble with the ice maker within the first year ice always building up and preventing ice from being made, very poor design. And then today the water on the door tried to flood my kitchen after I had just filled a cup, the water just kept on flowing freely even with the door opened. Apparently the switch on the inside of the door is faulty!!! SAMSUNG WHERE HAVE YOUR STANDARDS GONE?!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I think we will be switching our appliances out to another company until or if Samsung can ever fix their newly designed defective practices.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never knew a refrigerator could have this many features! The Family Hub is so useful and easy to use, I had no idea what to expect. I Never would have thought I would want a refrigerator with features like a touchscreen, but now I don’t think I could have one without it! From being able to put to-do lists on the home screen to keeping track of expiration dates, this feature is super convenient. Moving on to the inside of the fridge, it is massive inside. Where we used to not be able to see everything we had in our old fridge, to now being able to clearly see everything due to the amount of space and the bright LED lights, we couldn’t be happier. We are able to organize our fridge how we want to maximize all of the space, along with not wasting as much food as we did before. Now for the freezer, I was skeptical because I’ve never had a bottom freeze and I didn’t think there would be as much space as a side-by-side, but boy was I wrong. We put everything we had in our old side-by-side freezer into the bottom freezer and still have space to use (photos taken before!). Also, we love the different types of ice, especially the Ice Bites. Overall, we love this fridge, the size, the amazing features, the brightness, and the Family Hub makes me highly recommend owning this refrigerator!

The stylish stainless steel fits perfectly with any decor. I like that it has a built-in ice maker on the door and that I can get access to crushed or curved ice and chilled water with a click of a button. If I want cubed ice or ice bites I can access the ice maker inside of the freezer drawer. The ice maker makes ice quickly, and with four choices I have never run out yet. There's so much room Inside of this refrigerator. The three shelves are nicely spaced, and the center shelf can be adjusted. I like that the middle shelf can be slid back for taller items. There are also two large clear drawers and one very large drawer located in the refrigerator. This refrigerator is so much deeper than my last one and can fit so much more. I like how deep the freezer drawers are. There are two layers of drawers. The top drawer slides back to reveal two more drawers. I have no issues fitting all of my frozen goods inside this freezer. The all-around cooling system ensures that all of my food gets the same amount of refrigeration. I love that if the doors are left open too long an alarm will sound by playing music. Me and my family voted, and the best part of this refrigerator is the family hub, We can leave each other messages, find recipes, listen to music, display pictures, and even see what is inside the refrigerator with just a click of a button. There are so many things to do and learn on this system, we love it! It's by far my best purchase in appliances.

The Smart Things app is very cool. It is nice to control everything even when you are not at home. Getting a text that the fridge door is open from the fridge and app is very useful. Of course it looks great and is fingerprint resistant. Loads of ice, and different types is great for parties. The real point of interest is the screen. First, it is just cool! I have listened to audible while cooking. Access to so many apps and even cooking hints. Love that I can get a shot of what is in the fridge with the doors closed, and on the phone. Writing notes is easy and fun! This thing is really cool! Pun intended.

The outside is covered in a gorgeous stainless steel design, and the inside of this refrigerator has so much room. There are three levels of shelving and three drawers. Each door hosts its own shelves as well. The center shelf of the refrigerator is adjustable. I love that the right center shelf can be pushed back to accommodate taller items such as milk gallons. I love how deep these shelves are. I can store twice as many items on these shelves than your traditional refrigerator. One of my favorite features of this refrigerator is the 4 different ice options. The outside of the refrigerator offers curved or crushed ice as well as water. While the inside of the freezer offers cubed ice cubes or ice bites that can be served from the dual ice tray with the included scoop. The freezer has two layers of drawers. The top drawer is divided into two sides and slides back to reveal the bottom two drawers. The drawers are large and very deep. I like that this refrigerator has an all-around cooling system, so no place in the refrigerator gets cooler than another. If the doors are open too long the refrigerator has a built-in alarm that will sound to alert you. Also, if the temperature inside the refrigerator gets abnormally high it will sound an alarm. My absolute favorite part of this refrigerator is the Family Hub. The Family Hub has so many different apps to choose from. I can even add my favorites. I am having so much fun learning how to use them all. My daughter loves leaving me notes and drawing pictures on the screen. I love being able to listen to music, look up my favorite recipes, make my weekly shopping list, or even ask Bixby or Alexa to find things for me on the internet. With the SmartThings App, I can control my refrigerator when I am away from home as well as view what is inside. I love this hub! This refrigerator is not only a much-needed upgrade to my kitchen decor, but it is life-changing for me.

Essa geladeira possui um defeito de projeto irritante: a porta em que fica o dispenser de água não permanece aberta. Você abre a geladeira para pegar algo, a porta da direita permanece aberta, mas a da esquerda volta em cima de você toda hora. Ou quando precisa colocar algo dentro da geladeira essa porta fecha antes que você consiga colocar. Chamei a assistência técnica para tentar regular essa porta e não deu certo. Disseram que foi projetada para fechar sozinha mesmo, mas não convence porque a outra porta permanece aberta... Quem projetou essa porta assim nunca precisou usar uma geladeira.... Muito irritante pagar tão caro por um produto e não conseguir usá-lo adequadamente. Estou muito insatisfeita e arrependida de ter comprado esse modelo da Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old refrigerator was having issue with the ice maker and I was always interested by the FamilyHub series by Samsung, so I got theRF32CG5900SRAA. Let me tell you, this thing does not disappoint! The title mega does it justice because this thing holds SO MUCH! The FamilyHub has taken a bit to get used to as it functions differently than most smart displays. I immediately wanted to share my photos and see my amazing family on that huge screen. It wasn't hard but took more steps to make it happen. All doors open and close easily, cools super fast and is VERY quiet. Everything you need in a fridge and more! The LED lighting is awesome! Great visibility for the entire fridge between the bright LED lights (no more glass bulbs that could break or need replaced. There's a 2 minute timer before the fridge beeps when the doors are open. The doors auto close pretty well, but not always all the way so this feature is pretty useful. Despite being a bit difficult to setup, Smartthings is pretty cool. It allows you to control the temperatures or turn on the Power Cool mode for the fridge or freezer. The entire unit cooled VERY quickly I really do love this fridge but if I had to nitpick, here are the things I'd change or suggest: - Stainless steel shows finger prints and I've already seen a few small scratches from a magnet. Black stainless might be better or the Bespoke glass. - Photo gallery works with One Drive or you can upload up to 10 from your phone through smartthings. Other cloud services would be better/easier - screen resolution isn't up to 2023 standards. I'm tall and the colors are way off from my view. Better screen would offer better viewing angles - Doesn't come with the smartthings dongle. Not an issue for me because I already have a hub and station, but the dongle is kinda hard to find. It's not NEEDED but would be nice - I had a bit of trouble setting up Smartthings, despite being pretty familiar with it. Setup process could be easier. My vacuum popped up right away, this did not. - The Shelf options are a little bit limited BUT one of the shelves has an AWESOME easy to use sliding half shelf for random tall items.

i have the 4-door flexzone fridge, rf24r7201sr, manf oct '20, came with haf-qin-exp filter (says replacement filter is da97-17376b, for use in system da97-08006c). replacement filter matched but said for use in system da97-08006c-a. oddly, the orange store sells this same filter but has haf-qins-exp on the package (but filter itself says haf-qin-exp). samsung support couldn't explain the differences so -1 star. i turned off the main water supply and let out some water from the fridge to relieve the pressure, removed the old filter, following suggestions here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/tsg01109722/ installed new filter turning a few times before it seated but seemed to fit ok. ran about 5 gals through after, everything seems good, no leaks or issues.

It is WiFi enabled, has door alarm and a stainless steel finish. The hub has great functionality. I was able to use the recipe app to make breakfast. I added pictures and videos and listened to my playlist while cooking. The refrigerator is smaller than the one we had but seems like it has more space at 25 cu ft.

Eu estava super animada com a minha geladeira. Mas fiquei muito decepcionada. Sai um fio de água na porta e quente. O gelo picado espalha pra fora do copo. A pressão de água no cano é normal. Não é uma super pressão, mas nada que justifique o fio mínimo de água que sai. O técnico veio, disse que uma bomba pode ajudar um pouco. Um pouco! Você paga 17 mil por uma geladeira e não usa a água e o gelo da porta. Triste!

To start the finger print resistance with 4 little ones is a life saver, no need to wipe down constantly especially since those little hands are constantly grabbing snacks through out the day. Along with those little hands someone's bound to leave a door open and the 2min alarm is a great add to a busy household for getting it closed again and again. In this busy household my favorite part of this fridge though is the Samsung SmartThings app this mom always forgets what's in her fridge well running grocery errands and to pull up the app and check what in the fridge at that very moment is wonderful(means less trips to the store) anyways this fridge is beautiful inside with its amazing lighting and outside with the family hub giving you access to many apps and the kids drawings! Definitely have not been disappointed.

I love this refrigerator and everything about it. The family hub feature is the greatest thing. I can listen to music while I cook and even watch my favorite TV shows without having to run from room to room or peeking around a corner to catch part of a TV show. Also I love the digital photos on the fridge and I write notes to my family all the time. If they want to know something, I tell them "check the refrigerator". Only downside is outside water/ice dispenser is that it's too shallow and you have to hold glass just right to keep ice/water from falling onto floor. Also it's just messy to use.

I saved for a year for this frig. I was so excited. The doors are a bit crooked. I’m 66, I can’t straighten them. If anything has moisture you are left with a stain because I can’t get in between to dry it. It had easy access for photos but that has changed for the 3rd time. The right drawer is crooked, we have tried and tried it will not go in correctly. Ice machine and water are so touchy it’s a mess. We don’t use either. Filters are pricey and overall I am sad. If you put a magnet on the doors the scratch immediately. It dented when my 2 yr old granddaughter ran to hug it day 1. 20 min into owning it. The things it comes with are taken away allott and I have tried for 3 weeks to put a new picture slideshow lolol it’s a complete debacle. I’m more sick to my stomach and mad at myself for thinking I hadddd to have this frig. Check things carefully before making a major purchase. I love it, I am very disappointed and sad it just has upset me so much.

This fridge does all the things. I love how I can put expiration dates in so I know what has spoiled. I also love how I can leave notes for my family on the front and load our calendar. The ice is amazing there are 4 kinds and my family loves guys feature. I love how everything fits inside and the capacity is more than my previous fridge.

We bought $300 worth of groceries mainly for the fridge and it still looked pretty empty! There is so much storage space on the side doors as well! You can fit a gallon of milk in the side door which is great. The freezer has plenty of space too! We definitely love the family hub! It was so simple to set up and personalize, the hardest thing is keeping the kids away from it. I love that you can control the temperature and ice from the app and actually see what’s inside the fridge from it as well! You just can’t see whats in the side doors. It makes 4 different types of ice which is a dream come true for an ice lover like myself! The alarm when the door is left open is such a life saver especially if you have children who don’t pay much attention to what they do. I compared tap water and filtered water using a TDS meter. Tap water measured 122 ppm and filtered water 130 ppm. Based on these results, I couldn’t see any improvement with the filter, since the mineral levels were basically the same.

I brought this refrigerator in July 2024 and 2 months later the freezer was not produced ice. I unplugged then re-plugged, started working for a few months. Now, not only the freezer is not working but the top is dripping water.

samusung really need to work on there filters, not only that it not a fit. when it get clog up with all the minerals it runs slower. need to be replace before its time. the water doesnt taste...huh ok. dont have any water leaks.

I decided to try this fridge because I wanted a smaller one then I had. I am in love with the features and functionality of this appliance. The design is sleek, has a space of 25 cu ft, has an external water and ice dispenser and a stainless steel finish. The family hub technology is awesome. I can change the screen settings, add pictures and videos. It is WiFi enabled and setup is pretty easy to sync and pair with mobile devices. I love that it has 4/types of ice- crushed, curved, ice bites and cubed. I has a camera inside that let's you see inside the fridge. It allows for you to create grocery shopping lists based on the cameras detail of what's inside the fridge. Who knew a fridge could be this much fun. I find myself spending more time in the kitchen now sitting and using the hub and playing with the many apps that come pre- installed. You can listen to music and look up recipes. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would strongly recommend this refrigerator.

I alsolije how the ice production has been segmented entirely within the freezer portion of the appliance. I also like the two different sizes of ice cubes, medium and small. The water pitcher gets the most use along side the easy access shelf above it. We store all of our dogs supplies that need refrigeration there. The water filter is a breeze to change and to get a new one on order when needed. The drawer is also a nice touch to gain easy access to items that are used a lot without the need to open the entire refrigerator. Overall I love my bespoke refrigerator!

I have linked it to all of the smart devices in my home, so I have control over things when in the kitchen. I have logged in to apps, like Pinterest, so I can pull recipes and things right up on the screen. Much better then reading tiny print on my phone. The inside is spacious and I love the interior drawer storage. The freezer setup has been great for parties, since we always have ice in different sizes available. I didn’t read the reviews before removing my original filter to make sure I ordered the correct replacement. When I tried to reinsert like instructions for inserting a new one until my new cartridge came, it hissed and leaked all in my drawers. I am terrified to leave it without my frig flooding! I just left it out and hope I can make ice since I had to reset my ice maker! I have no confidence that a new filter will work bc I should be able to stick my original one in as a placeholder. I have been referring everyone to your product but can’t in good conscience anymore bc if this major defect! Help! What are my options!? Very disappointed.

First, turn off the water supply and then locate the filter. Please consult your user manual if you need help finding where it is. 2. I purchased a genuine replacement filter using the Samsung Subscription Service. The filter replacement seemed easy enough...unscrew the old filter and screw in the new filter. I did this in the evening and at the time everything seemed ok. I woke up the next morning and my kitchen AND Basement was flooded. Several thousands of dollars in damage. When I removed the new filter I installed I could tell the water was dripping from the plunger/nozzle on the filter housing. Not enough to give any warning at the time of the replacement of the filter. As evident with the numerous bad reviews there seems to be a design flaw or just plain bad engineering with the filtration system. I would highly recommend staying away from Samsung Refrigerators.

i seem to disagree with the other reviewers. i followed the instructions, but the filer was very difficult to remove, so the first time i called samsung's help line to see if it was ok to remove with a pliers. they said "yes". i removed and reinstalled with no problem. we drink a lot of water, so i knew the filer wasn't going to last 6 months; it lasted about 3-3 1/2. our house has a whole house filter on it anyway, but this filter seems to make the water taste cleaner. even the cats prefer water from the refrigerator than the tap! i usually order two filters at a time, in case they are on back order. this will be my third filter. i have no complaints!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this refrigerator for 2-1/2 years now with no problems. For us, it is a good compromise between capacity and fitting the cabinet depth. It maintains temp just fine, with the caveat that your ice cream will get soft if you try to jam too many things in the freezer. There is an ice / water dispenser in the door in addition to the ice maker inside the freezer drawer. In hindsight, the only ice we use are the smaller size cubes found in the freezer drawer. The separate ice maker in the door never gets used, but the filtered and chilled water dispenser gets a lot of use. As a consequence, I am dumping out the stale ice from the neglected bins every month or so to keep the system from decaying from disuse. The shelves are very adjustable and despite their delicate appearance, support a lot of weight. There are some places in the interior that are challenging to clean if you have a spill. The unique aspect of the Family Hub series is of course the tablet screen that is mounted on the door. I confess this feature was what steered our buying decision away from other brands that frankly had a higher reliability rating. I’m not sorry either. The way the tablet gets used bears no relation to what I thought I would use it for, but no matter—part of the adventure has been figuring out how best to employ its features. For me, I had no inkling when I purchased the fridge that the family hub would usher in a new world of smart home features using it as a SmartThings hub. That’s one of the apps included in the family hub, which can connect other Samsung smart appliances to the family hub screen. If you find that intriguing, keep reading: there is a hidden compartment in one of the doors that has a port into which you can plug a “dongle” (available as an accessory from Samsung), and this upgrade connects many dozens of Zigbee and Matter devices to the SmarThings app. These can be controlled either by your phone or the Family Hub screen. I have lighting throughout my house connected to SmartThings in this fashion, and I don’t have room in this review to describe all the things I can do with the lights. It can be frustrating at times if something’s not working as it should, but the frustration is offset by the fun of discovering new cool things it can do.

I bought these about 9 months ago. The first change out was smooth. No leaks as others have mentioned. This is my 2nd attempt to change out the filter. As others said, this time I had hissing and leaking. What a mess. I removed the filter and cleaned up the water. Found out the hard way the drawers cannot be my bucket. They are not solid. Now water in the floor. I put the filter in again and heard a quick hiss and now no water. The instructions say to disconnect your water....I cannot do that on my own. So, I took a chance twice. I think the filter is fine once it clicks in place. DO NOT leave home until you have had a chance to watch for leaks.

I held off on buying these for a year or two because of the reviews. Haha. May have been a first timers luck, but I had no issue installing it in my 4 door, 28cu, smart hub fridge. No leaks or anything unusual rather than water sputtering out of water dispenser for a few seconds as it adjusted to the new filter. I didn't turn off my water (tough to get to without scratching my tile floors), but just gently turned the water filter into place until it caught and went in. Had to do an extra rotation at first since it didn't seem aligned, but eventually went in, no problem. Best of luck! Hopefully my luck continues... haha

i purchased the exact genuine samsung water filter, haf-qin/exp, for my 3-month old refrigerator. new filter does not fit. with calipers, i measured the dimensions of the plastic catch (showing mechanical conflict) and catch is thicker on the new filter (batch code a8441) than the original filter (batch code b0431). very disappointing quality issue for an expensive new refrigerator. from other comments, i see this is a known issue to samsung. the link i see on some comments, which is supposed to help you install new filter does not work either. why hasn't this issue been resolved by recalling defective filters?

I bought samsung bespoke fridge, and then I got this filter for modelDA97-08006C-A. I have the DA97-17376B replacement filter. I am pregnant and I thought this filtered lead. I can't find the performance data sheet anywhere for this. I relied on this filter to filter lead because it had the NSF label. I bought a genuine one. Where is your performance safety data sheet for this? If you can't provide that to me, then basically I was duped by shady marketing. If you need a filter to filter lead, I advise anyone to do their research as it seems this product is duping people into thinking it filters lead.

Por lejos la peor experiencia de compra, Samsung no se hace responsable por nada y solo se preocupa por vender, pero no por solucionar los problemas de sus productos. A los 6 meses el refrigerador empezo a fallar en el dispensador de agua, despues de 1 mes aun tengo problemas y tuve que levantar el reclamo al SERNAC, y aun sigo sin solucion. This things also holds a ton of stuff. I don't know the previous sqft of the old fridge but this thing blows it out of the water. No more struggling to figure out where to shift things! The smart screen and Smartthings integration is pretty cool. I'm familiar with Android phones and tablets but this is a bit different. Kind of like an android tablet lite. Lots of fun ways to share photos, control your home, watch your Ring cameras, etc etc. My only minor gripes would be that the resolution of the screen isn't great. I'm tall so when I stand in front of it the colors wash out. I wish it had full on android tablet feature and access to apps is a bit limited. All in all, I'd totally recommend this fridge.

When it was completely installed we thought it was not working but apparently this is how quiet this Samsung refrigerator really is. It has a lot of space in both the cooling section as well as in the freezing section. Including several different ice cubes, which can be turned off when you need extra space in the freezer. The Family Hub on this refrigerator is really great and a big support in our day to day activities. I also want to mention the great design of this refrigerator as it really stands out in the kitchen. When opening, the LED light is really bright and everything is easy accessible. Including the water tap and ice cube maker. Everyone in this household is really happy with this new refrigerator, including the related apps we have on our phone.

The filter is very hard to unscrew from the refrigerator. There is no way to unscrew it with your hand. The small handle slipped out of my hand. I had to get a 12 inch pair of pliers to grip it tight enough to remove and just as bad to reinstall. The water was off and the pressure released. I believe the refrigerator has a defective receptacle for the filter. I even coated the o-rings with rubber lube.

Allows us to listen to music or have some video playing while we are doing things in the kitchen. It holds a decent amount of food and although it’s larger than our last unit I have not seen a change to the power bill. Temperature control has been good after several months of use.

I did like the space but the deli drawer could be more solid feeling/sturdy and perhaps a slight bit larger. Also, since the refrigerator is so deep, the top shelf should be able to slide. It is difficult to reach anything on the very top shelf in the back. Granddaughter loves the family hub. Great for looking things up last minute.

Original filter factory installed had no leaks. Time to change it and as soon as a new one is installed the leaks begin. Is this an intentional filter design on the replacements to cause damage to the housing? Is this done to create service? If I’m only to use a genuine replacement but my genuine replacement causes damage and leaks then I am lost here and can only question the intention.

The Watts version of the filter was clearly designed by someone with no spacial physics knowledge. The 'finger friendly' curved grip gives you no leverage to turn it once it's halfway to the vertical position unless your wrist is double jointed. I can't even give the rest of the product any time for this review..when I had to use additional tools to twist the mechanism all the way.

Super, hab meinen Kühlschrank geflutet. Der untere Teil ist jetzt sehr sauber. Aber ernsthaft, da hätte es doch sicher eine bessere Lösung geben können wie der Filter eingesetzt wird. Keine Möglichkeit direkt zu sehen wie gut er sitzt und da es mein erster Tausch war dachte ich die verdächtigen Geräusche sind normal. Das Einsetzen selbst war nur mit viel Glück möglich und sehr fummelig da er nicht direkt rein passte. Wollte auch nichts kaputt machen indem ich zu sehr drücke. Eine halbe Stunde später lief ein Wasserfall aus dem Kühlschrank als wir die Tür geöffnet haben. Beim zweiten Versuch hat dann alles geklappt. Wasser schmeckt gut, seinen Sinn erfüllt der Filter wenn er einmal richtig sitzt.

We love our Samsung refrigerator it’s the best, love the space it has although it’s a counter depth, love the hub and the four different types of ice. We have no regrets buying it. Love love it. It is very quiet compared to the Whirlpool we replaced it with. No one will regret buying this refrigerator. Love all the shelves, especially the bottom ones on the doors, it’s like it was meant to be a hidden compartment. Our grands were amazed and love the hidden shelves they thought that it was cool. This is our third Samsung refrigerator and they are the best. Thank u Samsung keep up the great work.

The inside with plenty of space for groceries and larger items and with the bottom freezer design because it keeps frequently used items at eye level. The fridge also runs very quietly, which is a nice bonus. The temperature control has been consistent, and fruits and vegetables stay fresh longer compared to my old fridge. The modern design looks really good in the kitchen as well. So far, I’m very satisfied with the purchase and picked out the right one for the family.

The interior capacity is huge and we can keep everything organized, which really helps when using the camera to look inside and see what we have. Being able to double check what we need by looking inside has saved on our grocery bill. My daughter enjoys using the screen to draw and share notes with us. My wife uses the screen to pull up pinterest recipes and keep track of her shopping list. I loves that I can control all my smart things items from the screen. The ice options have been great too, always a perfect sized cube for any cup we want to use.
