The biggest let down is the ai tracking the food in your fridge. It doesn't always get right what your putting in and taking out. Maybe in the future it will improve. It has all the same bespoke features of the non ai fridge, so we'll skip that in here. Writing memos is pretty handy and we tend to use it a lot. I feel you would get far more out of the fridge if you had more Samsung ai devices. The recipes from the fridge are decent but, you have youtube; just saying. It works well and keeps everything cold. So I like it.

The beverage center with the unique two door design is great too, allowing for just use of accessing beverages or opening that side of the refrigerator. The middle drawer flex space is amazing too, with the ability to change the temperature and storage use. Of course when paired with the smart things app, it’s really great to customize, monitor, and change settings remotely which is very convenient. The cooling capacity features a wide range of options throughout with the ability to section off the cooling areas. Truly a modern marvel.

They tried to schedule again without scheduling a date with me. We finally agreed on a date for A replacement of the replacement and it was dented as well, identified again by the drivers before even got into my home. Again, they showed up at my home with a replacement for this replacement of the replacement without scheduling a date with me and I was out of town. We’ll see if I ever get a quality refrigerator. And the worst part is that every one of these situations takes at least an hour of my time on the phone.

It has the top refrigerator door with a beverage door on the left which only open for your quick items so you don't have to open up the whole frig. We love the water dispenser container as well. As soon as you use any water, shut the door it's refilling within a minute. The middle drawer can be used for anything! We use it for deli items (cheese, salami, etc) or it can be used as a freezer (just have to adjust the settings super easy) And the freezer section is good size plus you get 2 sizes of ice cubes! Love this new refrigerator. Highly recommend it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a horrible time with our previous Samsung refrigerator as the ice machine in the door keep freezing up. After replacing it twice, we replaced the entire refrigerator. The new one (about eight months old) has worked perfectly. The ice machine is in the freezer and produces two sizes of ice. The Beverage Center is in the door and dispenses cold water. One more thing, when food is put in the small compartment (like chocolate chips), they are "off limits" for us to eat as they will be used to make something good in the future. Finally, since the refrigerator is hooked up to wifi, I can monitor it when we are away and stop the ice machine from producing ice.

I really like the fact that you can change the temperature for different compartments of the refrigerator. The fact that it will alert you when to change the filter or if the door is still open is great! My favorite part is the hidden beverage center which was the buying point for me. Went with the counter depth size and I did not regret my choice! I was apprehensive at first when I read all the issues about the ice maker. It looks like the ice maker issues have been resolved with these later models. So far so good! I would recommend this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this counter depth refrigerator to be the only brand that had dimensions that would fit into the my refrigerator space. I was skeptical to buy at first because the shelves did not seem to have a many adjustable options and the freezer did not have shelves that I had with my side by side. After using this refrigerator, I found that there was plenty of space and the shelving was not an issue. For the freezer, I bought 2 adjustable containers which helped to separate my foods and I love it. I love the 2 different ice cubes and the smart features that allow you to fill the water pitcher or turn on our of the ice makers. I am very satisfied with this refrigerator.

We used to have a back up countertop ice maker for our previous fridge (GE) which was pathetic making ice. AND we bought ice all the time. With this dream boat fridge, ice is a'plenty! The hidden door for the beverage center is so fun and the always filled water pitcher is magical. Seriously, we spent a little more on this refrigerator, but it has been more bang for our buck on door storage, beverage system, shelving, bins, even temperatures...run, don't walk to get this refrigerator!

The model I selected is the RF23BB8600QLAA, 23 cu. ft. 4-door French door. The overall appearance is sleek and classy and makes a statement. The performance is top of its class. The side-by-side design is ideal as it allows more oversized items to be stored compared to the standard side-by-side. I enjoy the versatility of the flex zone. The beverage center is very convenient as it provides easy access without having to open the entire refrigerator, also concealing the water station, adding to that sleek look.

Then the water tasted nasty. (I have a whole home filter then a reverse osmosis filter 5 stage and the fridge filter just for reference) next I noticed everything in deli drawer goes bad after 2 weeks of purchase. I called samsung and texted and messaged through members and all the support was useless as half of them kept transferring me. This has been a horrible experience with this fridge. P.s. I put a aqara humidity sensor in the fridge and it was all over the place.

But we did have a coupon and decided to give Samsung another try. We moved into a brand new condo and needed to purchase a new refrigerator. We decided on the Bespoke 4-Door French Door with Beverage center and we are thrilled with it. The Beverage Center is a GRAND SLAM! We use it all the time and there have been zero problems with the ice maker. Keeping the ice in the freezer is great! Always plenty of ice and the water pitcher is used more than the water dispenser. The extra section door is just great for keeping those foods that need just a little different temp setting.

We truly enjoy this refrigerator. The size is perfect for our family, the Beverage center door is fantastic as we drink a lot of water and are in it constantly. The French door still is nice with the middle drawer, which we are in a lot. Having the ice compartment in the freezer is nice and opens up more refrigerator space. This is a counter depth which opens up our kitchen pathway and without handles opens it up more. We do not miss handles as they take up too much space. It is a bespoke model and we have changed out a panel to blue which goes well with our kitchen decor. Overall we are very pleased.

It’s easy to clean - a microfiber cloth wipes off any fingerprints. I love the clean look of no handles and the counter depth doesn’t intrude into our kitchen too much, really just the door depth. Seems quiet so far, the occasional hum or water/ice filling noises and we are open plan so I’m conscious of noises. The drinks drawer is great, we have used it for cans of soda/juices/waters but also for wine for a party. The freezer is a little on the smaller side - great for the two is us but you might want to check it first if you have a large family (we bought counter depth)

I have been married for 53years and by far it’s my favorite. Love the design how clean the front is with no handles and it sits flush in its space. My first favorite is the beverage center door with the pitcher that refills itself. The inside is quite deep and has a lot of space.The middle drawer is also great and has so many uses. The freezer and ice maker is also great. Lots of room in there. Great design all the way around.We love it !! I almost forgot to tell you it’s beyond quiet… love that …

The size is perfect and all the different compartments are perfect for separating the different foods I buy and store. The only minor issue I’ve had is the cooling of the ice, sometimes the cubes will freeze together and make it hard to use individual blocks. I haven’t customized the door panels but I like the thoughts that I can. The water dispenser is perfect, I use that the most out of every feature, specifically the jug. And so far it’s been efficient, my energy bill hasn't increased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great design all the way around. Space is maximized for a 22 cu ft fridge. The beverage center and ice compartments are highlights. We love the pitcher. It has so many uses and fills itself back up automatically. The shelves in the beverage center hold bottles of water and cans both. They stay ice cold. The two sizes of ice cubes are great and since they are in the freezer instead of the fridge compartment, the ice does not stick together and the scoop and ice cover are so cool. The freezer still holds a lot of stuff. The flex drawer keeps meats and cheeses cold and fresher longer. The fridge shelves are flexible and roomy holding taller bottles and jugs or sodas. Overall a beautiful appliance.

I moved into a home that had a different dishwasher and stove brand and if my refrigerator that I needed to purchase had another brand on it that was visible it would’ve bothered my OCD brain. I love that it is so clean looking on the outside without a bunch of logos on it because what’s important to me is what’s inside it. I do know the power of branding and I work for a corporation, but this one was especially perfect for me. I love having the additional drawer that is great for things like cheeses. I couldn’t be happier with my new refrigerator.

It is incredibly spacious with well designed storage options and the flexibility to accommodate my shifting needs. My only issue has been with the middle drawer storage which has not always matched the temperature I was seeking. (For example, when set to the meat setting it began to partially freeze my contents.) It is a beautiful addition to my modernized kitchen, easy to clean and adaptable to many uses (such as times when I have larger quantities of certain foods as I prepare to make applesauce or cook for a larger group.

2nd one we bought. Loved everything about it until you spill liquid on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator compartment. It IS NOT POSSIBLE TO TAKE THE GLASS SHELF APART TO CLEAN IT. This is seriously the worst engineering design I have ever seen in an appliance (I used to work in the appliance mfg industry). How could you design something where it is so easy to have liquid get under the glass and over the plastic but not have any way to take it apart to clean it? Did you do any real world product testing. This more than negates the other really nice features of this fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the refrigerator came well packaged and undamaged. set up was a breeze and was usable within 4 hours. took a moment and connected the fridge to the smartthings app. now that it s connected i can get notifications that the door is left open and i can control all the settings without having to be home. it is so well thought out and organized. i didn't think i was going to like having to shovel my own ice, but its simply quicker to do it yourself rather waiting for the ice machine to get cranking and then have it spill all over the kitchen floor. the doors have plenty of space to store gallons of milk or whatever other large items you can throw at it. all in all the fridge is amazing and would recommend to anyone.

Having two different styles of ice cubes exceeds expectations. Water/Ice features are great based on past experience with ‘through the door’ dispensing from other brands. Flat front stainless finish provides a nice look in the kitchen. Connectivity through the app is a great feature that alerts to open doors and allows control of space temps and ice makers from wherever you’re connected to the internet. Overall, a great purchase at an appropriate price for the value.

I like the middle compartment that allows us to store mostly our kids snacks, yogurts etc so we don’t have to open the main door multiple times a day. I like the water dispenser and the option to only open half the door to access soda and protein drinks which we keep in the door compartments. The only negative so far is the freezer drawer doesn’t close all the way sometimes and you have to give it an extra shove to make sure it’s closed. There have been a several obsessions where it don’t alert us that it was still open and we woke up to melting ice. All in all it’s a good product,looks sleek and stylish and I would probably purchase again.

Our Bespoke refrigerator is counter depth and fits perfectly into our kitchen space. The center drawer is useful. We use it in Deli mode. The freezer space isn't huge, but we have our old refridgerator in the garage, so space isn't an issue. The beverage center is great. It allows a clean look while providing both a cold water dispense and a 'never empty' water pitcher behind an easy to open door. This item had good reviews. I expect to have good service for a long time.

I wasn’t sure how I would like the deli drawer but so far I love it, I also love that I can switch it to a wine drawer. Freezer is very spacious and I love the divided drawers. Ice cube have two different settings, and so far so good. We have our little ice bites and regular ice cubes. The auto fill pitcher has also been a really great feature! It fills up super fast and the water is always nice and chilly. I would definitely recommend this fridge!

Previously had another Samsung fridge that did have the 4 door French doors. The previous French door bin shelves did have the option of rolling out so that’s an adjustment. Compared to the older fridge, it’s slightly smaller due to the beverage Center. The middle drawer is really good for drinks. Wished there were more flexibility in arranging the plastic inserts to customise the drawer to fit your needs. Otherwise great fridge! Would recommend again!

The beverage center is an added plus as is the flex zone drawer. Temperature holds steady in all areas. The smooth front without handles is a pleasant feature in the kitchen. It is well made and easy to move. The stainless steel finish is quite pretty and fingerprint resistant. The freezer with the ice maker allows a large capacity for frozen food. The two vegetable drawers are handy and each one can be accessed by opening only one door.

We love the internal Beverage Center that holds an auto-filling 48-ounce water pitcher and shelving for quick-grab items, accessed by an independent door to keep the main fridge cold. Also, the ice maker is moved to the freezer section (a major reliability upgrade from older Samsung models) and offers two I am not sure how although the exterior panels can be swapped out to glass I think in the future or change the kitchen aesthetic without buying a new fridge.

The Bespoke was exactly what I wanted. The internal beverage station is great! I didn’t think I would use the pitcher but it’s my go-to for a glass of fresh cold water. The ice maker makes two types of ice which is pretty cool. My kids love the small gourmet ice for their drinks. Overall the Samsung Bespoke is a great refrigerator that met my wants and has exceed my expectations in performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the samsung bespoke refrigerator with beverage center exceeds my expectations. i’ve had it for three weeks now and am still mesmerized by its features. it automatically refills the water pitcher, produces two sizes of ice and when you download the app, it will tell you when your refrigerator is open! the flex zone space is a feature that i love-you can adjust it for a power freeze, for wine, for deli or for meats. my husband was skeptical of the bottom freezer, but there is plenty of space for many items. with the smartthings app you can adjust the temperature or the fridge and freezer and get notified if the refrigerator is open too long. i highly recommend this refrigerator. it has a classy look with minimal lines. it is super quiet, spacious and advanced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i can't say enough good things about this fridge. i absolutely love it!!!! i waited a very long time for the perfect fridge to come available and man is it perfect. it was important to me to have a third drawer that would fit drinks and this does it. it holds regular canned drinks standing up which is sweet and then our protein drinks rowed up. i also despise outside water and ice but do like having both so the beverage center is the coolest option out there. the self fillable water pitcher comes so in handy as we use it to fill our keurig and the pets water bowls daily. i seriously love the features of this fridge and that its counter depth as we have an older home and most newer fridges will not fit. the 2 different ice sizes is pretty cool and providing a ice shovel is a sweet addition.

The small vegetable middle door keeps vegetables fresher longer and I put a green panel for contrast. The beverage center is large enough for milk and wine. The ice choices are nice. I have had much higher priced refrigerators that did not work as well and were not as well designed as this Samsung. I would not hesitate in recommending this fridge.

The middle draw holds lots of items from bread to cheese even yogurt cups. The best feature is the beverage center. I’m enjoying the refill feature for the pitcher. The only negative is that you have to setup the refill through the “Smart” feature. That took a 20 minute walkthrough with tech person via the phone. The ice maker is perfect with the 2 sizes of ice cubes.

Love the two different types of ice, and the ice scope holder is kept outside of the ice, just smart so handle is not touching the ice. Very well thought out design. The only minor negative are the doors don't close as easy add you think so sometime they are left open. But love the phone and sound notifications to let you know the door is open.

I was worried about the water dispenser being a pain because I need to open the door but I have found we really like the feature. The only issue we have had so far is when we replaced the water filter it caused a leak under the fridge because we did not make sure we had it fully locked in. Fortunately, my child notice water and we were able to fix the issue by reinstalling it correctly.

Ice maker does a good job, I even shut it off for a couples of days so we could use up the ice. My wife really likes this one. Only issue we had was delivery, dates changed multiple times. Be ready for a delay. Access to the water area only takes a couple of times until it becomes habit. It's nice to have cold filtered water on hand.

We are sold having the deli door in the middle and would not own any other refrigerator without it.

This is, by far, the worst refrigerator we've ever owned. We bought it in April 2022 because it looked so nice, had dual ice makers and fit our space. Since then, we've had the ice makers replaced 3 times and 1 is still not working, the entire motor went out resulting in food loss and the drawers have dimpled. The freezer constantly freezes over and the pitcher in the beverage center frequently has algae. When I enter a warranty claim, one particular vendor comes out, even though i specifically request that it's not them, diagnoses the problem, enters a claim and then closes it. The amount of time I've spent on the phone or dealing with repair people is ridiculous. I asked about the door dimpling and was told if we claim it, it will void the warranty because it looks like we damaged it. I'm hoping it lasts until our 3 year warranty expires.

There is not a single issue, i took the maintenance service plan but never had to use. Lots of smart features to control from the phone app. Plenty of space for freezer and regular items. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice looking Refrigerator. Our old 25 cuft refrigerator died on us after 18 years. We saw this 23 cuft. And thought it would fit the bill. yikes, we lost so much freezer space and we miss our side by side. I like to put my own refrigerator temperature gauges in to monitor the temperature. Well, surprisingly I don’t feel it does a good job maintaining 37 degrees F. The top shelf temperature runs 39-40 - then drops down to 32-37 then the lower shelf fluctuating about the same. I wish the fluctuations were not so big. We called for a service request but they told us we known what’s wrong and we recommended you replace the refrigerator to fix it. Parts are not available to fix! Right now we have our replacement on hold. I really don’t want to mess around replacing it yet. I don’t recommend this unit. There’s a known problem and they are not addressing it in my opinion.

The only issue we have is that the button for the water pitcher doesn't always get fully pressed when the pitcher is inserted, so it doesn't fill it up immediately. Freezer always freezes up making it hard to open and close. Was told to wipe frost off freezer rails when this happens. Ice tray cover is cracked due to sticking when frozen and binding up. Also water picture says dishwasher safe, warped and is useless after putting in dishwasher one time. This wasn't a cheap fridge or should I say the price wasn't cheap!

I’ve had it for nearly two weeks and am still mesmerized by its features. It automatically refills the water pitcher, produces two sizes of ice and when you download the app, it will tell you when your refrigerator is open! The flex zone space is a feature that I love-you can adjust it for a power freeze, for wine, for deli or for meats. My husband was skeptical of the bottom freezer , but there is plenty of space for many items. With the Samsung SmartThings app you can adjust the temperature or the fridge and freezer and get notified if the refrigerator is open too long. I highly recommend the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. It has a classy look with minimal lines (we got the refrigerator with the recessed handles which does take a little getting used to). It is super quiet, spacious and advanced.

It has a very nice clean look with no handles. The downside of that is the fingerprints. It looks really modern, keeps everything nice and cold, and the flexible storage makes it easy to organize groceries. The beverage center is a nice bonus too. No complaints yet—overall very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't say enough good things about this fridge. I absolutely LOVE IT!!!! I waited a very long time for the perfect fridge to come available and man is it perfect. It was important to me to have a third drawer that would fit drinks and this does it. It holds regular canned drinks standing up which is sweet and then our protein drinks rowed up. I also despise outside water and ice but do like having both so the beverage center is the coolest option out there. The self fillable water pitcher comes so in handy as we use it to fill our Keurig and the pets water bowls daily. I seriously love the features of this fridge and that its counter depth as we have an older home and most newer fridges will not fit. The 2 different ice sizes is pretty cool and providing a ice shovel is a sweet addition. Overall, this fridge is very spacious as you can fit very tall items and there are lots of door pockets that come in handy.

Pros: beverage center - auto fill pitcher is fantastic, dual ice maker - so happy it is now in the freezer (everyone in the family loves the ice nibs from the cat to Grandma), even cooling, flex drawer (had this on my previous fridge and it was a must have again), sleek design and very very quiet. Cons: none yet 🤞🏻

Love the sleek design and idea of the water jug filtration and space. The lighting is perfect and love the app feature - EASY to use. NO MORE water drips or extra ice cubes left on a tray leaving a water residue. Love this product.

Very roomy and love that you can replace the panels - stainless tends to dent or scratch so if mine should I can easily get a new panel to make the fridge look brand new

Love the dedicated beverage door and the middle pull out drawer. Hoping I don’t have to move because this thing is pretty heavy, so be sure to put this somewhere you will use permanent. Cools exceptionally well and how it has to for every compartment.

Only recommendation for future revision is to not have a lip on the shelves of the beverage center, makes it difficult to get things in and out. If the concern is something moving around, I would say the person shouldn't be opening the door that quickly.

Makes two different size ice cubes, which is a big hit in my house. We were tight on space so the counter depth was the perfect choice. The front of the refrigerator is very clean looking with no handles, but it does show fingerprints.

The fridge keeps the food items at the safe abd secure at the right temperature and has space for all the items for a family of 4. The water filter and ice tray makes dispensing a breeze. The deli drawer is very huge and can be divided in a various section depending on your needs also the ice Ice cubes with both size are great. The regular ice cubes in the nugget ice cubes with the scoop and it’s a little holding case very conveniently located in the freezer drawers.

What we both liked about this refrigerator is that needing a counter depth refrigerator, the handles normally protrude out. This refrigerator doesnt have handles. My only minor complaint is that the stainless steel really shows finger prints and smudges.

I have owned my Samsung for nearly a month the refrigerator portion will not hold a cool enough temperature for safe use- the freezer portion is so cold it forms ice on my food and the drawers all that works is the middle drawer that can be used to soft freeze or cold cuts we tried resetting the temperature but that did not work

Love the clean aesthetic as we are treating it as a built in. One bummer is the way the doors are hinged, you cant install this flush with a wall or cabinets as the main doors need a few inches of clearance to open.

It has an excellent beverage section that has water dispenser which and a self filling jug. It also has a custom middle drawer that can be a freezer or deli tray. It is very efficient and quiet. The inside is made of cooling metal which results in rapid cooling.

This is a very good refrigerator with one small exception. It makes ice so slowly. We have checked and tried all the “fixes” and we get ice. We live in Arizona and this time of the year we use a lot of ice. Our previous Kitcheaid refrigerator made ice much faster. Other than that it is a very nice unit.
