If baby socks and other clothes get caught by the door seal while they are being washed, we strongly recommend checking the door seal to ensure that there is no sign of damage on it. Please also make sure to not overload the washing machine following the maximum load guidelines available on the User Manual on pages 38, 39 and 40: https://bit.ly/Series5plusAddWashManual If you are still experiencing this specific issue with your washing machine, we recommend contacting our Home Appliances specialists who will be able to assist you further with this. You can contact them at 0333 000 0333, Mon-Sun | 8am to 8pm. Finally, although we appreciate that you would have liked to be able to select a specific time for the washing machine to start its cycle, you can still make the most of the delay-start or end timer. For example, if you wanted to finish a 2-hour cycle an hour later you could begin the cycle at 2:00 and have it finish by 5:00. Effectively the start of the wash is delayed, creating a delayed end at the time you want. This will allow you to programme the cycle to end at a time that best suits your own needs, and because a cycle will run for a specific set time, doing this will also delay the time the cycle starts.
