I received this Refrigerator from Samsung for product testing purposes. This is a great fridge; it took some time to get used to it but it has grown on us now. Firstly, the storage capacity is very vast, for both the fridge and freezer which is fantastic. The size in height is slightly smaller than the previous fridge / freezer we had but it fits in well and the black colour is sleek going with the rest of the kitchen decor. It can smudge quickly but at the same time wipes down easily. I have given this a 5 star review because of the capacity and it being so sleek. I would highly recommend this to others looking for a new fridge.

Overall the design of the fridge is very modern and would fit in well in most kitchens. The fridge itself is sturdy and uses nice materials. Has lots of space inside and see all the contents easily. Also easy to set and monitor the temperature. The freezer compartment is slightly small but the drawers that are there are of a good size and easy to see into. Like that the back is covered. Unfortunately can't store anything ontop due to covers sticking out, can't see them unless you are looking from above so doesn't detract from the overall look.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is slightly deeper than our old one so it sticks out. It is nice and spacious, quiet, works fine so far. The shelves are non-adjustable and we miss the extra drawer for cheese we had in our old fridge. The freezer is smaller but deceptively spacious. It comes with one titchy ice cube tray. The thin plastic door shelves and vegetable drawer feel flimsier than our previous Hotpoint and I suspect they may crack with use. The door opening mechanism is the worst as the pull handle inset into the door is on the bottom and not the side - it traps your fingers against the freezer door when shutting if you aren't careful. Love the C efficiency though.

Our new fridge keeps our food fresh for longer , it's easy to clean . We also love the fact that we can change the colour panels any time to match with any kitchen unit. The fridge has big door pockets but at thesame time it's space saving. I really recommend this fridge freezer. Very good average temperature. With the Bespoke you can bring your personal style to the kitchen and it let's you create the space and look you want from your refrigeration. Adaptable to your lifestyle. However, it's a bit expensive.

We came across the Samsung bespoke that came in different colours. It fits seamlessly into our kitchen, it feels modern and tech forward. So far we've only had it plugged in for 1 day and so far so good in terms of cooling abilities and settings. The only thing I'd wish is that they'd ask which side do we want the door to be open from. When we purchased it, there was no option to set it, and when delivered the guys said that changing the door side was not an option :(... anyway, regardless we are happy with the fridge.

Nice looking f/f looks nice in new kitchen. HOWEVER after 17 months the internal casing is cracking in the both the bottom of the fridge causing a hole & in the freezer one of the moulded runners in the side wall is cracked. Samsung don't want to know & without even inspecting it say the hole in the fridge is a drainage hole (yes, seriously!) caused by the use of one application of anti-bacterial spray on a damp cloth & unsurprisingly is not covered by the 5 year extended warranty. Disgusting. Absolute heap of junk & clearly neither satisfactory quality or durable as required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if it starts to break up inside after such a short period of time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall its a normal frigde with usual features, with wine rack, non-frost and moisture free veggi rack. There was strange sound for few seconds every time i opened the door on the first few days of switching on but it stooped after few days. We had to Switch the doors to opposite side according to out kitchen layout. The screw ins were little out of place making it difficult to screw the doors back. It took a good amount of time and labour for my husband to do so. Otherwise, it does its job and quite satisfied with its function. I personally feel its on a bit more expensive side for simple design and function as such. Samsung could certainly add more functions and aesthetics for this price.

Sumsung fridge freezer , wish I had had time to research but my old fridge freezer Grundig was not worth repairing and as I had a dinner party at the weekend it was rush to replace. Am I happy ,not really, no shelf is tall enough to hold a bottle upright except door, what about sauce bottle , no way , so I will have to lose a shelf , not good , Feels very flimsy the design was not done by a women that’s for sure , wish I could just get another that would serve my needs , the best thing is the five year guarantee and ten year warranty on the motor other wise I made a bad choice

Buying this fridge to replace a primitive bush, it sure was an upgrade when realising the AI energy saving features, super thin walls and the LCD panel to change settings. It has a sleek design and looks really good with the led lighting on the interior. The minimalist shelf design along with the litre milk bottle compatible door combines. function and form. I love the apps ability to tell you energy usage and savings by the kWh and the penny! My only gripe is the fridge's power supply unit is top mounted, which means you can't store anything above the fridge.

We chose an American style side by side KENWOOD Fridge/freezer the same size as the previous Samsung but the delivery staff couldn't get it in. So it was returned and we chose this one as it is tall giving extra space, we also had an ice machine which took up valuable space. This one has a nice larder space, the freezer has two deep drawers and one narrow drawer which I use for bacon and sausages. I am very pleased with it and I now have a space to put the ironing board down the side of it. Overall I don't think we have lost any space, if we have, it is minimal.

It has plenty of space for a family of four, as it is a Spacemax with fridge capacity 230 litre and freezer with 114 litre capacity. It started cooling quickly and comes with a very handy wine rack. Good ambient lighting with simple and sensible design for shelves. It has a quite operation and looks excellent in the kitchen. Very pleased with my purchase. As it is Samsung the quality and the warranty is excellent, compared to other similar products available from other manufacturers. I have several other Samsung products that have given excellent service.

Very beautiful design, the doors are not easy to scrath, delightful silver colour. Very spacious inside, as the name suggests. It's a Which? Best buy product that met ny budget needs. Cools very nicely. It doesn't have additional features like ice maker or water cooler, but i have heard the less additional features, the less likely fridges have need for repairs. I read up about the compressor, it is digital inverter (please read up about it) and should last a very very long time. Capacity is really good, i may have more space than I need.

This replaced my old Beko fridge freezer which I’d had for a long time. I had heard good things about this model but most important was the capacity it can take and its size. Unfortunately for me my kitchen doesn’t have space for a large fridge and 60cm wide is as big as we can go. Having read about the space max feature I was interested to see how much more food I could fit in. Turns out it was a huge difference, the depth of the fridge and amount of storage space is perfect for my family now my kids are much older and fussier about food! My wife also loves the look of it and demands I clean any fingerprints off the door, which is the only negative thing I have to say about the device. Love it, need to invest in some cotton gloves while using it!

TL; DR: Do not buy for open plan kitchen / living room. I really wanted to like this fridge, it looks good, there feels like there is lots of space inside, there's a digital temperature control and I haven't seen any frost in the freezer. BUT! before the compressor starts there's a relatively loud high pitched buzz. Then when the fan turns on it's a much louder that my previous fridges (this varies, sometimes it is quieter). I sent it back for a replacement and the new one is better but still makes the same noises.

I bought this fridge end of Jan and now in March just started notice now the freezer work fine no issue but the cooling top does not work at all. its tempature is always high. even read the manual and ring samsung help line to get replace but they saying its not late they can not replace it but its under warrenty so engineer will come and have a look at it. this samsung product is disappointment. I also notice inside cooling section there are some dents. I guess samsung gave me a already faulty appliances.

It has good clean lines and the salad drawer coming out under the door shelf is a great idea. It is deceptively large inside and you can get loads in easily. It is a shame that the shelves do not have more options as I found getting family sized bottles of ketchup or dressings meant having to remove one shelf completely. The freezer drawers run smoothly and give a clear view of all the contents. Do feel it is a bit overpriced though.

I received this refrigerator from Samsung for product testing purposesand it replaced a taller fridge freezer with 1 more shelf and another rack in the door but because of the wider internal space I haven't missed this space at all. performance has been great it runs silently now although it was quite noisy whilst getting to the right temperature. we are a family of 5 adults and have had no issue with the freezer or fridge space whilst it takes up less space than the previous one. Excellent product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a very sleek and fairly efficient refrigerator. Nice and compact but with plenty of internal space to play with. The completely sealed and flat back makes it perfect for tucking against the wall. The only negative is that the fridge is not exactly silent. You can often hear a very faint hum from it. There is also Smartthings support if you're into this, but honestly the features are rather basic, though if you have kids the smart alerts for when the fridge door is open too long is useful.

The design and look are very sleek. The internal space is great providing enough shelf and drawer space in the fridge. The temperature setting panel located inside the fridge is easy to operate and made setting the fridge up very simple. I love that the fridge is tall rather then wide taking up less space in my kitchen in comparison to my previous fridge. I received this refrigerator from Samsung for product testing purposes. This fridge freezer replaced a similar tall machine however this one seems to have much more space which is brilliant. The fridge itself is quiet but this is only after it had been in overnight, the fan was quite noisy to start and a small amount of frost in the freezer appeared however some advice for other users, read the instructions and stick to them, we changed the door to open to the left and it was only when we turned the seals around 180° a couple of days later that the frost in the freezer disappeared. The only main issue we did have was the shelves in the fridge could not be moved around to suit and were fixed in height aside from that it has been a great fridge freezer. It is bright inside, spacious, sturdy and quiet

I received this refrigerator from Samsung for product testing purposes. Fridge freezer replaced a slightly smaller model so the additional capacity is very welcome. The fridge is well set out with plenty storage space in the door and main compartment. All the shelf positions are fixed though so no opportunity to amend the set up to suit. The design of the Fridge Freezer is great with nice clean lines and and simple handles and it is relatively quiet.

I like the look of this fridge in black, as it's a sort of mirrored effect, so it's very reflective and does not look too dark. There is a lot of space in the fridge, however I would have preferred there to be two separate salad drawers rather than one large one. It fits all my Gousto delivery meals for the week with no problems, and with space to spare for my other fridge essentials. I'd like another drawer in the freezer, but it doesn't seem popular for fridge/freezer's this height to have a 50/50 split. This is a shame but I'm sure I will learn to cope with not having so much freezer room. The biggest pro for me is just how quiet it is. When living in an open lounge/diner/kitchen area, this is very important. Previous fridges have been very noisy.

We received this product for testing purposes. It replaced a very slightly smaller fridge freezer and despite only a small difference in size, there seems to be noticeably more space in this new one. It makes a good use of space and is efficient. We are a family of two adults and two young children and we have plenty of room in both the fridge and freezer for what we require. It is quiet and looks much nicer in the space than our previous model.

My original fridge freezer was larger in size to this new one, however, I was surprised at how much I could fit into fridge and freezer drawers. Very spacious and I haven't struggled with space considering this fridge freezer is smaller that what I had. It's also perfect for a short person like me who is able to reach out to the top shelves with no difficulty and allows my children to take their own food out of the fridge. No need for a fold up ladder anymore. The refrigerator fits perfectly in my modern looking kitchen. Lovely deep drawers for the freezer where you can fit plenty of food. My personal preference would be that a 50/50 split with fridge freezer would have been more ideal, however, the deep drawers in the freezer section makes up for it all.

The fridge shelves and door are very well laid out and functional, and the freezer drawers are deep and spacious too! The appliance is not noisy, compared to my previous one which made a constant low humming noise. This is a great fridge freezer and exactly what I was looking for. I like that it does not have a water dispenser as I wanted one without and you don’t find that a lot nowadays. 5 stars from me.

It has a digital thermostat - separate for fridge and freezer. Hard to say if it's a keeper at the moment as it has only arrived today and is coming down to temperature so is a little noisy. Hopefull this will pass whan it has reached the correct operating temp. Time will tell. It looks a bit rough round some edges and the top of it has an exposed metal plate so not really aestheticall pleasing up there but who can see up there I suppose.

Definitely i love the brand and its products i bought recently it is very good and well worth of money only down side is that product has bit of noisy fan and the compartment shelves does not have adjustable facility other wise it is functioning very good as it was describe . luckily my kitchen is far enough from dining room so the noise doesn't bother me but if it is combined kitchen with the dining then definitely i wouldn't go for it.

Same footprint of the old freestanding one I was replacing, but so much quieter and with so much space inside. I love the huge salad bin at the bottom, it's much better than twin drawers. The bottle holders work a treat and there's tonnes of space in the freezer. Brilliant! My only gripe is I'm having difficulty registering it though as the purchase date calendar on Samsung's website is not working properly. Please fix this.

The only thing I don't like is some of the shelves are difficult/impossible to completely slide out. Would have given it 5 stars otherwise. Mine is meant to be white but is actually a beige/cream white - perfect for me but might be a surprise if you wanted a brilliant white. Got mine on a good offer making it more affordable.

I bought from a local supplier who delivered very quickly. After leaving the F/F to stand for three hours or so I switched the unit on and within a remarkably short time the freezer was at the temperature I had set (-20c) and the fridge was actually lower than the temperature I'd set (3 deg as opposed to 5 deg) This wasn't an issue as I can adjust the settings easily. I had a minor problem which I notice after unpacking. The retailer immediately contacted Samsung who, in turn, contacted me and resolved the matter without any delay whatsoever. Very pleased so far with the performance of the unit and the service offered by my local retailer and Samsung. One final note - others have said the unit is noise. I don't find the unit at all noisy. It is very quiet. One improvement that could be provided at very little extra effort would be to provide some flexibility in shelf placement.

Very smart looking appliance with lots of space and easy access to items. Love the shelf layout which let's you see everything at a glance and deep drawers in the freezer with plenty of storage space. I was concerned that with one less drawer I would struggle but the opposite is true. I have plenty of space even after doing a full family shop. Very quiet even when fan running. Very happy with our purchase!

Good looking fridge. Nice inside except the shelves a little narrow. Not as quiet as I would have hoped but not that noisy compared to other fridges. Was really noisy for the first couple of days but seems fine now. Veg drawer design isn't great - you can't pull it fully out and can't see inside it properly because of the white plastic. Keeps things fresh in veg drawer especially.

Love the look of the fridge freezer, the gloss grey, with a stainless steel effect, really looks great. The 5 year parts & labour warranty was the deal clincher for us. Much neater than our previous fridge (only a small bit deeper than our 60cm base cabinets). We like the split between fridge and freezer and the lighting inside was nice and bright. The economy looks like it will be cheaper to run than many of the other fridges we looked at that were similar. The best bit though it how quiet it is compared to our previous appliance. Recommended.

Really disappointing. Bought this thinking it would be quiet as that is made as a selling point but the fridge is really loud. The compressor comes on a lot, every 20 mins and is louder than our old fridge. I have now noticed that the metal cover is missing. Tried to sort via Live Chat support but their solution was to ‘defrost it’...a 24 hour old frost free fridge. Pathetic.

Our first new Fridge/freezer in over 20 years. We were worried about it fitting, but the 59.5cm width means you don't have the worry about it fitting into a standard 60cm gap. It does! Loads of space thanks to the Spacemax design, and the flexibility of shelving means all your favourites can be accommodated. With an extended 5yr Warranty thrown in, I couldn't be happier.

The doors have a brushed stainless appearance but with a gloss coating so you don't end up with unsightly smears and fingerprints, it looks great in my small open plan flat and importantly runs very quietly. The 70/30 split means the fridge is very spacious although there isn't really any flexibility in terms of being able to move the shelves up and down to create more space for taller items like sauce bottles. Despite the freezer only being a 30 split it's also really roomy, as roomy as the 60/40 split fridge freezer I had previously. The digital temperature display in the fridge is handy and the controls are easy to use. One thing I will say is that the top isn't flat so you can't easily put anything much on top of the fridge freezer and also I would prefer the fridge handles to be on the side of the door rather than the lower edge but that's it really!

Great fridge capacity. Good lighting inside. Like the digital display inside telling me current temperature. Already think I am saving energy versus my old fridge freezer. good improvement on our old Fridge Freezer, more economical, digital display is good too. Reversing the door hinge side is NOT easy to do, difficulty in getting the screws into the cabinet, would have been much easier if the threads had been cleared of insulation and the tri-lobed screws had rolled the threads into the cabinet on the production line

As someone else mentioned, the shelves do not come out with ease, in fact very , very difficult. The shelves are impeded by the fridge door not opening wide enough, resulting in the shelves hitting the door , even at the angle the instructions tell you/ Impossible without scratching!! Very noisy, and bad design. More for style than Practicable.

Wait until you try to clean the glass insert in a bottom tray. Gunge collects in the fit between glass and plastic. The tray will not come out. I love how quiet it is, how quickly it chills and how well protected by packaging when delivdered. Only minor niggles are the salad crisper draw should be divided in two (I like to keep fruit and veg separately) and the user Handbook should specify where the Control Panel is hiding as it was not obvious at first when the alarm was sounding.

You would think that a freezer would have an ice compartment, but NO, not this one. Come with an ice tray, ironically. My old Samsung fridge/freezer has an ice compartment and although its 10 years old, I think it's still better than this new one. The rest of the fridge/freezer seems fine, time will tell and a 5 year warranty, so lets see.

Received the fridge freezer yesterday. The fridge has been set to 3c but an independent thermostat shows 7c inside the fridge. The app is not showing current temp in the fridge, just the temp you can set it at. Not very useful if you want to monitor the temp. No drawer/ compartment for meat, just veg. No bottle holders.

I'm very pleased with it and satisfied with the amount of storage, lot if spaces inside. The design of this fridge/ freezer is superb, very cool and stylish, it touch smooth and sleek and no big clumsy handles sticking out to catch yourself on when going past, excellent quality all round. It is very quit, no noise at all, totally silent. Digital invertor works perfectly. It fits everything, also it easy to clean, the shelves and draws are really well designed, it is a big bigger inside. The temperature control panel is inside the fridge and it is really easy to use. Vegetable and fruits department saves fruits and vegetables fresh for weeks. Samsung is associated with quality and this fridge/freezer does not disappoint. Overall nothing to complain about and everything to praise, all in all perfect. The quality of build throughout is of a high standard with good storage throughout for my big family.

I received this refrigerator from Samsung as a product trial. Really pleased with the space saving design inside. It seems to be a bit of a tardis inside and can hold quite a bit. The walls of the freezer and fridge are thin inside which means there is more depth and width. This provides more space for food inside so you can fit more across such as the door shelves. The freezer is the most noticeable. It looks small from the outside but the drawers hold a large quantity again due to the freezer walls being thin. Depth and width are impressive allowing more to be stored. The refrigerator is quiet and the only niggles are that the shelves in the door do not move. The bottom shelf starts quite high which means the other two shelves do not have much height and can only fit jars in them. This isn’t so bad as the bottom shelf is wide and deep and can hold more than usual. Finally the bottom fresh food tray is one big tray which means you can store more but when full it is difficult to pull out of the refrigerator.

It is silent and very efficient. The thermostat is very easy to access and show the current temperature of fridge. The light is bright enough and reaches all the compartments. The refrigerator has good amount of storage with a tray to stored drinks and wine. The doors open wide and it easy to access. It also has a alarm for door if left open which is an excellent feature. The door bins are positioned in places where it does not come in the middle of drawer. The freezer has lot of space and it is frost free. It fits a lot of stuff as we use the freezer section most and is always full. However there are a few issue due to lack of flexibility. The selves are fixed and can't be adjusted and that causes issues with certain items can only fit in specific section due to height of container. On the door the trays are fixed and long bottes have to be put in lower tray which is over crowded all the time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this refrigerator from Samsung for product testing purposes. When it first arrived we thought it may be too small for us as we are a family of 4. Our old one was taller and appeared bigger however we needant have worried. The Freezer section was the most deceptive and although it appeared at least 20% smaller than our old one it actually wasn't. It was probably due to the space max feature. It comfortably filled in our frozen goods. The Fridge section is nice and bright and makes it easier to locate items. The shelves and drawers are well made and sturdy. Everything is quite easy to reach and get to and there is nothing from the fridge itself that takes up unnecessary space It looks like a premium product especially in the silver. Before I fitted the handles, I was considering just leaving them off as it looked quite nice with a flush finish and you can still open doors quite easily, although it would mean getting excess fingerprints on the door. All in all an excellent fridge freezer, does what it is meant to do and uses space very efficiently.
