Received the fridge freezer yesterday. The fridge has been set to 3c but an independent thermostat shows 7c inside the fridge. The app is not showing current temp in the fridge, just the temp you can set it at. Not very useful if you want to monitor the temp. No drawer/ compartment for meat, just veg. No bottle holders.

After getting our first house 2 years ago, we have slowly been working our way through the house to update things as needed. The fridge has been the most recent update. I can't believe the difference in space that the SpaceMax Technology gives! The fridge is a lot bigger than the one we had prior, however it looks very sleak. There are loads of different shelves inside that loads of different items. I love the compartment to keep vegetables and fruit fresh, it really helps to add extra days onto the shelf life. I also downloaded the smart things app, what a great resource to be able to check energy usuage and how you can improve performance etc. The fridge is also very quiet, I actually thought I had accidentally unplugged it :D. It also tells you if you have left the fridge or freezer door open which is helpful, no longer coming down stairs to defrosted icecream. It is also on wheels which made it easy to slide into place. Absolutely great fridge/freezer, extremely spacious, keeps food fresh. temperature can be controlled using the smart things app or within the fridge itself (control panel). Our house is slowly becoming more and more samsung as we have found them to be extremely realiable. Washing machine is great, next it will be our oven.

Buying this fridge to replace a primitive bush, it sure was an upgrade when realising the AI energy saving features, super thin walls and the LCD panel to change settings. It has a sleek design and looks really good with the led lighting on the interior. The minimalist shelf design along with the litre milk bottle compatible door combines. function and form. I love the apps ability to tell you energy usage and savings by the kWh and the penny! My only gripe is the fridge's power supply unit is top mounted, which means you can't store anything above the fridge.

Very spacious inside the fridge and freezer drawers much better design than our old model. Like the silver colour which blends in with our kitchen very well. Very beautiful design, the doors are not easy to scrath, delightful silver colour. Very spacious inside, as the name suggests. It's a Which? Best buy product that met ny budget needs. Cools very nicely. It doesn't have additional features like ice maker or water cooler, but i have heard the less additional features, the less likely fridges have need for repairs. I read up about the compressor, it is digital inverter (please read up about it) and should last a very very long time. Capacity is really good, i may have more space than I need.

By the time this arrived we had been without a working fridge for ten days, so it was hugely welcome. The first thing to be said about it is that it works: it keeps the food cold. There are some strange design choices, though. In the fridge part some of the shelves are very widely separated, while some are very close together, and you can't adjust their positions to suit yourself. When we first plugged it in its temperature alarm went off. The instructions told me that I could stop this from the control panel, but not where the control panel was! I had to look that up on the Internet.

This replaced my old Beko fridge freezer which I’d had for a long time. I had heard good things about this model but most important was the capacity it can take and its size. Unfortunately for me my kitchen doesn’t have space for a large fridge and 60cm wide is as big as we can go. Having read about the space max feature I was interested to see how much more food I could fit in. Turns out it was a huge difference, the depth of the fridge and amount of storage space is perfect for my family now my kids are much older and fussier about food! My wife also loves the look of it and demands I clean any fingerprints off the door, which is the only negative thing I have to say about the device. Love it, need to invest in some cotton gloves while using it!

I've had it for about a month now and so far it's been great. There is a lot of space inside, more than enough for our family of 3. Food is cooled rely well, but not frozen (I can see a huge difference comparing to my old fridge). There 3 big drawers in the freezer as well. Fridge is very quiet as well (I wasn't sure how this will be like, as some reviews I read previously to buying said it was noisy, but that's not true). The only thing that could be improved is the door shelves. The middle shelf can be moved, but if it's in the lower position, the milk bottle won't fit on the door. If it's higher, you can't fit even slightly taller containers on it. But that's not a massive issue. Overall very happy with my purchase. The 5 year warranty also a huge bonus.

It's even more noisy than my old 12 year old fridge freezer which I didn't expect. I'm not sure if there's something wrong or if I'm just expecting it to be quiet because it's brand new 🤔

I'm so pleased with my new fridge freezer. It looks amazing and more importantly it's super quiet, and fits a huge amount in. I was really worried that the freezer would be too small because of it being a 70/30 but when comparing with other 60/40 models it was actually bigger thanks to the thinner walls. Really pleased and this was a more energy efficient version than other models too. I haven't done anything with the Smart side of things as it's not really of any interest but maybe good for some people

Great size for the space I have, great layout, particularly the vegetable tray in the fridge (much better than previous fridges I’ve had with two smaller trays). Very spacious inside and like the anti frost element of the freezer.

It has a digital thermostat - separate for fridge and freezer. Hard to say if it's a keeper at the moment as it has only arrived today and is coming down to temperature so is a little noisy. Hopefull this will pass whan it has reached the correct operating temp. Time will tell. It looks a bit rough round some edges and the top of it has an exposed metal plate so not really aestheticall pleasing up there but who can see up there I suppose.

Nice pice of kits-few design issues for me in the fridge- fixed positions and no fresh meat drawer. Nice can/bottle shelf and good shelves in door. Freezer is great, easy open drawers and plenty of visibility. Style wise shame about the big black door hinges, spoil an otherwise minimalistic white finish. It is quite deep relatively but that’s fine. All in all a decent item from a great seller from a known manufacturer with a good rep

Bought this to replace a beko when the insulation had failed. So far i am very impressed with the quality and looks of the appliance. The fridge is massive and you get very consistent cooling to 5°c throughout. The freezer has plenty of capacity too but should really be 4 drawers rather than 3 deep drawers. An icecube tray would be beneficial too. Overall very good and comes with a 5 year warranty.

The storage space in this fridge/freezer is AWESOME. I love the ridged wine shelf which keeps bottles and cans from rolling around. The fridge is really quiet and I like that the temp display is discreetly inside the door. Two of the three freezer drawers are very deep and can hold a lot of stuff- but the top drawer is slightly too shallow in my opinion. Still, it’s absolutely brilliant.

I bought this after using one at a house we stayed at. It looks great in an open plan kitchen/living room, super quiet to the point I sometimes have to open the door to check it's on and ok. For the size it has great storage space inside. Food remains perfectly fresh for a long time. Only thing that could be improved would be more flexibility on the positioning of the shelves.

Great fridge freezer. Replaced a 13 year old one and certainly notice the difference. It keeps the food so much fresher in the fridge as it keeps the temperature evenly cold by using a digital inverter compressor. The storage capacity is also bigger with the same size cabinet due to its "Space Max" design. I also like the digital temperature controls for precise setting.

The fridge freezer seems good. A lot quiter than the old HOT point one I had. the only issue I would notice as noticed by others is that the 2 litter Milk bottle would only fit on bottom door shelf provided you move the middle one higher which frankly makes the middle one useless. Obviously in Korea they must have different sizes for milk bottles. Appart from that good.

I bought this to replace an old fridge that still seemed to be working well, but got rather hot and made alarming clonking noises. This new one obviously works a lot better, as the ice cream is actually hard, it is almost completely silent, and barely gets warm on the outside, so it must be a lot more efficient.

This refrigerator from Samsung has far more features compared to Bosch who sell even basic ones at higher prices. It has wifi connect facility and has a very smart intelligent system. Samsung's customer service is also great! The only con I notice is that it should have had a better energy rating.

I am having trouble with salad actually freezing . I have set the fridge temperature at 7 degrees and the thermometer I have in there shows it is 1 degree and some salad is practically frozen. This is not right. There is also plenty of food in the freezer in case that had any bearing on it.

It’s our first free standing appliance for many years. Impressed with the interior of the appliance. A very roomy fridge. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars was that we could not move the adjustable feet to level it. However hard we tried the screwdriver just stripped the plastic.
