Where can I find an Android version of an apps I use on Windows Mobile or iOS?

The most popular apps tend to have versions on all major mobile platforms. You should be able to find the Android version of your iOS or Windows app in the Google Play Store.

If you are unable to find the Android version, it is likely because the developer of the app hasn't made it available on Android yet. Depending on the app, you may be able to find a similar version in the Play Store. Alternatively, it may be worth contacting the app's developer to find out if they plan to release an Android version.
