We bought this television about 2 weeks ago and we were blown out by the contrast. The colour's really pop and it seems like your watching in 3D. Which your not, but that is an amazing picture. We had a 55" curve Samsung that we enjoyed, but was too big for our viewing area. So we downsized and I have been noticing the mini leds coming on the market. I didn't expect it to be so pin point. The set up was really easy and set it up to my phone through smarthings. I would highly recommend upscaling to the new mini leds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high expectations that this model would be an improvement over my previous 14 year old 55" Samsung LED non HD TV which had a very sharp and clear picture, I read some reviews which stated that the picture was sharp and clear but that it was lacking in dark black scenes. assuming that 14 years on form my original Samsung I would see a massive improvement in screen clarity and sharpness especially with this TV being 4K enabled I was sorely disappointed, I was so disappointed that I wanted to return the TV for an exchange to a different model hover the dealer was going to only refund 50% of the cost. I have adjusted the settings to get as clear a picture as possible but to be honest my old TV which still works gives a far superior picture, I would not recommend this TV.

I bought this TV specifically to watch the World Cup and it has been great. The "Soccer Mode" option makes the picture Pop and is quite enjoyable. Setup was easy and I couldn't be happier with the picture quality. The only point I wished was a bit more fluid is the actual fluidity of the menu. It seems like there is a delay or stall when I move through the different apps or going into the settings. Otherwise a great buy!

Bought this TV a month ago and most everything is acceptable however the sound is very poor. To get it up to listening level one must turn the volume up to max. We are fortunate that we attached a sound bar. It appears as if Samsung is forcing buyers to buy sound bars, not cool. We are big fans of Samsung but this unit is disappointing.

Bought this TV almost a month ago and really like it. The picture quality is very good for the price. The navigation of the smart TV is a bit hard at first but once you spend some time navigating and learning it, it’s is easy to use. Highly recommended for those wanting a large tv on a budget, you won’t regret it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is very good for the price and the colour is outstanding. I was easy to set up and there’s no need for a soundbar since the speakers on the TV are great as they are. It’s also very light for what it is so was simple to mount on a wall stand. It comes with two remotes, a simple and advanced and the TV responds fast to both.

I bought this a month ago.. Easy to set up. though I wish I didnt have to have a Samsung account to initiate watchhiing TV.. But works fine, looks great. remote is easy, colours brighttness all good.. a little mottling of deep blacks in some scenes.. Think this is a great value.. 8.5/10

Excellent brightness and contrast, and I like the operating system features and responsiveness. I am a little upset to find out it is a proprietary android operating system that doesn’t allow applications to be installed that aren’t available on the designated App Store.

We bought this Samsung 55" TV in June 2026 and am very happy with the great picture, volume on regular programs is great but on movies, etc not so great, like the Mini Led and no problems with it losing the picture as the LG Olen TV.

Replaced our old wall TV. We have cut the satellite tv so the old TV became useless. The new one patches in to our wireless network and we can get our streaming channels, Netflix, Prime etc The picture and sound quality are fine in its location, secondary in the house to our bigger TV

My LG Scarlet Edition TV bought in 2008 has a far more superior picture compared to this Samsung,. Maybe it's my expectations since this is the first TV I have bought in 18 years, I just thought the tech had made leaps and bounds since 2008.

I got a lemon because the wi fi wouldn't work and the samsung hub would never load. Spent hours with a samsung chat line and got nowhere. Took the unit back and got a different brand.
