I absolutely hate this Tv. My son in law bought this TV for me as I had just gotten out of hospital and was unable to shop. He set it up for me. It worked for a couple of days then had a power outage and could not connect again to the Internet. I tried over and over and reset the modem. I don’t have any problem with other TV in my home. I absolutely detest the remote control that comes with it. It is a piece of garbage. Why does it not have its own volume control?. The Voice that describes whether Samsung plus and what is available for viewing it’s so annoying. I would not recommend this TV to anybody.

I bought a month ago easy to operate and love the smart TV. Highly recommend. The remote could improve with volume with up n down arrow instead of clicking same button up n down easily go to mute with the flick….

We just bought this TV a few weeks ago but we’ve been enjoying it. The quality is great (granted our 2 tv’s are 8 and 15 years old). We are very happy that there are free channels (tv shows , movies, etc). Only “issue” we had to come to terms with is the fact that we had to create a Samsung account in order to download and use streaming services (Netflix etc) Remote has very smooth scrolling & the movement (matches when you press to scroll) It’s very light and very thin tv, perfect for mounting on the wall!

My wife and I decided that our other Samsung TV which is 17 years old was getting up in age and we moved it to the spare room. We have always had Samsung TV and have never been disappointed with them. This time we went with a 55 in Samsung Mini LED. I m still in awe of the quality of the picture it give us, as well as the bonus of Samsung channels that came with it. We are very happy with our Purchase.

It’s really clear and sharp, and the colours and brightness are noticeably better than our previous TV. The Mini LED screen is impressive, particularly when watching movies and streaming, and the sound is also surprisingly good for a TV this size. Set-up was easy and the smart features are straightforward to use. Everything loads quickly and it’s easy to switch between the different streaming apps and normal TV. It also looks great – very slim and modern and doesn’t dominate the room. Overall, we’re really pleased with it. Excellent picture quality, easy to use and a great TV for the price. Would definitely recommend.

Love the TV. Our only issue is not being able to get the universal remote feature to work with our Rogers controller. It is inconvenient to have to use two controllers to watch TV. Our watching experience also improved quite a bit when we found the amplify feature on the sound setting. The standard setting was just too quiet for us.

This is the best TV I have ever had. The colours are amazing - the brightness is such that even when the scenes are "dark" I can see them. The images are clear and the sound is great. I would recommend this TV to anyone who want amazing images and sound without having to break the bank to do so.

The surprising thing to me was how light the tv was to carry, considering the 50 inch size of it, I expected a 2 person lift, but I easily handled it myself and I’m 77 years of age. The colors are brighter than our last tv. We are really enjoying our new tv set!

The TV produces a great picture. Turning it on and finding TV (and NOT Samsung TV!) was very frustrating especially at first. I'm old school and use to just turning a TV on to watch TV. The blue and green dots spin too long, over a minute before it connects to my set top box. I tried to get it to remember which HDMI input was for TV but it's not working. I don't understand why watching TV should be so convoluted.

As stated above regarding health and age I do not the smart facility so it would have been helpful if this facility could have been turned off as I will never use it. As smart facility getting involved with Freeview 4K set top box only 4 stars in features sorry.

We bought this television about 2 weeks ago and we were blown out by the contrast. The colour's really pop and it seems like your watching in 3D. Which your not, but that is an amazing picture. We had a 55" curve Samsung that we enjoyed, but was too big for our viewing area. So we downsized and I have been noticing the mini leds coming on the market. I didn't expect it to be so pin point. The set up was really easy and set it up to my phone through smarthings. I would highly recommend upscaling to the new mini leds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high expectations that this model would be an improvement over my previous 14 year old 55" Samsung LED non HD TV which had a very sharp and clear picture, I read some reviews which stated that the picture was sharp and clear but that it was lacking in dark black scenes. assuming that 14 years on form my original Samsung I would see a massive improvement in screen clarity and sharpness especially with this TV being 4K enabled I was sorely disappointed, I was so disappointed that I wanted to return the TV for an exchange to a different model hover the dealer was going to only refund 50% of the cost. I have adjusted the settings to get as clear a picture as possible but to be honest my old TV which still works gives a far superior picture, I would not recommend this TV.

I bought this TV specifically to watch the World Cup and it has been great. The "Soccer Mode" option makes the picture Pop and is quite enjoyable. Setup was easy and I couldn't be happier with the picture quality. The only point I wished was a bit more fluid is the actual fluidity of the menu. It seems like there is a delay or stall when I move through the different apps or going into the settings. Otherwise a great buy!

We had to return the TV to the store we purchased this from as it states it offers BBCIPLAYER after installing the tv this app is not available. Samsung do not have a license from the BBC to put it onto this tv and could not tell me when this would happen. So i returned the tv to the store who advertised it with this app and they replaced it with another make of tv of our choice.

Bought this TV a month ago and most everything is acceptable however the sound is very poor. To get it up to listening level one must turn the volume up to max. We are fortunate that we attached a sound bar. It appears as if Samsung is forcing buyers to buy sound bars, not cool. We are big fans of Samsung but this unit is disappointing.

Replaced our old wall TV. We have cut the satellite tv so the old TV became useless. The new one patches in to our wireless network and we can get our streaming channels, Netflix, Prime etc The picture and sound quality are fine in its location, secondary in the house to our bigger TV
