• What is the Samsung Referral Program?

  As a part of the Samsung Referral program, existing Samsung smartphone users (“referrers”) can refer their friends and family (“beneficiaries”) to purchase eligible Samsung smartphones and avail special discounts. Once a Beneficiary makes a successful purchase using their unique referral codes from eligible devices, the Referrer is entitled to receive benefits from Samsung.

  

  Program Construct:

  • Referrer generates a referral code on e-Store & shares with their friends and family
  • Beneficiary gets incentives on eligible e-Store purchases by using the referral code during checkout
  • Incentive to Referrer on successful purchase by Referred friend. No benefits/incentives will be granted to Referrer in case of sales return.

• Who is eligible to participate in the program?

  • 1. Referrer: Upon fulfillment of either of the below mentioned conditions the participant may start referring others-

  • 2. Beneficiary: Individuals who receive a valid referral code from eligible referrers are eligible to be a part of the program.

• What will I receive when participating in the program/offer?

  Referrer: For the first three (3N)successful purchases made from your Referred Friends via Samsung online shop (Samsung.com or Shop Samsung App) using your discount code, you’ll earn benefits in the form of Samsung vouchers, free gifts or offers from Samsung partners. Refer Annexure A for current list of benefits.

  Beneficiaries (referred friends): When referred from your friend/ family member, you will receive incentives, in the form of discounts on the product value, free gifts with their purchases or other promotions as described in Annexure A

• When will I be rewarded?

  Referrer: After your Referred Friends make their purchase using your discount coupon on the Samsung online shop and the 14-day return period ends, your incentive will be shared with you via your registered mobile number and email address within 3-5 business days. Please note that under this Program, as a Referrer, you will only receive the benefits thrice (3N times) a year based upon the purchase(s) made by your referred friends/Beneficiaries. However, you will be able to refer your friends with your referral code throughout the year.

  Beneficiaries (referred friends): If you enter the referral code at checkout shared by your friends while checking out from Samsung online shop, you will receive the incentive with your order. As a beneficiary, you can make up to three (3N) redemptions using your friend’s referral codes.

• How do I track my Samsung vouchers?

  Your voucher codes will be shared with you on your registered mobile number and email address within 21 days of the delivery of your friend’s device. Please ensure that you are opted in to receive communications from Samsung.

• What is the maximum benefit that a Referrer can accumulate under the program?

  A referrer can accumulate a maximum of ₹4500.00 per financial year under the program.

• Where can I Redeem my Samsung vouchers?

  After you have received your Samsung vouchers, you can redeem them on the Samsung online shop (Samsung.com or Shop Samsung App).

• What products are ineligible for beneficiary discount?

  Only products highlighted in Annexure A are eligible. All other products and categories are ineligible.

• Can I combine this with other discounts?

  The referral discount is stackable with other offers unless specifically excluded in the terms and conditions of other offers and cannot be combined with other promo codes. This offer shall not be applicable for Samsung Employee Purchase Program users (for both Samsung employees and/or other corporate employees). Also you cannot combine the two referral discounts that you will receive on account of two successful referrals.

• Can I use a referral code with exchange?

  Yes, you can redeem a referral code when purchasing an eligible device (highlighted in Annexure A) with the exchange offer. The discount on the product would be calculated on the final cart value of the device, after deducting the exchange value of your old device.

• Can I use a referral code with no cost EMI options?

  Yes, you can redeem a referral code when purchasing an eligible device (as highlighted in Annexure A, refer the Terms and Conditions document for this Program) with the exchange offer, except for Galaxy M31, M31 Prime, Galaxy F41, Galaxy S10 Lite, Tab A7, Tab S7 | S7+ and Tab S6 Lite.
