How to fix error codes in Front Load Washer Dryer Combo

The front load washing machine displays the information codes which can help to understand what is occurring with your machine. Therefore, if the washing machine fails to operate, check the control panel first. In most cases, it is not a mechanical problem.

Please use the table below to find the error code and the solution needed to resolve the issue.

Code Cause Solution
OC Water has overflowed

• Restart after spinning.

• If the information code remains on the display, contact a Samsung customer care.

LC, LC1 Check the drain hose

• Make sure the end of the drain hose is not placed on the floor.

• Make sure the drain hose is not clogged.

• If the information code remains on the display, contact a Samsung customer care.

3C Check the drum motor for operation

• Try restart the cycle.

• If the information code remains on the display, contact a Samsung customer care.

3CP The electronic control needs to be checked

• Try restart the cycle.

• If the information code remains on the display, contact a Samsung customer care.

UC Check the pulsator motor for operation / Low volage detected

• Check if the power cord is properly connected, and power is supplied properly.

• If the information code remains on the display, contact a Samsung customer care.

HC High temperature heating check

• If the information code remains on the display, contact a Samsung customer care.

1C The Water Level sensor is not working

• Turn the machine OFF, and restart the cycle.

• If the information code remains on the display, contact a Samsung customer care.

AC Check communication between main and sub PBAs

• Turn the machine OFF, and restart the cycle.

• If the information code remains on the display, contact a Samsung customer care.

8C The MEMS sensor is not working

• Turn the machine OFF, and restart the cycle.

• If the information code remains on the display, contact a Samsung customer care.

AC6 Check communication between main and inverter PBAs

• Depending on the state, the machine may automatically returns to its normal operation.

• Turn the machine OFF, and restart the cycle.

• If the information code remains on the display, contact a Samsung customer care.

DC1 The main Door lock/unlock is not working properly

• Turn the machine OFF, and restart the cycle.

• If the information code remains on the display, contact a Samsung customer care.

6C6 Detergent level sensor moistures or failure

• Proceed to pump clean operation. To check, click here.

• If the information code remains on the display, contact a Samsung customer care.

6C7 Softener level sensor moistures or failure

• Proceed to pump clean operation. To check, click here.

• If the information code remains on the display, contact a Samsung customer care.

Clean drain filter Water is not draining

• Make sure the drain hose is not frozen or clogged.

• Make sure the drain hose is positioned correctly, depending on the connection type.

• Clean the debris filter as it may be clogged.

• Make sure the drain hose is straightened all the way to the drain system.

• If the information code remains on the display, contact a Samsung customer care.

Please connect the hot/cold water hose connection Check hot/cold water supply

• Make sure the cold water supply hose is firmly connected to the cold water tap. if it is connected to the hot water ta, the laundry may be deformed with some cycles.

• If the information code remains on the display, contact a Samsung customer care.
