How to check for Software Update in Samsung Galaxy S3(GT-I9300) JB OS 4.3?

a). Tap on Apps icon as shown below.

b). Now, Tap and drag the Application screen towards right and then tap on Settings icon.

c). Now tap on More settings and then tap on About device option as shown below.

d). Tap on Software update as shown below.

e). The following options will be available :

● Update : Tap to check for any available updates for the Galaxy Gear. If available, the software will be downloaded and copied to the Galaxy Gear.

● Auto update : Check for updates periodically.

● Wi-Fi only : If an update is available, only download the software if the mobile device has an active wireless connection.
