How to enable a full-screen size ratio in Galaxy S8|S8+?

This is a normal operation caused by Google’s CDD(Compatibility Definition Document) policy and you can adjust manually by application type.

Navigate to Apps screen >Tap Settings > Display > Full-screen apps.
Then, choose which apps you want to use the full-screen aspect ratio.
