Why video quality recorded using Ultra Wide Camera is poor on Samsung Galaxy S10 Series?

Samsung is aware of this symptom which may appear on limited Galaxy S10 Series due to camera software issue and it can be occurred on specific video size when ultra wide camera is used.

Video can be of poor quality if recorded under following conditions i.e Enabled HDR 10+ and 16:9(HD resolution)/Full size.

Regarding this problem, Samsung is scheduled to release a new software update at earliest possible. Therefore, please check and update software version through Settings > System Updates > Download updates manually > Update(if available) or via Smart Switch PC.

Alternatively, to proper use a ultra wide camera when recording the video before new Software update, please disable HDR 10+ feature or select 1:1/ 16:9(FHD/UHD resolution) video size on Camera Settings.

1 Open Camera app , tap Camera Settings and then tap Advanced recording options.
