What do I do when the TV is scratched or dented?

Scratched or dented TV :
Scratched or dented TV screens cannot be repaired, but only be replaced. Kindly contact a Samsung authorized service center to arrange for service or It can also be arranged via Your Service (Sign in with Samsung account > Register product > Request Support).
Note :
- Physical damage is not covered under Samsung Warranty
- Replacement of physical damage part will incure labor and part cost as per company warranty policy
- We recommend you get repair estimate cost before you proceed with the replacement
