I bought this vacuum cleaner, at first I was really happy with it. Until recently when exactly the same thing happened to me. First, the rubber on the small wheel came off scratching the floor, then shortly after the brush snapped and is unusable. I’m really disappointed with Samsung. It’s unacceptable that such expensive piece of equipment only lasts a year or so.

The back wheel of the brush head is worn out making the movement of the vacuum very hard on the floor. The vaccum is less than 2 year old and is used only once a week. I dont know if the wheel can be replaced or I have to order the whole brush head which is a rip off. very bad design, did not expect it from samsung. I have no many other products from them, but this product seems to be of a very bad quaality

We have a Samsung Jet 70 Complete VS15T7036R5 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner The Turbo Action Brush attachment has broken one of the rollers after just over 1 year of use. I'm estimating that we use this particular attachment approximately twice per week, so its faulted after just over 100 uses! I think this is a poor design. The other roller on the opposite side also has a crack in the thin plastic that holds the spindle in place. My wife and I are elderly and are certainly not abusing the vacuum cleaner so this quality is disappointing from Samsung and we will be looking at buying an alternative cordless vacuum cleaner rather than waste any more money on buying a replacement for this

I was told this was BETTER & DIFFERENT from the brush included with the Jet 70 Complete. It is a DUPLICATE!! NOT an "Add-on", not a "Complement" -- a DUPLICATE brush!
