How do I remove the SIM or USIM card on my Galaxy A3 / A5?

 SIM / MicroSD Tray 

For advice regarding how to Remove the SIM or USIM card provided by the mobile telephone

service provider please see below:

 

Eject SIM tray 

1. Insert the ejection pin into the hole on the SIM card tray to loosen the tray.

You will hear a slight click when the tray pops out.

 

Note: Ensure that the ejection pin is perpendicular to the hole.

Otherwise, the device may be damaged.

 

Remove SIM tray 

 2. Pull out the SIM card tray gently from the SIM card tray slot.

 

Remove SIM / USIM 

3. Remove the SIM or USIM card.

 

Insert SIM tray 

4. Insert the SIM card tray back into the SIM card tray slot.

 

Note: Ensure that the SIM card tray is closed tightly to prevent water & dust entering the device.

Open or loose trays may allow water and dust to enter the device & cause damage.
