Is there any risk of corrosion if water enters the USB or headphone ports?

The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge has a rating of IP68, meaning that the S7 Edge can survive being submerged in 1.5 metres of water for a maximum of 30 minutes. 

 

The device ports use non-corrosive material such as stainless steel and corrosion is not a concern.
