The requirements for firmware with FOTA upgrade

Registering and setting up your device for receiving Firmware Over The Air (FOTA).

 

FOTA allows you to: 

√ Receive latest firmware over the air – No PC Needed.

√ Although an update over Wi-Fi is highly recommended, you can also update over 3G/4G*. 

 

Ensure the battery has at least 50% charge.

Ensure that device already login Samsung Account.

Ensure that memory free almost 3GB.

FOTA service will not be supported if you have previously installed a non-authorised software on your device. 

 

* For data-traffic over 3G/4G, additional operator charges may apply
