What is Daydream™?

Daydream™ is a Google application that launches a screensaver when your device is connected to a desktop dock and/or charging. Follow the steps below to turn Daydream™ on or off, change what selection(s) of images Daydream™ uses and choose when Daydream™ launches (when the device is docked and/or when charging).

How to activate Daydream™?

Daydream™ lets your device behave a certain way when your device is docked and/or sleeping. To enable Daydream, from the Home screen, touch Menu Menu key > Settings Settings Shortcut > Device Settings Device Tab Icon > Display Settings Display Icon > Daydream. Touch the slider Slider Off to turn Daydream on Slider On .

Select from Colors, Flipboard™, Photo Frame, or Photo Table. Touch Settings Shortcut to configure the selected item. Touch Select dream time and select when you would like the feature to be active. Choose from While docked, While charging, or All.

Touch Start now for a preview of your selection.

Note:

1. Daydream™ and the desktop home screen display cannot both be enabled. Daydream™ will disable the desktop home screen.

2. Daydream™ is designed to work with images up to 256KB in size. If Daydream™ encounters an image larger than 256KB it will display it as a 'blue screen'
