For model Galaxy S3, Galaxy S4, Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition,

When using Software update function in your phone. Customer will see the message "Your device has been modified. Software updates not available"

In such encounter, customer are required to try again when perform upgrade or use the KIES to upgrade your device.

Steps using KIES:
Install into your PC and connect your device through data cable.
Kies will check the software version of your device automatically and notify if new firmware is available.
