I've had this monitor for a little under a month now. In that time, the power/control jog button at the back of the monitor crumbled and is currently unusable. This wouldn't be an issue if the monitor didn't provide a lot of awesome features with the button, mainly the PIP feature. I just got off the phone with Samsung support and they told me to fly a kite. If I want a working power/control jog button then I would need to pay for it. Samsung cannot be expected to ensure it's hardware works properly for an entire month out of the box. I'm incredibly disappointed that I can't use the monitor and that Samsung is not going to cover the costs of repair for a defect of it's cheap component.

First off I love Gaming, and love to create music! This monitor has served me incredibly mostly when it comes to Composing Music, I can have a plethora of VSTs and Effects all in front of my face because of the magnitude of this monitor. The DAW layout is super useful because I can use the top 70% of the space on my screen for the Track and Pattern layout and lower 30% for the Mixer which is amazing considering I can have about 50+ tracks and dB meters and faders 🎚️. Just love this monitor so much definitely if they were to get any wider than this I’d definitely buy! Gaming also amazing I mean engaging me into the game at an almost in person gameplay of the worlds and characters. Simply amazing!!

For me doesn't get any better, gaming at 240hz quad HD, on a gtx 4090, Intel i9 truly awesome. I like how the monitor turns itself on my signal is detected, I do use it for work as well and I can get 3 windows open accross the screen on my G16. Plus the quad HD on my g16 great for working in IT, can have teams ,outlook and RD window on the one screen comfortable. Working at 240hz is so much better on my eyes, I swear it makes a difference. I can't do 60hz anymore. But after work, the new 2025 Doom is a real experience on this monitor. Ill never go back to anything less now.

Positively LOVE the monitor…. When it’s working. At least once a week it doesn’t resume from sleep properly. It’ll resume red, blue, and green lines running throughout the screen. Tried two different computers on two different cables in two different ports at two different resolutions….. it’s the monitor. It’s only resolved by unplugging the monitor and plugging it back in again. Even power cycling it didn’t fix it. But hard reset does. So strange. It’s such a battle to return a monitor this size. I would just say steer clear so you don’t have to worry about it.

Monitor envy: It's super-wide, adjustable for height tilt and rotate, on a sturdy stand. Worked straight out of the box. Open multiple applications, documents, email and watch WinTV too. All visible without the annoying dual-screen bezel in the centre of your eyeline. SWMBO is very happy. Installation: It's very heavy and cumbersome to move on your own. Ask your friend or neighbour to help. Warranty registration: Annoyingly, when you come to register the monitor (and the box has gone in the recycling) the model/serial number is underneath and cables obscure the photo taken on a phone. Take a photograph of the serial numbers on the box or before you fit the stand. Recyling ££ incentive: The delivery team collected a working Samsung LCD monitor that had provided 20 years of excellent service.

For gaming, this monitor is the perfect balance between price and features. At 144hz, it strikes the right balance between eye candy and smooth framerate. 240 is neat, but I would rarely ever see such frames when there are settings to be turned up. Once I enabled HDR and calibrated colors, my concerns about productivity use disappeared. It's pretty much perfect. VA panel might not have quite the same effect as OLED, but for a fraction the price, I'm a happy camper.

I use my monitor for both work and pleasure. I stream movies and play games and let me tell you OMG its a game changer. I highly recommend for anyone who wants the perfect monitor to get this one. The movies look fantastic and it changes the way I will ever watch a movie again. My son uses it for gaming and he has won alot of gaming competitions just by using thsi monitor. It helps him see more of the game area and gives him the perfect resolution.

I've owned the Samsung 49" Odyssey G91F for over a year, and I still love it as much as the day I unboxed it. This monitor has completely changed how I game, work, and consume media. The ultrawide 32:9 aspect ratio and 1000R curve are perfect for immersion—it wraps around my field of view and makes everything feel more engaging. Whether I'm deep into a game or juggling multiple windows for work, it handles it all flawlessly. The 144Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time still deliver ultra-smooth performance, and FreeSync keeps everything tear-free. The colors remain vibrant, and the clarity is phenomenal. I've noticed a bit of backlight bleed in pitch-black scenes, but it hasn't bothered me enough to be a dealbreaker. This is my second ultrawide, but its the first one offered by samsung that is, imo, optimized for office productivity. Features like RGB and super high refresh-rate have been removed (along wirh a reduction in price) to give an amazing monitor for people who LOVE working with 2 27 inch monitors but hate the bezel between them. Highly recommend, its a great monitor!

This is me and my wife's second samsung 49 ultrawide from Samsung. She loves that she can work and play WOW at the same time. We now have one downstairs office and one upstairs in our chill area. Colors are vibrant and gaming is ultra smooth with 144hrz. All our appliances and TVs are samsung products and all work well. I'm typed this up with my zfold 6!

Have used this product for work using the Picture-by-Picture feature to replace two individual monitors. I appreciate the contrast and clear picture, the curved screen which makes it much easier to interact between both split screens and the automatic blue light filter and brightness adjustment depending on lighting in the room.

I’m really impressed with the Samsung S49FG91E. The 49-inch ultrawide screen is amazing for both work and gaming — it basically feels like having two monitors in one, without any gaps. The picture is super clear, colors are vibrant, and the curve makes everything feel more natural and comfortable to look at for long periods.

Returned monitor as defective 11 days after purchase. The monitor worked for 10 days and then day 11 showed up with a defect. Called support, no help, then remembered I was withing the 15 day window. Monitor was fabulous while it worked. Makes me leary to buy another one...weighing my options.

Replaced 2x27 inch gaming monitors with this one utilizing it as a dual monitor display no issues. Took a bit to get used to the Ultra Wide and the curve but definitely worthwhile for anyone that enjoys multitasking or works from home and needs extra screen real estate.

Love the size it just replaced my other 34" curved monitor and I love that I can use this for multitasking with more applications. Built quality is awesome. USB C ports could have been a cherry on the top but for my use case I don't need it for now.

This is a great monitor for work or play. Huge screen let's you have multiple windows open at the same time and easily multitasking. Connected my Xbox Series X and it works as well, not using the whole screen but plays fine in a standard window.

I loved this monitor. I love how I can display multiple windows at the same time to maximize my productivity and it also helps with multitasking. Gaming time definitely got an upgrade with this monitor and its a good addition to my gaming setup.

I’ve been using the Samsung 49” Odyssey G91F 144Hz for a few weeks, and it’s been a game changer. The ultra wide 32:9 display with a 1000R curve offers incredible immersion perfect for games like Flight Simulator and Cyberpunk 2077. The 144Hz refresh rate and low input lag make it great for competitive gaming too, with smooth, responsive performance and G-Sync or FreeSync support. Other than gaming, it's excellent for multitasking. You can have two regular sized windows at once without a problem excellent for productivity. The VA panel delivers rich colors and good contrast, and the HDR, although not optimal, is still good enough for most material. It’s well made. The screen can be tilted left:right and up/down. Very strong hinges. It's a huge screen, so make sure you've got space for it, and not every game natively supports 32:9. Generally, though, the G91F is an ultra wide high end monitor that doesn't fail on performance or immersion. Seriously worth it if you're serious about gaming or you really need serious real estate on screen.

I freaking love this thing. I was fortunate enough to get one with no dead pixels or any other problems. Heavy and terrifying to relocate with it but after having a super ultra wide it would be hard to go back to anything else.

I use this monitor for work everyday with a MacBook and it worked seamlessly with the resolution. The text clarity is pretty good for software work. Gaming on this monitor has also been great with no ghosting
