I've had this monitor for a little under a month now. In that time, the power/control jog button at the back of the monitor crumbled and is currently unusable. This wouldn't be an issue if the monitor didn't provide a lot of awesome features with the button, mainly the PIP feature. I just got off the phone with Samsung support and they told me to fly a kite. If I want a working power/control jog button then I would need to pay for it. Samsung cannot be expected to ensure it's hardware works properly for an entire month out of the box. I'm incredibly disappointed that I can't use the monitor and that Samsung is not going to cover the costs of repair for a defect of it's cheap component.

This monitor has served me incredibly mostly when it comes to Composing Music, I can have a plethora of VSTs and Effects all in front of my face because of the magnitude of this monitor. The DAW layout is super useful because I can use the top 70% of the space on my screen for the Track and Pattern layout and lower 30% for the Mixer which is amazing considering I can have about 50+ tracks and dB meters and faders 🎚️. Just love this monitor so much definitely if they were to get any wider than this I’d definitely buy! Gaming also amazing I mean engaging me into the game at an almost in person gameplay of the worlds and characters. Simply amazing!!

I like how the monitor turns itself on my signal is detected, I do use it for work as well and I can get 3 windows open accross the screen on my G16. Plus the quad HD on my g16 great for working in IT, can have teams ,outlook and RD window on the one screen comfortable. Working at 240hz is so much better on my eyes, I swear it makes a difference. I can't do 60hz anymore. But after work, the new 2025 Doom is a real experience on this monitor. Ill never go back to anything less now.

Positively LOVE the monitor…. When it’s working. At least once a week it doesn’t resume from sleep properly. It’ll resume red, blue, and green lines running throughout the screen. Tried two different computers on two different cables in two different ports at two different resolutions….. it’s the monitor. It’s only resolved by unplugging the monitor and plugging it back in again. Even power cycling it didn’t fix it. But hard reset does. So strange. It’s such a battle to return a monitor this size. I would just say steer clear so you don’t have to worry about it.

I bought this for a friend, wish I didn't do that. Anyways the monitor was nothing but issues. The screen would turn black forcing him to unplug and replug the monitor. HDR was a joke with washed out colors. He tried to brighten the screen in the settings but the monitor would dim out again. Games seemed to run great on the monitor when it worked. Strange artifacts were sometimes shown, and no was not from his video card. We tried his old monitor Dell IPS and it worked way better. This monitor from Samsung needs major updates like firmware to fix issues. It also needs more QC before selling them. I like samsung, I've used many of their products. However, this monitor was overlooked and makes me wonder if Samsung rushed it out.

The width of the screen allows me to see more with the right settings. This monitor also allows you to setup 2 computers through it such as a built in kvm, that way I can split screen 2 PCs at the same time while using the same external peripherals. Overall great monitor and I don't regret replacing three 27 inch gaming monitors for this one. Less clutter and less cables.

You can't beat it for gaming. But it does everything good. I edit photos on Photoshop and Lightroom..and the color accuracy is very good. I never had a problem with brightness. It's plenty bright for me ..and you can set it up as a dual screen. I don't use it for business so I can't comment on that. I highly recommend this monitor. No regrets.

At 144hz, it strikes the right balance between eye candy and smooth framerate. 240 is neat, but I would rarely ever see such frames when there are settings to be turned up. Once I enabled HDR and calibrated colors, my concerns about productivity use disappeared. It's pretty much perfect. VA panel might not have quite the same effect as OLED, but for a fraction the price, I'm a happy camper.

I'm not a demanding user. I wanted something for gaming and productivity. The lack of 2160 vertical resolution was a massive problem for me, and I would have waited for the successor had I known. I also hate the controls, and would have preferred software controllable. It is fantastic in terms of screen real estate, providing so much space in Adobe Premiere, but is also great for side by side work flows, such as Photoshop one side and internet on the other. I used to run two 4Ks side by side, so this is less pixels, but the absence of bezels between displays is nice. I love playing Age of Empires and Dying Light on it - so atmospheric, but not all games support it (looking at you Fallout 76). I would expect a monitor this expensive to come with a 5 year warranty and auto-colour calibration. Overall, glad I bought it, but it could easily have been better.

Also the dual side by side 1440p screens instead a of one full screen. That being said the audio sound decent quality if not great, and the quality of the actually picture is beautiful with its glossy finish. All in all I'd give it sold 4/5. Just remember this thing is huge, make sure you measure first and have a big desk.

Playing Rocket League feels completely different, the huge curved screen makes it more immersive, and the colors and detail are incredible. OK, I just go the monitor today, so can't judge it fully yet for reliability, but I will say the following. It is an absolutely beautiful monitor, it feels high quality with an absolutely beautiful OLED image. It worked first time (actually second, but I tried an old HDMI cable and got a lower resolution and refresh rate, changed it to a USB C to DP and it worked beautifully at full resolution and refresh rate). Speakers is much better than some other reviews say and it connects wirelessly (think via bluetooth) to my mac. Also remember that 1440p is a preferred resolution than 4K for a Mac (find a Youtube video to explain if needed). The smart software also works great and very intuitive. It even does Airplay. I don't game, I bought it for productivity reasons, it makes such a difference, thank you Samsung. It is really (after just one day...) the best monitor I have ever used.

When working, the performance of the monitor is very good. However, when in game mode, it can completely ruin PC experiences. My PC will crash after closing down applications and the only way of fixing this is to either force restart the PC or turn off game mode. This though, halves my frame rate. I really hope, as this monitor cost a lot of money, Samsung release an update to solve this issue.

The ultrawide 32:9 aspect ratio and 1000R curve are perfect for immersion—it wraps around my field of view and makes everything feel more engaging. Whether I'm deep into a game or juggling multiple windows for work, it handles it all flawlessly. The 144Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time still deliver ultra-smooth performance, and FreeSync keeps everything tear-free. The colors remain vibrant, and the clarity is phenomenal. I've noticed a bit of backlight bleed in pitch-black scenes, but it hasn't bothered me enough to be a dealbreaker. The size was a big adjustment at first, but now I couldn't go back to a regular monitor. After a year of heavy daily use, I can honestly say the G91F was one of the best tech investments I've made.

I've had this monitor for about five months. It's an awesome display with absolute crap for software. I primarily bought it to have multiple full sized apps open at once, with occasional gaming. I can have four Office applications open and legible. It actually does this well...when it works. Majority of the time though it wont even connect to my PC's (Windows, Linux, and Mac). A song and dance every time I want to use it. I wouldn't blame this monitor if I didn't also have similar issues with my Samsung TV and its "smart" input switching. If my devices are asleep the display will only reconnect if I shut them down all the way and then turn them back on. So much unnecessary apps and menus built in (Plus a remote that turns off my TV!). Just display what I connect! If I wanted a TV I would have bought a TV. The only reason I kept it is because it would have been a hassle shipping it back. Really wish this was just a basic display THAT WORKS

While most mid-range monitor manufacturers have long since implemented Thunderbolt support in their models, the USB ports in this monitor are more of a decorative feature. The multiview mode only allows you to place two image sources, but the Samsung TV should be the first on the left for some unknown reason. Most of the smart functions seem useless, since no streaming processes provide content in the monitor format. The monitor does not have an elementary upscale function to stretch the image at least vertically, so you honestly have to admire the black bars not only in the streams, but also at the top and bottom. The backlighting on the back panel is also frankly useless, it is not bright enough and does not synchronize with most sources and applications. In addition, one of my LEDs flickers unpleasantly, it will probably burn out soon. Since unpacking yesterday, the monitor has frozen a couple of times, it's quite difficult to keep track of what applications are currently in memory and running, and the navigation through the settings menu itself is confusing and disorienting. The USB ports on the back panel crunch unpleasantly and do not securely fix the cable, which indicates poor build quality.
