The 655L capacity is perfect for my family, with plenty of space for fresh and frozen foods, and I love how the Twin Cooling Plus™ system keeps everything fresh without any weird smells transferring between compartments. The SmartThings app is super handy—I can adjust settings or check energy usage from my phone, and the AI Energy Mode helps save on electricity. The AutoFill water pitcher is a nice touch (no more holding a glass!), and the fingerprint-resistant black stainless steel looks sleek in my kitchen. The only downside is that it’s pretty big, so make sure you have enough space. Overall, it’s been worth every penny—great cooling, smart features, and a modern design. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased this fridge and so far very happy with it. It’s sleek, modern, and fits perfectly into my kitchen setup. The interior is incredibly spacious and well-organized — plenty of room for everything. You barely notice it running, and yet it keeps everything at the perfect temperature. The LED lighting is bright but not harsh, and the shelves are adjustable, which is a huge plus. Also love the energy efficiency. If you're looking for a reliable, stylish, and high-performing fridge, this is recommend!

I bought this fridge freezer a few weeks ago. It has a really nice appearance. There is plenty of space in both the fridge and freezer. I wasn’t sure if I would like the ice cube maker as it looks like a small box however I have found it really good. As there is no handle on the doors (it’s a grove on the door) I thought it might be hard to keep the doors clean. So far it’s been fine and has been very easy to keep clean. The appliance is whisper quiet (at first I thought it wasn’t working as it is so quiet) which is great in an open plan living/ dining kitchen. The only reason it hadn’t scored a 5 star rating is that it does not come with an operating manual nor is there one available on line. All it has is a pamphlet which does not give any instructions on operating the appliance.

We bought this new Samsung Side By Side Fridge as our previous Fridge died. While its slightly larger than what we needed, the extra space has certainly come in handy! Can never have enough space in a fridge! The Freezer is ample for our needs aswell! The "Power Cool" and "Power Chill" features are awesome for when you need to quickly cool, or freeze items!! Plus I can monitor and change the temperatures via my Samsung phone! And we LOVE the matte black exterior finish!!

Overall the fridge is good for the dimensions vs litres, although I'm a little disappointed in some basic needs. The shelves are not adjustable in any way which is limiting to start with, but you can't even fit a 3lt bottle of milk or a 1.25lt soft drink bottle due to the height of the lower shelf (which has the biggest clearance). I know you can put them on the door but its not a cold as inside on a shelf. The ice making unit is not fixed in a shelf which means when trying to use it it slides all over the place and spills water when refilling. The fridge door needs to be fully opened wide 180deg in order to open the crisper drawers. If buying online note the stainless steel colour is a lot darker than your average stainless steel appliance, like oven and dishwasher. We'll see how long it lasts. I'm hoping more than 5yrs like my previous fridge.

I just purchased this model and instantly regret choosing this brand/model. It constantly makes a loud humming noise and when the freezer motor kicks in, it gets louder to a ticking sound, this is constant. If noise is an issue for you don't buy this fridge. I will be getting rid of this and replacing with a different brand ASAP. Otherwise everything else is perfect, it just makes too much noise constantly...there is no relief.

I've been using this fridge for a few days now, and I'm impressed. The interior are spacious, with well-designed shelves. We are very pleased with the product however, I purchased with the perception that it was a side by fridge not fridge/freezer. I was specifically wanting a fridge only and when I received it I assumed the freezer could be set to refrigerator but this doesn't appear to be the case. Just for further feedback, the footing of the packaging was very difficult to remove when putting the applicant in place.

I brought this recently and could not have been happier. This fridge is so spacious and with that good arrangement of shelves, it is so spacious and at the same time assists in keeping the things tidier. What I also liked about this fridge was the freezer is section whose space is quite handy. Overall, I am happy with the fridge and glad I went with Samsung Applicance again.

This side by side fridge is my third Samsung fridge, they are still all working flawlessly without any problems. This fridge has plenty of space, has a small footprint despite the very large volume thanks to the slim walls, and so far seems excellent. Looking forward to another happy experience with Samsung.

I wanted to upgrade from my Chiq small fridge freezer to larger capacity. Been using this side by side for a few weeks now. When I went shopping I wanted the freezer to be bigger than the fridge. It seems there is no such thing, which is a real shame because when one lives in a regional area, we NEED freezer space!. So I chose the biggest freezer I liked for a side by side. I'm not using linking to my WiFi. Cooling is fine, LOVE the ice cube maker, I needed one. The freezer needs draws on more shelves. The fridge, love it, BUT the crisper I'm disappointed with, it does not keep produce crisp or fresh. My old Chiq, which is just 3 yrs old, the crisper in that was excellent, I WILL miss it!! The shelves on inside the doors are great. The first night I was sitting there and I thought there was a leaking tap from the sink as I could hear water dripping fast. Then I realised it was the fridge/freezer, noisier than my old Chiq. Can't hear it running, but that water is loud enough to notice. Energy rating is good, tho I can't compare with past.
