The 655L capacity is perfect for my family, with plenty of space for fresh and frozen foods, and I love how the Twin Cooling Plus™ system keeps everything fresh without any weird smells transferring between compartments. The SmartThings app is super handy—I can adjust settings or check energy usage from my phone, and the AI Energy Mode helps save on electricity. The AutoFill water pitcher is a nice touch (no more holding a glass!), and the fingerprint-resistant black stainless steel looks sleek in my kitchen. The only downside is that it’s pretty big, so make sure you have enough space. Overall, it’s been worth every penny—great cooling, smart features, and a modern design. Highly recommend!

I bought this fridge freezer a few weeks ago. It has a really nice appearance. There is plenty of space in both the fridge and freezer. I wasn’t sure if I would like the ice cube maker as it looks like a small box however I have found it really good. As there is no handle on the doors (it’s a grove on the door) I thought it might be hard to keep the doors clean. So far it’s been fine and has been very easy to keep clean. The appliance is whisper quiet (at first I thought it wasn’t working as it is so quiet) which is great in an open plan living/ dining kitchen. The only reason it hadn’t scored a 5 star rating is that it does not come with an operating manual nor is there one available on line. All it has is a pamphlet which does not give any instructions on operating the appliance.

We bought this new Samsung Side By Side Fridge as our previous Fridge died. While its slightly larger than what we needed, the extra space has certainly come in handy! Can never have enough space in a fridge! The Freezer is ample for our needs aswell! The "Power Cool" and "Power Chill" features are awesome for when you need to quickly cool, or freeze items!! Plus I can monitor and change the temperatures via my Samsung phone! And we LOVE the matte black exterior finish!!

I bought this fridge about a month ago. Samsung team members assembled the new fridge and collected my old fridge seamlessly. The best part? I received $200 for my old fridge being traded in. This new fridge has plenty of spaces and very energy efficient. My partner told me this huge fridge (655L) annual energy consumption is lower than my old+much smaller fridge. Overall I am very happy and satisfied with this purchase! Best decision ever!

Overall the fridge is good for the dimensions vs litres, although I'm a little disappointed in some basic needs. The shelves are not adjustable in any way which is limiting to start with, but you can't even fit a 3lt bottle of milk or a 1.25lt soft drink bottle due to the height of the lower shelf (which has the biggest clearance). I know you can put them on the door but its not a cold as inside on a shelf. The ice making unit is not fixed in a shelf which means when trying to use it it slides all over the place and spills water when refilling. The fridge door needs to be fully opened wide 180deg in order to open the crisper drawers. If buying online note the stainless steel colour is a lot darker than your average stainless steel appliance, like oven and dishwasher. We'll see how long it lasts. I'm hoping more than 5yrs like my previous fridge.

I ordered this online at Samsung website on 16/06/2025 and it was delivered on 20/06/2025.ON the same day its price is dropped $300, when I send Samsung a request for their price promise to adjust this, they declined it .my very bad experience with Samsung online. I don't recommend a direct deal with Samsung online. The product has no display outside, only inside which is harder to see and adjust the temperature. Its exterior does not look well

I recently purchased this fridge and so far very happy with it. It’s sleek, modern, and fits perfectly into my kitchen setup. The interior is incredibly spacious and well-organized — plenty of room for everything. You barely notice it running, and yet it keeps everything at the perfect temperature. The LED lighting is bright but not harsh, and the shelves are adjustable, which is a huge plus. Also love the energy efficiency. My husband has always wanted a refrigerator that had the ice/water connection in the door. A Friend showed us hers & we saw how much room the "gadget" took up in the freezer section, & decided to not go with it, but found the Samsung 655L had the similar looks & had so much more room in the freezer. We have had it for a couple of months now, and find it fantastic. the little ice maker is great & we have had a storage of ice for all our needs, with still masses of rooms to freeze all our food.

I just purchased this model and instantly regret choosing this brand/model. It constantly makes a loud humming noise and when the freezer motor kicks in, it gets louder to a ticking sound, this is constant. If noise is an issue for you don't buy this fridge. I will be getting rid of this and replacing with a different brand ASAP. Otherwise everything else is perfect, it just makes too much noise constantly...there is no relief.

I was specifically wanting a fridge only and when I received it I assumed the freezer could be set to refrigerator but this doesn't appear to be the case. Just for further feedback, the footing of the packaging was very difficult to remove when putting the applicant in place.

I brought this recently and could not have been happier. This fridge is so spacious and with that good arrangement of shelves, it is so spacious and at the same time assists in keeping the things tidier. What I also liked about this fridge was the freezer is section whose space is quite handy. Overall, I am happy with the fridge and glad I went with Samsung Applicance again.

We purchased as we needed a larger fridge and we always wanted the side by side BUT what we received with this fridge/freezer was double to triple the amount of space and just fabulous to have so much more space!!! Love our new fridge/freezer and highly recommended!!!! Only downfall is the ice-maker which is just a freestanding little ice box and not actually integrated.

I've been in need of a new fridge for several years. With three teenagers in the house it needed to be big. Settled on this Samsung fridge as it ticked all the boxes for us. Huge fridge space with decent freezer space. No breakable extras like ice/water machines or touch screens. This ice making box in the freezer looks uninspiring but is surprisingly good. Initially ordered directly from Samsung and had so many problems getting the fridge delivered I cancelled the order and re-ordered from Appliances Online. Massive thanks to the delivery guys which delivered on-time in torrential rain down 13 outdoor steps and into my kitchen. My only criticism of AO is that the feature comparison on the website is not quite accurate. It's worth downloading the manual from Samsung to verify all the features. In this case the fridge had more features than the website showed, so it wasn't really a problem, but it still could have influenced my purchase decision.

This side by side fridge is my third Samsung fridge, they are still all working flawlessly without any problems. This fridge has plenty of space, has a small footprint despite the very large volume thanks to the slim walls, and so far seems excellent. Looking forward to another happy experience with Samsung.

It suits household who is looking for plenty of the storage space in both freezer & cold storage. Vegetables & fruits storages could hold larger size items. The fridge had been improved with strong flow of really cold dry air throughout with easy temperature control panel at the cold storage door.

It looks great and is silent. It is sitting in our new house that we haven’t moved into as yet so it hasn’t been used yet. It is a shame they have removed the hanging wine rack. The little ice maker is ridiculous I have just purchased a couple of old fashioned plastic ice trays.

We cannot believe how fresh it keeps the fruit and veggies. We have had grapes in the fridge for two weeks and the stalks have dried up but the fruit is still fresh. The extra small shelves in the fridge and freezer come in really handy for small items.

I wanted to upgrade from my Chiq small fridge freezer to larger capacity. Been using this side by side for a few weeks now. When I went shopping I wanted the freezer to be bigger than the fridge. It seems there is no such thing, which is a real shame because when one lives in a regional area, we NEED freezer space!. So I chose the biggest freezer I liked for a side by side. I'm not using linking to my WiFi. Cooling is fine, LOVE the ice cube maker, I needed one. The freezer needs draws on more shelves. The fridge, love it, BUT the crisper I'm disappointed with, it does not keep produce crisp or fresh. My old Chiq, which is just 3 yrs old, the crisper in that was excellent, I WILL miss it!! The shelves on inside the doors are great. The first night I was sitting there and I thought there was a leaking tap from the sink as I could hear water dripping fast. Then I realised it was the fridge/freezer, noisier than my old Chiq. Can't hear it running, but that water is loud enough to notice. Energy rating is good, tho I can't compare with past.

Excellent build and very spacious. Low energy usage and good sized freezer. Only prob is shelving is not tall enough in fridge for upright wine bottle. Was price matched and delivery guys were polite and efficient
