It was so romantic. I love the dryer , its really awesome. Im happy i no longer need to use the wash line as it takes a lot of time. It functions well as advertised and the features are as advertised. It has excellent build quality too.

A technological revolution in the art of clothes drying. I am not sure why i was never aware of this technology and that samsung manufactures appliances with it. Heat pump ia unlike your regular dryer. I dont know exactly how it works but there is no outflow of air like a regular dryer and no condensation afterwards. It has saved me so many hours of cleaning walls and ceilings after drying our clothes in winter and damp days. I wish i knew about this before but now i have it , i am very happy we did buy it.

Honesly this smart pump heat dryer is a amazing invention. I remeber the days when the dryer would fill the laundry with fog and you spend an hour cleaning after the drying ended. This does not have that problem. Its also spacious and functional with many option to dry different fabrics and materials. I liked the white because my laundry is tiled white tiles so this dryer gives it an amazing glow. It also has a really good water and energy rating so we expect to be saving a little money on the bills.

This is a dryer worth reviewing. It has a 9 star energy rating because it uses a refrigerant to heat air rather than using electricity so you sbould notice a instant on your electric bill. It auto adjust drying time by using humidity and temp sensors embeded inside the machine. I like the quick dry function which drys clothes in 35 min if you are in a rush such as a urgent meeting or errand. So many features to list but i think these are the important ones

This is the best Dryer I have had so far. Quite operation and very good drying capability across a wide range of garments. Easy to use controls and the mobile app feature is also gives clear information. The Quick dry feature is great for making your towels fluffy again if you have dried then on the line first. The only them this misses which is not a big issue is that the drum spins one way so if you are drying sheets they will roll into a ball.

We like to air dry our clothes so not really a fan of them. But when you live in sydney, weathet can be unpredictable, so having a dryer is both convenient and functional. We did our research and bought a heat pump as they do not suffer from the issues of clothes shrinkage and blowing out fog. It was easy to install and overall i think it seems to be quiet while it doing its work. It takes a big clothes load and has many levels of drying.

Just did my first load of drying of 4 bath sheet sized towels, it only took 1 and a half hours, which l thought was very good for the load size. Very fluffy, much better than my previous non heat pump dryer. Plus it only used 600 watts of electricity! The Samsung "Smart Things" app give you this useful info. plus much more, sends an alert when finished to your phone and comes with full remote control functionality. Very happy.

I am very pleased with this dryer. Clothes out of the dryer are warm and bone dry. This is the first time i use a heat pump dryer and every single load is completely dry at the end of the cycle and no more throwing some stuff back in to dry longer. In terms of energy usage, it has exceeded expectations. I can say it’s the real deal that my bill has really been reduced compared to my old dryer i had before this.

I have had this samsung heat pump dryer for over a month now and I can say that this really is energy efficient. We sometimes use the dryer twice in a day and the electricity bill is not really too muc. Heat pump dryers are very efficient when it comes to energy consumption and this one had a 9 star energy rating. Considering the how expensive other heat pump dryers are, this is definitely a steal

The drier looks good and dries clothes well enough. I haven't been unhappy with the drying results, although I'm still sometimes confused about which dryness level to select. As expected with a heat pump drier, the cycles are longer than those of a traditional drier, but the energy savings make this acceptable. One thing worth noting is that, although the machine has a 9 kg load rating, not every program can handle a load of that size. I'd suggest reading the manual to make sure you're happy with the load limits for the programs you'll use most often. It's also worth understanding that the drier is not silent. The noise isn't unpleasant, but I'd describe it as "mostly quiet" rather than silent, and it's quite tolerable from another room. It makes the usual drier noises, along with a slightly annoying buzzing sound when the compressor is running. Overall, it does everything I need it to do.

I own the samsung dryer machine for few month now and happy to said that it works like a charm! At first, I was bit skeptical due to some bad online reviews for samsung white goods and cheaper price but I have such a a pleasant surbrise, it does the job perfectly as i expected it to do. It drys my clothes without any wrinkles and in a reasonable time duration (2-3 hrs) for the average cycle.

i was visiting a freind over the weekend and it was a rainy day , we had to use the dryer to dry our clothes. i was very impressed with it because it was fast and quiet. It also had a really good look and cool feeling. a few weeks later my dryer died so i bought this one. Ive never been happy before about an appliance and glad i saw it working at my friend before i bought it

This samsung dryer really does a wonderful job drying clothes to perfection. Unlike traditional dryers, this is light as a feather so its very easy to mount. Sansung claim a 9 star energy rating, one of the highest we have seen, when out electricity bill came we were suprised how low it was. Many cycle programmable washes and very nice colourway that blends with any decor

My first ever heat pump dryer after approx 10 years of using a regulat clothes dryers. Its a game changer .It is dramatically quieter than non heat pump dryers. Secondly, the condensation issues that previously existed are no longer an issue. We did more reseach about heat pump dryers before we chose this one and I must say this samsung dryer has not disappointed.

This has been my daily for a few weeks and can afirm that it works great. It naturally takes longer to dry clothes but is very energy efficient due to being heat pump. I feel that the quality of the build is on the cheaper side, the door is plastic not glass but i guess that makes it child proof. Heaps of setting to dry clothes. Overall happy with machine so far

This Samsung Dryer is amazing! It dries my clothes quickly, runs quietly and is really easy to set up and use. It's easy to pick the setting for my clothes and I've never had the clothes come out damp or wet. Best thing is that if you connect it to your SmartThings App you can even get notifications when it's done! Drying laundry in winter has never been easier!

I bought this a month ago due to the unpredicted sydney weather. We have used it 5 times so far. The dryer itself is light weight and looks great. We were able to mount it easily over the washing machine. It is also very efficient. We also like the dryer programs as it makes it very smart. It also fits lots of clothes being 9kg. We love it. It dries clothes as well, its really quiet when running but it does take a little longer to dry clothes compared to a traditional dryers but I reckon the cost savings in electricity far outweighs this shortfall.

I bought this 2 months ago and very happy with it. Drys well with just over an hour normal cycle. Bulk ones like sheets and duvet still have dampness with normal cycle. I usually unfold a bit inside after first cycle and run quick dry, then they come out nicely dried. Water drain pipe must be working well as I dont get moisture in the laundry room.

I have had this about 2 months. It works on clothes fine, but it is rubbish at sheets - they end up in a ball and don't dry. I find it astonishing that in 2025 a company makes a dryer that doesn't reverse it's drum occasionally to untwist the contents - the dryer is even capable of doing this, as it spins both ways to weigh before starting a cycle.

This one is pretty cool. Ive owned a few heat pump dryers and think they are cool but what makes this different is the smart features built in. Like it has 3 sensors to make sure your clothes are dry. And it has internal led lighting so you can dry at night. And it has a reversable door so you can change the opening side if you like.

Living in a very rainy , humid amd damp area in australia is difficult when we it comes to laundry. Sometimes it will take a day or so for laundry to dry. We bought this to solve our problems and it did not dissapoint. We have now ditched clothes hanging and only use the dryer. Thanks samsung for helping us solve our problem.

This Samsung's 9kg dryer is very affordable for the amount of features it has onboard built-in its attractive well built frame. The heat pump tech makes sure you don't get any fogging and the inner design in the tub makes sure you clothes are gently dried to perfection. It has a very long warranty for those who worry too much

Bought our new Samsung 9kg Heat Pump dryer and washing mashine in the black friday sales. We had commercial type set up previously which was just too big and costly. The new machines are really good, smaller but still fit alot in and wash actually better i think than the commercial ones. They do look the part also . Stylish.

Easily mounted over our pre existing samsung washing machine. Very effective in delivering drying to our clothes. Very gentle on clothes. Have not noticed any fog in the laundry since we started using it. Manual says it had smart features and will ask my hisband to setup. Has a quick dry cycle which i found very convenient.

It is really truely great equipment and dry my clothes really well after they are washed in the washing machine. Its a great dryer but not perfect. It does everything it needs to but can just take a while to complete each load. Having said that, each load does seem to come out dry and unwrinkled. If you are happy to take a little longer to complete each cycle than i think you would be happy with the Samsung heat pump dryer.

Due to warmer weather, ive only used it a few times, but so far am happy with the performance of the dryer. I was wary about a heat pump dryer as ive seen reviews they take a while to dry items, however I've been pleasantly surprised with the drying time. Also got a great deal during black friday sales

This Samsung 9kg heat pump dryer is music to my ears. My old dryer just was too noisy and annoying at 100% humidity. Acceptable functioning heat pump dryer. A bit on the expensive side though. I’ve owned a few dryers and this one is a bit slower than usual. It also seems louder than the ones I’ve owned before. It’s not a bad dryer but just there are better ones out there

Its a good dryer. Short dry cycle is good. Has longer dry cycle program too. Smart dryer use sensor to make certain dries the clothes. Heat pump mean no fog on walls and means no after cleaning. Good purvhace for whoever needs one like this
