Purchased this as a combo with the 11kg washing machine and this really rounds out an amazing laundry experience. It's fully automatic - just stuff the clothes in there, clean the extremely easy to clean filter before or after every use and this dryer is amazing. Clothes come out fresh, dry and lint / fur free! We have a long haired cat and this dryer gets it all (hence important to clean the filter before every use). Couldn't recommend it more!

The heat pump system seems to be very energy efficient, making it far cheaper to run then traditional dryer units, Drying performance seems consistent and gentle on our clothes and laundry, and noticeably quieter than expected. The SmartThings integration is a real bonus - you can monitor cycles, get notifications, and tweak settings straight from your phone, which makes the day-to-day use feel seamless. Overall, its a smart, economical dryer that delivers strong results with minimal fuss.

Heat pump dryers go beyond traditional dryers which produce annoying fog and cold air, damage clothes by shrinking them and make loud noises that you cannot tolerate. This samsung dryer is all oposite the above. Its a heat pump so it does not produce unwated air that eventuallu ends up fogging your laundry. Its is gentle on the laundry so goodbye to shrinking your favourite clothes. Lastly you never hear a sound of it because they have designed it to me quiet when it operates

The product is good. It drys our clothes effectively using multiple program cycles, we choose the one appropriate for the clothes and it achieves the result. It does not shrink clothes like traditional dryers because its a heat pump. Its not spending too much electricity. We hang it on the wall over our washing machine and it looks nice. The extra Smart features are a gimmick and doubt ill ever use them but as a dryer, its an excellent product

This dryer does a great job overall. Clothes come out dry but not overheated, and the heat pump technology definitely helps with energy savings. I really like the smart features — being able to get notifications on my phone is super handy. It's also fairly quiet and looks sleek alongside my washer. Gave it 4 stars because the drying cycles can be a bit long compared to traditional dryers, but that’s expected with heat pump models.

A wise choice to bite the bullet and buy this impressive dryer that dries the clothes using the latest heat pump technology combined with samsung smart AI tech. It completely dries our clothes, leaves them crispy wrinkless which makes it easy to iron them afterwards. Not to mention the industry standard in energy efficiency with its energy rating which means less electricity usage and less electricity bill

I had never owned a heat pump dryer but i hated my old dryer because it was plaqued with problems. Then i read that heat pump dryers are the newest dryers in the market. I bought this one because its smart. All the problems in my old one are non existant in this one. It works perfect and looks visually appealing. Its silent, it drys clothes quicly, it doesnt do any condensation, its the perfect dryer

I made sure i used this samsung heat pump dryer for One month before i write this review. Because this is a heat pump dryer , it does not cause on condensation on the walls. It uses less electricity than a normal dryer because of the heat pump tech, can confirm our power bill is lower now . It fits on top of our washing machine with a special accessory and they both look good together.

Excellent dryer coming from a generic cheap 4kg dryer. The heat pump is very gentle on our clothes. The dryer is too quiet so we are able to dry our clothes while the kids are sleeping. It was easily mountable with our old mounting kit. Not too large so it fitted our small laundry nicely. Appears to be energy efficient however i havent tested how much energy it uses per cycle yet.

Have had the dryer for a few months and it works really well. Only thing I would like to see is the ability to delay start directly on the machine, you can do it on the smart things app but I find the app a bit painful. As for the machine, it hasn't skipped a beat, performs well and clothes and towels come out fresh. I love that I was able to have this plumbed for drainage.

The dryer does a really well job drying our clothes in the rainy days summer or winter. It is a large dryer , 9kg as advertised so you can imagine how much clothes will fit in it. It is a heat pump dryer, not a traditional dryer that is extremey noisy. It will handle all kinds of clothes and i was even able to dry my blanket in it. Good energy rating is a bonus.

When buying a washing machine, it is important to consider all aspects. Water saving, electricity saving, noise level, length of washing programs, size especially if you have a small laundry. This washing machine met all the criteria and as a bonus we got it on special. We are so happy with it, we recommended it to other relatives and they bought one

Ordered this samsung dryer because of the good reviews and features it has and I was not disappointed. It takes a large load and dries the clothes completely. The build quality is excellent and it is economical with a 9 star rating and also relatively quiet. I can thoroughly recommend this appliance to anyone who is shopping for a heat pump dryer.

It's fine I suppose. I would have expected the drying ability for such a large dryer to far exceed that of a 4kg vented dryer, but it takes a minimum of 4 hours to do a medium size (two people) load of laundry. And be aware that if you don't have it connected to a drain, you will likely have to empty the drain tank before the load is fully dry.

After owning this dryer for over a month, main issues i faced: the dryer can get noisy if overfilled and feels like its unsteady so you have to make sure its around 75% full, appears to be consuming more electricity than i thought and cannot get the smart part of the dryer to work. Other than that its a good little dryer with good functions.

Bought the 9kg dryer for a self contained property to match the Samsung washer. I just wanted to have a set up which would work well without user frustration or concern. Happy i went with this. It is user friendly, easy to use controls and to navigate. Looks good and is compact enough to fit most spaces. Could not be happier with the buy.

We bought this heat pump dryer after our old one suddenly died. Dries my clothes better than my conventional dryer. I really like the aesthetics of the dryer, that it doesn't create moisture in the air, that it is quieter than any of the dryers I have had before, and that it is energy efficient with its 9 star rating

Ill start by rating this. I rate it 5 / 5 star. Why? Because its a good product from a good brand. And it does everything i want it to do. Its good on clothes and has some type of anti wrinkle special feature technology , maybe part of the AI , im not too sure. It has a good energy star too, better than competitors.

This Samsung heat pump dryer deserves a review. Its fantastic and dry my clothes really well. My old one use to leave them a bit damp but this dryer just makes them fully dry. I also like the warm felling when I out on my pajamas right after they are dried by this dryer. Really really happy with this one

I can say this is my favourite dryer ever. It does tender love and care to my clothes keeping them with no wrinkles and no damage to fabric, zippers or elastic. Ive tried other dryers before and they seem to damage clothes in one way or another but this beauty just looks after them and treats them gently

Bought the matching set of dryer and washing machine for a compact european laundry. Size of the units are great, do not take up a massive amount of space but still hold good size loads of washing. The unit drys really well, time to dry is as expected. Units feel well made, run quiet and look good.

New to heat pump dryers and this is our first one we have owned. Been using solidly for 2 months and do have to say we are really impressed. Has good features and does what it is designed to do which is dry effectively. Clothes come out without huge wrinkles which is also good. Happy with purchase.

After years and years of issues with ineffective drying, wrinkled clothes and paying for an overpriced underpowered machine, this appliance has been an absolute pleasure. It dries clothes so quick and it's cut my laundry workload by at least 50%. Highly recommend. Great value for money

I buy this gift for my wife for xmas. She always complain about doing laundry and hanging clothes so i wanted to surprise her. She loves it. Its convenient, and good looking and better than our old dryer that breaks down a few times a year. Now she complains less which is a bonus for me .

I’m quite pleased with this samsung heat pump dryer. it’s a very good size dryer which can take a large load (9kg to be exact) and dries our clothes really well. I found it to be a little on the noisey side but for the price we paid, i think it’s good value for money

Had the dryer for a couple of months now, it is definitely worth the money. The Smart AI function is awesome, just chuck your clothes in, press go, and it works out how wet they are and adjusts the time accordingly.
