Compre este monitor hace más de un mes y estoy muy feliz con el desempeño que ha tenido. Los colores sin duda se representan muy bien, muy vibrantes y sin duda lo mejor es que el Anti-Glare que ya tiene la pantalla en sí, no genera una disminución o alteración. En mi caso, la ocupo para una MacBook Pro, que como sugerencia, al momento de conectarla, se verán unas pequeñas lineas parpadeantes y esto se soluciona dentro de la configuración en la Mac, activando contenido HDR. En cuanto a consolas solo la he probado con una Xbox Series X, va de maravilla. Al conectarla te brinda 120fps como tope y los 1440p sin tema. Solo noté que si se activa el HDR10 y HDR desde la consola, aparecen esas líneas parpadeantes que generan un molesto "ruido" al jugar, solo es desactivarlo desde la consola. 10/10

The monitor was delivered in couple of days of ordering with good delivery tracking. Product was packed well and was easy to install. I was up and running in few mins and was amazed at the quality of the display. Videos and in-built apps worked well. Remote and pairing with my Samsung devices worked like a dream. I haven't used the other smart features like the fitness one but guessing those will be working just fine. Overall, very happy with the product and will recommend to anyone looking for work + leisure smart monitor.

The HDR is amazing as well. If you are gonna buy a monitor for mainly gaming, I recommend you get this as the secondary monitor for monitoring chats and stuff because the refresh rate is only 60Hz. I really enjoy have the smart hub because it's just like having a mini samsung smart TV. The ability to control your house with the SmartThings hub has been awesome for me as I use it EVERY DAY!! You can also connect a pair of Bluetooth speakers, which I sometimes do with my headphones if I want to watch YouTube without having to boot up my main gaming rig. Also, the Gaming Hub on the monitor is SICK!!! ITS SOOO COOL!! Also, the multivuew feature is awesome, as I can use my pc and mirror my phone at the same time. If you are looking for an awesome monitor for the price, then this is the monitor you are looking for.

Espectacular para mi trabajo. Paso muchas horas escribiendo y estudiando en el computador, y con este monitor hacerlo es un placer que dan ganas de seguir trabajando durante muchas horas, y nunca produce cansancio visual. Fue fácil calibrarlo de acuerdo a mi gusto y mis limitaciones visuales para dejar los textos con el equilibrio perfecto entre claridad y color. Con los videos de YouTube y Netflix la claridad de la imagen y la naturalidad de los colores es perfecta, tanto que he visto algunas películas sólo por el placer de ver las imágenes a pesar de no tener interés en la trama de la película. Lo mejor es que no tuve que cambiar mi notebook, muy poderoso para el trabajo intensivo, pero con una pantalla pobre, dado que su tarjeta de video permite ver los videos con la alta resolución y colores que brinda este monitor. Y con sus 27” puedo trabajar con dos documentos simultáneamente sin problemas y mucho más rápido que tener que alternarse entre ellos todo el tiempo. Muy feliz con la compra.

I purchased this about 2 weeks ago. Previously I owned a 24" monitor. Never had any problems with it. Great color and responsibility. It still works being almost 10 years old. The new monitor has great colors, still responsive and has all the new streaming apps. My only complaint is unlike the old 24 " monitor, the 27" doesn't have a tuner. I know stream is king nowadays but some of the older crowd still enjoy OTA television. The picture is much better over the air compared to cable tv. Not a deal breaker but I would gladly buy a similar Samsung monitor with a OTA tuner.

I spend lot of time on Teams Call and the Samsung monitors ability to seamlessly connect with both my laptop and Samsung S23 mobile is what I love the most. It can intelligently understand the device connected and switches to the supporting view automatically. The integrated camera is the 2nd best thing I love about this monitor. Great for Teams or Zoom calls. I can conveniently connect and use 2 devices at same time on the monitor. Tapping the mobile to use sound and screen cast comes very handy when you are not using the laptop. The screen has good balance of picture and color giving same rich visual experience as that of my laptop or Samsung mobile screen. Lastly I don't use the monitor for personal movie screening l but have tried it a few times, it was a good experience and alternative to TV. the only area of improvement would be the sound quality. That is one thing which could be elevated for a better sound experience. Adding some bass or woofer would be great. Overall a great choice for work and personal use.

Si pudiera ponerle -5 estrellas no sería suficiente, con decirles que al dia siguiente recibirlo quise devolverlo pero samsung me nego devolverlo apesar de ser mi derecho poder devolverlo. La imagen no concuerda con un Oled, es incompatible con consolas, aun con pc es no es compatible del todo, las tecnologías que dice tener no las tiene o no funcionan como deben, los materiales son corrientes, el botón para manejar lo es de plástico y se quebra muy fácilmente. Actualmente estoy peleando que me devuelva lo que pague mediante una demanda ante profeco. Mi consejo es, NO LO COMPREN si no quieren perder su dinero y pasar la peor expediente tanto de compra como de soporte, por que al menos samsung México es una porqueria

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung M5 Smart Monitor! Ive had it for 2 years. I initially used it as a computer monitor, then hung it on the wall as a small TV, and now just recently I took it back down and pit it on my desk to use as a computer monitor! At 32" it preforms well at both, and happens to be very roomy as a desktop monitor! I love that it has miracast so you can use it for wireless DeX (found on S series phones & tablets to create a desktop expirence), you can also use as a wireless display for windows! I actually prefer HDMI so I can do HD content, music (on the amazing speakers), and have a very quick response time! Wireless it still happens to be very fast! This is not a touchscreen monitor, and I don't want it to be, it would not make much sense! Also this thing goes plenty bright, and has eye saver features. I like that you can download apps and use as a smart tv too. This also doubles as a smartthings hub if you are looking for that as a feature. Really I couldn't ask for anything more from a monitor!! Pros: Bright Large Smartthings hub Has miracast Tons of settings Smart TV too! Great Speakers! Cons: Only one I can think of, and it is that there seems to be a lack of customization features for the monitor UI, just something I noticed and it is a personal preference. This doesn't take away from my 5 stars, it wouldn't discourage me from buying a second one, it also wouldn't discourage me from telling anyone reading this review, DEFINITELY BUY THIS MONITOR TOTALLY WORTH IT!

When I am on break I can switch the monitor to other apps like the Samsung TV app and watch "Heartland " my favorite show, FYI. I honestly just Love Samsung Proucts, they are easy to navigate and easily understood when I teach others how to use it. I want a Samsung Giveaway just 4 me so I can have unlimited Samsung products for 1 year to show the world how to use their products at home!

I work from home two days or more per week, and I needed a larger monitor to keep the strain from my eyes. This works so well! I love this monitor because it has speakers and video. The only issue is that I have a Samsung Smart TV in the same room, and so when I turn on the TV, it turns the monitor on or off. That's a minor issue. This monitor has a great resolution, and because I was a Samsung Rewards member. I purchased it for a low price when it was on sale.

We chose this model due to the thin design and the right size to be mounted on the RV bedroom wall. It doesn’t come with a regular antenna tuner, but we only needed the smart TV functionality. The TV works well and was fairly easy to set up. The Samsung software isn’t the most friendly to work with, but once it was set up it works well. The picture is good and the sound quality is about what you would expect for a small TV.

Excellent product. I bought the 32 inch smart monitor - M5 a month ago, so far, no complaints and the white colour looks beautiful. I bought it as a secondary monitor for the kitchen area and I use it both as a work monitor when I don't want to work in my office room as well as a TV. I enjoy watching the news or other programs while cooking. It took a while to set it up with the SmartThings app but I was able to do it and truly I have no complaints at all. Great purchase!

Compré en 2024 este monitor, es 2025 y la función de Airplay es malísima. La resolución es muy pobre al conectarse por Airplay aún teniendo una buena PC y conexión a internet. Además tiene delay al moverse con el mouse en esta misma función. Es bastante frustrante que no se pueda utilizar de forma inalámbrica la función de mirroring con buena calidad y no ha salido ninguna actualización de software que corrija este problema hasta ahora. Ojalá hagan algo al respecto.

I bought this monitor a few months ago and it's all I was hoping it would be. I wanted a second monitor for my gaming set up but I knew I wouldn't be actually gaming on it much. It's perfect for my needs because my main use is watching tv and sports on it while I game or when my friends come over they set up their console right beside me. Love the game pass integration and the sound quality compared to other monitors is great. Very happy

Llevo 3 días con el monitor y va super bien, los colores son muy buenos, el brillo es excelente y tiene varias funciones para evitar que se quemen los pixeles, lo malo es que tiene un retroceso con el anterior G6 y es que le quitaron las bocinas y ya no tiene el SO de Samsung para usarlo como una TV, aumento en todos los aspectos pero bajo mucho por eso, tendre que comprar otros productos para tener esas funciones que se perdieron

The picture quality on this monitor is great, but the overall experience is frustrating. Switching between connections is incredibly slow, and the software lags frequently. I’m fully up to date on software updates and have super fast WiFi, so that’s not the issue. If you’re looking for a monitor primarily for display quality, it’s solid, but if you plan to use the smart features often, be prepared for some sluggish performance.

Transfer is easy from phone to monitor. The picture is excellent. Also loved that Microsoft office was preloaded. Adding a second monitor was a little bit hard but I think it was user error and not the monitor.

Decent enough TV. The requirement to use the Samsung login to synch all of your app passwords (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) is a deal breaker. That and just the absolute abomination that is the user interface. Luckily, I had an extra AppleTV laying around so I'll use that for the streaming and let the M5 be just a dumb monitor.

Fairly easy setup except that I wasted a lot of time trying to download the Bell Fiber App only to find out a few days later that it wasn’t compatible…this could have been avoided with clearer information as to some App download limitations.
