My first ecobubble lasted 8 years but I was happy with it, I like the A energy rating. This one is too complicated: The programmes are not written on the dial so you need to cycle through them all to get the one you need you have to download the app to be able to delay the end (you need an account and must sign up to Samsung T&Cs). It took me half an hour to figure out how to delay the end time... I have to load and hang the washing up I do not need to be able to control it from an app. Only 4 of the available programmes wash the max 11kg, all of the others are 2,4 or 5kg! I bought an 11kg machine because I have a lot of washing.

The washing machine shaked that much during a cycle that it took out the door seal, product got damaged because of a malfunction, Samsung says this is not covered under warranty and it is a chargeable repair, the engineer that visited the house did not do what he said he will do, and which I signed as he explained. Never had this problem with any Bosch or even a beko washing machine, spent the money believing we where getting a reliable product for our new place, and the washing machine ended up getting broken before the refurbishment of the house was complete. Samsung warranty will be valid as long as you don't use to wash any clothes.

Overall this washing machine is good but the detergent drawer is constantly filling with mould and it's really difficult to clean and to get the area where the drawer sits clean. It's annoyingly also not covered by the warranty. I'm not sure the benefits of the auto dispenser outweigh the mould that seems impossible to get rid of completely. You have to essentially scrub it down weekly.

This is a follow up review after a dreadful first experience , the first washing machine was faulty and sounded like a cement mixer full of cats and gravel. The replacement model is fantastic, the washing is brilliant, the noise level very low, the features are very useful and the app connected washing option very smart. I am very happy about this purchase , yes, this isn t a cheap washing machine , but for the size , the features and the quality of the product, this is a very good product .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just got this a month ago, and compared to our old washing machine, we love how quiet running it is! No more loud vibrations and sounds which is always great. A large 11kg drum without the machine being bigger is also a huge plus. The features are amazing. Auto dose makes it easy to put in a months worth of detergent and forget about it, and the washing machine reminds you when to fill it in too! Drum clean and auto clean drawer also makes maintenance less of a chore. The AI wash is great, especially when it senses the weight of the load and adjusts the load time (which is almost always reduced) but almost all cycles are too long for me anyhow. The washing machine has also caught a few coins I forgot to remove at the plastic rim, which is a pleasant surprise as they could be damaging.

Really simple to use. Just load the washing, turn the dial to select the type of wash and press start. The machines weighs the washing and selects the correct amount of water and detergent. Easy to setup and fill the autodose compartment and useful app for info and tips. Machine is almost silent in use, which is a bonus for washing at night time.

The washing is coming out nice and clean and fresh smelling. The controls are fairly easy to master once you get used to it. But it does take a lot of scrolling to find what you want though. The icons on the front panel could be clearer. It is probably easier to use the app as everything is on view.
