I've bought this machine replacing a other good Samsung, but I complete regret of this decision. In less than 20 days,of this machine, I have 4 different issues, from autodispenser that doesn't work. The engineer came to fix and them I've got more problems, from wrong alerts to program glitches. Calling their support is another pain as they try everyting to avoid the engineer coming for another visit and the virtual support doesn't work. If in 20 days I had so many problems it's impossible to believe this machine will last longer.

It washes almost silently. It is very easy to install and use. It looks fantastic and washes clothes really well. The WiFi connectivity is also really useful! The dosing function saves money on detergent, and it is A rated for efficiency meaning I’m saving money and the environment! So many features available on the dial providing so many different washing functions ideal for a large family, especially with the large drum capacity.

It is ridiculously quiet. Our previous machine was noisy as heck on the final spin cycle - sounded like it was about to blast off into the stratosphere it was so loud, the noise previously made facetime on the TV near impossible but with this series 6 it's so quiet and it even takes a larger capacity load than our old machine. Quieter, more efficient and bigger - it's great.

Do not buy this machine or any Samsung machine unless you want you're clothes to stink. The autodose has failed for the third time in 17 months, the engineer said it is a known fault and the redesign has not fixed it. Samsung have refused to honour the 5 year warranty as I assumed buying direct from Samsung negated the need to register (apparently not) so shortly after 2 years it'll have to go to landfill. Mine is the WW90T534DAW but they look identical, do a search you will find many other dissatisfied customers.

My last washing machine I had for over 8yrs was wonderful, with grandchildren it was always reliable and gave a great clean with a big family , this new one with technology which do easy to grasp made washing the clothes easy , it thinks for you , it weighs the amount of clothes it has , adjust the program and automatically dispenses the right amount of washing detergents and fabric conditioner to the wash , and it’s saves on electricity costs and water . A wonderful machine. Highly recommended, with a free 5year warranty which covers parts and labour.

Upgraded to this fantastic bit of kit. The technology blew me away and I don't have to flaff about measuring doses of washing liquid or softener the machine takes care of everything. It connects to my phone so I can start it when I want and it keeps track of electric used and saved. The 9kilo drum is alot bigger than my old machine and alot quiter .Overall it brilliant and love the little tune at the end. AAA+++

After 8 months, the machine has suddenly got damage to the inside of the glass door. Samsung are stating that it is overloading that has caused the damage. They are refusing to allow a return of the item and it will cost £250 to replace the door. Even though there is no guarantee this wouldn’t happen to another door because no one seems to be responding to my want to find out why it has happened. If by some chance a zipper did this to the machine, considering the last load in there was towels, then it is simply not fit for purpose. Avoid this machine.

Really disappointed with this product. The AI wash cycle (which is the all purpose daily cycle) is terrible, after the main wash cycle is complete, I get a notification saying the hygiene level is poor and it automatically adds another full wash cycle meaning it takes over 3 hours to do a single load of laundry!! Out of curiosity, I washed a clean load to see if the issue would happen again and it did!! Engineer has been out twice and it still doesn’t work properly. Not for for purpose. Such a disappointment as our old Ecobubble was a fantastic machine.

I've not long had my new washing machine, but this really is a bit of kit! Starting with the aesthetics of it, it's a really good looking unit. Barely any mess of buttons and lists across the top. A simple interface of just 2 flush buttons, a scroll knob and a display (containing some more flush buttons). The black door surround really makes it look modern too, it's not your normal boring white box! The features seem excellent, with it reducing/increasing the amount of detergent, depending on the size of the load. Extremely quiet too, even on its spin cycle! No more rattling your house down, feeling like an earthquake! Overall very pleased with this so far. And a real weight off our shoulders knowing this jas 5 years warranty. Worth the investment!

So disappointed in this washing machine. The seal broke within 7 months and not covered under the warranty. Cost 1/3 of the price of the machine to replace. Really poor at stain removal. On the sports wash cycle the clothes are soaking so need to do a further drain and spin cycle. Would not recommend and would never buy a Samsung washing machine again. Melody on the help desk was particularly patronising.

The first thing I noticed was how quite is was in spin mode, I could hardly hear it, but then the banging, like the pistons or springs aren't strong enough or the shock absorbers are not good enough, the whole drum moves around like it's separate from the case, this has been going on since I had the washing machine a year ago. Could you please put the serial number inside the door or on the front because I had to take it out of it's place to look at the back, thank you. I don't know how good it is yet I've only had it a couple of days, but I have to mark it or it won't let me post this. So take it as no markings. Oh and take a photo of the serial number before you install it.. And for the 5 year warranty click the link on the website you bought it from that will take you to Samsung 5 year registration.

Machine isn’t as quiet as I thought it would be but so far it seems to be performing well. The manual we were left didn’t really explain how to use it as it’s very different from my last machine so had to guess and watch a you tube video. I The main thing that let it down was that the I had selected installation but the guys who delivered refused to install it as they said there wasn’t enough space to slide the hose around the back of the kitchen cupboards. My husband came home and got it installed within minutes.

I won’t be being a Samsung washing machine again. The seal has failed in less than 6 months & isn’t covered by the warranty. I’m now expected to pay nearly half the price of a new machine to get it fixed. I question the quality of the parts for this to happen so soon. And customer service not helpful - they stick to a script & don’t make any attempt to look at your particular circumstances. Terrible product & experience.

This washing machine is an exchange for mine which had broken down without parts to fix it. The new washing machine is too digital for me, I would just prefer something much more basic, none of this weighing the laundry etc. The start button is in the wrong place, should be on the right after the program settings. The hose is too short, should be longer so we can cut to length.

It’s proven to be a great washing machine so far, but I only purchased this machine based on the cashback promotion advertised on the currrys website. Lo and behold, tried to claim the discount via Samsung’s website and they can’t “approve my claim”. Annoying as I would have chosen a different machine with a bigger drum which is proving to be a bit small for a family of 4.

Had our machine for a couple of weeks and we’re having constant issues with socks and underwear getting trapped in the rubber seal. I’ve tried washing smaller loads and different cycles but it seems to be a constant issue. We’re having to re wash items and keep checking the machine to make sure things aren’t pulled into the drum/filter

Great machine, the capacity is great for a family of 5 and the auto dose makes life that little bit easier. Features are great especially for the cost. Only downside is that the door doesn’t open as wide as my previous machine, which makes unloading and loading into the tumble dryer a little awkward due to how they’re positioned.

If you want a simple machine to turn the dial to select a programme and push go this is not for you. I am an IT professional and I found the to initial setup incredibly complicated. 2 days in and I am still waiting for it to finish registering with smart things. Hopefully it washes clothes efficiently, we shall see.

Fantastic washing machine I bought this washing machine about a month ago, So many different features , 11 K drum which I can fit my big quilt . it’s very quiet and looks lovely. You won’t regret buying it and also it matches my Samsung heat pump dryer which is fantastic too.

I'm loving my new Samsung washing machine, love that I can fill the detergent and softener tanks and let the machine decide how much detergent is needed. Love the varied controls and that I can add an extra rinse or less of a spin on the selected cycle

I love how it looks. It has many options to choose from, but cannot comment a lot on these as I have only just received my washing machine. I also like that I can connect to Wi-Fi, making it an up-to-date machine. Washed and spun perfectly.

really like the features including the auto-dispenser option and the ability to use WiFi / App to control remotely - really handy. only downside is it is NOT straightforward or intuitive to set this up and involved a LOT of googling.

It is a smart looking machine but horrendously difficult to use. I still have not managed to get detergent into the drum. Only by doing it manually can I get it to wash properly. The drain and spin feature also doesn’t work properly.

I love being able to set it on my phone so dont even really need to touch the machine other than to load it. So far washes have been fine, the auto dose thing has been good and will try to maintain it all properly so it stays good!

This is a replacement for a previous Samsung machine that only lasted just over three years, but so far seems fine, quiet and I like the auto detergent dosing. Not sure if there is much point to the ai cycle.

A nice range of wash options although I haven’t used them all yet. The ‘song’ played at the end of each wash is long and unnecessary - especially if you do washing at night!

I've only used it once so far, but it it's leaps and bounds ahead of my old machine. I like the auto dose feature, you can just put clothes in the start the machine.
