Relevancy sort puts the best reviews at the top. We look at things like helpfulness votes, latest review, pictures and other traits that readers look for in their reviews.
I upgraded to these from the Galaxy Buds2 Pro, and I’m really impressed. The sound quality and battery life are amazing. The five levels of ambient sound and active noise cancelling make the listening experience really flexible, so you can adjust everything to your preference. The highest level of active noise cancelling blocks out most sounds much more effectively than the Galaxy Buds2 Pro. I also think the white design is so lovely. Overall, they’re well worth it for the performance, sound quality, and look.
I recommended this product.
I bought my Samsung Galaxy Ear Buds 4, 1mth ago and they are amazing best Ear buds I have ever had. Sound quality, comfort in my ears everything about them is just amazing!
I recommended this product.
I came in from the Buds 3 Pro and bought the 4 Pro. A couple months in and the eartip got off the bud and now the whole 219£ is worthless because of a piece of flimsy rubber. I am a bit disappointed with it
We’re sorry to hear that an ear tip has become detached from your Galaxy Buds4 Pro, following your upgrade from the previous model. We appreciate that this situation is not ideal, and we’d recommend getting in touch with our Support Teams. Our colleagues will be happy to look into your situation and advise you on the available options. great fit compared to my old galaxy buds 2. sound/clarity is great and battery life is long considering how small they are (6 hours). Sound isolation is awesome. some of the best ear buds on the market
I recommended this product.
Great earphones, sound cancelling is good and very comfortable. Hard to change the in ear speaker cover though.
Very good battery and durability
Excellent quality sound is amazing.
I recommended this product.
Coming over form the airpods 3 pro these are just terrible. Not as loud and not as much bass. The noise cancellation is terrible i use these for cycling and can even hear people talking as i cycle past and thats with my music on. For the price would not recommended i only had them as they were free with the z fold 3.
It is disheartening to see that you are not getting the best sound experience with your new Buds4 Pro. With the advanced 2-way speaker with Dual Amplifier, we know you can get the best audio experience and the Active Noise Cancellation has been enhanced to help you focus more on your music. Check out this guide which will help you get the most out of it: https://www.samsung.com/ie/support/mobile-devices/what-to-do-when-my-galaxy-buds-pros-noise-control-feature-is-not-working-properly/ If you need further assistance, our helpful Support Teams are on hand to help. Fantastic to see that you are having a five-star experience with your Buds4 Pro, keep enjoying! ^SK at Samsung Support
The Galaxy Buds Pro are a really good pair of wireless earbuds, They have clear detailed sound with strong bass and the noise cancellation works well when you’re listening to music in busy places. They’re also comfortable to wear and the touch controls are easy to use. The battery life is decent, although it could be better compared with some newer earbuds. Overall, I think the Galaxy Buds Pro are a great choice for everyday use because they sound good, look stylish, and connect easily with Samsung devices.
The noise cancelling is very good and they fit my ears comfortably but the battery life is extremely poor, and the charging case too. Really disappointed with that side of them. More times than not, when I've gone to use them, they are flat or nearly flat, to the point i am not sure if there is a fault with them???
Thank you for taking time to review your spectacular Buds4 Pro! Firstly, it is great to see you are loving the epic features such as Active Noise Cancellation and the epic design of the Buds, however, we are disheartened to see that you are having issues with the battery life of these Buds. With the huge 530 mAh case battery and 61 mAh Bud battery capacity, you'll be guaranteed to get hours of entertainment out of these Buds. Take a look at this guide which should help you get the most out of the battery: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10001314/ If you need any further assistance, our helpful Support Teams are on hand to help. Brilliant buds, best I have ever owned.Sound is crystal clear, noise cancelling is great especially onn the plane when I go on holidays, battery on par with others. If you own a samsung galaxy phone and you want the best buy these.
I recommended this product.
The designe is nice and sleek, one of the issues i have is when on noice cancelling you can hear your own voice super loud, i cant sing so when i tried to sing along with active noise cancelling, all could here was pain
I recommended this product.
Brilliant to see how much you are enjoying your Buds4 Pro! The sleek and comfortable design make these Buds perfect for enjoying your favourite tunes all day long. While our Active Noise Cancellation feature is incredible, it isn't always possible to entirely eliminate the sounds you make, as they come from the opposite side of the Buds. To get the very best noise cancellation, it's important that your Buds fit correctly. Please make sure that you are wearing them correctly, as shown on the following link from our US colleagues: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10007667/ Keep enjoying these wonderful Buds! ^SK at Samsung Support
I like the sound and quality

Had these 3 weeks now and I'm blown away with the sound and features.

I have s25 fe. Then, I bought buds 4 pro and surprisingly found out that this model doesn't support uhq. Which is strange. Because this is can manage that easily. Honestly I'm disappointed.
Depending on the model you have got will depend on whether it supports UHQ as not all of our devices support this. If you have any questions before purchasing we'd recommend reaching out to our Support Teams for further guidance. You can find their contact details and opening hours here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/ ^LB at Samsung Support
I am a fan of Samsung kit generally, and have a lot of it. But no one should buy Galaxy Buds in my opinion after I found out that Samsung do not support replacement ear tips as a spare part. Everyone will eventually need new tips as they perish or rip over time. I spent ages on a support call only to be told to try EE (really Samsung?) or go to the Samsung Experience store in london. This is a 70 mile train journey from me, and the agent still wasn't sure if they would have them. Why cant you just provide them as an accessory you can order on your website? This is the last time I purchase Samsung buds if Samsung neglect to support spare parts.
While it's great to see that you are a fan of our products in general, it's a shame that accessory availability for the Buds4 Pro have impacted your enjoyment, Mark. While we do not currently sell replacement tips, if they are required, they can be sourced through our support and repair channels. EE is one of our authorised repair partners, so they are as likely to have stock as our Store locations. If you would like any further support, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Support Teams. You can find their contact details and operating hours here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/ We hope that we are able to regain your faith, and enable you to thoroughly enjoy your awesome Buds. ^SK at Samsung Support
Amazing buds. Worth the price. Sound is amazing. Noise cancellation is worth the price alone. They fit nicely in the ears, really comfy. I wouldn't want any other buds.
I recommended this product.
Ive had samsung buds pro 4 for a while now . There that good i just purchesd another pair but in a different colour. Fantastic sound realy good bass and thats what i like, been a rock music fan. They look preety good aswell and fit in the ear very well
I recommended this product.
Great sound shame about battery life, they dont last very long!!
We're pleased to hear that you're impressed by the incredible Hi-Fi sound experience your Galaxy Buds4 Pro have to offer, although we also appreciate that the battery life isn't quite meeting your expectations. Your earbuds can provide up to 30 hours of battery life with Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) turned off. Please note that battery life may vary depending on how long the earbuds have been charged for, your usage, and which features are enabled. To help optimise battery performance, we'd recommend ensuring the earbuds are charging correctly by placing them in the charging case and confirming both earbuds are making proper contact with the charging pins. You can also clear the data for the Galaxy Wearable app on your paired device, which will reset your product settings and may remove any data stored within the app. Finally, we also recommend checking that your Galaxy Buds are running the latest software version: Open the Galaxy Wearable app. Select About earbuds. Select Update earbuds software. Tap Download and install. If you still need help getting the most out of your earbuds, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our Support Team. You can find our full contact details and opening hours on our Contact Us page here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/ ^CL at Samsung Support
I bought this product 1 week ago and I am happy with it.
I recommended this product.
I bought these as a replacement for the bose earbuds. The sound quality is excellent and they work seamlessly with my phone. Good base and noise cancelling too. Comfortable to wear and stay in place. Very simple to setup. Battery life isn't as good as sone but still not bad
I just love the way it let's the music you're listening to feel alive, Ii fits well and the battery is really great as well. The clarity on calls are also awesome
We love hearing that we've given you that five-star feeling. Thanks for sharing your excellent feedback, and keep enjoying! ^EW at Samsung Support
I am so happy I bought this product, the noise cancellation is top notch
Absolutely fantastic
Purchased these as a replacement for the Buds3 Pro. These fit and sound a lot better. Really easy to setup, took a few minutes to update when first Purchased. All the functions in terms of volume and media control is the same as the Buds3. Battery indication on my phone screen when I first connect them. Comes with a nice case to keep them in. Noise cancellation works well, this can be adjusted from the settings on your phone.
I recommended this product.
Very clear sound, but overall these earbuds are very poor. The battery life is good, and the sound clarity is excellent. However, when nothing is playing, there is a constant faint buzzing/hissing noise. It is quiet, but extremely annoying because you never get complete silence. The bass is weak and uninspiring. These earbuds focus so much on tiny details that listening to music becomes less enjoyable. Instead of feeling immersed in the music, you end up noticing every little sound, which takes away from the experience. The most annoying issue is the constant faint noise when no audio is playing. It may be subtle, but once you notice it, it becomes impossible to ignore. I do not recommend these earbuds at all. They are the worst earbuds I have owned. I used Galaxy Buds+ (2020 model) for six years, and they were far better than these in almost every way. I regret buying them.
Whilst we're pleased that you're enjoying the excellent audio clarity and long lasting battery life of your Galaxy Buds4 Pro, we're sorry to hear that you're having an issue with sound when nothing is playing, along with a lack of bass. This isn't what we'd expect, Azy, and we'd love to help. Both of the issues you describe can be caused by a poor fit. The constant sound can be because of microphone feedback loops, and a poor fit will let the low frequencies of the bass escape. So first and foremost, we recommend ensuring you have a good seal. You can try out the different tip sizes, and you'll need to ensure the blade is pointed toward your mouth for the best seal. You can find a fit test within your Galaxy Wearable app at Earbuds settings > Earbud fit test > Put both earbuds in your ears, and then tap Start. You can also remove the silicone ear tips and use a dry, soft brush or a clean microfiber cloth to gently sweep the mesh microphone grills and the tips themselves. A reset can clear any software issues, and you can find instructions for this on the following link, which also contains more troubleshooting steps for you to carry out: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-improve-audio-quality-of-the-galaxy-buds/ We hope this information is helpful. If the issue persists, please contact our friendly Support Teams, who are on hand to provide further assistance. You can find our contact details and opening times here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/ ^EW at Samsung Support
I upgraded from Buds Pro 3 to these! I didn't think you could get better than those, I was super impressed with them. Oh my days- the Buds Pro 4 are a ginormous leap forward! I can clearly hear each instrument over all genres of music, the bass is absolutely phenomenal! They feel nice in your ears, fit beautifully and feel premium. Samsung have yet again smashed it! Can't wait for the Showcase Event so I can get the next Fold.
I recommended this product.
We're thrilled to hear that your Galaxy Buds4 Pro have exceeded your expectations compared to your previous, and still incredible, Galaxy Buds3 Pro! It's wonderful to know that you've noticed such a significant improvement in the audio experience, from the enhanced sound with the Advanced Equaliser and sound tuning to the powerful bass performance. We're also delighted that you're enjoying the fit, comfort, and premium feel of the earbuds. We're thrilled that your experience has further strengthened your confidence in the Galaxy ecosystem, and we hope you enjoy many hours of incredible listening with your new earbuds. ^CL at Samsung Support
Fast online shopping and easy to follow. The product is great. Pick-up flawless
I recommended this product.
So far very happy with most things, especially the sound customisation to suit my tastse and hearing (partially deaf). However, there is no discernible difference whether the noise-cancelling is on or off. I have tried everything suggested online and assume that it's due to the silicone tips, the largest of which is too small to form a seal. I've ordered some Azla tips and hope that they will help.
Great battery life. Fits in ear well. Connects well and noise reduction.
It is awesome to see you are loving your new Buds4 Pro! Thanks to the huge 530 mAh case and 61 mAh Bud battery, you'll be getting hours of entertainment with these Buds with up to 30 hours of music play with Active Noise Cancellation disabled! Along with Active Noise Cancellation and the superb brushed metal blade design, you'll be diving deeper into your music than ever before! ^LB at Samsung Support
These are awesome and fantastic sound easy to pair up

I must admit they are very good the sound is alot better than the pro 3s.very happy with my purchase

Everything, sound grate, volume great, clarity great, price good and very happy to have them
It's awesome to hear of the stellar sound-quality you've experienced with your Galaxy Buds4 Pro, Medallo! The Buds4 Pro feature an all-new design, to seamlessly and effortlessly blend into a comfortable position when you're wearing them, as this allows you to be as close as possible to the sound. Thank you for sharing your 5-star recommendation! ^JM at Samsung support
Early days but very impressed. Samsung headphones definitely need a Samsung phone for the best sound quality. My S25 Edge sounds wonderful with these headphones. They also look better than the Buds3 and the ear fit seems improved as well
The Galaxy Buds4 Pro are a phenomenal pair of Earbuds! They produce a crystal clear sound quality, and an ergonomic design that seamlessly fits into your ear with a snug fit. We're delighted to hear they're a 5-star pair of Earbuds! ^JM at Samsung Support
These are a great upgrade even if you have had the Buds3 Pro. They connected to my Samsung phone as soon as i hit the pair button and the functions in the app are really useful to customise the sound to your liking. They have better bass and the noise cancellation is really effective. They are much more comfortable to wear than the Buds2 or 3 Pro's that I have also had
I recommended this product.
Fantastic ear buds. I wear them daily. They connected straight away to my new Samsung mobile and it's great to have 3 sizes of tips, as I need the smallest size. The battery is lasting very well and the noise cancelling features are also good. I struggled to begin with to use the controls on the ear buds, but am slowly getting used to them having watched a helpful video online.
I recommended this product.
Hi Bambi05. We're delighted to hear that you're enjoying your Galaxy Buds4 Pro and that they paired seamlessly with your new Samsung phone. It's great to know that the range of ear tip sizes helped you find a comfortable fit, and that you're pleased with the battery life and noise-cancelling performance. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the touch controls and head gesture functions. While there can be a learning curve at first, we're glad that the online guide was helpful and that you're becoming more comfortable using these features. We hope you continue to enjoy your Galaxy Buds4 Pro and all they have to offer every day!
Easy to connect to my S25. Sound is amazing. Totally immersive. Great quality sound and they look amazing. They come in a case with a see through lid, and it's wireless charging compatible. If your reading this, don't hesitate, just by a pair.
I recommended this product.
Im bought this galaxy buds 4 pro so amazing sound and even im removing buds does not disconnecting i love it
I recommended this product.
Terrible quality! Bass is almost non existent. Tried all different settings and still doesn't work. Product feels fragile. I love samsung products but this is by far the worst.Had a pair of buds 2 and they are so much better, better sound and quality!
We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing an issue with the bass on your Buds4 Pro, Greg. This isn't what we expect, as these earbuds feature a dedicated 10.5mm Woofer and a dual-amplifier system designed specifically to deliver deep, powerful bass. To help resolve this, we recommend ensuring you have a secure seal with the included ear tips and checking the Bass Boost Setting within the Galaxy Wearable app. Check for software updates within the Galaxy Wearable app by navigating to Earbuds settings > Earbuds software update > Download and install. If the issue persists, please reach out to our Support Teams so that we can assist further. You can find contact details and opening times here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/ We're also saddened to know that you have concerns regarding the build of your Buds4 Pro. We want to reassure you that they are engineered with premium materials that balance a lightweight feel with a very high durability factor, along with an IP57 rating for dust and water. We hope the above information is helpful, and we appreciate the time you've taken to share your review. ^EW at Samsung Support
Very pleased with purchase excellent sound Very comfortable fantastic noise cancellation Very good.
Bought these a few weeks ago and I'm pretty happy with them. A noticeable upgrade from my old Galaxy buds+. Only issue is the fall out of my ears sometimes.
I recommended this product.
They're quite good, could be a bit louder. Also on max volume (compared to one step below) the bass seems to tune out a bit. But overall a solid product. I think most importantly they're so comfortable I forget I'm wearing them, esp if I have one in only I can go for hours and completely forget.
I recommended this product.
My music choices range from "classical" (symphonies, concerts and the odd opera) to rock (Queen, Rolling Stones and similar) to folksy music and these provide wonderful listening to all genres. They replaced the Buds 3 pro which were excellent, but these have a slight edge making the music "tighter". Battery life is good so far (haven't used enough to give feedback on. Very comfortable in the ear. I'm using them with an S25 Ultra so they enhance the Samsung experience.
We're thrilled to see that you are loving the sound that your Buds4 Pro provide, no matter the genre you're enjoying, Rob! Dynamic two-way speakers provide rich, full sound, while the powerful battery life keeps you going for up to 30 hours when pairing your Buds with the case. The design ensures that you can take full advantage of this, as the Buds remain comfortable to wear even throughout long usage sessions. This model pairs perfectly with your S25 Ultra, and we're sure that you will be enjoying your set-up for years to come! ^SK at Samsung Support
After having apple air pod pro these take it to a new level, the amount of technology that is within the app is outstanding. A fantastic product, would definitely recommend. When listening to loud music as soon as someone speaks the music drops off without having to remove the bud!
I recommended this product.
Very good, pleased with this purchase
I recommended this product.
The product is inferior to almost all the earbuds that I've used including last ear earbuds which they weren't great either. Trying to return the item I was told this. "If the product has been used, has any apps installed, has undergone any system updates, or has been connected to any services, a deduction of 20% of the original value will be applied. If the product does not meet these criteria, the deduction will not apply." So pairing them to a phone and applying any official samsung software updates will qualify your product to 20% deduction. The return costs £5.99 to be paid by me. This was in their terms and conditions...somewhere. No return button anymore on the order webpage. You must contact customer service and they will tell you the story. If I'll ever get one of their product I'll just get it from a third party seller. They know how to deal with basic issues like this. Don't bother of replying to this message to contact customer service. They will not do absolutely anything.
We’re so sorry to read about your experience with the Galaxy Buds4 Pro not meeting your expectations, along with being informed about the 20% deduction due to usage and the returns charge. Our website explains that a 20% deduction is applied if a product has been used, as it can no longer be resold and therefore becomes a loss on our end. This is in place to ensure fairness and transparency. The returns charge is applied to help cover postage costs and our delivery couriers. That said, we truly regret that this was not the outcome you were hoping for, and we’re especially sorry to hear about the lack of support from our customer service teams. Please be assured that we’ll take your feedback on board, as it helps us improve our services for the future. ^HB at Samsung Support
These earbuds are brilliant I can't recommend them enough. Very comfortable to wear and a great sound.
I recommended this product.
Comfy good quality and noice cancellation works well, long battery life
I recommended this product.
Amazing quality sound, great noise cancellation too. Love the smart features too. Highly recommended upgrade from the Galaxy 3 Pods
I recommended this product.
Bought these a few weeks ago, sound quality is spot on, but the main thing is the Noise Cancellation for me helps me alot with my adhd and find them easy to operate.
Sounds good. Touch controls not good or intuitive. Battery life shorter than expected even without enhanced fidelity active. Unable to connect to two devices unless they are BOTH Samsung. So headset for work laptop and Samsung phone is a no. A pretty major flaw. It's not something it couldn't do. A large turnoff of the Samsung ecosystem when basic (non Samsung) earbuds can do this. Ear tips are really awful to replace. Do the fit test first as you can expect to damage at least one swapping to a different size.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds4 Pro. We’re glad to hear you’ve enjoyed the sound quality, as they feature an advanced 2‑way speaker system designed to deliver clear vocals, detailed instrument separation and a balanced, natural bass profile. To get the most from this, you can fine‑tune the sound further using the equaliser and sound optimisation options available in the Galaxy Wearable app. Regarding touch controls, these can be customised within the Galaxy Wearable app to better match your preferences. Adjusting or simplifying the control layout can help make interactions feel more intuitive over time. On battery life, usage can vary depending on settings, and disabling enhanced audio modes when not needed and checking battery usage per earbud in the app may help extend listening time. The charging case also supports quick top‑ups, making it easier to stay powered throughout the day. In terms of connectivity, the Galaxy Buds4 Pro are designed to offer seamless switching between compatible Samsung devices. When connected to non‑Samsung devices, Bluetooth performance remains stable, but features such as automatic multi‑device switching are optimised for the Galaxy Ecosystem. Excellent galaxy buds 4pro ear fitting comfort and Excellent connectivity connect with my s25 ultra easily and great 24hr battery also having much greater and more powerfull noise cancellation and gives great translation.
I recommended this product.
I previously tried the Buds 2/Pro and 3/Pro and always felt something was missing and not quite right with them and instead happily kept using my Buds Pro (1st gen)... Until I purchased the Buds 4 Pro and oh boy, what a major improvement over the 1st, 2nd and 3rd gen... The design is sleek and discreet whilst also being very comfortable. I had no issues going for walks or running with them and found them to be pretty solid stuck in my ears. The sound quality is phenomenal at this price point the ANC and other features are pretty good too! Battery life was good although I wish I got a few more hours out of them before needing to charge them. Overall, a great and worthwhile upgrade no matter what previous generation of Buds you are using. This product is great value considering other market leaders and I would highly recommend!

I bought this month i like it
Excellent sound quality and comfortable to wear without them falling out. The noise cancelling is impeccable compared with others of a similar price point. And connecting to different devices was very simple
I recommended this product.
I bought them in pre release and I'm absolutely love them I paired them with Galaxy s25 ultra, it's essential for all features UHD sound, and gestures. Music quality 10/10, comfort and light weight 10/10. My favourite 😍 especially comfort I'm forgetting I have them on
I recommended this product.
Worth upgrading even as a Buds3 pro owner. Noise cancelation/isolation noticeably better than Buds 3 pro, musically more dynamic. The metal accents also look a lot more premium. Better fit in the ears too, more comfortable and less falling out of the ears
I recommended this product.

I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones. Looks amazing, super snappy and powerful with the smpdragon 8 elite Gen 4, the best camera in smartphones, absolutely polished samsung one ui, honestly I am amazed for days, superb AI …functionality, I have been gaming all day it barely gets warm, superb display and battery performance is better because of the more efficient cpu, honestly glad I made the right decision and would do it again.smartphones, absolutely polished samsung one ui, honestly I am amazed for days, superb AI … functionality, I have been gaming all day it barely gets warm, superb display and battery performance is better because of the more efficient cpu, honestly glad I made the right decision and would do it again.

We’re thrilled to see how much you are enjoying your S25 Ultra, Rajjdeep! It’s great that after deep research, the incredible capabilities of this model blew you away. The sleek design is perfectly complimented by the rich display and the speedy processor, which works in harmony with the battery to give you life all day. The 200 MP main camera lens captures true to life images, which can be edited easily with Galaxy AI. It’s the ideal device for gaming, work, and play - this model really has your back! ^SK at Samsung Support
